Offset Unveils Release Date Of New Album “Set It Off”

Offset’s been teasing his next album for some time, and has now confirmed its official release date. The LP is called Set It Off, and is slated for release on October 13. The performer previously hinted at the Friday the 13th release date with one of his Michael Jackson-inspired fits, however, fans had yet to receive confirmation until now.

In addition to the new album’s title and release date, Offset also revealed the project’s dramatic cover art. It features an upside-down image of a city engulfed in flames, as the perform hangs suspended in the air. Set It Off is Offset’s second full-length solo album, following 2019’s Father of 4. Fans can’t wait to hear the former Migos star’s latest offering, and to give them a taste, Offset is also releasing a new single. The track, titled “Fan,” is set to drop tomorrow (September 15), alongside an accompanying music video. He previewed the introspective banger earlier this week, getting listeners excited about what’s to come.

Rod Wave Will Embark On “Nostalgia” Arena Tour With Very Special Guests

When it comes to contemporary soul-rap, few names etched the genre into the history books as significantly as Rod Wave. While the Florida rapper and singer does well in both genres, it’s when he fuses them together that it makes for some compelling material for listeners, creating a passionate fanbase. That group must be quite excited right now, what with recent singles like “Come See Me” leading up to his next album Nostalgia, which drops this Friday (September 15). To top it all off, Wave recently announced an arena tour in support of the release to take place later this year, and its supporting cast also reflects his style-fusing artistry.

Moreover, Ari Lennox, G Herbo, and Eelmatic will also perform during the Nostalgia tour, whose trek begins on October 19 of this year at the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska. What’s more is that Toosii will also join them, who’s already toured with Rod Wave. If you want to catch these shows, presale tickets go live on Tuesday (September 12) at 10am local time. General tickets will be available on Thursday (September 14) at the same time, and you can find them on the artist’s official website. Check out all the tour’s dates in the tweet below.

Rod Wave’s Nostalgia Arena Tour 2023 With Ari Lennox, Toosii, G Herbo & Eelmatic

Unfortunately, the huge success that the 25-year-old found over recent years, and that propelled him to this arena tour, came with its fair share of problems and roadblocks. One difficult part for every artist to reckon with is their relationship with the media, or rather how the media paints them. Recently, he took to his Instagram Story to give some brief but frustrated words on the subject. “fame s**t l*me,” Rod Wave wrote. “square a** blog n***as even worse. Anybody can say your name how they want to, and a blog site jus gone spread it to da world. and ppl believe it. s**t not fair. don’t even care who y’all hurt wit dat s**t.”

Meanwhile, it must feel a lot better to directly connect with fans rather than through the media middle man. As such, given how much he tours to begin with, we’re sure that this team of talent will enjoy their trek as much as possible. All that’s left now is to wait and see what Friday’s Nostalgia holds in store. Once again, check out the tour dates above and come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on Rod Wave.

Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion’s Collab Single “BONGOS” Drops This Week

The Bardi Gang and the Hotties are losing their minds on social media right now, because what they’ve been waiting for is finally here. Amid a lot of successful singles, features, legal drama, relationship drama, and a whole lot else, both femcees have been relatively quiet on the solo music release front. However, that all changed on Monday (September 4) when Cardi B finally followed up her promise for a big announcement. What’s more is that this actually confirms previous rumors and brings us not just one rap return, but two. Moreover, she and Megan Thee Stallion will release their new single “BONGOS” this week, on Friday (September 8).

Of course, this is incredibly exciting news for fans of either artist, or for people that want another smash rap hit. After all, these are the two ladies that brought us “WAP”: how could they not have another banger on their hands? No matter what Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion bring us this time, though, it still marks the start of the former’s new album rollout, presumably. The Invasion Of Privacy era is no more, and after five years of waiting, it’s a welcome treat.

Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion’s “BONGOS” Comes Out This Week

Sure, this is confirmation that followed an innumerable amount of teases, hints, and speculation about the Bronx MC’s next moves. Said excitement also goes for Megan Thee Stallion. Regardless, Cardi B seems more ready than ever to usher in a new phase of her career for fans. “I’m not going to release any more collaborations, I’m going to put out my next solo single,” she told Vogue Mexico in an August cover story (which didn’t age well, but hey, we’re not complaining). “Right now I’m working on the cover art and ideas for the next record because it’s definitely coming up. So stay tuned because it’s coming out very soon. I also have plans in the world of cinema. In fact, I have plans to do everything I can: fashion, branding, I want to do it all, honey.”

Meanwhile, fans wonder whether this will mark a stylistic shift for either artist. Are we getting another hip-hop trunk-knocker and club rager, or is there something fresh to uncover? We’ll have to wait until this Friday to see. With that in mind, log back into HNHH for the latest news and updates on Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion.

Cardi B Responds To “Delusional Minds” Hating On Her Upcoming Announcement

Cardi B’s sophomore album has been a long time coming, but it seems the New Yorker might finally have an update for us today (September 4). Over the weekend she revealed via Instagram that she had a “big announcement to make” on Monday, and while the Bardi Gang is definitely excited to hear what she has to say, haters aren’t holding back on expressing their discontent. When @theneighborhoodtalk reposted Cardi’s message on their blog, the Hustlers actress couldn’t help but peak in the comment section. She obviously wasn’t pleased by what she read.

“THESE COMMENTS ARE VICIOUS 😮😮,” the 30-year-old replied to her haters. “Soooo… In y’all delusional minds I’m supposed to drop WHEN? In 2025???” Cardi asked. It seems The Barbz in particular are upset about the Grammy Award winner potentially confirming the arrival of her next LP later this year, shortly after Nicki Minaj did the same. “B**ches been dropping every month and I still stuck with my plans,” Bardi reminded readers.

Cardi B Acknowledges Her “Viscious” Haters

“So now I gotta wait six months after b**ches dropped?” the fashionista’s rant continued. “Do I need permission or something? 😂 See y’all tomorrow 😉.” Cardi teased. It’s obviously still early in the day so we have yet to hear from her, but still, hip-hop heads are eager to hear what the lyricist has to say. We’ve heard her on hit singles like “JEALOUSY” with Offset, as well as FendiDa Rappa’s “Point Me 2” and Latto’s “Put It On Da Floor Again.” The last time Bardi gave us a single of her own was in summer 2022 when she linked up with Kanye West and Lil Durk on “Hot S**t.”

In lighter news, September hasn’t been all drama for Cardi B so far. In fact, the mother of two began her month by debuting her stunning new photos on the cover of Vogue Mexico‘s latest issue. Check those out at the link below, and tap back in later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Drake & Cole Bennett Announce Music Video In The Works

Amid a lot of hype for his upcoming album For All The Dogs, Drake recently announced what’s assumedly a big part of his rollout. There are a lot of things that can contribute to a project lead-up: singles, press runs, tours, and of course, music videos. What’s more is that this marks a first-time collaboration between the “Privileged Rappers” MC and one of the best in the game when it comes to visuals. Moreover, he recently posted on his Instagram Story that he’s working on a music video with none other than Cole Bennett. If you don’t recognize that name, you will most definitely recognize many MVs from his long list of directed work via his creative outlet, Lyrical Lemonade.

“Coming soon,” Drake captioned a picture of Cole with a camera with an owl and lemon emoji. “I was gonna keep it a secret but…” Bennett replied in an IG Story of his own reposting Drizzy’s photo. This is overall a very exciting prospect, not just for the historic nature of this team-up but for the anticipation surrounding For All The Dogs. More importantly, though, it’s a massive level-up for the acclaimed director in terms of visibility, though he doesn’t need the OVO mogul to keep building his career forward.

Drake & Cole Bennett Are Cooking Up Something Special

For example, Cole Bennett recently worked with Lil Yachty once more for the video for his recent single, “TESLA.” With colorfully coordinated shots, crisp clarity, and compelling composition, it’s a simple but effective display of his talents. Considering Yachty and Drake’s own great relationship, maybe this is the connection that Bennett needed to link up with the latter. However, with the massive reputation he’s already amassed, there’s no way that the Toronto superstar wasn’t aware of his reach.

No matter how you slice it, this opportunity gathered more conversation and buzz than most music videos these days. It’ll be very exciting to see what they craft together. All we can hope for is that, if they’re happy with it and fans are too, it won’t be their last team-up. For more news and the latest updates on Drake and Cole Bennett, come back to HNHH.

Tyler, The Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw Headliners Revealed On Livestream

Tyler, The Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival is making its grand return this year, and that means a grand reveal. Moreover, the festival’s official website and Twitch page are currently live-streaming the reveal of its lineup as of writing this article. The footage shows various people painting the names on a festival mural, and they’re still painting at the time of publishing. Still, there are already some exciting names on display, and we’re still waiting on some of the more big and mainstream announcements. Given all the anticipation for this upcoming spectacle on November 11 and 12 of this year in Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, fans went into a frenzy.

Furthermore, this is Camp Flog Gnaw’s first iteration in four years, as it hadn’t ran since 2019. That year, performers and special guests included Tyler himself, A$AP Rocky, Lil Uzi Vert, a controversial Drake appearance, and many, many more. Unfortunately, tickets for this year’s run sold out lighting-fast, so you’ll be hard-pressed to find one if you don’t have yours already. Regardless, this creative and anticipation-building way to reveal its performers is bringing everyone along for the ride.

What’s more is that the Hawthorne creative and innovator revealed Camp Flog Gnaw’s return in perhaps the coolest way possible. If you didn’t already know, he had a cameo appearance in Baby Keem and Kendrick Lamar’s music video for their loosie, “The Hillbillies.” During it, they performed at Dodger Stadium and Tyler flashed a badge that read “Camp Flog Gnaw 2023,” and followed the video with an official announcement. With that in mind, many expect for the pgLang MCs to appear on this lineup very soon.

Meanwhile, it’s still incomplete, but let’s run through some of the many names already announced as of writing this article. Teezo Touchdown Shares Cover & Release Date For New Album

Teezo Touchdown is without a doubt one of the most exciting artists working today, with so much vibrance, creativity, and versatility as a rapper, singer, and writer. While he’s gained a lot of fans in the past few years, there’s nothing like a new album to open up the gates for further stardom. Moreover, the Texas native recently announced the release date for his next project, How Do You Sleep At Night?, and shared its cover art. The new LP is scheduled to release on Friday, September 8, and it follows great singles like “5 O’Clock.” If you’ve never heard of Teezo before, join the Rid the Mid campaign and check him out before this drop.

Furthermore, the album’s cover art shows about four different versions of the metal-haired creative laying down on a bed in black-and-white. He seems to be wearing a mesh shirt on the cover, and didn’t remove the nails from his long hair before saying night-night. It’s quite a trippy image, with all the Teezo Touchdown depictions blurring into each other in trippy fashion. Overall, it’s an evocative and eye-catching image that hopefully represents the imaginative and genre-blurring talents that the 30-year-old proved to channel time and time again.

Teezo Touchdown’s How Do You Sleep At Night? Dropping On September 8

What’s more is that this seems like the perfect time to become a Teezo Touchdown fan if you’re not one already. Many listeners got their introduction to him thanks to “MODERN JAM,” a highlight off of Travis Scott’s massive new album UTOPIA. Teezo’s feature on that cut is reminiscent of André 3000’s acrobatic vocal inflections, with his own original charisma and vocal talents on full display. Maybe it’s a hot take, but he might just be the best feature on the whole project, because when has a Travis song ever had the energy that Teezo brought to the table?

Meanwhile, there are plenty of singles for you to enjoy and catch up on before How Do You Sleep At Night? drops. This will be a big year for him, and one that will likely put him at the forefront of chameleon-like musicians. Hopefully the album lives up to the hype. For more news and the latest updates on Teezo Touchdown, keep checking in with HNHH.
