Marlon Wayans Sees Harvey Weinstein’s Downfall As “Revenge” For Stealing His Movie Ideas

Marlon Wayans had a lot to say on Club Shay Shay with Shannon Sharpe, including a dark and foreboding tale about how he allegedly hung out with Tupac in Vegas right before his death. But this new interview also saw him reflect on past injustices throughout his career and how they eventually saw retribution. Moreover, the entertainer accused producer Harvey Weinstein of stealing his and his family’s ideas for Scary Movie 3. While this and other factors made Wayans consider a lawsuit, the multiple sexual misconduct convictions that Weinstein faced years down the line ended up serving justice. The actor also accused the executive of subjecting him and his family to very poor deals and not being able to make as good of a comedy film as they could.

“God comes for you…” Marlon Wayans shared. “All the toxic things you did to me and my family. They took it from us and gave it to somebody else ’cause we couldn’t make a deal… I always say, they didn’t just r**e and molest women. [They] molested us in them deals. They were terrible people.

Tasha K’s Pregnancy Reveal Leads To Brutal Jokes About Her Debts

Congratulations are in order for Tasha K, who recently revealed that she’s expecting a child. However, not everyone has the same sympathy, as social media reacted to this news by harshly bringing up all of her celebrity conflicts and her various lawsuits for allegedly defamatory comments. The commentator has beef with plenty of public figures who have blasted her claims and perspective in the past, and accumulated a lot of debt thanks to judgements in cases involving Cardi B and others. As such, folks online joked that this child would be born with a lot of debt too, which is quite the mean thing to tease about.

Still, fans pointed to how Tasha K has spoken on other celebrities and their children like Chrisean Jr., so they think that it’s all fair game to clown her amid this joyous occasion. Still, she did get a recent win in court, so maybe things will really turn around and pick up for her moving forward. The court will apparently dismiss R. Kelly’s lawsuit against Tasha and the U.S. government, which he filed last November due to allegedly leaked information. Elsewhere, another Tasha K win came against Bishop Lamar Whitehead, who had sued her for $360 million for alleged defamation concerning his property purchases. He’s currently in prison following a fraud conviction, and we don’t know if anything else will come of this saga other than some likely gloating over the case’s dismissal. These wins are stacking up, and with this pregnancy announcement in mind, the gossip blogger must be feeling quite happy these days despite fans’ attacks. However, that doesn’t mean that she doesn’t still have a big stack of legal problems, which we will probably see develop in the near future.

For example, Soulja Boy sued her and William The Baddest for alleged defamation after William claimed to her that he and Soulja had a relationship. “I need my money ASAP,” he ranted against them on Instagram Live. “Run me my $16 million, n***a… Tasha K, run me my money too, b***h. Tyrese Claims His Mother Forced Him To Fake A Learning Disability To Get More Cash

Tyrese loves his late mother Priscilla Murray Gibson very much, and he continues to pay homage to her memory in big and small ways. During his recent interview with Gillie and Wallo, he looked back at a plan she had to support their family further, even if it came at the expense of honesty. Moreover, the singer and actor revealed that Murray allegedly forced him to fake a learning disability when he was eight years old so she could get a little under $800 from Social Security to contribute to the hard work she was already putting in for her loved ones. Many took issue with how he used the r-word, but a tale is a tale.

Tyrese laughed while recalling this choice, calling it his “first acting gig” and agreeing with Wallo that Priscilla Murray Gibson was his “first director.” Fans wonder whether this confession will result in any retroactive action, but it seems like an unlikely possibility. We know that this grief continues to affect him in the grand scheme, as it would any other human being. The 45-year-old recently made a tearful appearance on The Breakfast Club during which he spoke on his emotional state and his ongoing divorce struggles.

Speaking of which, Tyrese recently made some other damning claims against Samantha Lee. “I just got another letter from her lawyers,” he expressed on Instagram Live. “Requesting that I send over all of my tax returns and all of my bank statements because she’s trying to get $20,000 and I think they’re trying to take it up to, like, 40. They’ve been looking at all of my movies and all of the concerts and shows that I’ve been doing and they over there like blood-sucking lawyers, rubbing their hands. And Samantha’s doing the same thing.

Tokyo Toni Comically Shuts Down Antonio Brown’s Rapping In His Face: “Next!”

Antonio Brown was the most recent guest on the Aunt-Tea Podcast with Tokyo Toni, Karlissa Saffold, and Tia Kemp, and it was a pretty hilarious affair for multiple reasons. But one particularly viral clip was when he started to rap to them, and Tokyo wasn’t feeling it one bit. “Okay, that’s boring,” she told the recent father while sitting back down, as she had gotten up to twerk. “Shut the f**k up, next! Your s**t dry.” Then, he did a little dance for them, which was also quite amusing because they seemed a little underwhelmed by it. Regardless, the full episode drops this Sunday (August 25) via the Zeus Network, so you can see for yourself what else this quartet got up to.

But things aren’t always this juvenile and playful on the Aunt-Tea Podcast, whether they stage these things for more engagement or not. Tokyo Toni and Karlissa Saffold almost got into a fight during a recent episode of the show, seemingly while folks were on a break. Fortunately, security stepped in and the situation didn’t escalate at all, but guest Big Freeida seemed pretty uncomfortable as a result of the exchange. It’s exactly the kind of content that fans of the program might expect, though, so we guess it’s not worth a big deal unless it crosses a certain line.

This disrespectful take from AB is sadly nothing new, as he made fun of the WNBA star in the past.

As for other Aunt-Tea Podcast shenanigans, Karlissa Saffold recently asked Tokyo Toni and Tia Kemp whether she’s as bad with airing out her son Blueface’s dirty laundry as Momma Dee is with her son Lil Scrappy. DL Hughley Explains Why He Will Never Be On Shannon Sharpe’s “Predatory” Podcast

D.L. Hughley was one of many comedians that had something big to say about the 2024 interview that keeps on giving. Moreover, during a recent sit-down interview with DJ Vlad on VladTV, he expressed why he thinks that Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay podcast became “predatory” with the Katt Williams interview and why he’d never go on it. Principally, the comedian came to this conclusion because it didn’t fairly characterize the relationships that most comedians have with each other.

“I think that, like any other endeavor, there are jealousies, idiosyncrasies,” D.L. Hughley’s comments on Shannon Sharpe began. “But I don’t think that’s indicative of the experiences that most of us have. After the Katt Williams interview, which was a phenomenon, he kept trying to replicate it. ‘Let me bring on somebody else to have a beef.’ Like, I can understand it was a phenomenon. But then, all of a sudden, you try to replicate it.

“To me, just like you love what you do, he love what he does,” D.L Hughley continued concerning Shannon Sharpe. “For me, as a matter of principle, it is too messy. The way Skip did him made me and a lot of other Black people go ‘F**k this, we’re going to make sure this brother’s okay.’

“But then you take that and the very people that got there first, I think, were damaged by the first iteration of what went on,” D.L. Hughley concluded. “For me, I would never do it. I was going to do it a long time ago. Honestly, before that happened, I had been slated to do it a couple of different times. I just didn’t. Tyrese Accuses His Ex-Wife Of Trying To Squeeze $40K A Month From Him Amid Divorce

Moreover, much of their back-and-forth in court concerns supposedly defamatory statements from one party to the other, as well as discrepancies over payments and asset divisions. But the most recent update concerns the actor and singer’s monthly payments to Lee after their divorce eventually finalizes. Furthermore, he claims that she and her legal team is trying to squeeze even more money out of him. This comes after the Los Angeles native reflected tearfully on this and other struggles during his return to The Breakfast Club.

Tyrese Refuses To Squash DJ Envy Beef In Return To “The Breakfast Club”

Tyrese came back to The Breakfast Club after some previous clashes, and fans couldn’t be happier with the results. But that’s not because of how entertaining, funny, or easy this new conversation was. Rather, it was because of the emotion and honesty that he shared concerning his divorce, his grief, and his current mindset. Of course, that’s not to say that it was all tearful expressions and deep thoughts, as the multi-hyphenate and the radio hosts also chuckled along the way. He even embraced Charlamagne Tha God at one point, and overall, fans are happy to see him back and in good spirits with the crew.

Well… Maybe not all the crew. If you didn’t hear, Tyrese claimed that DJ Envy tried to ban him from The Breakfast Club last week amid their ongoing beef. Their issues, stemming from how they’ve spoken on each other’s relationships and on their personal bond, have dogged them around for the past year now. It’s hard to identify exactly what caused all this, since it’s one man’s word against another. Still, Envy reportedly didn’t say anything during this Breakfast Club interview, and fans wonder whether he was even in the studio.

Blue Ivy Carter is getting her due flowers for her growing portfolio, especially with one of her biggest projects yet on the way. Moreover, you probably already heard that Beyoncé and Jay-Z’s daughter will make her acting debut in Mufasa: The Lion King this December. While many folks out there might assume that this was the result of some nepo baby shenanigans, the movie’s director Barry Jenkins reiterated that it’s about much more than that. In an interview with Entertainment Tonight published on August 12, he elaborated on why they picked her for the role of Kiara (Nala and Simba’s daughter).

“She did a wonderful job bringing this character Kiara to life,” Barry Jenkins remarked concerning Blue Ivy. “I’m really proud of her, really proud of the work she did. As we were thinking of who could play this character, I thought, ‘Oh, this is it. She’s the right age, the right vibe. Let’s test it out.’ She was just tremendous. There are some things she does in this film that are really emotional. She’s a thespian. [And the casting] had nothing to do with mom and dad. She was the right young woman for the job.”

Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj’s beef is well-documented at this point, and while things died down a while ago, it’s still hard to ignore. Moreover, the former recently participated on Family Feud, and a particular fill-in-the-blank question led to a pretty interesting reaction. The prompt was “[Blank] Friday,” which led many eagle-eyed fans to spot the Bronx femcee’s small laugh when she heard the prompt. A lot of fans figured that she thought of Minaj’s album Pink Friday first, but she instead gave “Black Friday” as an answer. While we’ll probably never know whether or not Steve Harvey chose to be cheeky with this, fans ran with that narrative regardless.

Furthermore, the last “update” we got concerning Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj were some odd claims from Hazel-E. She claimed that Remy, the Migos, Suge Knight, and many others actually received payment to sabotage Nicki’s career. Of course, rumors like these are pretty frequent and common when it comes to the discussion around these two female rappers and many others. Even though we’ll probably never see evidence of this, some fanbases will still use it as a talking point either way.

However, despite Remy Ma and Nicki Minaj’s long and contentious history, some fans still think that they can bury the hatchet. In fact, the latter seemed to hint at a reconciliation while promoting Pink Friday 2, but that never manifested for that album’s rollout. Still, with so much beef going around in 2024, it seems as good a time as ever to either re-engage or reconsider. After all, this combative year could also result in more amicable moments of coming together rather than continued battle.

Meanwhile, Remy Ma doesn’t really want to talk about any of this beef, for the most part. For example, she avoided a question about Nicki Minaj and Latto beefing at the 2023 Grammys. Maybe Remy would rather speak on her own experiences with femcees rather than other ones. Regardless of whether or not these two eventually make up and set their issues aside, it’s impossible to not think of their spat whenever their names come up together.

Pretty Vee Gets Cooked Online For Racist New Video

Pretty Vee has had a pretty hectic few months in the public eye, catching heat for her Sonya Massey comments and other online antics. Moreover, the most recent of these is a new video she uploaded online that depicts her, for lack of a better description, making fun of Asian culture to the tune of Megan Thee Stallion and Yuki Chiba’s “Mamushi.” The comedian dances and salutes in a pretty mocking way, and while it’s clear that it’s just meant as a joke and not an attack, a lot of people didn’t find it very funny. We’ll see if she responds to this backlash in any significant way.

Elsewhere, Pretty Vee recently stepped into the online space to defend B. Simone after a brief and unintentional social media spat with Soulja Boy. “Don’t play with me @souljaboy. You better play with them ones like this but not @thebsimone. Again she said what she said, now WHAT. I rebuke you in the name of Jesus you living creature [several crying-laughing emojis].” We doubt that this scuffle will escalate beyond an isolated viral moment, but it’s Soulja… We wouldn’t put anything past him.

Back to Pretty Vee, though, she also went viral recently for making fun of her ex Rick Ross’ Vancouver incident with Drake fans during her comedy show. For those who didn’t catch that story, Rozay played Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” diss track at a festival in the city, and allegedly refused to turn it off at folks’ request. Then, a group of OVO die-hards confronted Ross and his entourage, resulting in a fight that the rapper feels the aftermath of to this day. In fact, one of these guys actually released a diss track against him, despite the sad reality that he will probably never respond.

Regardless, it’s not as sad as the reality in which Pretty Vee took things too far with this video. Her beef with Rick Ross will probably keep being a background narrative in their careers. But it’s clear that they can stir up controversy for far less than that. Let’s just hope that the next cultural exchange on Vee’s behalf comes with more respect and explanation.
