JT says that a fan approached her at an afterparty in an attempt to go against her in a rap battle. She explained the incident on social media and clearly wasn’t feeling it. She began by explaining that the fan pulled up on her at the club with the challenge and it was not the right environment.

“I’m like, ‘This ain’t even a performance. This is an afterparty and you wanna pull up on me and battle rap again sideways?’ Y’all getting bold. Pulling up on me at an afterparty and trying to battle rap is bold.” From there, she told her fans to behave and accused them of “getting out of hand.”

Benzino Reacts To J. Cole’s Kendrick Lamar Apology, Challenges Eminem To A Rap Battle

After Kendrick Lamar dissed Drake and J. Cole on “Like That” with Future and Metro Boomin, fans were eager to hear how each MC would fire back. Their wishes were partially granted earlier this month when Cole surprise-released his album Might Delete Later, complete with a Kendrick diss track, “7 Minute Drill.” Not long after the release, however, J. Cole had a change of heart. During his performance at Dreamville, he apologized for the song, and even later removed it from streaming services for good.

The unexpected move was pretty controversial among fans, but according to Benzino, it didn’t come as a surprise to him. During a recent chat with TMZ Hip Hop, The Source icon weighed in on the debacle and came to J. Cole’s defense. Moreover, he praised the MC for staying relatively unproblematic, and for setting a good example of conflict resolution.

Benzino Praises J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, And Drake

“J. Cole, Kendrick, Drake, they’re not battle rappers. Not saying that they can’t, but they didn’t come into the game as that. They came into the game making amazing songs,” he explained. While Benzino might respect J. Cole for his approach to the beef, he notes that the same doesn’t apply to him amid his years-long feud with Eminem.

Elsewhere in the interview, he challenged Slim Shady to a face-to-face rap battle, as he believes he’s in his prime. “I believe I could face-to-face battle with him and I’m willing to do so,” he announced. “I’m willing to challenge him right here on TMZ. A face-to-face battle, three rounds, and I believe I could take him.

Eazy The Block Captain Seemingly Confirms Remy Ma Affair In Alleged Leaked Audio

Over the summer, Geechi Gotti accused Remy Ma of cheating on Papoose with Eazy The Block Captain during a rap battle, sparking a great deal of controversy. Rumors even swirled that Papoose and Eazy got into a fight at the event, though they’ve since denied this. Matters were only made worse when Tasha K came forward in September, claiming to have “receipts” to prove Remy Ma’s alleged infidelity. She came through with a photo of Remy appearing to enjoy a dinner “date” with Eazy, accusing her of sleeping with “the help.”

Now, another battle rapper who goes by John John Da Don has shared a new audio snippet, which appears to contain an admission. In the snippet, a voice that sounds like Eazy The Block Captain claims to have had an affair with Remy, though it remains unconfirmed at the time of writing whether or not it’s him speaking.

Eazy The Block Captain Claims Audio Is “Edited”

“Yo we was f*cking with each other,” the man says in the snippet. “She was cheating on [inaudible] such and such, whatever happened […] I should have known, me being in f*cking New York. Me being at Rem jawn, I know I’m f*cking his b*tch. I knew this n***a should have been plotting on me because I would have been doing the same thing.” John John shared the audio on his Instagram page earlier this week, prompting a response from Eazy The Block Captain. “You really dropped an edited recording on me,” Eazy commented under the since-deleted clip.

Though her relationship drama continues, Remy Ma appears intent on kicking off the new year on the right foot, sharing an uplifting message with followers last week. “Your presence is a gift. How many of y’all walking into 2024 hitting that Access Denied button? #RemyMa #Reminisce #BigBronx,” she wrote. What do you think of the alleged audio of Eazy The Block Captain? Meek Mill Reflects On His Tragic First Rap Battle: “I Started Crying”

While Meek Mill has made quite a name for himself in the music industry, things weren’t always looking up for him. During his recent Urban One Originals appearance, he opened up about his first-ever rap battle. Unfortunately, it didn’t go exactly how he had planned, and he ended up crying in front of the competition. He detailed getting destroyed by a fellow rapper, who he says was at a far higher skill level than he was at the time.

“My first time rap battling — this some real sh*t — that n***a made me cry,” he explained. “I was like a bada** young boy at the time. We was battling, but it wasn’t about the battle. My whole hood was laughing at me and I never got laughed at about sh*t. You can’t mess with my sneakers, nothing!” he went on, pained by the memory. “I turned around and peeped with my eyes, got that lump in my throat, I started crying and walked off. I said, ‘All y’all n***as gonna be banging my shi*!’”

Meek Mill Recalls His “Whole Hood” Laughing At Him

“I was like 12, 13 years old,” he continued. “Shoutout to Dun Duddy, he f*cked me up in that battle […] That n***a was rapping like he was 18! I swear to God, that n***a made me cry.” Nowadays, the rapper doesn’t ever have to worry about getting embarrassed like that again, thanks to his long list of accomplishments. He even recently revealed how much money he makes from his music, sparking some speculation that he was lying about the massive numbers.

“I’m getting a million a song … so that’s 62,500 every bar I speak…. They say this rap s**t dying must be on billboard because it’s not to Meek!” he told fans. Remy Ma’s Cheating Allegations Leave Her Unbothered: “He Loves Me”

Remy Ma’s been under fire as of late after Tasha K shared some “receipts” showing her allegedly cheating on Papoose. Earlier in the summer, rumors began to swirl that her husband got into a fight with Eazy The Block Captain after his rap battle against Geechi Gotti. During the battle, Eazy’s opponent appeared to “expose” his alleged relationship with Remy, which was the rumored catalyst for the fight.

She took to social media at the time to shut rumors down, claiming that it was all “lies.” Eazy also denied it in an interview, claiming that he never got into any fight with Papoose. Regardless, the speculation has continued, and Tasha K’s new apparent evidence isn’t helping. Recently, she posted a photo which appears to show Remy enjoying dinner with Eazy, claiming they were on a “date.” She further claimed that Papoose and Eazy did get into a fight after the rap battle. Now, a clip of Remy sharing her thoughts on Geechi Gotti’s accusation that started it all has surfaced, and she appears unbothered.

Remy Ma Said She’s “Comfortable” With Geechi Gotti’s Cheating Accusations

In the clip, Remy’s asked whether or not she was uncomfortable with Geechi Gotti taking shots at her relationship during the battle. “I’m comfortable, I’m comfortable. Listen, it’s battle rap,” she responded. “I’m used to it, like, it’s to be expected. It’s not the first time somebody said my name in one of their rounds.” When the person behind the camera notes how long the call-out lasted, Remy simply brushed it off. “He loves me, he loves me,” she replied.

Though the cheating rumors are unconfirmed, Remy Ma is already facing some backlash for her alleged infidelity. What do you think of the recent allegations against Remy Ma? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates on Remy Ma and Papoose.

Jadakiss Recalls Big L & Styles P’s “Furious” Rap Battle

Jadakiss says that Big L and Styles P once participated in a “furious” rap battle before either became mainstream artists. The Lox rapper recalled the legendary battle during a recent appearance on Drink Champs.

“Big L was that n***a,” Jadakiss began during the interview. “I don’t like that they gave him his flowers after he was dead. They should have gave them [his flowers] when he was here. but, I guess it was too much going on. Or, just how the world is.” The iconic New York rapper was shot and killed in Harlem back in 1999 at 24 years old. He released just one studio album during his lifetime, Lifestylez ov da Poor & Dangerous.

“But, Big L was one of the first — Big L, when we were still trying to get a deal and we hadn’t met Puff yet — we were downtown on 139th getting some weed from Buzz Me In, the old spot that was there and he [Big L] was in front of the fried chicken spot,” Jadakiss explained. “SP got out and him and SP got into a battle — a furious one. We got cool with him after that — once we found out about Children of The Corn and all that. Big L was already famous. He was one of the first young dudes to make it. Once again shout out to Digging in the Crates for seeing the talent in him way back when he was a youngster.”

Jadakiss was joined by his father and his son for the episode of Drink Champs. The group discussed analog vs. digital music, controlling piracy in the digital era, owning masters, and more. Jadakiss recently announced that he’s working on two albums that he intends to release later this year. He talked about the upcoming efforts during an interview on Sway’s Universe, earlier this month. Check out his appearance on Drink Champs below.
