B.G. Suggests No One Will Miss Turk If He Doesn’t Reunite With Hot Boys

The ESSENCE Festival saw Birdman try and form a reunion with Cash Money, specifically the Hot Boys group. Unfortunately, it did not work out in his favor. Lil Wayne, perhaps the biggest star of them all, performed alone at the New Orleans event. It seems that Weezy was fine with linking back up with his crew, but who really knows at this point. Another conflict includes B.G. and Turk. These two have been going back and forth online since the failed reuniting. Even though they all did not rock the stage together, every other Hot Boys crew mate was in attendance. Turk was the only one not to show, as he cited “business” issues were the root cause.

The excuse is pretty flaccid, as Turk seems okay with not rejoining the group. He made these feelings clear while clapping back at B.G. for dissing his absence at ESSENCE. “I’ll say f*** a Hot Boys tour, n****. Disrespect won’t be tolerated, n****. I don’t give a f*** who a n**** is. Ain’t no Big I’s or Lil U’s over me, mane. B.G. better sit his motherf***ing a** down somewhere, man. That n**** don’t run s*** round here, not with me”, Turk vehemently expressed.

B.G. Continues To Shade Turk

Now, B.G. is returning the favor in a pretty harsh manner. It took a while for him to make his point, but here is what he had to say in a recent interview. Overall, the Louisiana rapper proposes that if him, Wayne, or Juvenile do not return, then Hot Boys would not be the same. However, if Turk were to turn down the opportunity for good, then no one would care. LeToya Luckett of Destiny’s Child even caught a stray from B.G., as he compared his Turk to the R&B singer being left out of the trio. It seems that Hot Boys reunion album is a faint possibility at this point.

What are your thoughts on B.G. continuing to diss Turk amid the Hot Boys reunion drama? Do you think they will be able to reconcile and move forward? Will Turk respond to B.G. why or why not, and should he? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Latto & Ice Spice Smack Talk Each Other As Their Beef Continues At The BET Awards

Latto and Ice Spice are two of the most impactful female hip-hop artists right now. You could even make the argument for overall, especially this year. Both have turned in hit after hit, and they are nearing the releases of their highly-anticipated projects in the ensuing months. For Ice Spice, she will finally be delivering her debut album Y2K! on July 26th. Then, there is the self-proclaimed Queen of da Souf’s record Sugar Honey Iced Tea. Each album looks to do run up the streams and sales when they hit the market, and it will be interesting to see who comes out on top.

That is partially because these two leading ladies are still butting heads. Each femcee has taken their respective shots via social media and the booth over these last several months. That animosity was on further display during the 2024 BET Awards last night (June 30), as Latto and Ice Spice were dragging each other for their performances. They both showcased their respective disses, “Think U The S*** (Fart)” and “Sunday Service”, in addition to some other cuts.

However, it seems Latto and Ice Spice were locked into those two songs in particular. Following the latter’s time onstage, the Atlanta-based artist claimed that she is in indeed a “fart” and the “stankiest” one at that. The New York native followed up with a retort on X (formerly Twitter) dispelling Latto’s statement. “U NOT EVEN THE FART B!TCH🧡now gimmie my 10ss”.

What are your thoughts on Latto making fun of Ice Spice’s performance at the BET Awards? If these two get into a diss track battle, who do you have winning? Who do you think had the better showing onstage? Additionally, who has been having the better year so far and who will at the end? Asian Doll Bombarded With Hate After Rehashing Beef With Foolio After His Untimely Passing

The Florida hip-hop circle and the community at large lost another rapper too soon this past weekend. Foolio became the fatal victim during an “ambush” shooting at a Tampa Holiday Inn, leaving three additional people with injuries. He was celebrating his 26th birthday and it appeared to be a pretty publicly known event, as the MC was making his location quite available online. Lewis Fusco, his lawyer tragically confirmed the news via Instagram and to local news stations in Jacksonville. With so little information about Foolio’s involvement, as well as how sensitive things are right now, Mr. Fusco advised everyone to give his loved ones some space. “We will not be making any additional statements until further notice. “Please respect his family during this difficult time. Rest in peace @julio_foolio”.

Well, that wish is not being respected by fellow rapper from Dallas, Texas, Asian Doll. Prior to Foolio’s, death, him and Doll were beefing, especially around 2021-2022. The former’s presence on social media was one of instigation, and he seemed to start things with the TV star in ’21. Foolio shared a short video around this time in which he said, “Real s***. If somethin’ ever happen to me, bro, don’t be an Asian Doll. If you know what we was on and we didn’t talk like that, don’t be extra. For real. Don’t be on that Asian”. He made that statement after she was grieving the loss of her then boyfriend, King Von. A lot of people online thought Asian Doll was being too dramatic, and Foolio was in that camp, too.

She responded with some harsh words, saying, “But when some do happen to you watch nobody give no f***. Get off n**** d**k tho fan a** n****”. Distastefully, Asian Doll tweeted out a “🚬” after the Foolio news, and even though it seems to have been deleted, fans are letting her hear it. Some are getting super disrespectful, with one user stating, “When it happens to her it’s a parade in every city”. Others are claiming she just wants her shine. “Y’all leave her she tryna be relevant haha 😂”. Our continued well wishes go out to Foolio’s family and friends during this difficult time.

What are your thoughts on this tweet from Asian Doll after Foolio’s passing? Do you think she should stop the subtle jabs at him, given everything that has happened, why or why not? Were you aware of their beef before this tweet? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. 50 Cent Checks BMF Co-Founder Southwest T For Meeting With Enemy’s Son

50 Cent has some choice words for Southwest T. The BMF (Black Mafia Family) co-founder crossed enemy lines over Father’s Day weekend, as he met up with Kenneth McGriff Jr., who is the son of Kenneth McGriff Sr. (aka Supreme). The former drove “nine hours” to see Southwest T and gift him some apparel. For context, the latter had allegedly try to organize the murder of 50 Cent back in the early 2000s when he got hit nine times. The G-Unit mastermind caught wind of this link-up due to a commenter on Instagram sharing similar disdain for Southwest T’s switch-up.

So, as 50 Cent normally does, he hopped on his keyboard and sent a pretty hilarious but threatening message to T, according to AllHipHop. “Hey I know T feel like he is not making the money @lilmeechbmf is making but I thought they would all be happy for him”, he begins. “It’s not like I didn’t help your family make millions. Cool when STARZ start suggesting the wrong moves, I’m simply going to sit and watch. Don’t worry you will be off the air in no time.”

Outside of the hatred that 50 has for the McGriff family, this is also in relation to the BMF television series that he executive produced. It follows the drug trafficking and money laundering operation of Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory back in the 1980s. Lil Meech, the son of “Big Meech”, plays his dad in the program.

What are your thoughts on the warning shot from 50 Cent toward Southwest T? Do you think that this is a great move by Fif, why or why not? What do you think Southwest T is up to by linking with the enemy? Could you see this escalating any further? If so, what do you see the worst-case scenario being? Snoop Dogg Refuses To Pick Sides In Drake Vs. Kendrick Lamar Beef, Chooses To Praise Both Instead

Snoop Dogg was sort of thrusted into the middle of the vicious battle between Kendrick Lamar and Drake. His voice was manipulated for the latter’s “Taylor Made Freestyle,” the second diss response and quick follow-up to “Push Ups.” The West Coast legend gave a signature reaction to the track on social media: “They did what? When? How? Are you sure? Y’all have a good night.” However, Snoop Dogg has never clearly stated what team he decided to rep. As of recent, we now have an answer, and it might bother the people who need to take sides in everything.

According to HipHopDX, the Doggystyle creator was asked by Entertainment Tonight what this beef meant to him, especially after witnessing some of the most legendary bloodbaths. However, Snoop Dogg shared a fairly rare and positive take about it all. “Well, the only thing I want to say about that whole scenario is that I want to give both of them a shout out for raising the bar as far as lyrics, as far as song-making and writing because the writing has been upped since the confrontation.”

Additionally, Snoop explained why he is taking this humanitarian approach. “Those are my nephews. “I’m not in the middle of it. I support both of them and that’s personal business, not my business.” While he is choosing to stay out of it, he did want to recognize their efforts of focusing on bring back the emphasis on bars. “As far as what they did for the industry and the rap game, they made you rap again. You can’t mumble your way and gimmick your way to a song no more, buddy. So, thank y’all.”

What are your thoughts on Snoop Dogg not taking sides in the Kendrick Lamar and Drake beef? Do you agree with him that their feud brought back a focus on writing? Are you taking sides? Soulja Boy Continues Disrespect Of Metro Boomin & His Deceased Mother, Claps Back At 21 Savage

Metro Boomin has been dealing with a lot of backlash on the internet over the last few months in particular. He has to deal with some criticism over taking Kendrick Lamar’s side during the Drake saga. Internet users were telling him to shut up and stick to beats. On top of that, he was ripped to shreds –perhaps more justifiably in this case — for some old tweets about getting with younger women. He received the Metro Groomin title, and it was a trend on the platform for several days. Now, Metro Boomin has been having to deal with Soulja Boy coming at him over a 2012 tweet. “My phone rings to come to the studio with Jeezy. Yours rings to send Soulja Boy a pack of beats. Sit down.”

It gotten under Soulja’s skin so much that he demanded that Metro delete the message off X in the next 24 hours. If not, he would deal with some sort of consequence. 21 Savage has been jumping in to defend his close collaborator during this new beef and it’s turned quite distasteful since yesterday, May 12. That date happened to be Mother’s Day, so Soulja pulled out the big guns by reminding Metro of his late mother. “F*** that n**** mama!!!!!!!!!! Don’t speak on my name b****! You sacrificed your own mom @MetroBoomin you a puppet. All the streams, sales, money, and fame not gone bring your mom back @MetroBoomin was it worth it?” Soulja asked. “I can say f*** this money and fame s*** and still be a boss can you?”

Soulja Boy Is Not Done With Metro & 21

With all of that background info, 21 Savage has since replied back to those messages on X. “Speaking on a n**** mama like s*** a game you gone s*** on yourself when I see you boy,” Savage threatened. If it has not been clear enough that Soulja is not messing around with the trap duo, he doubled down on speaking about Metro’s late mom. “F*** u and his mama lil boy. Nah umma swing on u when I see you lame.” While a majority of these beefs have been entertaining, this one could get uglier and uglier by the day.

What are your thoughts on Soulja Boy continuing to whale on Metro Boomin and 21 Savage? Do you think anything more serious will come out of this, why or why not? Has Soulja taken it too far with including the producer’s late mother? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section. Sukihana Gets Real Graphic As She Fires Back At JT With “COCAINE” Diss Track

She ate crab legs, now her whole tooth missing / Cheap a** veneers, you stay talking s*** / Put a marker to this b****, she’s so counterfeit.” Those were the bars up for debate on “Okay,” which is the latest single from Florida femcee, JT. There was belief that it was either a shot at Cardi B, or Delaware’s Sukihana. It turns it was not a diss at either artist, as JT recently cleared up the speculation. However, it was not handled in the way that you might think. “Sukihana You KNEW I wasn’t talking about YOU I would’ve answered quicker if you didn’t try to do a 2 for 1 special,” JT wrote on X on May 3. “I never knew your tooth fell out from eating crab legs you go viral for stupid s*** Daily.”

The posts got more severe, as JT was really upset at Sukihana for not reaching out to her directly to clear the air. The City Girls running mate also was of the belief that Suki was handling it in this way so she could get some attention. In her final message, JT laid down the hammer. “Search my page I been supporting you never had an issue with you so why would I enter a booth & think of YOU? sewer p**sy???!” That last blow might have set Sukihana over the edge, as now she is taking direct shots at her new foe on “COCAINE.”

Listen To “COCAINE” By Sukihana

On the incredibly nasty track, she reveals to the listener that JT allegedly is bad at pleasing her man (Lil Uzi Vert). So much so that Suki feels that is why Uzi wants to get with Ice Spice or herself. “Cockeyed nipple deformed armadillo looking mothaf***a / Thinking i dont know your n****, b****, your n**** wanna eat this sewer pussy right through my pants h*e.” Oh yeah, there are also tons of bars about JT’s looks as well, those are just a sample. Also, if you are wondering why it is called “COCAINE,” it is because of these X posts. “Y’all pray for me nothing wrong it’s just Jt lips use to be so white. She pretty then a mufuka but she be doing cocainnnn.” This beef has certainly reached new heights.

What are your thoughts on this brand-new single and diss track, “COCAINE,” by Sukihana? Do you think we have another back-and-forth beef brewing, why or why not? How should JT go about this? Is this one of the wildest diss tracks of the year so far? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section. ScHoolboy Q Allegedly Warned J Cole To Stop Beefing Further With Kendrick Lamar Before The Apology

When J Cole gracefully removed himself from the Kendrick Lamar and Drake war, people online and in the hip-hop sphere were tearing him down. So many were disappointed that the “7 Minute Drill” rapper would bow out from the competition, especially given his pen. However, since he dropped the diss that was, frankly, half-hearted, the battlefield has become extremely bloody. He even admitted that himself, and since most fans knew that Cole was always more of a lover and not a fighter, the narrative has switched. Now, spectators have become more understanding and giving him grace online.

However, a new and interesting angle has been making the rounds on the web that someone in the know actually influenced Cole to remove himself from the beef. According to articles from Bossip and AllHipHop, TDE teammate ScHoolboy Q was supposedly the one who helped convince him. A writer witnessed the BLUE LIPS and Might Delete Later MCs chatting at Dreamville Fest. Unfortunately, she was not able to make out what exactly was said, but sources informed her that some sort of warning was passed from Q to Cole.

If This Is True, ScHoolboy Q Did J Cole A Favor

The severity of the warning was not specified, though. “I’m not specifying what kind of warning — whether it was a bullying move, a Deebo-like maneuver or just a friendly heads-up. I don’t think it matters at this point. But based on what Punch (TDE president) said, I think they gave him what he needed to hear to bow out of the battle with as much grace as possible,” the writer said. Now, J Cole or ScHoolboy Q willing to speak about this conversation will certainly be something to monitor going forward.

What are your thoughts on ScHoolboy Q allegedly warning J Cole to drop out of the Kendrick/Drake beef? If this is true did the TDE labelmate do the right thing here, why or why not? Do you think Cole should have entered the battle to begin with? Who do you have on top right now and why? Asian Doll Slams JT For Blatantly Copying Her Style In Explosive Rant

If you have not been paying attention JT of the rap duo City Girls lately, you may want to. The Miami, Florida rapper has taken it upon herself to forge a solo career and it has turned out to be a fantastic decision. Her last batch of singles, “Sideways,” “No Bars,” and “OKAY,” have been raking in some solid numbers. She even had a huge feature on Doechii’s recent single “Alter Ego” and she too is one TDE’s brightest stars. So, JT is certainly sitting pretty right now, but Asian Doll has come out of the woodwork to rain on her parade a bit.

The Neighborhood Talk posted a collage of tweets from the Dallas, Texas rapper who is seemingly always at the ready to take shots at someone. Over time, we have seen her go at Kash Doll, Scar Lip, DJ Akademiks, Jada Kingdom, just to name a few. JT is now in her crosshairs once again because Asian Doll is seemingly fed up with her being a copycat. She called her out for flaming her look back in the day but now rocking it after some time has passed.

Then, Asian Doll capped off her rant with one last message. “JT got my whole style idgaf what nobody say… That doll s*** been me h*es ain’t never been on that type of s***.”

Drake Doesn’t Have “Any Resentment” For The Weeknd Not Signing To OVO In Resurfaced Clip, Fans Totally Disagree

Drake and The Weeknd are widely considered as two of Canada’s biggest musical superstars and for good reason. Both have proven over and over again that they know how to make impactful pieces of art. Early on their careers, most know that they were close and helping each other make it in the industry. However, when it came down to Drake looking to eventually sign The Weeknd to OVO, it did not work out for Drizzy. Abel made it clear back then that he felt he could still become a force and sure enough that decision paid dividends tenfold.

Following that, there has always been speculation that they had some sort of beef because of that indifference. Lately, those suspicions have turned out to be true, as The Weeknd made it clear on “All to Myself.” The WE STILL DON’T TRUST YOU cut off Metro Boomin and Future’s most recent album, heard him say how happy he was for that decision. “I thank God that I never signed my life away… They shooters makin’ TikToks / Got us laughin’ in the Lambo (Yeah).” Drake recently responded to that diss on his fiery, 20 versus 1 response “Push Ups (Drop & Give Me Fifty).”

With all of that in mind, some people’s minds might be persuaded to think that Drake may be the good guy here. A clip from Drake’s viral interview with Rap Radar about four years ago resurfaced in which he addressed not being able to sign The Weeknd. In it, The Boy says that he personally never had any ill will toward the R&B icon, but that some others on the OVO label did. He also expressed that he was always “super happy” and “excited” for him. However, most fans were not drinking the Kool-Aid. “U could tell he was mad with his lyin ahhh,” one person wrote. “I’d be mad too if I didn’t sign the biggest artist in the world,” another added.

What are your thoughts on Drake and his comments about being “super happy” for The Weeknd? Do you think there is some underlying thoughts of “what could have been,” why or why not? How do you think his career would have looked if he signed with OVO? We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section.
