This year’s Weekend One of Coachella was a pretty interesting one: a great Tyler, The Creator performance, some notable celebrity cameos, and another excuse for casual homophobia to run rampant online. Moreover, this last phenomenon is due to a clip of Justin Bieber and Jaden Smith embracing at the festival. In the video below, you can see the former hug the latter from behind and sway around dancing, and then the Canadian superstar lands a kiss on his friend’s cheek. Of course, this led to a lot of pause-core reactions from users in the comments section below, many of which simply made fun of an innocuous public display of affection.

For example, here are some standouts: “That white n***a in front them looking like he can’t believe his own 2 eyes,” “i don’t care what anybody says i don’t just kiss my boys on the cheek every time i leave,” and “Why everyone moving gay now? Is it the new trend???” Sure, it’s a pretty suggestive and odd interaction, but more so because of the public TMI nature of it, not the act itself. However, others commenting on Jaden Smith’s hug drew a connection to Justin Bieber’s ties to Diddy amid his sex trafficking scandal, which has also elicited a lot of sexuality discussions. “Look what diddy done did to him lmfaooo,” one user wrote.

For those unaware, Jaden Smith and Justin Bieber have a pretty public and tight relationship as friends, going on tour together and performing multiple times across their careers. Regardless of the nature of their intimacy or how they view it, it’s also just impossible to make a judgement call on this without knowing these people. In a new clip making its rounds online, the two of them are seen leaning in to take a few photos together. While this in itself seems to be innocent enough, some fans think that they got a little too close for comfort, particularly when one considers ongoing rumors surrounding both of them.

In the clip, Remy hugs Hart from behind for the photo, then Hart turns around for another hug. Notably, Fabolous is also seen in the background, looking on as the duo chats. “She gone Pap,” one commenter claims in 2cool2bl0g‘s comments section. “Kevin kinda close huh?” another writes, with someone else citing, “The way he slid in closer after the photos.”

While countless users are commenting on the hug, others are more focused on Fabolous’ reaction. “Fab face give it away every time,” one fan writes alongside a laughing emoji. “Fab was plotting,” another says. The hug could have easily been nothing but an innocent greeting between friends, but regardless, fans can’t help but speculate.

Obviously, a lot of the comments refer to rumors that Remy cheated on Papoose with Eazy The Block Captain, which the battle rapper seemingly confirmed in audio leaked in December. “She was cheating on [inaudible] such and such, whatever happened […] I should have known, me being in f*cking New York. Drake Checks Fan Trying To Hug Him During Dallas Show

Video has emerged of an awkward encounter from Drake’s It’s All a Blur show in Dallas earlier this week. In the brief clip, Drake is moving his way through the crowd when one fan tries to hug him. The woman, who finds herself right in Drizzy’s path, screams loudly and tries to throw her arms around the rapper. Instead, Drake catches her arms and gently pushes her back into the crowd before moving on. The woman can be seen looking a little stunned about the incident as Drake continues down the seats.

It’s not the first time someone has crossed the line in their interaction with Drake. During a tour stop in late August, footage emerged of Drake doing his crowd walk when a fan appeared to briefly grab him by the throat. The contact only lasted a moment and Drizzy appeared to laugh it off. A day after the footage emerged, Drake even reposted the moment to his Instagram, captioning it “dialed in”.

Drake Gets Positive Fan Moment In Dallas

However, there were some positive fan interactions at the aforementioned Dallas show. During the concert, Drizzy spotted a fan holding up a sign that claimed they had flown all the way from Japan to see the tour. “You came here from Japan for the show? You know what … we flyin’ you home first class back to Japan. We love y’all. I’ve never been to Japan, but you came to me. So that’s love. That’s what life is about. You got to show love,” Drake told the fan.

The story was relayed to the rest of the world by awe-struck fans on Twitter. “There was a couple that flew to my show from Japan. Drake saw their sign and is flying them home first class. He said he’s never been to Japan and it meant a lot that they spent their hard earned money to fly across the world for him,” one fan wrote on X, formerly Twitter. The tour is still running for a few more weeks, ending in Columbus, Ohio on October 9.

Kanye West And Steve Lacy Hug It Out After Ireland Concert

Kanye West remains in Europe, having spent the past few months in Italy with his partner Bianca Censori. However, recent pictures show that West made the 1050-mile trip to Stradbally, Ireland. West was visiting the tiny Irish town to attend the Electric Picnic Festival, an arts and music event that was been held annually since 2004. Furthermore, West’s attendance was highlighted by a picture of the rapper hugging musician Steve Lacy. Lacy first gained prominence as the guitarist of The Internet. However, he has been cultivating a serious solo career for himself over the last few years. His sophomore album, 2022’s Gemini Rights, peaked at #7 on the Billboard 200.

West and Lacy have been friends for some time, getting matching tattoos along with Lil Uzi Vert in 2022. However, Lacy appeared to distance himself from West after the latter’s infamous anti-Semitic tirades on social media. Despite this, there does not appear to be any bad blood between the pair. At least, that’s the assumption based on the photos now circulating online. Furthermore, fans were excited to see the two reunite. Many fans are now hoping that Lacy will feature on the album that West is reportedly preparing to release this year. That would be a chance of pace, as Lacy said the pair “had no plans to work on music together” when asked about the possibility last year.

However, West’s appearance in Ireland was significant for another reason. The Italian public has reportedly been growing more and more discontent with West’s behavior while in the nation. First, there was significant outrage after he and Censori stepped out in sheer outfits. Both their outfits left almost nothing to the imagination. Italy, despite holding a cultural stereotype about sexual permissiveness, is a deeply Catholic nation. This engrained cultural faith was cited as a major reason for the outrage against the couple. However, it may be West’s most recent actions that made it seem like a good idea to leave the country for a while.

Earlier this week, a fresh wave of outrage was directed at West. He was spotted mooning tourists while riding on a riverboat. Later in the same boat ride, West appeared to be the recipient of a sexual act from Censori while fully in view of the general public. This led to more hatred of the couple from the Italian population. Some went as far as to call for the couple’s arrest and deportation. While it is believed that West traveled to Ireland willingly, it also seems that getting out of Italy for a little while might have been the right idea.

In fact, they took multiple pictures of note, such as when Rubin hugged Baby from behind and when two other guys sandwiched the rapper. It made for a pretty cheeky and funny moment that of course inspired a lot of memes and comments online talking about it. Clearly all the people involved noticed, and they happened to be on a private jet when they really started talking about it. Moreover, the Fanatics mogul and the It’s Only Me MC joked around with the pics on a private jet with Meek Mill.

“Drunken hugs coming in Vegas tonight!” Michael Rubin wrote on his Instagram Story, possibly referring to UFC 290. “Quit making fun of me, when I’m drunk, you’re gonna get a mother drunken hug tonight,” he told Lil Baby, who was laughing hysterically while looking at his phone. Also, he told the Philly native that he was getting a drunken hug too, which he hilariously protested against with a couple of “Nooooooo”s. On his own IG, Baby posted another video of Mike threatening to hug him and actually exposed the person who took them in jest, who rode around with them in the air.

21 Savage and Drake are currently stunning North America on their “It’s All A Blur” tour, which just kicked off in Chicago. Of course, everyone with a ticket is incredibly excited to see these two stars live, and that translated into some wholesome entrance antics. Moreover, as the Atlanta trap artist made his way to the stage, walking through fans in the crowd, one diehard in particular shot her shot. When the camera moved past 21, a girl ran to him for a hug, and the rapper smiled in response, even moving his arm a little bit as if to reach out and return the favor. But that moment lasted for half a second, as his security guard gently pushed her away.

Many might see this as odd, but it was actually kind of a wholesome and harmless interaction, at least in execution. We don’t know how much 21 Savage appreciates interactions like those, but based on his reaction, he’s always down to receive some love and give it back, as well. With a setlist as stacked as this tour’s, it’s no wonder that so many fans scream every lyric and are ecstatic to witness it in person. 21 played classics like “Red Opps,” new hits like his feature on “Peaches & Eggplants,” and all-time bangers like “Don’t Come Out The House” in addition to a few songs with Drake.
