Remy Ma’s been under fire as of late after Tasha K shared some “receipts” showing her allegedly cheating on Papoose. Earlier in the summer, rumors began to swirl that her husband got into a fight with Eazy The Block Captain after his rap battle against Geechi Gotti. During the battle, Eazy’s opponent appeared to “expose” his alleged relationship with Remy, which was the rumored catalyst for the fight.

She took to social media at the time to shut rumors down, claiming that it was all “lies.” Eazy also denied it in an interview, claiming that he never got into any fight with Papoose. Regardless, the speculation has continued, and Tasha K’s new apparent evidence isn’t helping. Recently, she posted a photo which appears to show Remy enjoying dinner with Eazy, claiming they were on a “date.” She further claimed that Papoose and Eazy did get into a fight after the rap battle. Now, a clip of Remy sharing her thoughts on Geechi Gotti’s accusation that started it all has surfaced, and she appears unbothered.

In the clip, Remy’s asked whether or not she was uncomfortable with Geechi Gotti taking shots at her relationship during the battle. “I’m comfortable, I’m comfortable. Listen, it’s battle rap,” she responded. “I’m used to it, like, it’s to be expected. It’s not the first time somebody said my name in one of their rounds.” When the person behind the camera notes how long the call-out lasted, Remy simply brushed it off. “He loves me, he loves me,” she replied.

Tasha K Unleashes On Sukihana In Brutal & Passionate Rant

Tasha K has plenty of online feuds to keep up with, most consequentially and cost-heavy being Cardi B. However, she also got very fired up with Sukihana over the past few months too, blasting her behavior, look, and overall persona. The rapper has no idea why the blogger went after her all of a sudden, but she’ll still take it like it is and say yes to the challenge. Moreover, Tasha recently stopped by the We In Miami podcast and was asked about her new song with Sexyy Red, presumably. She had a pretty nasty set of words for the Delaware native’s provocative and, in her opinion, regressive antics.

“She let n***as walk her like a dog and s**t,” Tasha K remarked of Sukihana. “I’m like ‘You know how far Black women had to f***ing come, b***h, for you to be on the ground?’ Where people walk and f***ing step in dogs**t and everything? And you let a motherf***er walk you like a dog? He got the light-skin b***hes standing up behind you. You a f***ing field n***a, and he got these b***hes back here like they the house n***as and s**t. We done came far and you trying to take us back. They had you in the back of the class in the slow f***ing…” she stopped, and took a sip of her glass of wine to calm down.

Furthermore, Sukihana recently got into these issues again at the VMAs. Many complained about her red carpet antics, during which she got down on all fours and twerked for the onlookers. Still, it’s clear that Suki doesn’t really care about any of the haters, and is happy to just get the attention. After all, she’s never been bigger.

Tasha K Clarifies Cardi B Claims, Asks Her To Reconsider Her Approach

Cardi B isn’t letting up in her legal battle against Tasha K one bit, which has driven the blogger to a place of desperation and ridicule. Moreover, she recently took to Twitter to clarify some claims that people think she made about the Bronx MC. Specifically, these relate to some aspects of the defamation lawsuit that Bardi won against Tasha. In addition, she also tried to reason with her and explain that she simply doesn’t have the money to pay her debts, and that she’s working with the court to do so as promptly and effectively as possible.

Regardless, it seems like Tasha K’s efforts have been to little avail, as Cardi B continues her crusade against her. “You want me out my home, broke, & my kids to not attend college!” Tasha tweeted on Thursday (September 14). “Your lawyers only continue to bill you 100k plus a week, looking for money we don’t have! But I can get it. Over time. Your lawyers have collected the 4 million that’s owed to you by simply making you pay for it by keeping you in litigation due to your lack of education.”

Also, she took issue with how this whole dilemma is something that Cardi B actively seeks throughout her career. Cardi B To Have Tasha K Examined Under Oath

Cardi B has successfully gotten the opportunity to have the finances of Tasha K scrutinized under oath. According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, the YouTuber will have to go into detail about the money she earns as a result of Cardi B winning her defamation case against Tasha K. While owing the rapper $4 million in damages, Tasha K filed for bankruptcy.

“The examination is pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 2004 and Local Rule 2004-1 and will be recorded by video and/or stenographic means before a court reporter or any officer duly authorized by law to administer oaths and record testimony,” Cardi B’s legal team wrote to Tasha K. “The scope of the examination shall be as described in Bankruptcy Rule 2004 … Pursuant to Local Rule 2004-1, no order shall be necessary.”

After filing for bankruptcy, Tasha K proposed paying just $220,239.20 to Cardi B. In response, Cardi’s lawyers are objecting to Tasha’s explanation of only being able to pay a limited amount. They want extensive access to her financials. They’re seeking tax returns for 2019-2022, financial transfers to her husband, Cheickna Kebe, and much more. Attorneys asked for a “detailed listing and photographs of all household goods and furnishings, furs and jewelry,” as well as “statements from any and all Social Media Platforms evidencing payments made to Debtor as a result of monthly subscriptions, pay-per-view (PPV) content, private messages/media and/or tips or YouTube ‘super chat’ donations or payments since March 21, 2019.” The attorney’s are further requesting copies of “all paystubs, receipts or communications reflecting payments” made to Tasha K since 2019. They’ll be focused on any advertisers who have paid Tasha K for product placements and endorsements.

Cardi B Goes After Tasha K’s Banks Amid Bankruptcy Declaration

Cardi B has been embroiled in a legal battle against Tasha K as of late. Overall, this all stems from a defamation lawsuit that Cardi ended up winning. Consequently, it was revealed that Tasha K would owe Cardi a whopping $4 million. Although Cardi has gone to great lengths to garnish Tasha K’s wages and YouTube cheques, it hasn’t proven to be a fruitful endeavor. Moreover, the gossip blogger has filed for bankruptcy, which ultimately put an end to Cardi’s collection efforts.

If you remember Tasha K offered the artist a measly $220K settlement. Of course, the Invasion Of Privacy artist was not interested in such a low number. Especially when the court had already ruled heavily in her favor. With Tasha K trying to duck her payments to Cardi, the rapper is taking drastic measures to get what is owed to her. In a new report from Radar Online, it was revealed that she has sent a subpoena to five of Tasha’s banks. Overall, she just wants to get the full scope of her financial situation.

The report also explains how she is looking for “all documents and communications received by or sent to third parties other than the Debtor, including but not limited to the Internal Revenue Service, regarding the Debtor’s finances employment, income, expenses, businesses or business interests.” Needless to say, Cardi is determined to get what she is owed. Whether or not these subpoenas lead to that, still remains to be seen.

Earlier this year, gossip vlogger Tasha K filed for bankruptcy to avoid paying the $4 million judgment awarded to rapper Cardi B after she won judgement against Tasha for defamation of character.

Cardi B has fired off subpoenas in an effort to track down money held by blogger Tasha K — who was ordered to pay the rapper $4 million after spreading lies about her, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Cardi B has informed the judge presiding over Tasha K’s bankruptcy of the subpoenas being sent to Morris Legal & Tax LLC, Bank of American, JPMorgan Chase Bank, Discover Financial and American Express.

Cardi has demanded the companies turn over information regarding Tasha’s finances. Specifically, the Bodak Yellow rapper demanded Morris Tax & Legal turn over Tasha’s tax returns from 2019 to 2022.

In addition, she demanded all documents Tasha provided to the tax company to prepare her returns. Cardi also requested “all documents and communications received by or sent to third parties other than the Debtor, including but not limited to the Internal Revenue Service, regarding the Debtor’s finances employment, income, expenses, businesses or business interests, including Kebe Studios, LLC, Monalisa Brown, LLC and Yelen Entertainment, LLC.”

The rapper asked the banks to turn over information of all deposits, withdrawals, transfers, copies of front and back of cancelled checks, wire information, and account statements.

Tasha K Offers To Pay Cardi B Just $200k Of 4 Million Owed

The Tasha K and Cardi B drama has been going on for years at this point. After a defamation suit spawned from the now disgraced blogger spreading lies about Cardi online, she was ordered to pay the rapper nearly $4 million. But the fight to get the money she’s owed hasn’t been easy. Earlier this year, Tasha K filed for bankruptcy at which point her debts weren’t forgiven, but Cardi was informed that she had to stop her pursuit of them temporarily. That erupted into an ongoing saga of legal maneuvers that’s lasted all year.

Back in April, Cardi B first began pursuing ways to get her money. After she first attempted to seize assets from Tasha, she later was limited to collecting checks from the Blogger’s YouTube channel in the meantime. A month later as the vast majority of the debt still hadn’t been paid Tasha K officially filed for bankruptcy. As a result Cardi’s ability to collect on the debt owed to her was paused. In the following months Tasha K was making headlines for her continued beefs with other figures like Tina Knowles, Wack 100, and Sukihana. In July, Cardi once again reignited the lawsuit flame.

Since July Cardi B has requested an audit of Tasha K to make sure that she is eventually paid what she’s owed. After Tasha maintained that she “does not have the ability to pay” Cardi doubled down. She made another request that the court force the blogger to pay up despite her bankruptcy. That was the last update to the story until now. Recently, Tasha offered Cardi a fraction of what she is fully owed.

Tasha K says she can pay just $220k of the $4 million she owes to Cardi B. Unsurprisingly, Cardi and her legal team have rejected the proposal.
