Megan Thee Stallion Reveals How Tory Lanez Trial Impacts Her BF Pardison Fontaine

If there’s anything we’ve learned from watching Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez’s long-awaited trial play out over the past few days, it’s that this whole situation has been anything but easy for the Houston native. From the injuries she sustained during the traumatic incident to having to recount all the details on the stand in front of the courtroom all these years later, the rapper has had to put on a seriously brave face in the midst of chaos.

Among the details shared by the 27-year-old during her Tuesday (December 13) testimony was an update on her current relationship. As you may recall, Thee Stallion has been dating fellow recording artist Pardison Fontaine for over two years now.

“I feel disgusted, I feel dirty, my own partner is embarrassed,” she admitted on the stand earlier this week. “I can’t even be happy, I don’t want to talk to friends or family.”

Those who have been closely keeping tabs on the ongoing trial know that elsewhere in her comments, Megan admitted to previously having been intimate with Lanez. Prior to the trial, she had denied being intimate with the “Say It” singer. Now, however, the truth is coming to light.

Additionally, names like Ben Simmons and DaBaby are linked to both Thee Stallion and her former best friend, Kelsey Harris. Ultimately, the former seemingly denied the allegations with a clip of Rick Ross on his Instagram Story.

The latter, however, substantiated such claims before with his own song, “BOOGEYMAN.”

Aside from putting a strain on her romantic relationship with Pardi, the “Hot Girl Summer” hitmaker has also found her mental health struggling in the years since the shooting. So much so, in fact, that she’s been experiencing suicidal thoughts.

“I don’t want to live,” she told the court. “I wish he had just shot and killed me if I had to go through this torture.”

DJ Akademiks Says He Gave Lil Baby His Address To Fight

DJ Akademiks has been quite the trending topic over the past few days.

As he continues to run his mouth on his Twitch streams, he’s not backing down when it comes to his recent beef with Lil Baby.

He hosted one of his notorious online sessions yesterday (December 15). During it, the media personality alleged that the “Yes Indeed” rapper won’t actually fight him.

In clips shared on social media, the streamer says he was serious about wanting to fight Lil Baby.

He went as far as to reveal that he even sent the 28-year-old an address to pull up to.

“Apparently he messaged me yesterday when I was on stream, right? He said, ‘Yo, send the addy.’ I guess people went viral with this whole thing when I said I’ll box him. I will box him!” he exclaimed.

After proceeding to send him an addy in the DMs, the “Drip Too Hard” hitmaker never showed up.

“I really think the majority of these rappers without their crews and no guns, really ain’t all sh*t, I’m sorry. And if a n***a beat my ass.. trust me, I’m funny enough, I’ll joke about it,” Ak continued.

Furthermore, the former Everyday Struggle host says that Baby lied about being in New York.

While showing the DMs to the camera, we can see that Akademiks wrote “I love u too. Lmk if u in NY.” This came as a response to the Atlanta native’s “Send me the addy!!”

The media personality insists he was then sent a fake address and that the rapper even deleted messages afterwards.

This beef seemingly all began earlier this year. Upon dropping his third studio album, It’s Only Me, in October, fans were quick to point out Lil Baby dissing Akademiks.

On “From Now On,” he raps “Akademiks know he ain’t as rich as me / Brodie ready to eat for a twenty piece / I ain’t got nothin’ to say to you mini-mes.”

Only a few songs farther down the tracklist, he adds more. “Akademiks, n***as think they can’t get touched / I don’t be on compuers much, CED turned me on to YouTube,” he raps on “Top Priority.”

Although he initially laughed it off, it now appears as though the streamer wants the smoke.

In another streamed tirade earlier this week, he threatened to choke Lil Baby to death.

At the end of the day, it seems like the “Yes Indeed” rapper isn’t really taking all of this too seriously.

Do you think these two will finally squash their beef? Comment down below and make sure to stay tuned to HNHH for the latest updates.

Meghan Markle On Friendship With Beyoncé: “I Still Can’t Believe She Knows Who I Am!”

Every so often, Netflix unveils a new original series that takes the world by storm. While Tim Burton’s Wednesday is definitely one of those at the moment, another recent arrival is the Harry & Meghan docuseries. The first three episodes premiered earlier in December. Now, the latter half hit the streamer on Thursday (December 15), giving us further insight into the lives of the two former royals.

Additionally, in the second half of the hit documentary, Meghan Markle briefly discusses her friendship with Beyoncé. As PEOPLE notes, the two previously met in 2019 after both working on Disney’s The Lion King remake. Paparazzi caught photos of the two hugging at the premiere. At the time, Queen B reportedly whispered “my princess” to the mother of two.

Those who saw the pair’s first meeting noticed an immediate “familiarity” between them. So much so, in fact, that many refused to believe that weren’t already kindred spirits. At the same time, Prince Harry was chatting it up with Jay-Z, who had some advice for the couple.

“The best advice I can give you, [is to] always find some time for yourself,” Hov told Markle and her husband.

Elsewhere, Beyoncé previously showed tons of love to the Suits actress following her and Prince Harry’s interview with Oprah Winfrey. The conversation aired back in March of 2021. It found them discussing things like losing police protection, the strain they’ve felt on their relationships with royals, and their daughter, Lilibet, who was still in utero at the time.

After the emotional interview aired, Beyoncé posted a public tribute to her on Instagram. “Thank you Meghan for your courage and leadership,” the Houston native wrote. “We are all strengthened and inspired by you.”

As it turns out, the Lemonade hitmaker also sent Markle a private text with even more kind words. In the docuseries’ latest episodes, we see the couple working side by side at home when the California native announces that she’s gotten a text from her famous friend.

“I still can’t believe she knows who I am!” she went on to gush about her sweet message from the vocalist. “She said she wants me to feel safe and protected. She admires and respects my bravery and vulnerability and thinks I was selected to break generational curses that need to be healed.”

Prince Harry responded, “that’s well said.” No doubt!

Check out the trailer for the second installment of Netflix’s Harry & Meghan above. Afterward, let us know if you’ve tuned into the docuseries down in the comments.

Henry Cavill Won’t Be Returning To As DC Studios’ Superman

Though Henry Cavill was expected to reprise his role as Superman in the DC Studios film series, the actor revealed earlier this week that he won’t be returning as the beloved superhero.

Releasing a statement, the 39-year-old shared with fans that he learned the “sad news” following a meeting with James Gunn and Peter Safran, who both serve as CEOs at DC Studios.

“I will, after all, not be returning as Superman,” Cavill penned. “After being told by the studio to announce my return back in October, prior to their hire, this news isn’t the easiest, but that’s life. The changing of the guard is something that happens. I respect that.”

Wishing Gunn and Safran luck, the actor graciously continued, “My turn to wear the cape has passed, but what Superman stands for never will. It’s been a fun ride with you all, onwards and upwards.”

Cavill originally starred as Clark Kent in 2013’s Man of Steel, and later acted as Superman in a number of other films, including Justice League and Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.

In a series of tweets posted Wednesday, Gunn spoke out about the current Superman revamp, saying that he and Safran have a “DC slate ready to go.”

Implying that they want to go with a younger actor, he then shared, “Among those on the slate is Superman. In the initial stages, our story will be focusing on an earlier part of Superman’s life, so the character will not be played by Henry Cavill.”

In another tweet, Gunn said about their future relationship with Cavill, “But we just had a great meeting with Henry and we’re big fans and we talked about a number of exciting possibilities to work together in the future.”

The news comes on the heels of Cavill’s exit from “The Witcher,” a popular Netflix fantasy series. The Jersey native portrayed Geralt, a monster hunter, on the series for three seasons. A fourth season of the show is currently in progress.

With Liam Hemsworth now replacing his character, many assumed that Cavill left the show to focus on and dedicate more time to his future Superman role.

However, Deadline reported that sources blamed his departure from “The Witcher” on a “short-term deal” he had with the show.

Twitter Reacts To Tyler Perry Being The Godfather Of Prince Harry & Meghan Markle’s Daughter Lilibet

The last three episodes of Harry & Meghan dropped on Netflix Thursday, with Tyler Perry making a surprise appearance on the new docu-series. In one scene, the mega-producer revealed that he was asked to be a godfather to Lilibet, the royal couple’s newborn daughter.

“‘We’d like for you to be Lili’s godfather.’ I go, ‘Woah,’” Perry recalled in the now-viral clip. “I take a minute to take that in and I thought, ‘I’d be honored. I’d absolutely be honored.’”

Admitting that he wasn’t up for a ceremony at Buckingham Palace, though, he also shared that he called back after hanging up the phone.

“I go, ‘Hold on a second. Does this mean we gotta go over there and do all of that in the church with them and figure all that out? Because I don’t wanna do that.’”

Perry grew close with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry shortly after they began to distance themselves from the royal family.

Per People, Perry hadn’t met the couple until 2020, when he offered them his Beverly Hills mansion to live in amid the drama. Staying there with their son Archie for several months, they eventually left after purchasing a home in Montecito.

Not long after the second installment of Harry & Meghan premiered, many users took to social media to detail their shock at the unlikely friendship.

One person tweeted, “I completely understand why Meghan and Harry made Tyler Perry the godfather of their child but it still feels so hilarious and random for some reason.”

“Tyler Perry being the godfather to Harry & Meghan’s daughter was yet again not on my 2022 bingo card !” another wrote.

Harry & Meghan is currently available to stream on Netflix.

Accused Takeoff Shooter Could Claim Self-Defense In Murder Case

Takeoff tragically lost his life in November after suffering a fatal shooting at a Houston bowling alley and event center. Since then, 33-year-old Patrick Clark has been arrested and charged with the rapper’s murder.

After allegedly attempting to flee the United States, his legal team has revealed that Clark may pursue a self-defense claim in court.

Per the Associated Press, one of Clark’s lawyers implied during a recent hearing that he opened fire after another person initially shot at him. But police tell a different story, claiming that Clark was the first to fire a shot.

“We feel comfortable that when the time is right that Mr. Clark will have a valid and meritorious claim for self-defense,” the lawyer stated. She reportedly declined to explain further to reporters.

Clark was initially given a $2 million bond following his arrest earlier this month. But his lawyers attempted to lower it at a court hearing this past Wednesday.

A district judge acknowledged that Clark might be a flight risk. They also revealed that his “Google searches for fake tickets cause me a great deal of concern.”

Eventually, though, he agreed to lower the bond to $1 million with security measures expected to be put in place. Clark’s lawyer hopes to reduce it further to $300,000, a figure that could be more affordable for his family.

Takeoff was fatally shot in November and passed away at age 28. Quavo, his uncle and collaborator, was also at the scene during the shooting.

They then added, “That’s not a living wage for all of the things you’re expecting ma’am.”

DJ Akademiks Receives DM From Diddy About Yung Miami

He doesn’t usually return to backtrack on his beefs, but DJ Akademiks is moving differently after waging war with Yung Miami. The blogger has often been on the wrong side of several artists due to the nature of his reports. Whether through his interviews or Twitch Livestreams, Akademiks doesn’t hold back in his unfiltered criticisms. Over the years, he’s had quite a bit to say about Yung Miami and her career, so it was no surprise that he touched on her relationship with Sean “Diddy Combs.”

Most recently, Diddy revealed that he became a father once again. A California woman named Dana Tran was revealed to be the newborn’s mother—a child reportedly born in October. Akademiks trolled the situation by referring to Yung Miami as a side chick, prompting a back-and-forth that became a viral moment. Insults were spewed and Akademiks doubled down on criticisms, but now, he’s backtracking.

In a follow-up, Akademiks claimed that Diddy DMed him to speak about the viral controversy.

“Diddy, I’m not no player hater. I love you so I’ma just fall back outta this one, I ain’t even gonna get on it crazy like that,” he now says. “She’s been be reading comments, Diddy… She’s on everybody’s head. It’s not only me.” Akademiks then called Yung Miami a “queen” who no longer a side chick.

Meanwhile, Diddy made it publicly clear that he wouldn’t stand for anyone disrespecting the “Act Up” hitmaker.

“[Yung Miami] is not my side chick. Never has been, never will be. She’s very important and special to me, and I don’t play about my Shawty Wop. I don’t discuss things on the internet and I will not start today,” he wrote.

Check out the clip of Akademiks speaking about Diddy above.
