Chloe X Halle Shine As Pandora Ambassadors, Spreading Love Beyond Valentine’s Day

Dynamic sister duo Chloe X Halle has taken on a new role as ambassadors for Pandora’s Be Love campaign. And they’re not just encouraging love on Valentine’s Day. They’re inspiring a year-round commitment to spreading love in all its forms. In their collaboration with Pandora, Chloe and Halle are adorned in stunning pieces of jewelry from the Be Love collection, adding a touch of glamour that goes beyond conventional gifting practices. The campaign challenges the norm of fleeting flower deliveries. Instead aiming to provide an enduring representation of love through a range of bestselling earrings, necklaces, rings, and more, all elegantly modeled by the talented “Do It” singers.

Both sisters shared their unique perspectives on love, offering insights into what this powerful emotion means to them personally. For Chloe, love is described as something “never-ending, always there, never questioned.” She poetically adds that it’s a steadfast presence, ready to catch you even if you fall off a metaphorical cliff. Halle’s perspective on love takes a different route, emphasizing authenticity and self-acceptance. “Being your complete, whole self and loving that,” she articulates. Highlighting the importance of embracing one’s true identity in the journey of love.

Moreover, while this announcement is not a secret, fans might remember that Halle Bailey kept her entire pregnancy one. Her sister Chloe revealed that keeping the pregnancy secret was easy. Moreover, she says it was easy to ignore the rumors. “We just ignore it,” Chloe said of the rumors in an interview with PEOPLE. “I would tell her, like, take social media off your phone, you know, I keep all her other secrets. So this was just another one in the books.” Furthermore, the Be Love campaign stands as an invitation to embrace love not just on Valentine’s Day but as a continuous, ever-present force in our lives. The collection curated by Pandora offers an array of options suitable for various occasions, making it ideal for expressing love to oneself, surprising a partner, family member, or even a best friend.

However, Pandora’s Be Love collection includes meticulously crafted pieces that transcend the ephemeral nature of traditional gifts. Whether it’s a pair of earrings, a necklace, or a ring, each item is designed to symbolize everlasting love, a sentiment beautifully embodied by Chloe and Halle as they showcase the collection with grace and style. Moreover, if you’re in the mood to spread love beyond the confines of a specific day, the Be Love collection offers a perfect opportunity to do so.

Cardi B Left Speechless By Question About Beyonce Collab

Cardi B officially appears to be shifting into album mode. She is releasing her new single “Bongos” later this week and fans are hyped. The track is a collaboration with Megan Thee Stallion. It’s the second time the pair have teamed up following 2020’s “WAP” which was an absolute mega-hit. As is often the case when any new music is on the way, fans are curious about when they’re getting another album. Cardi’s debut studio album Invasion of Privacy came out all the way back in 2018 and she’s sporadically teased a follow-up since then.

Now in a new interview hosted by Pandora Cardi B was asked about her new album. It was one question in particular that left her speechless. When her interviewer asks “Is Beyonce gonna be on this album?” Cardi literally has no words to respond with. Her utter confusion at the question is mirrored by fans in the comments of a repost. “Beyoncé touring chile. She don’t got the time,” one of the top comments on the post reads. “She won’t be. We do not want that,” another highly upvoted comment reads. Check out the full interview clip below.

Cardi B Doesn’t Know How To Answer Beyonce Question

The announcement of a new song from Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion comes at a great time. The pair recently won a lawsuit that spawned from their previous collab “WAP.” Another rapper claimed that the pair had lifted lyrics from another song for their iconic team-up, but a judge threw that ruling out last week.

Another Cardi team-up is still on the charts months after its release. “Put It On Da Floor Again” with Latto has been a surprisingly stable hit on the Hot 100 still sticking at number 60 in this week’s chart. What do you think of Cardi B’s response to a question about Beyonce being on her new album? Let us know in the comment section below.

The Estates Of Robin Williams And George Carlin Are Both Suing Pandora For Unpaid Streaming Royalties

Robin Williams and George Carlin are two of the most prolific, ubiquitous, and downright hilarious comedians of all time. Sadly, Williams has been dead since 2014 and Carlin since 2008. But that still hasn’t stopped streaming service giants Pandora from profiting off of their stand-up comedy recordings without paying royalties to their respective estates. At least that’s what copyright infringements lawsuits filed by both Williams’ and Carlin’s estates are claiming.

According to filings of these lawsuits obtained by Rolling Stone, Williams’ estate is seeking to get $4.1 million in damages, while Carlin’s camp is suing for $8.4 million. The lawsuits claim that Pandora knew that they were streaming the recordings, even though they didn’t have the proper licensing right to do it. Furthermore, they haven’t paid any money to the estates that preside over the comedians’ posthumous earnings.

The claims state that Pandora “gained listeners, subscribers and market share with full knowledge it did not have licenses.” In 2018, Pandora was sold to SiriusXM for a whopping $3.5 billion and recordings from comedy titans like Williams and Carlin were (and still are) a part of the service’s offerings.

The filing from Carlin’s estate cheekily states, “While Carlin would have been thrilled for his works to live on through valid licenses and payments, he would have seven dirty words to say about Pandora’s actions and willful copyright infringement, no doubt.”

For what it’s worth, Pandora also received complaints from comedians Andrew Dice Clay, Ron White, and Bill Engvall. It sounds like they need to legitimize this portion of their operation in regards to comedy recordings, or the names on that list are going to grow even bigger.

Cardi B’s ‘Up’ Tops Pandora’s 100 ‘Most Thumbed’ Tracks Of 2021

Before these algorithms started ruling our lives, Pandora’s thumbs up (or down) was the OG playlist algorithm tweaker. The very concept of the Music Genome Project was mind-blowing before streaming services and their playlists took over the music industry. And now, Cardi B, can declare herself the Queen of said Genome for the second year in a row.

“Up” by Cardi B is officially the most thumbed track of the year on Pandora’s “Top Thumb Hundred List of 2021.” That means more users gave the song the thumbs up, thus juicing its appearances on playlists above any other track this year. Last year, Cardi’s “Wap” featuring Megan Thee Stallion topped the list and in 2021, Cardi shows up twice in the Top 20, along with her featured verse on Normani’s “Wild Side”, the #18 most thumbed song of 2021.

Silk Sonic’s “Leave The Door Open” was #2 this year and Adele’s “Easy On Me” was #3. Drake led all artists with nine songs on the list and he had four in the top 20.
