Cardi B & Offset Call Police On “Journalist” Trying To Record Their Home

Cardi B and Offset have each other’s back for everything: their careers, their personal lives, their growing family, and their safety and security. Moreover, the two recently faced a scary situation around Thursday (November 23) near their Sandy Springs, Atlanta home that resulted in them calling the police. An as-of-press-time unidentified man walked near their property and tried to film it, and security guards outside their home told him to vacate the premises. The man, though, claimed to be a journalist. One security guard even tried to block his camera with his hand so he couldn’t get any more footage.

Furthermore, the man continued his staunch defense, claiming that he’s a journalist with First Amendment rights to “walk down the street and record” Cardi B and Offset’s home. Not only that, but he threatened a police officer with looking through his “public record” given his profession and gathering his personal information. Eventually, the dynamic music duo‘s security called local law enforcement after the man refused to stop trying to record or get closer to the property. When they arrived, the still unidentified “journalist” went into police custody, and they removed him from the surrounding area.

While this couple has always faced a pretty rocky road throughout their life, it’s moments like these that might put things in perspective for them in terms of how much they need to be ready to protect one another. After all, Cardi B and Offset could’ve encountered this person on their doorstep, and who knows what could’ve happened then? As of writing this article, we don’t know whether this “journalist” will face charges, spend time in the slammer, or what the nature of his repercussions- if any- will be. Perhaps the couple won’t pursue legal action, and the situation can hopefully de-escalate with more knowledge and context for how their security can handle these situations next time.

Meanwhile, Bardi and ‘Set are still hard at work on new music, and have helped each other a lot throughout this process, it seems. Overall, even though the former is still yet to drop her sophomore release, hopefully that changes very soon- and will likely be the case. Diamond D Recalls 2Pac Shooting “Drunk” Cops After Clark Atlanta University’s Homecoming

Diamond D recently recalled a time that 2Pac shot two “drunk” and “rogue” police officers who were “harassing a Black man” nearby. The incident occurred after the two attended Clark Atlanta University’s homecoming in 1993. Diamond D posted about the night on Instagram on its 30th anniversary, earlier this week.

“It was 30 yrs ago last night when me, Pac and Stretch flew to ATL for his show at Clark U,” Diamond D wrote. “Afterwards as we were approaching the Sheraton hotel off 14th & Peachtree (it is now called The Starling Hotel) is where the infamous incident happened when Pac shot 2 drunk rogue plain clothed white cops who were harassing a Black man.” From there, Diamond D claims 2Pac “intervened to help” the person “he didn’t even know.” In retaliation, the officers apparently “smashed the driver’s side window.”

“I was in the back seat watching this shyt. Pac got out the car and as the cops walked away pac got down to one knee in a firing stance and hit em both in the ass. He beat this case because both cops were drunk and both had guns they took from the evidence room from their station…plus they were from another county so they were wrong all the way around they were outside looking for trouble and they found it.” According to AllHipHop, 2Pac was charged with two counts of aggravated assault, but the charges were dropped when it was discovered that one of the officers was using a gun he’d stolen from the Henry County evidence room. Britney Spears is tired of her online presence inspiring worry- even if her fans are concerned with her recent behavior. Moreover, you may remember that she recently uploaded a dance video, as she usually does, but this time, she brandished knives. The pop star later explained that they were fake, but it still caused enough distress to warrant local police conducting a welfare check on her. Of course, it’s clear that she doesn’t really care, as she posted a similar video shortly after. Still, it seems like that wasn’t enough, and the Mississippi native took to Instagram to voice her frustration.

“Is it a joke in the news again with welfare checks???” Britney Spears wrote. “Come on America … we cooler than that, right ??? The officers came to my home and said they would not leave until they spoke to me as people do 4 minute performances with them. I am getting an apology. I’ve been bullied in my home for so long now…ITS ENOUGH! Don’t talk about it, come on, let’s DO !!! As my mom does the silent treatment when paps ask questions about her own daughter as if I’m in the wrong…nope it’s an old game. People need to be responsible for their actions! Tha Dogg Pound Responds To Special Ed’s Controversial N.W.A Take

Tha Dogg Pound confronted Special Ed for his controversial take on N.W.A. doing more harm than good for the hip-hop community. Debating the topic on Instagram in a video captured by Forgotten Kingz TV, the two sides discussed the merits of the argument. Ed claimed that the legendary group brought police attention to the industry.

“My point was basically N.W.A. was used for the era we’re in now,” Special Ed began. “We’re in the era of destruction. We’re destroying ourselves as a Hip Hop community. Period. We’ve got teenagers out here killing each other, every state, every urban city over Hip Hop music, over tweets, over social media. So, that’s my point — none of this existed before the FBI got involved.” He cited the rates of violent crime among Black youth.

N.W.A.’s anti-police sentiment on tracks like “Fuck tha Police” famously brought on the wrath of the FBI’s assistant director of the office of public affairs, Milt Ahlerich, who sent them a warning letter in 1989. “Law enforcement officers dedicate their lives to the protection of our citizens, and recordings such as the one from N.W.A. are both discouraging and degrading to these brave, dedicated officers,” the letter reads in part. To the argument from Special Ed, Kurupt of Tha Dogg Pound replied: “Don’t be mad at us though, cuz. You say we ruined something — like ruined Hip Hop. We took Hip Hop to a different world. N.W.A took Hip Hop up top.”

Britney Spears Received Welfare Check After Knife Video

Sources have told TMZ that Ventura County Sheriff’s Department performed a welfare check on Britney Spears after they received calls about her knife-dancing videos on Instagram. Deputies reportedly spoke to Spears and left after receiving assurances that she was okay. The police reportedly received several calls this week after Spears danced with knives and then appeared in subsequent videos sporting bandages and cuts.

It’s the second time this year that Spears has been the subject of such a check. Back in January, fans called the cops after Spears’ Instagram account disappeared. However, Spears later re-activated her account to assure fans that she was alright as well as chide them for calling the cops on her. While Spears has not formally addressed things, her latest dance video did allude to it. “👛😷😷 Lighten up about the knives I’m copying Shakira 🙈 !!!,” the caption read.

Fans Want Britney’s Dogs Taken Away

However, a welfare check isn’t the only consequence of Britney’s knife-dancing videos. Fans have also called for Spears’ dogs to be taken away as a result. Three of the singer’s dogs were seen visibly panicking in her first knife video. This has led to several viewers demanding that someone step in and protect the dogs from potential harm. However, Ventura County Animal Control says they received no complaints and do not plan to take unsolicited action. “We reviewed the video, and while the dogs appeared to be startled by the clinking of the knives, we didn’t feel they were in a situation where an officer needed to be dispatched,” a spokesperson told TMZ.

Elsewhere, Bam Margera appears to be one person standing up for Spears. The former Jackass star’s new ink reads “Britney Spears [heart] oops they did it to me too! [stylized smiley face]”. In a video sent to TMZ, Margera claimed that the tattoo was a reference to the “Florida Shuffle”. The term is a slang phrase referring to substance addicts who are “shuffled” between Florida rehabs that repeatedly charge the stays to the person’s insurance. Furthermore, Margera drew parallels between himself and Spears, specifically her infamous conservatorship.

Tamar Braxton told police that her car was “completely trashed” after sharing video of thieves breaking into the vehicle on Instagram, Monday. In police bodycam footage obtained by TMZ, the singer vents about the incident to authorities. She notes that the burgers left her computer, but ransacked the rest of the car.

In another post on her Instagram Story afterward, she asked: “WHY THEY TAKE MY GARAGE DOOR OPENERS I FEEL LIKE THEY ARE FOLLOWING ME AND MY BENTLY KEY… WHERE CAN I GO??? NO WHERE?? AND TRUST WHOOOOOOOOO?? [face palm emoji] I HATE IT HERE OMG.”

Denver Nuggets Parade Derailed By Cop Accident, Shooting

The Nuggets took to the streets of Denver on June 15 to celebrate the franchise’s first NBA championship. The parade wove its way across the historic city. Furthermore, it culminated with speeches and testimonies in front of a crowd of thousands at Civic Park. The Nuggets, who have called Denver home since being founded in 1967, took home the NBA title with a 4-1 series win over the Miami Heat. The title came after a dominant season in which the Nuggets won 53 games.

Thousands of people lined the streets of Denver to catch a glimpse of the Nuggets’ parade. Members of the championship team waved to fans from fire engines. However, news outlets captured footage of DeAndre Jordan and Jeff Green opening bottles for fans, as well as jumping off the fire engine to party at the barricades alongside supporters. A reporter for CBS Colorado also caught up with a fan sporting a large Denver Nuggets mohawk.

However, the event was not executed without any hitches. As the parade neared the end of its route, there was a collision. The fire truck carrying Nikola Jokić, Jamal Murray, and other prominent members of the team hit a police officer. Additionally, man was reportedly rushed to the hospital with a “severe lower leg injury” and remains in a “serious and stable condition”. No other injuries were reported and members of the team were able to proceed with the festivities at Civic Park.

Furthermore, a local Fox affiliate has reported that a double shooting occurred at 17th & Curtis, about 1.5 miles from Civic Park, around the same time as the end of the parade. Few details have been released about the shooting. However, the timing and proximity to the parade has added another somber note to what should have been a joyous day for the city.
