Chris Brown Gives Fan Lap Dance During Dublin Concert

Chris Brown gave a fan a lap dance on stage at a recent concert in Dublin, Ireland while performing his 2007 hit, “Take You Down.” Brown was performing at the 3Arena for his European tour when he brought the lucky fan up. She sat on a chair in front of the audience while the iconic singer performed for her. The fan later shared a clip of the moment on social media with the caption: “That’s me @chrisbrownofficial.”

Brown also reflected on his performance writing on Instagram, “DUBLIN WAS AMAZING! Love y’all.” Brown headlined two shows in the city. Brown’s Under the Influence Tour is set to continue in Glasgow, Paris, Berlin, Munich, Amsterdam, and more European cities before wrapping up in March.

Chris Brown’s Performance

Other fans expressed their excitement for the lucky lady in her comments section. “Aaaa Congrats, you just made every CB fan’s dream come true,” one user wrote. Another added: “I am so so jealous but so happy for you.”

Brown released “Take Me Down” back in 2007 and included the song on the tracklist for his second studio album, Exclusive. The song peaked at No. 43 on the US Billboard Hot 100. The RIAA has since certified it platinum.

Despite his confidence on stage in Dublin, Brown recently admitted that he still gets nervous performing. Speaking with Big Boy ahead of his joint tour with Lil Baby, Brown said: “I still get nervous. I’m anxious about it, I have sleepless nights. I’m thinking of ideas. Because it’s the excitement, it’s adrenaline, it’s like a give and take. If you don’t understand that… you know energy, you can feel energy. Like, when I get in work mode or thinking about it, I’m also just putting it in my mind, ‘How are the fans gonna perceive this?’ And say you know what, ‘I didn’t waste my money coming to this muthafucka. I actually had a good time,’ you know what I’m saying?” He added: “So there’s a lot that goes into that. I just don’t plot it out and say, ‘Look, we have to do this.’ But it’s something internally that I work on.”

Lil Baby Says Promoter Tricked Him Into Pre-Super Bowl Performance

The Super Bowl weekend had artists like Lil Baby, Drake, and Lil Durk hosting and performing events across Arizona. Each year, the Super Bowl helps boost the local economy in the city that hosts the game. Not only through the anticipation for the biggest night in America but also, through the amount of celebrity presence. Promoters pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to secure artists for walkthroughs, performances and hosting. Ultimately, there was no shortage of excitement ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles match-up. Plenty of our favorite artists showed out for a good time and provided fans with unforgettable experiences.

Drake, for instance, recreated his elaborate Apollo Theater set-up for a pre-Super Bowl bash which had everyone from Cardi B to Christina Aguilera in attendance. Future and Lil Durk also had their hostings that brought out massive crowds. Machine Gun Kelly also performed that weekend, though the outcome wasn’t as favorable as some of the other artists. Needless to say, everyone secured a massive bag during the Super Bowl weekend before the big game. Fans undoubtedly saw some great shows, as well. For example, Lil Baby delivered an impromptu set for his fans, despite not receiving payment for the performance.

Lil Baby Performs For Fans After Promoter “Tricks” Him

Concerts and performances are the bread-and-butter for most rappers but Baby values the support of his fans more than a bag. This weekend, the rapper performed at a concert that he wasn’t even scheduled to perform. As he took the stage, Baby put the promoter on blast. “I’m gonna tell y’all straight up. The promoter tricked me. I wasn’t even supposed to be performing but there’s so many of y’all,” he told the audience.

Regardless of how much he potentially lost, his fans received an incredible performance. Baby is fresh off of the release of his latest studio album, It’s Only Me so he delivered a performance with new and old records. He likely picked up the bag elsewhere, so chances are, he wasn’t sweating the free show. The rapper also performed at Michael Rubin’s Fanatics Super Bowl party along with the Travis Scott. Finesse2Tymes Show Results In Fight

While live concerts tend to be wild, there’s always the chance that they could go a bit too far. A fight broke out at Finesse2Tymes’ show at club BLVD Nights in Kansas City, Missouri on Friday (January 27). However, the altercation between the event’s promoter and its opening act occurred before Finesse’s scheduled show time.

Moreover, DJ Rocky Montana explained the situation after videos of the fight went viral.

“No Finesse had not hit the stage yet,” he expressed in a statement to XXL. “The altercation was between me and an opening artist. The artist (2) went over their stage time and didn’t want to leave the stage. One artist walked up on me and got dropped then as I got my stance back together and waited to see which artist would rush and [that’s] when one of the artists tackled me and attempted to hit me while I was down however he wasn’t connecting with any punches.”

Fortunately, the incident reportedly resulted in no injuries. Still, videos online show how nasty things got on stage. Furthermore, they show Montana walking up to one of the artists performing while music plays. Then, the artist tackles him to the ground and punches him several times. Later, more people get involved, with some trying to break things up and others throwing punches left and right.

Despite the fight’s intensity, it’s unfortunately not the only endangering situation to happen to the Memphis rapper recently. One of his recent concerts halted after a shooting broke out, resulting in three injuries. While they luckily weren’t life-threatening, it’s sad to see a year in concerts begin with potentially tragic events.

For what it’s worth, it’s unclear whether Finesse got to perform after this incident. While some recent videos on Twitter of him performing might be from that show, it’s hard to say.

Still, what did you think of Finesse2Tymes’ Kansas City show preempted by a fight on stage? Whatever the case, let us know in the comments down below and check out our interview with him here. Also, as always, come back to HNHH for the latest events, live show stories, and hopefully more positive news in live hip-hop.

Trippie Redd Fans Demand Refund After Late Concert

Trippie Redd fans are demanding a refund after a Richmond, Virginia concert on Sunday night (January 22) went sour. Moreover, this news comes on the heels of his most recent album, MANSION MUSIK. While the album got its fair share of energetic praise and disappointed criticism, its first week sales numbers share a more objective story.

Furthermore, MANSION MUSIK is expected to move 55,000 album equivalent units in its first week. Many on social media claim that this equals around half a million U.S. dollars. Still, a few people seem quite disappointed with these numbers, as they always tend to be. “Bro had 60 features on it but couldn’t even crack 60k he done for,” one user commented on DJ Akademiks’ Instagram post with the projection.

However, fans are probably more mad at the Ohio MC’s recent concert antics, even if they probably aren’t fully his fault. Reportedly, Trippie’s Sunday night show at the Rehab in Richmond, Virginia caused many to demand a refund. Moreover, fans claim that doors opened at 10pm and he didn’t show up until 3am. One particular TikTok clip floating around social media said that the rapper “had no stage presence at all.”

Even though this show probably won’t net Trippie any more sales, hopefully it’s an exception to his live performances. Still, MANSION MUSIK‘s perceived underwhelming performance can’t be completely owed to the “Miss The Rage” artist. Furthermore, a lot of people expressed disappointment with the features on the project, including star streamer Kai Cenat.

Moreover, his reaction to Lil Baby’s verse on the Future-assisted track “FULLY LOADED” went viral for its hilarity. In fact, Baby’s another artist facing strong claims of mid on the Internet at the moment. However, with both artists still keeping their core fans in the palm of their hand, the hate will likely dissipate with time.

Still, what do you think about Trippie Redd fans demanding a refund for his Richmond, Virginia concert and MANSION MUSIK‘s first-week sales? Whatever the case, let us know in the comments down below. Also, as always, stay tuned to HNHH for more performance highlights, controversies, and viral moments in the game.

The Apollo Brought Drake Back Down to Earth

The Apollo Theater Issues Statement After Fan Falls From Balcony During Drake Show

The Apollo Theatre cleared the air following a frightening incident that took place during Drake’s Sunday night concert.

The Toronto rapper appeared on stage for back-to-back intimate performances at the legendary Apollo. He breezed through hits, both new and old.

Both evenings included special guests, such as Dipset, Lil Uzi Vert, and 21 Savage but things weren’t entirely mishap-free on Sunday night. After bringing 21 on stage to perform singles off of Her Loss, a fan fell off of the second-floor balcony, prompting a brief pause in the show.

Though Drake clarified there were no injuries, the Apollo Theatre launched an investigation into the matter.

“Unfortunately, last evening an incident occurred with an audience member who landed in the orchestra from the lower mezzanine,” the statement from the Apollo’s Twitter page began. “Drake, Apollo, and SiriusXM halted the show immediately when learning of a potential fan injury and standard protocols were taken. They were seen immediately by EMS on site. The fan and other audience members reported that they were ok.

The statement concluded, “The Apollo is investigating the situation further.”

After the individual fell, a crew member informed Drake of what took place and he and 21 exited the stage. Drake and 21 returned to finish their set once the venue’s team secured the area. The Canadian rapper offered to perform for an additional 10 minutes because of the delay.

Aside from the concerts, Drake also announced that he and 21 Savage were hitting the road together in support of Her Loss. We’ll keep you posted on anymore details surrounding the forthcoming tour with Drizzy and 21.
