Offset Addresses Cardi B’s Story About Tattoo, Gives Beyonce & Jay-Z Praise

TMZ recently caught Offset on the streets of New York, and of course had to ask him some questions. After all, he’s been quite busy as of late, whether on stages, in the studio, or on your timelines. A recent interview clip of Cardi B talking about her rap boo’s Michael Jackson tattoo went viral for its comical nature. “I really need you to see the Michael Jackson tattoo he got on his stomach,” she joked on Ebro In The Morning. “I don’t even want to take it there. Every single time that I, you know, like,” she went on as she bit the air, “it just be looking at me.”

However, Offset told the publication that there’s no way that any viral clip or confession will make him cover tup or remove the ink. In addition, the Georgia trap icon said that his next single “Fan” will come out on Friday (September 15), putting him in full album rollout mode. Also, he spoke briefly on performing during Beyoncé’s RENAISSANCE show in Los Angeles. “It was honorable,” the 31-year-old stated. “I wanted to show my showmanship, that’s why I came. Shout out to B, happy birthday to her, too.”

Offset On Cardi B, MJ Tat & RENAISSANCE

Of course, that wasn’t the only viral clip ‘Set had to address, as many loved seeing him do the electric slide with Kris Jenner, Jay-Z, and more. “It was just a vibe,” Offset recalled. “We was all chillin’. Shout out to Hov. You know, he cool, laidback, he ain’t how you might think he would be. We just havin’ fun, it was a family vibe, you know, like a cookout.” While he was already getting back to his hotel when the interview occurred, the “2 LIVE” MC had some more fun in NYC. In fact, he shared some of that with fans by throwing out $100 bills in the street.

Sarah Francis Jones Went Into Labor At Beyoncé’s ‘Renaissance’ Tour And Gave Birth To The Beyhive’s Youngest Member

When Beyoncé tells the world to stop, typically it does. However, that wasn’t the case for Hairspray actress Sarah Francis Jones. In fact, the excitement from the Grammy Award record holder’s final Renaissance World Tour stop in Inglewood led the actress to give birth to the Beyhive’s youngest member.

While attending the recording artist’s September 4 birthday performance at SoFi Stadium, Jones recorded herself having a grand ol’ time dancing and singing along but by the end of the night, the audience around her was a medical team as she was set to deliver her baby girl. During an interview with KTLA, the star revealed that initially, she thought the sharp aches she was experiencing when at the concert were false labor pains (medically referred to as Braxton Hicks).

“I said, ‘Something’s happening.’ Usually, I like to dance at the concert, and I was like, ‘OK, I need to sit down for a second,” said Jones.

But as the discomfort increased, Jones and her partner, Marcel Spears, knew it was time. “The biggest contractions happened during ‘Virgo’s Groove.’ As the concert went on, we were like, ‘I don’t know about this.’ By the time we got to the car into the parking lot, it was full-on intense,” Spears added.

Jones vlogged the experience on her official Instagram page. In the video, as she participated in the ‘Eerbody On Mute’ challenge, you notice a shift in her bubbly personality.

Although Jones and Spears’ baby girl is indeed a Virgo, just like Beyoncé, their daughter missed the cut-off date to share the same birthday with the star as she was officially born on September 5. Friends and family of Jones, as well as fellow Beyhive members, took to the entertainer’s comment section to offer their well wishes.

Questlove Has An Amazingly Star-Studded Roster Of Celebrities He Makes Playlists For And Conan O’Brien Wants In

The podcast is called Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend, but after welcoming Questlove for the September 4 episode, Conan O’Brien needs a playlist.

Questlove is known for making playlists for his friends. His friends, as O’Brien put it, just so happen to be “some of the most famous people in the world.” Questlove said the hobby “started with The Obamas” and admitted to some slight trolling after O’Brien asked, “Do you ever throw something in there — like the theme from Gilligan’s Island — just something that’s gonna freak [former US President Barack Obama] out?”

“I do that all the time,” Questlove said. “He doesn’t question much. There’s a few people who are like, ‘Did you really mean to put this version of that song on there?’ I will lightly troll. I’m not trying to troll more than I’m just trying to expand the palette.”

The Roots legend continued, “Because, I think, oftentimes when it comes to streaming, there are billions of songs out there, but we’re only gonna go to the 32 songs that we know. And I’m willing to do the musical, metaphorical equivalent of the Shawshank sh*t crawl. I go through about 500 songs a week, of which maybe seven are cool.”

Questlove then explained his Blue Ivy-related reasoning behind adding Beyoncé and Jay-Z to the group — even though it seems to me that the only reason he’d need is that they are, ahem, BEYONCÉ AND JAY-Z — and shared that Bill Hader, Spike Lee, Martha Stewart, Kenan Thompson, and Norah Jones are also among recipients of curated Questlove playlists.

“I text 700 times a month to [this] list of people,” Questlove said, handing his phone to a very impressed O’Brien. He asked O’Brien if he’d want to be added to the list, which feels like a rhetorical question.

Chris Brown is no stranger to Goat talk. Just a few days ago he got a pretty impressive shoutout from 50 Cent. The “In Da Club” rapper shared a painting of Brown being handed a crown by none other than Michael Jackson himself. Consequently in the caption 50 elaborated that Brown is one of the best artists we have around right now. While fans in the comments largely disagreed for a variety of reasons, the cosign alone is impressive.

Chris Brown will be releasing his 11th studio album later this year on 11/11. Fittingly the project is titled 11:11 but that isn’t even as deep as him embrace of the number goes. But it was one couple in particular in attendance that everyone was paying attention to.

After months of speculation Kylie Jenner and Timothee Chalamet made their public debut as a couple during one of Beyonce’s LA shows. Subsequently videos shared of the event caught the couple getting up close and personal and even sharing a kiss. While that already caught plenty of attention, fans put two and two together when videos of Kylie’s ex Travis Scott were also shared from the exact same concert. The desire to impress the “Halo” hitmaker was the highest on Monday (September 4) night, as she celebrated her 42nd birthday while performing at SoFi Stadium. Plenty of celebrities were in attendance at all three of Bey’s Los Angeles concerts, but those closest to her inner circle (or the top of her fanbase) did their best to secure tickets.

Among the starlets who stepped out were the Kardashian sisters, with Khloe and Kim stepping up for Kourtney in lieu of her recent alleged health scare. They brought her daughter, Penelope, along with their own kids to watch the show, and it seems a blast was had by all. Elsewhere, GloRilla and SZA linked up at Beyonce’s performance, posing for a photo together in their “ALIEN SUPERSTAR” inspired outfits.

SZA and GloRilla Follow Beyonce’s Silver Dress Code Instructions

The Memphis native looked glamorous in a blonde wig and a two-piece silver set, complete with one gloved hand. She accessorized with sunglasses and shiny boots, in true Beyonce fashion. SZA, on the other hand, only donned the mother of three’s requested colour on her lower half with a skin-tight skirt. On her top half, the “Drew Barrymore” singer hid her nipples beneath heart-shaped pasties and further accentuated her already slim waist with a purple corset.

Besides witnessing Beyonce’s greatness on stage last night during the celebration of her special day, attendees also got to enjoy he incredible gift of watching Kendrick Lamar and Diana Ross perform. She was joined by Kendrick Lamar at one point during her set to perform their “AMERICA HAS A PROBLEM (Remix).” Unfortunately, K-Dot’s microphone went out due to some technical difficulties. Nevertheless, the Ivy Park creator’s dance moves kept the audience entertained until things were sorted out.

The highlight of the night for everyone at SoFi Stadium was being able to celebrate Beyonce’s birthday with her, but those keeping up with the show at home have been focused on other buzzworthy moments from the show.
