50 Cent Jabs ‘Hungry and Racist’ Rick Ross After Reading Drake’s Shade

50Cent024

It was only a matter of time before 50 Cent decided to dive into the Rick Ross and Drake beef. With it being forever up with Ross, 50 took some time to highlight a key point of Drake’s text exchange with his mom.

In case you missed it, Drake shared a curious text message from his mother. Drake’s mom asks about rumors of him getting a nose job, as detailed by Rick Ross in the “Champagne Moments” diss track. His mother says she would have one, too.

Drake explained: “It’s coming from Rick Ross the guy I did songs with he’s gone loopy off the Mounjaro he hasn’t eaten ind ats and it’s turned him angry and racist he’s performing at proms for money it’s bad don’t worry we’ll handle it.”

Then Drake tagged Rick Ross: “@richforever you’re one nosey goof.”

50 Cent saw the message and had a jab at Ross over Mounjaro, a medication for diabetes and weight loss.

He also thinks the entire game is getting smoke.

Rick Ross wasted no time. After Drake sent shots his way on “Push Ups,” Rozay responded with “Champagne Moments.”

The track, dropped off to DJ Akademiks for a premiere within two hours of Drake’s launch, raises accusations of plastic surgery and reveals why he unfollowed The Boy.

You can hear it all below.

DJ Whoo Kid Teases Another Diss From Drake: “More Coming Soon”

DJ Whoo Kid was the first voice fans heard on Drake’s “Push Ups.” It was a surprising inclusion, but it made perfect sense given Whoo Kid’s affiliation with 50 Cent and the classic rap feuds of the 2000s. He knows how to play the game from the hype man perspective, and that’s exactly what he did for Drake on Instagram. A day after “Push Ups” leaked online, Whoo Kid hopped on the platform to tease more disses from the Canadian superstar.

Whoo Kid didn’t provide fans with any specifics regarding the diss tracks, but he did tell them to get ready. “More coming soon,” he wrote over a screenshot from the comedy film Major Payne. Whoo Kid’s involvement in “Push Ups” makes him a legitimate source of information regarding Drake disses, and the Reddit thread r/Drizzy pointed out that Whoo Kid’s vocals resemble his introductions on the old G-Unit mixtapes. The same mixtapes that established Whoo Kid’s brand and allowed 50 to take shots at dozens of other rappers. As a result, some theorize that Drake will drop a G-Unit style mixtape hosted by Whoo Kid. The operative word here being “theorize.”

DJ Whoo Kid Was On Drake’s “Push Ups”

Drake certainly has enough enemies to fill up an entire mixtape. He’s currently beefing with Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross, The Weeknd, Future and Metro Boomin. He took shots at all of them on “Push Ups,” but made it clear that he had more to say. “This ain’t even everything I know, don’t wake the demon up,” he rapped in the second verse. Whoo Kid’s relationship with Drake dates back a decade, but the DJ claims that he never gets personally invested in beefs.

During a 2016 interview with BBC Radio, DJ Whoo Kid said he always made a point of keeping things professional. “Never choose sides,” he asserted. “I been with 50 for a million years [but] I never choose sides. I know the levels of how deep the beef is, so depending on how deep the beef is, it puts a plug on whether I play the [diss] song or not on my show.” It doesn’t sound like there’s a plug on the tracks Whoo Kid and Drake have been cooking up, however. Hopefully the DJ’s claims of “soon” come to fruition.

Rick Ross Claps Back At Drake On “Champagne Moments”

2024 has been a messy year. The cold war between Drake and the rest of the hip-hop world went nuclear after Kendrick Lamar’s “Like That” diss, and since then it’s been open season on the 6 God. Future, Metro Boomin, The Weeknd and ASAP Rocky have all taken aim at Drake, but the rapper that has most hip-hop fans conflicted is Rick Ross. Drake and Ross have made classic records together for over a decade. Ross’ new single, however, makes it clear that they will be enemies from now on.

Ross teased the track “Champagne Moments” during a DJ Akademiks live stream on April 13, but it’s now available on streaming platforms with beefed up drums and artwork with the hashtag “#BBLDrizzy.” The rapper furthered the disrespect by tagging Birdman and OVO Records when he posted the song on Instagram. The beat for “Champagne Moments” is classic Rick Ross, with lush strings and a mafioso vibe that suits the rapper’s husky flow. Ross accuses Drake of ripping off Lil Wayne’s style, and claims the Toronto rapper needed his co-sign to establish credibility.

Rick Ross Rebrands Drake As “BBLDrizzy”

These lines are debatable, especially since Drake has been featured on all of Ross’ biggest hits, but the thing that will keep fans buzzing about “Champagne Moments” is the outro. He claims that Drake got a nose job and cosmetic surgery on his body. Ross also goes after Drake’s perceived “blackness,” or lack their-of, which has been a talking point since Drake blew up. Ross doesn’t body Drake, but he does pick at a few scabs, and the production is solid.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single, “Champagne Moments,” by Rick Ross? Do you think he bested Drake? Do you think Ross’ claims about Drake are true? Will the 6 God issue a response? Look me right in my face, he beginning to shake

Rick Ross’ Comedic Ways Continue As He Trolled Drake And Teased An Alleged Fact About ‘Sicko Mode’

Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s brewing battle is certainly the main event in hip-hop at the moment, but aside from the kerfuffle that’s come from their diss tracks, it hasn’t been all that eventful. If you’re looking for entertainment, look no further than the side beef between Drake and Rick Ross. Things between the friends-turned-enemies reached its peak point when Drake dissed Ross on “Push Up (Drop & Give Me 50),” his response to Kendrick and others. Ross quickly responded with “Champagne Moments” just hours later, but the Florida native had plenty more to say to Drake after he released his response.

Hours after he jumped on social media to call Drake “BBL Drizzy” and OVO Sound “Pastrami Posse,” Ross continued his trolling on Instagram while at a party in Miami. Despite their beef, Ross seemed to enjoy when Drake’s records were played during the party. Nothing seemed to put a bigger smile on his face than when Drake’s verse on Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode” played and Ross used that moment to make a big reveal about the song. “Who wrote this?” Rick Ross said into the camera. “Guess who wrote this. You would never guess who wrote this.”

Ross did not reveal the alleged writer behind the song, but it’s not the first time Drake has dealt with ghostwriter claims over the past couple of weeks. Fans were reminded of Future’s songwriter contributions to Drake’s “Feel No Ways” after Future and Metro Boomin put “This Sunday,” the alleged reference track for “Feel No Ways,” on their latest album We Still Don’t Trust You. More recently, Lil Yachty’s reference track for “Jumbotron Sh*t Poppin” off Drake and 21 Savage’s Her Loss album leaked on Twitter.

You can watch Ross make claims about “Sicko Mode” in the video above.

Uma Thurman Offers Drake Her ‘Kill Bill’ Suit Amid Rap Beef

Drake was having a bit of fun with his current beef, highlighting how the numbers aren’t in his favor with disses coming from everywhere.

Hitting Instagram, Drake shared an image of Uma Thurman from Kill Bill with one sword out and aurrounded by many attackers. Seeing the post, Thurman shared an image of the actual yellow suit she wore in the film: She wrote, “@Need this? @Champagnepapi.”

Drake dropped off “Push Ups,” but he says that’s just the tip of the iceberg. In an Instagram conversation with Ernest Baker, Drake says the red button is “not even close” to having been pressed.

You can see the message below.

It’s officially up. Drake has responded to shots fired at him from all angles with the new diss track “Push Ups.” The single heavily targets Kendrick Lamar following the “Like That” diss verse but also takes aim at Metro Boomin, The Weeknd, Future, Rick Ross, and one that nobody saw coming, Ja Morant.

Throughout “Push Ups,” Drake shades Kendrick Lamar over his size and being an “extortion baby” losing 50% of his income to Top Dawg Entertainment. Additionally, Drake calls out being forced to drop verses for Maroon 5, Taylor Swift, and more.

Drake also addresses bars specifically from “Like That”:

“You won’t ever take no chain off of us
How the fuck you big steppin’ with a size seven men’s on?”

and

“Just to have this talk with yo’ ass, I had to hike down
Big difference between Mike then and Mike now
What the fuck is this, a twenty-V-one, nigga?
What’s a prince to a king? He a son, nigga”

From there, Drake turned his attention to The Weeknd:

“Y’all nigga manager was Chubbs lil’ blunt runner
Claim the 6ix, and you boys ain’t even come from it
And when you boys got rich, you had to run from it
Cash blowin’ Abel bread, out here trickin’ (Out here trickin’)
Shit we do for bitches he doin’ for niggas”

He swiftly had a bar for Metro: “Metro, shut your ho ass up and make some drums, nigga”

He even got back into the “Officer Ricky” association to RIck Ross, while jabbing Ja Morant:

“Niggas really got me out here talkin’ like I’m 50, ayy
Niggas really got me out here rappin’ what I’m livin’
I might take your latest girl and cuff her like I’m Ricky
Can’t believe he jumpin’ in, this nigga turnin’ fifty
Every song that made it on the chart, he got from Drizzy
Spend that lil’ check you got and stay up out my business
Worry ’bout whatever goin’ on with you and (Uh)
Ayy, shoutout to the hooper that be bustin’ out the griddy
We know why you mad, nigga, I ain’t even trippin’
All that lil’ heartbroken Twitter shit for bitches”

You can hear all the madness below.

Rick Ross Responds to Birdman Supporting Drake During Rap Beef

Rick ROss 1

Birdman made a public statement about Drake during his array of beefs. Hitting Instagram, Birdman posted a message.

“@ChampagnePapi I’m ridin with you 4L I got ur bak,” Birdman wrote.

Seeing the moment, Rick Ross hopped right on Instagram:

After a week of back and forth on wax between Drake and Rick Ross, things seem to have gotten a little personal after Drake’s Ross diss “Push Ups(Drop And Give Me Fifty)” when Rozay responded with “Champagne Moments”, where the Maybach Music jefe alleges that the OVO head honcho had plastic surgery on his nose to make it smaller.

Ross wasted no time letting off shots at who he calls “BBL Drizzy” on the diss track, saying, “You ain’t never want to be a n**** anyway, n****/ That’s why you had a operation to make your nose smaller than your father nose, n****.”

In a hilarious response, Drake shared a text message exchange between him and his mother, where she asks him if he got a rhinoplasty procedure without her.

Drake jokes with his mom that Rozay has gone crazy on Mounjaro, a weight loss supplement, which he claims has Ross angry because he hasn’t eaten for days.

Ross responded on IG with jokes about Drizzy going to his mother about their rap beef while repeatedly calling him “white boy” because of his mixed heritage. He also dropped a message on X for anyone who with smoke with the Maybach boss:

Drake And Oddly Enough His Mother Responded To Rick Ross’ Claim That The Rapper ‘Got A Nose Job’

Drake’s ongoing war of words with nearly half of rap has reached a new level of petty. Some would even consider it a full-on family affair.

Yesterday (April 13), Rick Ross released his recorded response to his past collaborator’s subtle jabs. At the end of “Champagne Moments,” Ross claimed Drake underwent a cosmetic procedure. This isn’t the first time Drake has been accused of going under the knife (hi, Megan Thee Stallion). Instead of abdominal etching or liposuction, Ross alleged that Drake “got his nose done” or rhinoplasty on the track.

So, Drake took to his Instagram stories to clap back at Ross with the help of his mother, Sandi. In a text message exchange with Mommy dearest, the pair laughed at the suggestion. When asked by his mother if there was any validation to the rumor, Drake replied: “It’s coming from the guy I did songs with. He’s gone loopy off the Mounjaro. He hasn’t eaten in days, and it’s turned him angry and racist.”

To ensure Ross saw the thread, Drake tagged him in the post. “You’re one nosey goof,” he wrote.

Given that Ross also mentioned Drake’s father, Dennis, a fiery message from Pop should be coming.
