Christian Combs’ Accuser Claims Alleged Sexual Assault Was Captured In Audio Recordings

Earlier this week, a woman named Grace O’Marcaigh filed a 31-page lawsuit against one of Diddy’s sons, Christian “King” Combs. O’Marcaigh accuses Combs of sexually assaulting her on a yacht where she worked as a crew member, leased by his family in December 2022. She claims that one morning, Combs pressured her to drink a shot of tequila he brought aboard. Shortly after, the alleged assault took place. Per her lawsuit, she believes the alcohol may have been laced with drugs.

Now, it’s been revealed that O’Marcaigh allegedly has audio recordings of her encounter with Combs, captured by none other than Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones. Jones is currently suing Diddy for alleged sexual misconduct. According to O’Marcaigh, the producer was working alongside Combs in a studio on the yacht.

Her suit also includes transcriptions of the recordings, seemingly showcasing her rejecting Combs’ advances. “Excuse me, you don’t touch my legs like that. I’ll move my legs where I want to,” a woman is heard saying in the recording. “If I want to do this, then I will. You don’t touch my legs like that.” O’Marcaigh then allegedly tells Combs she must leave the studio to get back to work. “Who can I talk to? I’m going to say I requested you right now,” he asked her. “Well, you can take your hand off my a** for the first thing,” she responded. O’Marcaigh says the alleged assault had a profound impact on her mental well-being and is seeking unspecified damages.

Combs’ father Diddy, who has also been in the hot seat in recent weeks, is named as a defendant in the lawsuit. New details of Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ lawsuit against Diddy came out this week, including allegations involving Daphne Joy. The actress shares a child with her ex, 50 Cent. She’s accused of accepting money from the Bad Boy Records founder monthly in exchange for sex work. Shortly after the news broke, 50 Cent took to social media to troll her for the allegations. It was later revealed that he plans to seek sole custody of their son.

Earlier today, Daphne Joy took to her Instagram Story to address Lil Rod’s accusations and 50 Cent’s response. She denies ever being employed by Diddy as a sex worker, despite Lil Rod’s claims. In her response, she also accused her ex of rape and abuse. “Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me,” she wrote. “You are no longer my oppressor and my God will handle you from this point on.”

Now, 50 Cent has denied her allegations in a statement shared with XXL by a representative. “The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my twelve year old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire,” it reads. “The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son. My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time.”

Xavier Wulf’s Ex Accuses Him Of Sexual Assault, Animal Abuse, Domestic Violence, And More

Earlier this week, a former girlfriend of Memphis-based rapper Xavier Wulf took to Reddit to accuse him of sexual assault, animal abuse, domestic violence, and more. The ex, who goes by Gianyasami on the platform, claims that the two of them had a serious relationship for five years, which took a turn for the worse in December 2018. One of his former friends and designers, who goes by the username anglicfilths, later came forward to back up her claims.

In her since-deleted post, Gianyasami included photographic evidence of bruises and other marks allegedly inflicted by Wulf. She also included various photos of her and Wulf alongside their small dog, Ramen. His ex-designer alleges that the performer once urged him to put “some sort of pill” in women’s drinks. He says that he later called him out for this, and for “throwing his puppy so hard against the wall.” As a result, he was allegedly threatened and refused pay.

Following their Reddit posts, Wulf took to his Instagram Story to issue a vague response. “5 years ago I would have to say was the darkest time of my life I hurt people I loved I hurt my friends and I hurt my family,” his statement begins. “What I did back then there’s no excuse for it I was ashamed then and still ashamed now since then I’ve been doing things I think necessary to better myself with therapy, anger management and rehab i hate when motherf*ckers come to the internet to apologize because that doesn’t solve anything, what really solves the problem is doing something about it which is what I’ve spent this time trying to do since that time and i will continue.”

Following Cassie’s bombshell lawsuit against Diddy, which contained countless damning allegations, various individuals have come forward to accuse the Bad Boy Records founder of assault. In December, a woman alleged that she was raped by Diddy, Harve Pierre, and another unnamed man. She claims that the incident took place at an NYC studio in 2003 when she was 17 years old.

Since she filed her suit, Diddy and his team have been pushing for the woman to lose anonymity. They argue that the mogul and his codefendants would suffer prejudice if their identities were public while hers remained private. Now, they’ve scored a small victory in the case, as the judge has denied her motion to move forward anonymously.

Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.”

The latest lawsuit accusing Diddy of sexual assault, this time from producer Lil Rod, resulted in another wave of shocked reactions online. There’s still a lot of social media fallout as a result of all of this, and it looks like this legal action might inspire more in its wake with different charges. Moreover, Tiffany Red recently threatened to sue Sean Combs and various record labels for ruining her work. For those unaware, Red is an industry songwriter known for her collaborations and for her close relationship with Cassie (one of the Bad Boy mogul’s previous accusers), plus her work with many more stars like Jennifer Hudson and Zendaya.

Freddie Gibbs called out DJ Akademiks for being a “rapist ass b*tch” on Twitter, Sunday, amid allegations that the podcaster and two of his friends sexually assaulted his ex-girlfriend. The woman, Ziya Abashae, came forward with the story on Instagram Live, Saturday, after Akademiks detailed her having a “three-some” with his friends.

“Let the disrespect be as loud as the disrespect,” Gibbs wrote on social media. In more posts, he added, “@Akademiks quiet as a church mouse today happy new year U rapist ass b*tch,” as well as “Hoe ass n***a I’mma come to court and slap U.”

As for the accusation against Akademiks, his ex explained on Instagram Live: “For you to pretend you didn’t do anything? That I just went to your house and I’m some thot, like we didn’t know each other for 2 years. You tried to save yourself after your friends assaulted me. Whether or not you got drunk or not. I know that when you woke up, you were on top of me too. You raped me too.” She also confirmed she had a rape kit conducted after the incident. She continued: “I look crazy right now but I’m not going to stand here and let this man continue to lie about me. Cassie’s Friend Recalls Diddy’s Alleged Abuse In New Interview

Last month, Diddy’s ex Cassie filed a bombshell lawsuit against the Bad Boy Records founder, accusing him of rape, physical abuse, and more. The two of them settled shortly after she filed, but her allegations still managed to spark a great deal of discourse, particularly as more alleged victims come forward. Since Cassie filed, Diddy has been hit with four additional lawsuits from women who accuse him of sexual assault.

Amid all of this, Cassie’s friend and collaborator Tiffany Red has come forward, sharing her account of witnessing Diddy’s alleged abuse in an interview with NBC News. According to her, she saw Diddy corner Cassie at her 29th birthday party, where he proceeded to “[cuss] her out with his hand in her face.” She says that things escalated later that night when she was staying the night at Cassie’s home.

Tiffany Red recalls waking up to the sound of Cassie screaming and heading downstairs to see what the commotion was. She claims that she walked into the living room to find Cassie “sedated,” and Diddy proceeded to make some disturbing remarks. “Tell your girl she wants some birthday d*ck,” she says Diddy told her, upset that Cassie wasn’t interested in sleeping with him. She remembers advocating for her friend, reminding him that she didn’t have to do anything she didn’t want to.

The songwriter explained that a few months ago, Cassie revealed what was actually taking place that night, which shocked her. According to her, Diddy wanted Cassie to participate in a “freak off,” which allegedly included him hiring sex workers to sleep with her while he watched. “She told me the only time he was willing to work on her music or go through any plans, any of that, was when she had a freak off,” Tiffany Red says. “To find out that like, I spent all these years writing these songs for him to rape my friend to? Russell Simmons Discusses Sexual Assault Allegations, Claims He’s Taken 9 Lie Detector Tests

During his recent interview with Graham Bensinger, Russell Simmons opened up about the impact his sexual assault allegations have had on his life. According to the Def Jam co-founder, he’s taken various lie detector tests in attempts to clear his name. Simmons admits that he’s engaged in some questionable activity in the past. He insists, however, that he’s never been violent or forceful with anyone.

“When someone said, for instance, ‘I was violent’ — one person said that — and I’ve never been violent. Took that. And one said I apologized. I never apologized about assaulting anyone. But if two people say it, because one said it, and #metoo, and the second person said it, then I took a test for it,” he explained.

“Some people say that they’re not accurate, but it’s 94% accurate,” Simmons says of the lie detector tests. “I did nine of them, it’s pretty clear that I don’t believe it. I even asked if, ‘Well, what if I believe it, but it’s not true?’ He said, ‘Your subconscious will get you,’” he continued, “I don’t know how true that is, but that’s what was told to me by the Chairman of the Polygraph Association.” He went on to suggest that there could be multiple explanations for why various women came forward with allegations.

“If you had more foursomes than most guys at once, could someone leave and feel hurt? Could someone leave and feel they wished they hadn’t? Could some reimagine a story out of thousands of people” he asked, “Could someone want notoriety in the market where people thirst for fame, even infamous.” Simmons continued, “Could someone who just came out of jail, and want to sue you because they had an experience and they can reimagine it just a little bit different? Aaron Hall Admits To Exhibitionism, Mentions Diddy In Resurfaced Clip

Earlier this week, Diddy was hit with a third lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault. An anonymous woman alleges that she and a friend were assaulted by the Bad Boy Records founder, as well as Aaron Hall. “While at Hall’s apartment, Jane Doe was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs,” the lawsuit alleges. “After Combs finished doing his business, Jane Doe laid in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.”

Amid the shocking allegations, social media users have dug up an old clip of Hall speaking on his sexual preferences. In the clip, he claims that he prefers to have sex in public, allowing others to “see how [he f*cks].” He went on to say that his claims could be corroborated by a number of his friends, including Diddy. “They been at my house. They all seen me f*ck,” he says.

In general, social media users find the bizarre clip disturbing, particularly amid the new allegations. While Hall has yet to respond to the lawsuit publicly, Diddy’s lawyer released a statement today, denying the allegations. They call the suit “nothing but a money grab,” accusing the alleged victims of “exploiting” the Adult Survivors Act.

“These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit. The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited by scammers. Jamie Foxx Accused Of Sexual Assault In New Lawsuit

An unnamed woman recently filed a lawsuit against Jamie Foxx, accusing the comedian of sexual assault. According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, the woman met Foxx at Catch NYC & Roof in 2015. She says that she noticed him right away, and eventually took a photo with him at her friend’s request. Allegedly, however, things took an unfortunate turn after that when he began to touch her without consent.

She claims that Foxx appeared to be intoxicated, and started making suggestive comments towards her. “Sure, baby anything for you,” he allegedly responded to their photo request, “Wow, you have that supermodel body.” Foxx is also accused of telling her she smelled good, and comparing her to actress Gabrielle Union. Allegedly, he later pulled her off to the side and began to touch her.

Foxx then allegedly placed his hands on the woman’s waist and later moved them up to her breasts. At this point, she says she tried to move away from him. She claims that there were others around, including security guards, as the alleged incident took place. According to her, they didn’t intervene. Allegedly, he then put his hands into her pants and touched her genitals before her friend approached and he stopped.

The woman claims that she suffered injuries as a result of the alleged assault. She also says that she suffered emotional pain and suffering following the alleged “sexual assault, abuse, assault and battery.” On top of suing Foxx, she’s also suing Catch, as well as its employees.
