Kevin Gates, Sexyy Red, And B.G. Come Together For “Yonce Freestyle”

Kevin Gates is riding high as of late and he is getting ready to continue that. Not too long ago, the Lousiana rapper announced that a new project was in the works. We got the first taste of the album with the lead single, “God Slippers.” While Gates did not announce the release date for the tape, we now have that information at our disposal. However, this could be tentative, as a great deal of artists like to relentlessly push back the date.

According to Genius, we can expect The Ceremony on December 1. In addition to that tidbit, it seems we have a tracklist as well. 17 songs are listed with just two features. Perhaps, that could change too, but for now, that is what we know. Ironically, Kevin has just dropped the song with those guests today. He has grabbed Sexyy Red and B.G. for the second single, “Yonce Freestyle.” This track comes in the wake of Gates teasing it on TikTok a couple of days ago. Fans were chomping at the bit for this to come to fruition and now its here.

Listen To “Yonce Freestyle” By Kevin Gates, Sexyy Red, And B.G.

As you might expect, the song is aggressive and a little wild as well. Interestingly, the recently freed B.G. appears here as we mentioned. However, his verse fits in with the other performances from Red and Gates. Give the track a spin above.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new single from Kevin Gates, Sexyy Red, and B.G., “Yonce Freestyle?” Will this be the best single from The Ceremony? Do you want more collaborations from Gates and Red in the future? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. The Kid LAROI Taps Future And BabyDrill For Trap Banger “WHAT’S THE MOVE?”

The debut album of multi-talented Australian artist The Kid LAROI is right on the cusp of its release. In fact, we are just two days away from the mercilessly pushed-back tape. Titled THE FIRST TIME, we are not exactly sure what the overall message of this will be. At this point, we are sure most of LAROI’s fans are just eager to have a new full album on their hands.

For some music purists, they might be a little annoyed with the way he has decided to do his rollout. LAROI, since early 2023, specifically January 27, has gone on to tease the project with seven singles. That is nearly half of the tracklist, with Genius showing 20 songs. But, again the fans of his probably do not care as much about that.

Listen To “WHAT’S THE MOVE?” From The Kid LAROI, Future, And BabyDrill

The seventh track we have to check out features the likes of Future and BabyDrill. Both are new partners to LAROI and he caters to their respective sounds on it. It definitely feels like this could land on a project of either one of these trap rappers. He deviates from some of the recent offerings that are more songwriter-esque. You can check out the looping visuals for it above.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new single from The Kid LAROI, Future, and BabyDrill, “WHAT’S THE MOVE?” Is the best single from LAROI’s upcoming album, THE FIRST TIME? Do you think he is releasing too much of the album ahead of its release? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your thoughts and opinions in the comments section below. Busta Rhymes is one of the most exciting and animated rappers of all time. He always knows how to bring tons of energy to any track. Soon, we are going to be getting another full project from him to enjoy. In fact, it will be just a few more weeks until that time comes. It should be an entertaining cut from start to finish.

Maino And Giggs Drop Feel-Good Track “We Made It”

Maino is a longtime underground rapper and personality from Brooklyn, New York. He is a pretty prolific artist at that. He has been around since the mid-2000s and has a handful of hits under his belt. While those days seem to be behind him, he is still delivering quality tracks and lyricism when he comes out with something new. Unfortunately, at least as for now, his latest single seems to only be on YouTube at the moment. Maino comes together with UK legend Giggs for the first time ever with “We Made it.”

For the Brooklyn native, this follows up his recent collaboration with recently released Cash Money rapper, B.G. He redid “For My City” titling it “New Orleans Remix.” He also has another previous single doing well for him with “Biggest Fan.” That is a team joint with M Dot Taylor and Jim Jones. For Giggs, he is coming off some solid success from his first record in three years, Zero Tolerance.

That tape got nods from 21 Savage, Dave, Diddy, Popcaan, Dave East, Jadakiss, and more. You can check out the accompanying visuals above for “We Made It.” The music video is nothing special but it definitely fits the casual but triumphant vibe of the record. Both are talking about making it to fame through all of the hardships.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new single from Maino and Giggs, “We Made It?” Is this the best single that he has put out so far this year? Who had the better performance on the record? EARTHGANG Ignores The Flaws On Their New “Blacklight” Single

Another Atlanta hip-hop duo who is doing things outside of the trap box is EARTHGANG. They are back to provide some elements of funk and old-school vibes on an all-new track, “Blacklight.” The duo includes their secondary group, Spillage Village in the credits as well. However, that is essentially to promote this as assumedly a lead single for an upcoming collaboration project with the rest of the artists.

This follows up on their five-track EP, RIP Human Art. EARTHGANG put that out not too long ago on September 22. That featured the singles, “Bobby Boucher,” which Adam Sandler gave kudos to, and “Die Today.” RIP Human Art is expected to be a part of a new series of projects.

Listen To “Blacklight” From EARTHGANG And Spillage Village

“Blacklight,” as we said earlier, only features vocal work from EARTHANG members, Doctur Dot and Johnny Venus. However, there is no rapping anywhere to be seen. Both artists are singing in a drawn-out and raspy-like manner. The beat is very slow-mo-esque with hints of funk thrown in. The track is about loving your signficant other even with all of their flaws.

What are your initial thoughts on this brand-new song from EARTHGANG and Spillage Village, “Blacklight?” Will this land on an upcoming project, or will it be a loosie? Conway The Machine And Che Noir Switch Up “We Outside” With Production From Big Ghost Ltd.

Conway the Machine is already hard at work to get another project out right before the end of 2023. We got a taste of the project last Friday, October 27, with the lead single “Brick by Brick.” Frequent collaborator and producer Wun Two handled the production. The full team effort is expected to release on December 22, according to Genius.

As of now, there are 10 tracks with three features from GooseByTheWay. What is really impressive for Conway is that this will be his third collaboration LP of the year. He previously worked with Jae Skeese and 38 Spesh, respectively. But before the Wun Two release, Conway has what appears to be a loosie out now.

Listen To “We Outside (Big Ghost Ltd. Version) From Conway The Machine, Che Noir, And Big Ghost Ltd.

On Speshal Machinery Conway and Spesh had a song featuring Pharoahe Monche and Che Noir. “We Outside” was the name and it had production from Spesh and Jimmy Dukes. Conway decided to pull that song and do some extra work with it. The new version has the Monche verse taken off, Che Noir remains, and producer Big Ghost Ltd. enters into the mix. He is another close workmate with Conway. Ghost changes up the beat entirely. The original beat is more boom bap while this one adds some woodwind loops and shots of sharp synths.

What are your initial thoughts on this new version of “We Outside” with Conway the Machine, Big Ghost Ltd., and Che Noir? Is Big Ghost Ltd.’s beat on this version better than the original? Ciara And Chris Brown Tap Lil Wayne For Remix Of “How We Roll (Remix)”

Fort Hood, Texas R&B veteran Ciara has given us plenty of underrated hits over the years and she is still pumping them out. Back at the beginning of August, she released the lead single to her forthcoming EP, CiCi. She grabbed another infamous name in the genre, Chris Brown for “How We Roll.” Some people were a little upset with one person saying, “Ewww, why is Ciara platforming Chr*s Br*wn knowing he’s an abuser?”

Regardless of the backlash, the song still performed fairly well. On Spotify, it sits at nearly 16.5 million streams. It is also Ciara’s second-most popular song on the platform. Now, the song might do even better with a remix out now.

He does a solid job fitting into the vibe and theme of it all. He might just be the best rap artist to grab for a feature in 2023.

For those who are not aware, Fetty is in the midst of a six-year prison sentence that came down back in May of this year. It became an extremely messy and lengthy series of events. After about two years of court appearances and four years of investigations, Fetty was found guilty of distributing and possessing with intent to distribute controlled substances.

Benny The Butcher Finally Releases Lead Single “Big Dog” With Lil Wayne And The Alchemist

It is finally that time. Benny The Butcher has just put out his enticing lead single from his forthcoming record, EVERYBODY CAN’T GO. After months upon months of teasing a song with Lil Wayne, it is now here and the wait was certainly worth it. The anticipation began around early July of this year when a short video of Benny in the studio made the rounds on Twitter from HipHopDX.

A quick few seconds of the song were played and then Butcher cut it off. “New Orleans to Buffalo,” was all we got to hear before the Buffalo rapper stepped in to say, “That’s all ya’ll need to hear, y’all heard what the man said. I said I need Lil Wayne, y’all heard what the man said. It’s on the way.”

Well, we now have it on our hands and every element of the track is pretty much flawless. “Big Dog” gives off a mean mugging and big boss-like feeling that Benny does so well. This time it feels amplified, especially with The Alchemist’s production and Lil Wayne’s dog-themed bars. Both legends definitely have that “Big dog, Siberian Husky flow.”

The Alchemist And Action Bronson Are A Fun Pair On “Vertigo” From “Flying High 2”

The Alchemist is one of the busiest producers of 2023. In fact, he may just be the most active one this year. It all began in the middle of February with a single featuring Larry June, “60 Days.” That turned out to be the lead track off of their collaborative record, The Great Escape. From that point on, there was no slowing down for Uncle Al. A couple of months later, he and Domo Genesis got together for No Idols. Additionally, others like Roc Marciano, MIKE and Wiki, as well as Earl Sweatshirt all got to work on their respective efforts with him too.

But, before those tapes, he put out a solo EP, Flying High at the end of June. The Alchemist grabbed Earl for that as well, including billy woods, Boldy James, and more for the four tracks to go along with instrumental versions. Now, he is getting ready for his seventh project. It will be the sequel to Flying High. Supposedly dropping at midnight tonight, November 3, the format will remain the same. However, this time there will be five songs and their accompanying instrumentals.
