Gangsta Boo’s Last Music Video Released

Gangsta Boo’s last music video dropped recently for Drumma Boy’s track “Imma Mack.” Also, the track features the late Boo’s fellow Three 6 Mafia member Crunchy Black and La Chat in the K. Cutta-directed video. While the Southern pioneer’s death shocked the hip-hop world, her hustle was tragically in full swing. Furthermore, she also featured on GloRilla and Latto’s track “FTCU,” which released to much acclaim from fans. Moreover, TMZ Hip Hop obtained exclusive behind-the-scenes footage of the video shoot. According to their report, Gangsta Boo was excited about the project and went back to her home of Memphis during Christmas to shoot her contributions.

Overall, you can feel Gangsta Boo’s character, presence, and energy come through in the music video. For example, TMZ footage captured her during the editing process, giving her passionate input with a bottle of Patrón Tequila in hand. Later in the final video, she energetically delivers her verses and enjoys cooking up in the kitchen. “Imma Mack” comes from Drumma Boy’s Welcome to My City Vol. 4. Moreover, the project featured several Memphis rappers spitting together over instrumentals, and served as a regional highlight. In fact, Boo felt very compelled and inspired by the project, given her longstanding and enduring love for her city.

Meanwhile, TMZ spoke to Drumma Boy about the compilation and his excitement surrounding the 20-track album and related endeavors. Overall, the producer had nothing but love for Boo’s participation in the project and her passion. Moreover, he spoke positively on the compilation’s achievement of bringing all these artists together.

Still, the greatness of Gangsta Boo’s music and video presence matched with grief and pain over her tragic passing. Regardless, fans and loved ones reciprocated that same love she has for Memphis at her funeral proceedings last month. Hundreds of mourners paid their respects, with everyone from industry titans to community members in attendance. The Three 6 Mafia icon passed at the age of 43, and authorities haven’t revealed an official cause of death yet. However, many suspect that a drug overdose took her life, although those claims remain in the rumor mill. As always, come back to HNHH for the latest on Gangsta Boo’s legacy and her influence on the hip-hop world.

DC The Don Opens Up His “SACRED HEART (+)” On New Mixtape

DC The Don just released his most recent mixtape, SACRED HEART (+) on all streaming platforms. While the project originally dropped during Christmastime in 2022 exclusively on SoundCloud, DC decided to feed a larger set of fans. Moreover, the 15-track project is an energetic, buzzing, and cohesive display of alternative hip-hop.

Furthermore, the Milwaukee, Wisconsin native plays with a lot of different sounds on this record. Of course, hip-hop runs quite strongly throughout it, whether it be through energetic verses or the percussion style. On the other hand, there’s also quite a bit of digital influence on this mixtape, calling back to genres like hyperpop, digicore, and more. Also, there’s a strong undercurrent of rock in many forms, whether emo, alternative, or otherwise. Overall, DC’s sound defies genre categorization, because him and so many others carve out their own lanes.

For those of you who already heard SACRED HEART (+), there is some unfortunate news. One of the album’s tracks, “SO SICK,” did not make it onto streaming services like Spotify. While this might disappoint some fans, sample clearance issues came into play. However, the new streaming release includes three tracks featured on the albums deluxe version. Moreover, these are “RUNWAY!”, “BREAK IN HALF,” and “BROTHERS.”

Meanwhile, these stylistic influences already came through on DC’s previous album, MY OWN WORST ENEMY. Although SACRED HEART (+) might have a deeper story behind it, MY OWN WORST ENEMY definitely has that going for it. On the project, the 23-year-old tackles his alter ego and the two warring sides of him that his creative artistry might suggest.

Still, what did you think of DC The Don’s latest mixtape, SACRED HEART (+)? Whatever the case, let us know in the comments and peep the tracklist for the project down below. Blueface & Chrisean Rock Married In LA, Music Video Filmed During Ceremony: Report

Despite all their recent drama, it seems as though Chrisean Rock was right about her marriage prediction. The Crazy In Love star has obviously made it known that she would love for Blueface to put a ring on her finger.

On top of this, the Baltimore native has also revealed that she’s pregnant, and plans to keep the child. Initially, her co-star denied paternity, accusing her of getting intimate with multiple other men in recent months.

On his birthday last weekend, Blueface told the world that he and Chrisean and done for good. Since then, though, she fought two other women at his birthday party, bought him a celebratory cake, and released a collaborative single with him.

They also appeared on Jason Lee’s new Revolt podcast to dish on various topics. In that interview, the “Thotiana” artist told the host he doesn’t “believe in marriage,” but he still loves his partner. In response to this, Rock joked, “Can you be quiet and just go along? If I give him 3 billion dollars, he gon’ marry me.”

After Blueface screwed up his face, Lee asked, “Why do you think the money has to be involved for you to get married?” The reality starlet responded, “‘Cause nobody got his back,” leading to a playful fight between her and the father of two.

According to Media Take Out, Rock may have put her money where her mouth is. She and the 26-year-old were allegedly married in Los Angeles on Friday (January 27). The outlet states that everything was captured on camera, and footage is expected to appear in the California native’s upcoming visual.

Photos circulating online show the expecting mother in a gorgeous white gown. Instead of the standard black tux, Blueface opted for a cream suit. DDG was just one of the couple’s famous friends who attended the ceremony.

While some think this is all for show, a member of BF’s team apparently told the outlet that the marriage was legal. “The wedding was for [Blueface] video but it’s legal. They signed paperwork and everything. It’s legal.”

The controversial couple has been seriously in their bag lately. Aside from using their alleged wedding to shoot a music video for Blueface, they were also filming the visual for Chrisean’s “Lit” music video during their appearance on No Jumper last week.

At the time, the 22-year-old dramatically left the studio due to an emotional outburst. Surprisingly, they made the creative decision to use footage from the fight in their upload. See it for yourself here, and tell us your thoughts on the rumoured newlyweds in the comments below.

“‘Magic Potion’ is one of them street bangers you expect to hear when you in the club. It’s just about having motion and winning with a mix of having a pretty female that’s down to ride,” Toosii previously said of his latest release.

In the visual, the 23-year-old heads out for a night at the strip club, but later finds himself caught up in a Queen & Slim-style love story. As he heads out to pull a job, a dancer joins him. Unfortunately, things go sideways and they have to flee and evade the authorities pursuing them.

Prior to “Magic Potion,” Toosii grew his fanbase throughout 2022 thanks to titles like “Lonely” and “Love is…,” as well as “Keeper.” As for collaborations, he notably worked with 3Breezy on “Gangsta Wit It (Pt.2)” and Lil Gotit on “Take Care” also featuring Millie Go Lightly.

Quotable Lyrics:

Put a pic’ up on the ‘Gram, she throw the gang up when she posin’
And I slide on her any time, she don’t give a damn ’bout short notice
I told baby, if she was a flower, she would probably be a Lotus
Ain’t no drug, but that pussy keep me rollin’

Rae Sremmurd’s “Sucka Or Sum” Single & Music Video Have Arrived

The wait for SremmLife 4 is nearing its end. While the Mississippi natives haven’t unveiled an official release date for the highly anticipated album, they have shared a string of singles in recent months.

To kick off 2023, they’re back with more new music in the form of a single and music video called “Sucka Or Sum” on Friday (January 27). As Complex notes, the brothers previously teased the Jaxx-produced track on Twitter while kicking back in the studio.

Since hearing the infectious beat, fans have been eager for Sremmurd to drop some fire, and they’ve certainly delivered.

On the chorus, Swae Lee obviously has questions for listeners as he sings. “How you gon’ try to play me like a sucka or somethin’? / How you gon’ try to play me when I’m knowin’ what’s up?” the 29-year-old asks.

Other singles to come from Rae Sremmurd lately include “Community D*ck” with Flo Milli and “Denial,” as well as “Torpedo.” All of the aforementioned titles are expected to make an appearance on SremmLife 4.

The group’s last project, SR3MM made its debut back in 2018. Across three discs, the 27-song effort saw appearances from Travis Scott, The Weeknd, Future, Juicy J, and more.

Stream Rae Sremmurd’s “Sucka Or Sum” on Spotify or Apple Music below. Afterward, let us know what NMF releases you’re most excited about this weekend in the comments.

Quotable Lyrics:
How you gon’ try to play me like a sucka or somethin’?
How you gon’ try to play me when I’m knowin’ what’s up?
Feel like I’m 6’5″ ’cause the money is up
I need a fishin’ line for the players and such
