Drake Taunts Kendrick Lamar Camp: “They Have Nothing To Drop”

Drake has been doing lots of typing since he dropped “Push Ups.” The rapper has trolled several of his enemies on Instagram, but the one he’s been most adamant about targeting is Kendrick Lamar. K. Dot’s lack of social media engagement had led Drake to target those close to the rapper. This include Lamar’s manager, Anthony Saleh, and Lamar affiliate DJHed. Drake taunted the latter after an IG post made note of the fact that Lamar hasn’t responded to the “Push Ups” diss. Not yet, at least.

The whole thing started as a string of tweets from DJHed. The music industry veteran criticized Drake for not putting “Push Ups” on streaming services. “The Canadian ‘responded’ after over a decade of being dared to come outside,” he wrote. “Still has yet to claim said ‘response.’ He’s now taunting Ant in an attempt to garner a reaction.” Ant, in this case, is the aforementioned Anthony Saleh. DJHed ended his tweet by insulting the quality of Drake’s music. “If you enjoy microwaved meal that’s on you,” he asserted. “We prefer cooked food on this side.”

Drake Suggests K. Dot Doesn’t Have A Diss Ready

DJ Akademiks posted the tweet on his Instagram, which led Drake to respond. The rapper dismissed DJHed’s claims and clowned Lamar for not having a response ready. “Use me as a ‘they have nothing to drop’ button,” he wrote in the comments section. It hasn’t been long since Drake released “Push Ups,” but the constant trolling, coupled with controversy surrounding Lamar’s fake AI diss, has made it seem longer. DJHed kept it moving by pointing out Drake’s reluctance to drop “Push Ups” on streaming. “‘B2B’ is up, ‘Duppy’ is up,” he wrote back. “Your ‘Push Ups’ song is not…”

DJHed’s reply is only partially correct. “Back to Back,” Drake’s 2015 diss against Meek Mill, is indeed on streaming. So is the Meek diss that preceded it, “Charged Up.” DJHed is incorrect in stating that “Duppy Freestyle,” however, Drake’s 2018 diss against Pusha T, is streaming. The song is not available on Apple Music or Spotify, so there’s a precedent for Drizzy keeping his disses “unofficial.” DJHed reposted the exchange on his IG with one final dig. He told Drake not to wait until the numbers come out before he “claims” his diss track, implying the rapper is only concerned about chart performance.

Regardless of who’s right, the next move from Lamar’s camp is going to be crucial.

NBA YoungBoy’s Pre-Trial Release At Risk As He’s Sent Back To Baton Rouge After Arrest

Earlier this week, NBA YoungBoy was arrested after a raid of his Utah home, which he’s dubbed Grave Digger Mountain. At the time, it was reported that he was taken into custody due to “patterns of unlawful activity, procuring or attempting to procure drugs, identity fraud, forgery, possession of controlled substances, and possession of a dangerous weapon.” Today, new details about his case emerged, revealing that most of his charges stem from an alleged prescription drug fraud scheme.

Essentially, officials accuse YB and his crew of calling in prescriptions using real doctors’ names. One suspicious pharmacist tipped off the police. The arrest has led to a lot of questions about what’s next for the rapper, who’s been on house arrest in Utah for two years. He’s awaiting his upcoming trial in Louisiana on a previous gun possession charge. Of course, this latest development was expected to impact his pre-trial release in some way. It looks like officials aren’t wasting any time.

Today, a federal judge signed a request from prosecutors to schedule a bond revocation hearing and ordered that he be held in custody until it’s scheduled. If she ends up determining that YB violated the terms of his pre-trial release, she could order him to be held until his trial. Moreover, the performer has to kiss Grave Digger Mountain goodbye for now. He’s been sent back to his hometown of Baton Rouge, LA where he must remain until he learns his fate.

What do you think of NBA YoungBoy’s recent arrest? What about the rapper having to go back to Baton Rouge? Do you think he’ll end up having to await trial behind bars? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Rick Ross References Millie Bobby Brown Amidst Drake Beef

Rick Ross will not let up. The Maybach Music mogul has spent the last week bombing on Drake, both in the form of music and Instagram posts. He’s doing everything he can to make life difficult for the Toronto rapper, and he just crossed a threshold that nobody has dared approach. During a recent IG Story, Ross promoted his upcoming car show by bringing up the controversial friendship between Drake and actress Millie Bobby Brown. If the gloves weren’t off already, they are now.

Rozay’s car show promotion looked to be a rare IG post without a Drake reference, but he couldn’t help himself. The rapper pointed to one of his prized vehicles and hyped it up by comparing it to the Stranger Things actress. “That right there,” he said off camera. “I know Drake woulda loved that like Millie Bobby Brown.” It was a shocking statement within the context of the promo, but one that fans have been waiting to hear from one Drake’s enemies. Drake’s connection to Brown is, undoubtedly, one of the most controversial aspects of his career. It was only a matter of time before someone mentioned it.

Rick Ross Brought Up Drake’s Biggest Controversy

Drake and Brown first met in 2017, when the latter was a breakout star on Netflix’s Stranger Things. She told W Magazine that she and Drake texted on occasion, despite the fact she was only 14 years old. She later revealed that the rapper gave her dating advice, which many felt was inappropriate behavior. Brown has maintained that Drake has been nothing but a friend, but fans are still leery of the rapper’s behavior.

Drake dismissed the claims that he was romantically interested in Brown on the 2023 song “Another Late Night.” He called anyone who believed he was being predatory a “weirdo” and co-signed Brown’s side of the story. “Weirdos in my comments talkin’ ‘bout some Millie Bobby, look,” he rapped. “Bring them jokes up to the gang, we get to really flockin’. Or send a finger to your mama in some FedEx boxes.”

Ross has repeatedly called Drake “white boy” on his IG stories, but it looks like he opened up a whole other avenue of mockery moving forward. Fans will have to wait and see the 6 God responds.

Finesse2tymes Makes Baffling Admission About How He Made $200 While Broke

Earlier this week, Finesse2tymes took to social media to open up about the absurb lengths he once went to while broke, and his revelation has left fans shocked and disturbed. In a new clip, he admits that he once watched the mother of his kids have sex with someone else in exchange for roughly $200. According to him, he’s simply “cut different,” as evidenced by how far he was willing to go for a buck.

For obvious reasons, social media users have a lot to say about his claim, with many arguing that he should have kept this one to himself. “That was a ‘take it to the grave’ thing,” one Instagram commenter says. “Yeah this isn’t a flex,” another writes.

Finesse2tymes Admits He Watched The Mother Of His Kids Have Sex With Someone Else For Money

While most viewers are outraged by his admission, others aren’t too surprised. He made a similar revelation during his recent, heated online exchange with NBA YoungBoy. Last week, YB posted a photo of Finesse’s pregnant girlfriend FNG Shugga in an attempt to taunt him. Instead of being offended, however, Finesse took the opportunity to try to make some cash. He offered the rapper a FaceTime call with the mother-to-be in exchange for $250K. “Somebody tell @nba_youngboy u must forgot I’m from Memphis homie we aint tender #Making #Easy #Money #Pimpin #H*es #Is #Serious,” he said at the time. “Tell him come on wit it.”

Unfortunately, YB no longer seemed interested. In fact, he fired back with full force, and promptly questioned how the Tennessee-born performer was raised and by who. What do you think of Finesse2tymes revealing that he once witnessed the mother of his kids have sex with someone for $200? What about all of the backlash he’s receiving for the shocking revelation? Should he have kept this between them? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Coachella 2024’s Best Performances In Photos

Coachella 2024
Philip Cosores

There’s a notion in business that if you aren’t growing, you are dying. It’s a mentality that feels easy to combat, yet everything we experience regarding capitalism, about startups and the stock market, tells us differently, and it infects every aspect of our lives. You’d think culture would be immune, but Americans treat the arts in a similarly toxic manner, building things up only to tear them back down. If something finds too much success (and “too much” is generally the precipice of people outside their target demographic becoming aware of something and feeling the need to weigh in), a camaraderie forms in villainizing it, a common enemy that feels safe to punch up at. Marvel, Taylor Swift, Drake, Shohei Ohtani, Caitlin Clark; the list could go on and on.

Coachella is very much in this boat, with the advanced narrative of Coachella’s regression stemming from lower-than-usual ticket sales, headliners that were less headline-grabbing (all of whom came from marginalized demographics, mind you), and an overall lineup that seemed as far from its initial identity as its ever been. But being out on the polo fields again, it’s clear the rumors of Coachella’s demise have been greatly exaggerated. A larger footprint and a new Quasar stage helped make the crowd feel a bit thinner despite the event selling out, though it wouldn’t be surprising to discover a lower overall attendance. Still, you could pack in a day of non-stop music as well as ever. And if a moment wasn’t stacked with conflicts, you could wander around and discover something unexpected.

And it has to be said, that beyond the printed lineup, we got Vampire Weekend and Kid Cudi added to Weekend 1 and 2, respectively. Plus, surprise appearances from Shakira, Billie Eilish (multiple times), Sky Ferreira, Mac Demarco, Katy Perry, Olivia Rodrigo, Will Smith, Childish Gambino, Metro Boomin, ASAP Rocky, Becky G, Jackson Wang, Kesha, 21 Savage, Justin Bieber, and many more. Plus, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce prowled the audience on Saturday to take in Ice Spice (and more covertly took in Bleachers from side stage). If Coachella wasn’t still the biggest music news-generating event of the year, I’d be shocked. Sure, there are rumors that Weekend 2 will be much more sparsely populated and that this seems like a bit of a regrouping year as the fest looks to continue big splashes. But if this is what an off-year for Coachella looks like, we should all be so lucky.

Below, check out an exclusive gallery of our favorite sets of Coachella Weekend 1.

Ice Spice Discusses Her First Grammys Experience With An All-Star Panel On “The Shop”

In the newest episode of LeBron James’ HBO talk show The Shop, they discuss the Grammys. Much of the attention following the release of the episode went to Travis Scott’s comments, and it’s easy to see why. He’s been nominated for a Grammy ten different times and hasn’t taken home a single win. While his fans are frustrated by the snubs, he seems to still have a lot of respect for the Grammy Academy. He spoke favorably about what the award means and how much he’d still like to win one.

Ice Spice also hasn’t won any Grammys, but this was only her first ever time attending. She picked up her first ever nominations for her Nicki Minaj collab “Barbie World,” but it didn’t win either category it was nominated for. Spice didn’t seem bothered by that one bit though. She explained that she was just happy to be there and wasn’t expecting to win anyway. Afterwards she discussed the after party where she met artists she’s idolized for years like Ed Sheeran and Beyonce. Check out the clip of her discussing her Grammys experience below.

Ice Spice On Her First Grammys Trip

Ice Spice is on the verge of releasing her debut album. She’s already announced that the project will be called Y2K and that it’s nearly done. Over the weekend she made her debut at Coachella where she flew through some of her biggest hits for fans. While there she debuted two new songs that are expected to land on her debut album. One of the songs in particular got fan’s attention when it sounded like she was taking more shots at Latto. She first dissed the “Big Energy” rapper last year when she dropped the deluxe version of her Like…? EP.

What do you think of Ice Spice discussing her first Grammys experience with Travis Scott, LeBron James, and more? Do you think she will ever take home a Grammy going forward? Let us know in the comment section below.

Halle Bailey & DDG Are Still An Item, Despite Rampant Breakup Rumors

While Halle Bailey and DDG just welcomed their first child a few months back, as of late, fans have been suspecting trouble in paradise. Talk first began when screenshots surfaced online, appearing to show that they had unfollowed one another on Instagram. This led supporters to believe that they had gone their separate ways. This was only compounded when the Little Mermaid star was spotted attending her sister Chloe’s unforgettable Coachella set without DDG.

Fortunately, it’s now been confirmed that the rumors aren’t true. Yesterday, Bailey’s rep chatted with TMZ, shutting down all of the speculation for good. “The singer’s rep tells us Halle and DDG are still together and that all the reports they’ve split are straight-up false — point blank,” the outlet reported. “The reason this even had to be addressed is because folks were running rampant with rumors that they’d thrown in the towel recently.”

While fans are certainly glad to hear that the high-profile pair is still together, their romance is far from the only exciting thing in their worlds these days. Just this week, DDG debuted a brand new diamond tooth, which he says cost him a whopping $250K. He also spoiled Bailey for her birthday last month, surprising the new mother with a Rolex. Both of them have also been hard at work on their musical endeavors. Bailey unveiled her second solo single “In Your Hands” and DDG unleashed “Shoot Up Your Block” in March.

What do you think of rumors flying that Halle Bailey and DDG have gone their separate ways? What about her rep shutting down the speculation for good? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Usher Fans Hate His “Absurd” Puffer Hat

It goes without saying that Usher is a fashion icon, but one of his latest looks has fans riled up, to say the least. Earlier this week, the R&B performer popped out for an appearance on Posted on the Corner in Atlanta, rocking an oversized puffer snapback. After images of Usher in the hat surfaced online, social media users were quick to react, making it clear that they’re not here for it.

Usher paired the controversial piece with a bright blue sweater and a denim jacket, though it’s tough to focus on anything but the hat. It’s speculated to be from MMY (Maison Mihara Yasuhiro), though this is unconfirmed. While the beige version of the hat is sold out across various sites, a black version is currently going for up to $300.

Usher Pops Out In Interesting Hat

Sadly, most fans weighing in on Usher’s puffer hat agree that it’s a “no.” There are a few loyal fans who can appreciate the unconventional style, however, with some even asking about where they can get one of their own. Usher has yet to address the controversy, but he has posted several clips from his and the hat’s evening on his Instagram Story today.

“Usher really had on a puffer jacket SnapBack hat. That’s absurd,” one Twitter/X user says of the statement piece. Another simply writes, “Usher’s hat really pissed me off.” It’s to be seen whether or not he will address the hilarious outcry at any point, and if he’ll stand by his fashion choices.

Critics Aren’t Here For Usher’s “F*ck A**” Puffer Hat
