Keke Palmer’s Ex Darius Jackson Accuses Her Of Domestic Violence

According to new court documents obtained by RadarOnline, the father of Keke Palmer’s child, Darius Jackson, has accused the performer of abuse. Reportedly, he filed a motion today (December 15) alleging that she physically assaulted him on various instances. He accuses her of “violently” gripping his arm, punching him in the face at a birthday party, and more.

On top of his allegations of physical abuse, he also claims that Palmer has hurled insults at him on multiple occasions, calling him a “loser,” “punk,” “b*tch,” and more. Jackson additionally alleges that Palmer once called him 200 times and sent him 50 emails after a spat, when he told her he wouldn’t be staying with her overnight. He provided text messages in attempts to back up his claims, which appear to show Palmer admitting that she felt “ashamed” of the way she had treated him during a disagreement.

“I’m sorry for hitting you,” Palmer allegedly wrote. “I’m sorry for being afraid to lose you and that turning into me acting out of fear and desperation. That was not the best me that you received and I’m sorry for that.” In a subsequent message, she seemingly advised him to pray about the situation. “I am mad at the situation, I’m mad at myself … I’m deeply affected and afraid because it’s such a deep heaviness that I don’t want to feel anymore. It’s not your fault nor your job to alleviate it from me,” she also added, per the outlet. “I honestly need you to pray on it.”

Jackson is also pushing for Palmer’s restraining order against him to be dropped. The news comes after Palmer accused Jackson of physical and emotional abuse in November, filing for a restraining order and custody of their son, Leodis. Seeing as there’s been a sudden influx in RICO cases being handed out by the government over the past few years, it’s not surprising that the 7220 artist wants to clear his name. Still, social media users can’t help but laugh at how unseriously he’s going about it. To begin his week, Durk logged into Instagram to share a brief message on his Story with curious fans.

“I’m not a gang member,” he candidly declared. “Ima Muslim ,” Durk then added, leaving more than a few users confused. “Everybody wanna be Muslim all of a sudden. Like whyyyy do y’all do that? ,” one user asked in @theneighborhoodtalk’s comment section. As you may recall, it was only a few weeks ago when Finesse2tymes shared his plans to convert to Islam. However, when backlash quickly came rolling in, the “How to Act” hitmaker quickly changed his mind.

“This what ni**as do when they bouta go down the road ,” another person chimed in, seemingly hinting that Durk could be the next lyricist to land in hot water with the law. We certainly don’t want to see anything bad happen to the “Laugh Now Cry Later” artist, especially not after his triumphant comeback in 2023.

Lil Durk may not want beef with authorities or gang members, but the Chicago native certainly upset a few Spotify users when it came time for the platform to release their annual Wrapped. Multiple people who aren’t regular listeners of the rapper (if they stream him at all) found their top five most played songs of the year somehow all coming from Durk’s Almost Healed LP. Diddy Loses Ties With 18 Brands Amid Sexual Abuse Allegations

Diddy has lost the support of at least 18 brands associated with his e-commerce platform Empower Global, according to a new report from Rolling Stone. The fallout comes as a result of Cassie and now a total of three other women accusing him of sexual assault. While the Bad Boy mogul has denied the allegations, he’s still suffering a massive fall from grace.

House of Takura Founder Annette Njau explained her decision to cut ties with Diddy in a statement provided to Rolling Stone. “This decision was made on the day that Casandra Ventura filed her lawsuit,” Njau told the publication. “We take the allegations against Mr. Combs very seriously and find such behavior abhorrent and intolerable. We believe in victims’ rights, and support victims in speaking their truth, even against the most powerful of people.”

Ashli Goudelock, founder of the luxury skin-care brand, Tsuri, said: “As a women-owned and-led company, we do not and will not linger in a gray area about the mistreatment of women.” Despite the lost partnerships, a total of nine brands appear to be sticking with Diddy through the storm. One owner from that group told Rolling Stone: “Please leave that man alone.”

50 Cent Continues His Relentless Trolling Campaign Against Diddy

In the wake of a series of allegations made against Diddy recently, 50 Cent has had a field day revitalizing their old beef. It started when a pretty scathing lawsuit was filed against Diddy by Cassie, alleging some pretty serious allegations of abuse. Though the suit was settled very quickly, that didn’t stop many in the hip-hop world from weighing in on it. Alternatively some like Joe Budden and Yung Miami found themselves in hot water for trying to ignore the allegations entirely.

But since then, a trio of new lawsuits have been filed against Diddy making equally serious claims of abuse dating all the way back to the early 90s. The legendary rap mogul has gone pretty quiet publicly while denying all of the allegations made against him through his lawyers. As increasingly serious allegations have emerged many of Diddy’s critics have gotten more serious in their responses. In the new post 50 made, he shared a clip of comedian Eddie Griffin making fun of Diddy. In the clip, Griffin mentions his long-running rival Suge Knight who is also currently incarcerated. “That n*gga on his way to jail, Suge Knight been waiting on him! You getting tired of your celly dancing in your videos, all up in cell block C dancing and sh*t, come on over to Death Row, baby!’ Diddy, he did it. N*gga, everybody coming out. Additionally, he’s not kidding about 50’s pettiness. The 66-year-old has been making headlines in recent months for accusations of abusive behavior coming from his ex-wife Kimora Lee and their daughters. He revealed how the debacle has impacted his life, denying any allegations that he’s been a “deadbeat” dad.

“The only thing that affects me about this is my children being upset with me,” he explained. “I love them more than I love everything. He continued, questioning his daughters’ suggestion that he’s mentally unwell. “Do I seem mentally ill to you?” he asked Bensinger. “Yesterday, you [Graham Bensinger] were with me when my daughter texted me. Tomorrow, I close on their new apartment — the 23-year-old, and the 21-year-old… To say that I’m a deadbeat when I paid $50,000 a month for 20 years — and I still pay. And I’m still signing a new lease for the two of them so they can live in Manhattan, so one can model and the other one can go back to school.”

“Sometimes, I think they tried too hard to fit in,” Spears wrote of NSYNC. “One day, J and I were in New York going to parts of town I’d never been to before. Walking our way was a guy with a huge blinged-out medallion. He was flanked by two giant security guards. J got all excited and said so loud, ‘Oh yeah, fo shizz, fo shizz. Ginuwine! What’s up, homie?’” she alleges.

For obvious reasons, her story got social media users talking. It managed to invoke plenty of secondhand embarrassment, with countless commenters calling it disrespectful and strange. During a recent interview with PEOPLE, however, Ginuwine addressed Spears’ story, claiming that he personally doesn’t remember it. “Yeah, yeah, I definitely heard about it. People were calling about that. But I can tell you I don’t remember that happening. I truly don’t remember that happening.” According to him, if it had actually happened, he would have remembered it. “If Justin would’ve did something like that, I probably would’ve looked at him like, ‘Why are you acting like that?’” he says. “If he did that, that would be something that I would remember. That would’ve definitely stuck out. So nah, I don’t remember that happening.”

While it’s possible that Spears simply remembers something that Ginuwine doesn’t, it seems as though her recollection might’ve been incorrect. Finesse2tymes’ Brother Accuses Rapper Of Having Him Jumped

Recently, Finesse2tymes brother took to Instagram Live to reveal that he was recently jumped. He boasted a large knot on his forehead, which he says was a result of the incident. Surprisingly, he alleges that the person who orchestrated the attack was the rapper himself.

Allegedly, the two of them got into an argument, and Finesse2tymes later sent some friends to jump his brother. His brother claims that he went live to “expose” him, expressing disbelief that Finesse2tymes would do something like that to him. “What type of n***a you know let his n****s fight his own brother?” he wondered. He continued, suggesting that instead of allegedly sending his friends after him, he should have faced him “one on one.”

Finesse2tymes’ brother went on to claim that he has footage of the incident, and that he isn’t afraid to release it. He also advised his brother not to reach out to him moving forward, as he’ll no longer be there to help. It’s unclear if or when he plans on releasing the footage. Unfortunately, this isn’t the only person close to Finesse2tymes to take aim at him on social media recently. Last month, he cut ties with two of his three girlfriends, turning his attention to his “true” love, FNG Shugga. One of his exes, who is currently pregnant with his child, took to her Instagram Story to sound off about the split.

“My gay a** ex going through a mental breakdown because he’s on ‘downtime’ from getting his BBL or lipo or whatever you want to call it,” she wrote. “So, he is bored at home! Top Hip-Hop Turnarounds Of 2023

This year, fans have seen some shocking shifts in a few of their favorite hip-hop stars. Whether it’s recovering from controversy, coming back after incarceration, or even converting to Christianity, the future is looking up for this list of figures. Having pushed through adversity and come out stronger on the other side, they surely deserve a nod for their turnarounds.

Turning one’s life around is obviously no easy task, particularly in the spotlight. Changing public perception can often prove to be an even more arduous feat than a personal transformation itself, sometimes meaning a long road to getting credit where it’s due. Regardless, these hip-hop stars appear to be doing better than ever these days, despite their past obstacles.

Angela White FKA Blac Chyna

Angela White, formerly known as Blac Chyna, rose to prominence in the Miami strip club scene, later catapulting to stardom as a video vixen. Eventually, she landed as a businesswoman/ reality star, known in part for her high-profile relationships with Tyga and Rob Kardashian. The D.C. native took quite a journey to get to where she is now, at one point becoming nearly synonymous with the surgically enhanced appearance popularized in the 2010s. This year, however, White decided to go back to her roots, reversing some of her cosmetic procedures and transforming her look dramatically.

Nowadays, the mother of two prioritizes keeping her body healthy, focusing on fitness, and celebrating over one year sober. On top of her physical transformation, White has also leaned into her faith since converting to Christianity in 2022. Ultimately, she decided that sex work is no longer for her, and has opted to let her religion guide her life from now on. While there’s nothing wrong with sex work or cosmetic procedures, White told Page Six that she feels “the best [she’s] felt [her] whole life” since her turnaround. Fans love to see White in her bag her way, reaping the rewards of securing icon status early on.

Gunna

Gunna got out of prison at the end of last year, following a sweeping indictment that saw the arrest of him, along with 24 other YSL affiliates, Young Thug included. He signed a plea deal on the day of his release, prompting countless fans and peers to speculate that he turned his back on his co-defendants. As Young Thug remains behind bars, the Georgia hip-hop star has been a major target for “snitching” allegations, which he’s seemingly denied multiple times in his music.

He dropped his album A Gift & a Curse back in June, hinting at the rumors being false on various tracks. The album has performed well, and managed to earn him back some respect among listeners. It even scored him a nomination at the 2024 Grammys, notably hushing his critics. Not everyone is back on Gunna’s team these days, but in a genre where loyalty rules, his turnaround is impressive, to say the least.

This year, B.G. became a free man after spending over a decade behind bars on gun and conspiracy charges. The 43-year-old hasn’t wasted any time since his release, reuniting with old friends and collaborators following his lengthy prison stay. He’s already dropped projects with Boosie Badazz, Mike WiLL Made-It, and more, and is only looking forward to adding to his discography. He even told 2 Chainz back in September that he’s planning on unleashing “seven, eight” albums in the near future, wanting nothing else but to “flood the streets” with new music.

While surely his turnaround hasn’t been easy, the New Orleans-born hip-hop artist seems to have a solid support system of people who want him to succeed. At this point, aside from releasing music, B.G. is focused on keeping on the straight and narrow, ensuring that he won’t be returning to the lifestyle that landed him in prison. “I’m not letting nobody rob me of my productivity, prosperity, positivity and peace of mind,” he told followers in September. “13 years was more [than] enough time for me to change the reckless path I was on.“

Chrisean Rock

This year, Chrisean Rock welcomed her first child Chrisean Jr. with her ex Blueface. The new mother has been a frequent target of criticism pertaining to her parenting skills, relationships, and more. While she continues to go back and forth with the “Thotiana” performer online and engage in some other questionable behavior now and then, there’s no doubt that there’s been a notable turnaround in the Baddies star’s lifestyle.

On top of caring for Jr., Chrisean has also called on her faith in recent months, and continually expresses a desire to do better for the sake of her child. Nowadays, the Baltimore hip-hop artist seems to do her best to avoid the pitfalls she’s been victim to in the past, moving towards a more stable future for herself and her little one. Chrisean isn’t always successful when it comes to dodging controversy, but fans can agree that the addition of her son to her life has been overwhelmingly positive.

During his recent interview with Graham Bensinger, Russell Simmons opened up about the impact his sexual assault allegations have had on his life. According to the Def Jam co-founder, he’s taken various lie detector tests in attempts to clear his name. Simmons admits that he’s engaged in some questionable activity in the past. He insists, however, that he’s never been violent or forceful with anyone.

“When someone said, for instance, ‘I was violent’ — one person said that — and I’ve never been violent. Took that. And one said I apologized. I never apologized about assaulting anyone. But if two people say it, because one said it, and #metoo, and the second person said it, then I took a test for it,” he explained.

“Some people say that they’re not accurate, but it’s 94% accurate,” Simmons says of the lie detector tests. “I did nine of them, it’s pretty clear that I don’t believe it. I even asked if, ‘Well, what if I believe it, but it’s not true?’ He said, ‘Your subconscious will get you,’” he continued, “I don’t know how true that is, but that’s what was told to me by the Chairman of the Polygraph Association.” He went on to suggest that there could be multiple explanations for why various women came forward with allegations.

“If you had more foursomes than most guys at once, could someone leave and feel hurt? Could someone leave and feel they wished they hadn’t? Could some reimagine a story out of thousands of people” he asked, “Could someone want notoriety in the market where people thirst for fame, even infamous.” Simmons continued, “Could someone who just came out of jail, and want to sue you because they had an experience and they can reimagine it just a little bit different? Russell Simmons Accuses Kimora Lee Of Stealing From Him To Bail Out New Husband

During a recent interview with Graham Bensinger, Russell Simmons spoke on his lawsuit against his ex, Kimora Lee. According to him, the Baby Phat founder allegedly transferred his Celsius energy drink stock to herself to pay her current husband’s bail. Her husband, Tim Leissner, was charged with conspiracy to commit money laundering and conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act in 2018.

“I must’ve been a sh*t partner, from what I hear,” Simmons began. “No. I was very generous and tried to be supportive. We were together 15 years, Kimora and I. And for eight years, we were married. And together for seven, before that,” he continued, “And then, I was best friends with Kimora throughout the entire raising of my children.” Things were great between them for a while, however, the situation eventually took a turn for the worse. According to Simmons, anybody else would have also sued had they experienced what he allegedly did.

“So, I tried to be flexible, and accommodating, and supportive,” Simmons then described. “And sometimes, things don’t work out. You’ve seen the lawsuit. I had no choice. I think Jesus Christ, Lord Buddha, anybody would have sued. […] She gave what is now, today, based on the value of the stock, $800 million to the government illegally, and now I’m fighting to get my half of it back.” Kimora’s legal team previously denied his allegations, clapping back with accusations of “harassment.”
