Yesterday was an eventful day for rap record mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. The music impresario saw his homes raided and family members detained as part of an investigation into alleged sex trafficking that arose as a result of a slew of sexual assault lawsuits against him.
It was also, coincidentally, the anniversary of two albums heavily connected to Combs’ musical legacy: The Notorious B.I.G.’s Life After Death and The Diplomats’ Diplomatic Immunity. Cam’Ron and Mase commented on the “eerie” timing of the raids on the latest episode of their sports podcast It Is What It Is, calling Diddy’s misfortunes “reparations” as they gloated over their former business partner’s legal troubles.

“Reparations is getting closer and closer,” Mase chuckled during the show’s intro. “I ain’t got nothing to do with that money, that’s all yours,” Cam responded. He also noted, “The last year has really been the been payback for you.”
The crux of their comments was Mase’s ongoing financial disputes with Combs, which started in the early 2000s and continued until last year, when Combs finally sold Mase the publishing rights to his music recorded under Bad Boy, along with a slew of other Bad Boy artists. Mase, of course, heavily contributed to Life After Death and became the Bad Boy golden child in the wake of B.I.G.’s 1997 murder, but felt that he was never paid fairly by Diddy, resulting in stints as a pastor and rapper on other labels.
In the prior week’s episode of It Is What It Is, Mase said he had to “escape” Bad Boy, recalling, “Even though I made those decisions and it cost me money, that’s why [when] I got with [Cam’Ron], [God] gave me the money back. I didn’t [really] lose no money. Destiny.”
Cam’ron has attributed Ryan Garcia’s recent string of concerning posts about conspiracy theories to be the result of cocaine. “This got yola written all over it. Yola, sugar, nose candy. That [sniffs]… Yeah, Snow White, Becky. This got this written all over it,” Cam’ron proclaimed. However, Ma$e was a little more cautious. “I thought this was very, very alarming and that something was really wrong. So I’m trying to stay serious about it because I got a lot of jokes coming into my mind. But I don’t wanna joke on this situation,” Ma$e said.
Following an apparent hack over the weekend, Garcia, or at least Garcia’s account, has continued to post concerning content. The boxer claimed that he was “taken to the woods” where he was “forced to watch kids getting raped”. He also tweeted that he was shown an alien and that he has proof that he could potentially release. However, things only got weirder when Garcia joined a Twitter Space hosted by Andrew Tate. Garcia reasserted his claim that he had been forced to watch pornography featuring children after being “tied down in the woods”. Furthermore, Garcia also said, “Bohemian Grove is real”. Bohemian Grove is a private campground belonging to a Gentleman’s Club in California. Conspiracy theorists believe that the ultra-exclusive two-week annual gatherings held at Bohemian Grove are actually secret meetings of the Illuminati or members of the “New World Order”.
Meanwhile, Bryce Hall has dismissed the allegations of inappropriate conduct with minors made about him by boxer Ryan Garcia. “Credible sources lol. I also murdered someone if anybody says that online too,” Hall wrote in response to a Drama Alert post reporting Garcia’s claims.
The boxer, who has spent the few days making increasingly concerning posts, took aim at Hall earlier today. “Apologize for messing with underage kids,” Garcia wrote while calling out Hall by name. “You need to repent and stop hiding behind TikTok for clout,” Garcia added. Hall has been previously sued for his conduct at an LA restaurant. However, there have been no previous allegations linking him to conduct with minors. Garcia has since deleted the tweet. Furthermore, Garcia has since said that he will not be speaking on another other than his upcoming fight with Devin Haney.
Cam’ron used a recent episode of It Is What It Is to apologize to Ben Simmons. The rapper and show host had previously insinuated that he and Simmons and had gotten involved in an altercation backstage during a Nets game. Cam’ron clarified that he misrepresented the situation and that he was sorry for doing that.
However, reaction to the apology was split. Many social media users were surprised that Cam’ron even had the capacity to apologize. This is given his history of verbose and unapologetic statements live on air. After all, this is the same man that responded to divorce drama by asking about the wife’s cleavage and then getting a message from her. On Cam and Mase’s most recent episode of their It Is What It Is podcast, told their audience that he and Brooklyn Nets star Ben Simmons almost took it to the physical.
At around the 50 minute mark of the show, the Dipset head honcho turned sportscaster recalled sitting courtside at the Lakers vs. Nets game when he noticed Ben Simmons on the bench and joked that he forgot he played basketball.
Cam then spoke about going to the VIP area and crossing paths with Simmons after the game and mentally preparing himself for what might have to happen if the two took the beef to fisticuffs. Cam criticized Simmons for playing mind games and suggested that Simmons communicate honestly instead of engaging in such behavior, hinging on the fact that he doesn’t appreciate the games

Furthermore, Williams was responding to a comment musing on why Cam’ron and other men of his generation are “obsessed” with how younger men choose to live. The conversation had been sparked by Cam’ron and Ma$e mocking Odell Beckham Jr’s “feminine tendencies”.
Queerness and perceived “feminine” behavior is a common topic for Cam’ron, especially when it comes to OBJ. In August 2023, Cam’ron used a video of the wide receiver seemingly appreciating his teammate’s butts during a segement about Dwight Howard. Killa used the video to argue that queer athletes should be segregated from their straight teammates in locker room scenarios. However, the rapper then claimed that he is not homophobic because he’s “got gay relatives”.

The most recent chapter in the beef between Killa and Ford came in December, when Cam’ron went after Joe Budden for defending Ford. “Ohh she’s an expensive escort? Furthermore, the move was a throwback to the previous week. Chavis revealed during an interview on Check That Stat that one of her non-OnlyFans side hustles was running a massage business.
