Diddy was the topic of the day on Monday thanks to the raids that took place at his L.A. and Miami homes. Overall, these raids came as a big shock to fans. However, considering the allegations that have been made against him, they make a whole lot of sense. His sons were detained during the raids, and all sorts of rumors began to surface on social media. For instance, some people got a hold of alleged flight logs for his private jet. These logs said that the music mogul was on his way to Cape Verde in order to escape extradition.
However, these rumors got more interesting as TMZ reported that Diddy’s private jet was on the ground in Antigua. This was subsequently followed up by a report that there was no evidence he was even on the plane. Just a couple of hours later, TMZ released footage from the Miami-Opa Locka executive airport. In this footage, you can see Diddy pacing around outside. As the story goes, the artist was in a private jet waiting for his entourage to show up. However, Homeland Security arrived, and he had to get off of the plane.

As TMZ reported, Diddy was not arrested and he was not detained either. Now, it is unknown as to where the artist is. He has yet to make a statement, and fans continue to suspect that he is on the run. It should be noted that reports of him being on the run are completely unfounded. That said, it is a narrative that social media is running away with, and will be tough to reel in those sentiments. Only time will tell what happens next.

According to The Daily Mail, Kim has already made 30 trips on her private jet in 2024. Furthermore, five of these trips were made in just one day. Overall, this leads to a lot of emissions. One data set even reveals that 30 trips on a private jet could power 55 households for an entire year. These are pretty absurd numbers, and it has led to accusations that Kardashian is some sort of “eco-terrorist.” It is an extremely strong accusation to levy against the star, however, that is where we are at right now.

Much of that scrutiny has been focused on by far the biggest polluter among celebs, Taylor Swift. Drizzy took to Instagram earlier today to share a pretty scary video. He was allowed into the cockpit of his private jet where he filmed the pilot and co-pilot making a pretty impressive landing despite no visibility whatsoever. The video gives fans the rare view of what it looks like landing a plane and in this particular instance, the windows are completely blocked out by fog. “There’s a couple landings I love on Air Drake but tbh the low visibility is the most exciting it makes your heart drop a bit…lucky I got the best putting this sh*t wheels down” he captioned the video. The Air Drake is a massive Boeing 767-200 jet with more than enough space to lounge comfortably while flying. With its sleek design and luxurious amenities, it is more than just a mode of transportation. It is a statement of Drake’s unparalleled success and influence in the music industry. However, contrary to what you might think, and Drake’s riches, the rapper did not buy the jet.
It is estimated to cost a whopping $185 million. While Drake’s estimated net worth is higher, that’s probably not a figure he would have willingly spent at a go. He could afford it, but he thankfully did not have to. Instead, Air Drake was offered as a very expensive gift to the rapper. This happened back in 2019 when the Canadian airline Cargojet made the move to give Drake the B767.
According to Cargojet, this was a publicity move. They believed in Drake’s star power and sought to have him serve as a promotional ambassador. Moreover, they also believed that the jet would eventually pay for itself off the publicity that Drake would bring in. Speaking with Air Cargo News in 2019, Ajay Virmani, the CEO of Cargojet, said, “We are very excited to partner with Drake as our ambassador and assisting him with his logistical needs and requirements.” Also speaking to Air Cargo News, Drake stated, “Supporting homegrown businesses has always been a top priority of mine, so when an opportunity came up to get involved in a great Canadian company, I was honored to do so.”

Before becoming Air Drake, this B727 used to be a cargo jet. It was reportedly built in September 1996 and was operated for 22 years before being acquired by Cargojet in April 2019. Following its acquisition, some renovations needed to be made before it was gifted to Drake. According to E! News, renovation alone is estimated to have cost up to $100 million. As such, it reportedly costs $3 million to fly on Air Drake, as the rapper recently revealed to Adin Ross.
The Interior Features Of Air Drake
As aforementioned, Air Drake is a large business jet. It is 180 feet long (54 meters), with a 156-foot long wingspan (47 meters), and stands 52 feet high (15 meters). Following the renovations done by Cargojet, it fits the preferences and specifications of Drake.
The interior of Air Drake is a marvel of design, featuring lavish amenities that rival those of five-star hotels. With a seating capacity of up to 30 passengers, the jet is equipped to accommodate Drake and his entourage in comfort and style. Plush leather seats, sumptuous carpeting, and mood lighting set the stage for a truly luxurious traveling experience. In addition, Air Drake features three private suites and two living rooms. There is also a theater room, a business lounge, and an entertainment room. Furthermore, the inside of the cabin features a mix of golden and wooden surfaces, with the furniture colored either beige or brown.
In addition to its onboard amenities, Air Drake is also a sight to behold from the outside. The exterior was custom-designed by the late, great visionary designer, Virgil Abloh. The exterior of the jet is painted a beautiful baby blue, with white cloud-like designs. Additionally, it features Drake’s iconic owl logo prominently displayed on the tail, making it instantly recognizable on airport tarmacs. Also, the “AIR DRAKE” logo is boldly written on the side of the jet near the wings. Finally, under the belly of Air Drake, the words “IF YOU’RE READING THIS WE LEFT” are written in a large font. It is a clever reference to the rapper’s 2015 mixtape, If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late.
Drake has revealed to Adin Ross that he needs $3M to fly on the rapper’s private jet, Air Drake. The revelation came as Drake dialed into Ross’ latest stream. However, Ross, who is either a multi-millionaire or broke depending on the day, appeared confident that he could put the money together to cop a ride on the luxury airliner. Despite this, Drake held firm and let Ross know that there were no “friends and family discount” on an Air Drake trip. It was $3M or nothing.
Air Drake is a customized Boeing 767-200 that Drizzy acquired through a commercial partnership with Cargojet. It features a sky blue and white livery designed by Drake’s late friend, Virgil Abloh. The fully customized interior has been likened to a five-star hotel and features at least three private suites and two living rooms.
Ross is going to go a long way towards that $3M benchmark thanks to a recent confrontation with 21 Savage. The UK-born Atlanta rapper has promised to pay Adin Ross $400K after the streamer discovered that the rapper’s crew had brought marked cards for their gambling stream. 21 denied any knowledge of the cards but said he would honor his debt and pay Ross the full amount he owed. The rapper had been down $400K at one point in the stream before making a miraculous comeback, eventually cashing out with Ross owing him $120K.
Despite 21’s pledge, commenters online still came after the rapper for the seemingly shady behavior. “21 a bum for this,” one person noted. “This is why his last album flopped,” added another. Beyonce’s childhood home in Texas has burned down. Per TMZ, firefighters were called to the house in Houston’s Third Ward around 2am on December 25. However, they were able to control the fire after around 10 minutes of work. Additionally, the current residents, a family of four, were able to safely evacuate the house before the fire got out of control.
Meanwhile, Beyonce was seen posting up from her private jet above Brazil. Rocking long blonde hair and a bikini top and jeans combo, Beyonce posed all over the swanky interior of the jet. Akon is sharing the keys to staying wealthy. The music mogul recently revealed in an interview with Logan Paul, that he has several methods to maintain his financial status. One of the key principles he says he practices is frugality. In addition, in contrast to many of his peers, he refrains from owning a private jet. “Listen, you want to stay rich? Stay stingy,” Akon said on the IMPAULSIVE podcast. “I’m the stingiest muthaf***a on the planet. Any person of my caliber is not flying commercial. These dudes is flying jets all day. I attempted to own a jet. That shit lasted six months. I sold that muthaf***a so fast. You have no idea [of upkeep costs]. I promise you.”
Akon elaborated further, suggesting an alternative approach. He emphasized that the annual expenses on a jet due to maintenance were simply not worth it.
