Finesse2tymes & His Girl Diss JT & Lil Uzi Vert: “Who Man You Calling Ugly? Have You Seen Yours?”

JT is best known for the bars she’s created as one-half of City Girls, but the Florida native certainly knows how to run her mouth outside of the studio too. Earlier this week, she found herself in the midst of some nasty internet drama after comparing a baby to Memphis rapper Finesse2tymes, calling both of them “ugly” in response to an internet troll hating on her partner, Lil Uzi Vert. “Ugly baby and dead father 😿,” she wrote. “That baby looks like Finesse 2 x’s. Please leave me alone. I’m not bothering no one 🙂 ❤.”

Following that, the “Twerkulator” hitmaker headed over to Twitter to share some thoughts. “I’m the most unproblematic person ever,” her rant began. “Idgaf ’bout nothing, but if I find time to throw a shot back I will. Nothing personal all love.” In another post, JT went on to say, “[People] will constantly pick on you and call you upset when you respond. I’m not mad, have no reason to be mad! But you mad ’cause I’m not giving you the clarification you want? So you gone constantly bully me for what you wanna hear? Nah, Ima talk about you bad without clearin’ up nothin’. I’m innocent.”

JT Throws Shade While Defending Lil Uzi Vert

The 30-year-old may think that she’s innocent, but Finesse2tymes and his new girl definitely don’t agree. “JT, WHO MAN YOU CALLING UGLY?” FNG Shugga wrote on her Instagram Story after reading the rap diva’s comments. “HAVE YOU SEEN YOURS😕?” she also asked, seemingly poking fun at LUV’s unique new Leslie Chow alter ego they’ve been sporting since Rolling Loud Thailand. The “How to Act” hitmaker also defended himself, threatening to “break” JT in a post on his own profile. “Guess she mad ’cause I said can’t do nun [with] no skinny ho 🤷🏽‍♂️😂,” he typed over a black screen.

As if that weren’t enough, the southern lyricist also addressed the situation during an IG Live session a few hours ago. “Ain’t gone let no hoe get a pass… I’ll stand on a n*gga in the same way,” he told viewers tuning in. Scroll on to see what FNG Shugga and Finesse2tymes had to say for yourself, and check back later for more hip-hop news updates.

Jim Jones Doubles Down On Pusha T Criticism

Jim Jones is not giving up on his dismissal of Pusha T as a top 50 rapper of all time, now taking his criticism to the radio. Moreover, the Dipset member popped by The Breakfast Club on Friday (April 21) and doubled down on his takedown of the Clipse MC’s place in the culture. Not only that, but he asked various members of the radio show whether they could name or rap along to five Push records. It seemed like Charlamagne Tha God was the only one able to do so, proving Capo’s somewhat narrowly framed point. Regardless, he went on to give Pusha his flowers while commenting on his cultural impact, which is key in Jones’ eyes to be an all-time spitter.

“Could you name five Pusha T records?” Jim Jones inquired to Charlamagne, who gave some highlights from his discography. “Could you name five Pusha T records? No, could you rap to five Pusha T records? Could you rap five [Jay-Z] verses if they came on? Could you rap five Drake verses if they came on? You lying because you work at radio. I’m just gonna say that because n***as gonna say Jim went way wildin.’

Jim Jones Stands By His Critiques Of Pusha T On The Breakfast Club

“Shoutout to Pusha T, I love your soul,” Jim Jones went on. “You my dawg, you not in my top 50. You might be in Charlamagne’s top 50 and things like that, but you haven’t done that much for me in my life. I never wanted to be like Pusha, I never had a Pusha moment in my life. Where I’m from, n***as wanted to be like you if you was really that dude as a rapper.” For those unaware, the debate sparked from a RapCaviar Podcast conversation discussing Billboard and VIBE‘s list of the 50 greatest MCs, specifically Pusha T’s No. 29 placement.

Elsewhere in the conversation, he also doubled down on Drake being the best rapper. Given their storied beef, it adds a bit of context to Jim’s words. In addition, he also expressed belief that Big Sean, YoungBoy, and Cam’ron should all rank higher than the Hell Hath No Fury artist. At the end of the day, though, it’s just one of many hot takes surrounding that list. Regardless, stay logged into HNHH for the latest on Jim Jones and Pusha T.

SZA Has Jay Electronica Blocked

A strange “beef” of sorts recently popped up, and many believe it’s because of differing astrological beliefs, believe it or not. Moreover, Jay Electronica recently revealed that SZA apparently has him blocked on social media, although he didn’t elaborate much as to why. Regardless, he made the revelation on a bar from his most recent guest verse on one of the most anticipated short releases in hip-hop this year. This week, Swizz Beatz released his Hip Hop 50: Vol. 2 EP on Friday (April 21), which also includes Lil Wayne, Benny The Butcher, Lil Durk, Nas, and more. Specifically, Jay appears on the track “Khalas,” where the MC also addresses the reception to his Jay-Z collab project A Written Testimony.

I did an album with Hov, lames let all their hate vent,” Jay Electronica raps on the track. “So I fell back three years like, ‘Go ahead, be great then’ / I popped out with Flygod, I popped out on ‘Donda’ / I popped out with Russ, then Vic Mensa and then Ambré / I popped up at Spades and I popped up at Vandals / And my sister keep asking why I got blocked by Solana [SZA].”

Jay Electronica Reveals SZA Blocked Him On “Khalas”

Of course, SZA and Jay Electronica haven’t had any public exchanges or interactions, especially on social media. As such, fans looked to the only time that their two names popped up simultaneously from one party or the other. That came from one of the New Orleans rapper’s Twitter rants, where he asked many in the music industry whether they believe in God. While SZA, Earl Sweatshirt, Questlove, and many others received a mention and question from Jay Electron’, Diddy was the only one to answer.

Also, some fans and outlets theorized that Jay Electronica’s criticism of astrology might have rubbed SZA- an avid believer from what her social media presence indicates- the wrong way. “Motherf***ers will tell you mercury is in retrograde and don’t even have a telescope,” he wrote in his tweet barrage. “Naw, I’m good. Salaam Alaikum.” However, this is all speculation at the end of the day. Maybe other behind the scenes factors hidden from the public contributed to this blocking. After all, it could just be a very innocent or inconsequential reason, as well. Regardless, stick around on HNHH for the latest news and updates on SZA and Jay Electronica.

Chlöe Lashes Out At DJ Envy On “The Breakfast Club”: Watch

The response to Chlöe Bailey’s debut solo album, In Pieces, has likely been far more mixed than the 24-year-old anticipated. Regardless of what critics have had to say, however, she’s carried her head high and performed with all of her might across the country over the past few weeks. She still has a few concerts left, but before taking the stage again, Bailey found time in her busy schedule to appear on The Breakfast Club with hosts Charlamagne and DJ Envy.

Unfortunately for the Atlanta native, she was left feeling fed up with the latter when he didn’t know the names of songs from her new project. “Listen… Come here. Did you download the album?” Bailey asked Envy on air this morning. “I streamed it,” he confirmed. “Ok, so what was your favourite song?” the R&B starlet pushed. After a moment of undeniably awkward silence, she popped off on the media personality. “You keep wanting to throw [Charlamagne] under the bus! Nope, nope. Tell me your favourite song,” Chlöe insisted.

Chlöe Isn’t Here for Disrespect

“I’m a DJ, so I play the record in the club,” Envy explained to his guest. “So, which one?” Bailey asked again, ignoring his attempt to avoid her question. “Which one did you play from ‘In Pieces’? Because ‘Have Mercy’ isn’t on ‘In Pieces,’” the performer continued to call the 45-year-old out while noting that her 2021 single will appear on the album’s upcoming deluxe cut. In wake of the comedic footage circulating online, many social media users are running to stream the multi-talent’s debut solo album. Elsewhere, others have been comparing her to Nicki Minaj for fearlessly calling male media personalities out on their disrespect.

Aside from Envy’s attitude today, many music lovers have also criticized the “For The Night” singer for collaborating with Chris Brown on her project. Regardless of the haters, the two have had each other’s backs over the past few weeks as they focus on their own unique endeavours. Tap into Chlöe’s first appearance on The Breakfast Club below, and tell us if you think DJ Envy’s behaviour was disrespectful in the comments below.

Cardi B Looks To Seize Tasha K’s Property

Cardi B reportedly took a huge step towards collecting her $4 million defamation judgement from Tasha K- and it’s not pretty. Moreover, the court reportedly issued a “writ of execution” to the blogger and Kebe Studios LLC in Georgia on Thursday (April 20), according to AllHipHop. Said judgement permits Cardi to seize Tasha K’s property in order to gain the money owed from the rapper’s victorious case. Following a 2019 lawsuit, the court found Tasha guilty of invasion of privacy, defamation, and deliberate infliction of emotional distress in 2022. While she could seize more assets than just property, it’s still quite the aggressive turn for the case.

On that note, people online are split between seeing this as righteous retribution or going a little too far. “I love how Cardi not letting up on Tasha K! Shouldn’t have been talking s**t,” one user wrote on Twitter. Another differed; “I wish Cardi B would let that shid go…. I’m getting so tired of seeing this back and forth shid with Tasha K… Now she tryna take that woman house…. b***h you got money and a few houses Let it tf go!!! Got damn!!!”

Cardi B Wants Her $4 Million Defamation Judgement

Given that Cardi B even checked to see if she got the payment, apparently that wasn’t the case. Also, Tasha K apparently responded to this new development on her Twitter account. Previously, she apologized to the 30-year-old after losing her appeal. Now, her response seemed to lightly refer to her other debts and hinted towards a payment queue. “Look! Sis & Law I Know you need that cause work is slow for all of us right now, but right now, I ain’t got it!” she tweeted. “But let your lawyers know that when I’m up, you gone be up & stuck… You get first dibs after this irs bill gets paid…”

Meanwhile, this is far from the only controversy Tasha K got into with a celebrity, although it’s certainly the most high-profile. For example, R. Kelly claimed that the blogger tampered with witnesses in his case. With all this in mind, hopefully these legal troubles find resolution in more amicable ways. Regardless, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on Cardi B and Tasha K. In addition, check out the latter’s apparent response to Cardi potentially seizing her property down below.

Blueface’s Mom Goes Scorched Earth After Rapper Disowns Her

Blueface is currently going through a lot. Overall, his relationship with Chrisean Rock is always going through some form of turmoil. However, he seems to be doing a good job of navigating everything. Moreover, he has warmed up to the idea of having a child with Chrisean, which is definitely good to see. Although, his relationship with his mother, Karissa Saffold, is a different situation entirely. While speaking with RapTV, the rapper went so far as to disown his mom, claiming that she is very weird.

“Fuck that lady. I don’t have a mom,” Blueface explained. “She’s weird, she’s strange. I don’t know what her motive is, her angle. I don’t know what she’s trying to accomplish with her outreaches and whatever she does. I really don’t care for her. She’s not in my best interest so what can I do with that. [It doesn’t make me sad that she’s not involved.] Not at all. I feel much less stress, much less microscopic [without] somebody clocking me. ”

Blueface Vs. Karissa Saffold

Saffold has been very vocal about Blueface in the past. Recently, she even commented on the side of his private parts, which certainly is in line with being “weird.” As for Blue’s most recent comments, Saffold was not feeling them. In a response, she went scorched earth at her son. “He said F his own son birthday and I’m strange,” Saffold wrote. “Boy I’m not even praying for you no more. Get someone else to do it. This ninja said F everyone but the people who leeching off him. You are the world’s biggest weirdo. When they done with you I pray you ask God for forgiveness.” Additionally, she claimed that Blueface doesn’t have a friend in the world and that she is officially washing her hands of him.

Overall, these are some very strong comments from a mother. Either way, it seems like Blueface is distancing himself because it is simply the healthiest option for himself. Coi Leray Puts Latto On Blast For Body-Shaming Her

Coi Leray is steadily climbing the charts these days. Overall, she has reinvented her career thanks to working with EDM artists. For instance, David Guetta has been showing major love to Leray, and it has paid off. However, Leray seemingly still has her fair share of haters. In fact, some of this hate is even coming from her peers, at least so it seems. Last night, Latto dropped her new song “Put It On Da Floor.” Within the song, there were some bars about Coi Leray, that were certainly questionable.

“Smoking on that gas blunt big as Coi Leray/ Bitches like to run they mouth, but I’m the type to run a fade,” Latto raps on the new song. Subsequently, Coi caught wind of these bars, and immediately took to Twitter where she went in on the rapper. “Latto bye [sleeping face emoji] here you go taking about my body,” Coi Leray wrote. “Please do not come on here and talk about nobody BODY. Lol like seriously . Out of all things . Lmaooo ya blunt my size ? Lmaooo this shit is never ending. These bitches wanna be like the n-ggas so bad. Y’all wanna have rap beef SOOOOOO BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD [crying face emojis] … LITTLE MISS PRESSURE.”

Coi Leray Addresses Latto

Overall, these were some very strong words from Leray. Many have commented on her figure in the past, which has always rubbed people the wrong way. Moreover, one can just imagine how Coi feels about it. Although, to have another artist do it, certainly felt persona. Leray even followed up her tweets with one more post in which she let her final thoughts on the matter be known. “If you don’t like me, support me or fwm don’t mention my name. Period,” she said. “Shit don’t make sense. I don’t know none of you bitches in real life. Stay in y’all lane and leave me outta the bullshit. I be minding my business and showing real love offline.”

Latto has yet to respond to Coi Leray and her Twitter tirade. Perhaps this is all just a complete misunderstanding. Regardless, Latto learned a valuable lesson about commenting on people and their bodies. Let us know whose side you are on in this situation, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from around the music world.

Rappers React To Elon Musk Revoking Blue Twitter Checks

Twitter has been a huge mess for a minute. Ever since Elon Musk took over, the complaints have been nearly non-stop. You can hardly blame those complaining, however. Twitter had established itself as one of the most influential social media outlets ever, and it was extremely functional. Now that Musk is in charge, there seems to be a new issue every day, from dodgy rollouts of new features to straight up trolling. Clearly, Elon Musk was not well-equipped for the kind of position he took on. However, what’s done is done, and his word is the law when it comes to Twitter.

Now, as Musk promised, he has officially removed all blue verification checks from anyone who is not currently paying for them. That includes any and all celebrities and notable figures that may have had them. Kim Kardashian, Drake, and even Beyoncé were all stripped of their verification badges. The only one who seems to have escaped the situation unscathed is LeBron James. Some fine the situation funny, but others think it’s ridiculous. Doja Cat, for example, lost her verification some time ago.

Elon Musk Wants His Bag

When Doja lost her blue check, she did not respond well. “Having a blue tick now means theres a higher chance that you’re a complete loser and that you’re desperate for validation from famous people,” Doja tweeted. Her fans took the chance to troll the singer for losing her check. “Wait ew ur not verified go away normie,” one tweeted. “Since u ain’t famous anymore follow back don’t be shy,” another said. Doja has since pretty much ignored the subject and has gone back to her usual odd tweeting behaviors. She wasn’t the only one who took issue with Elon Musk’s decision, though. Akon also had some choice words.

“Back in the day, Twitter was begging musicians to stay on cause they didn’t have traffic. They came up with a verification process to protect accounts from fakes ones, now @elonmusk is taking that away and forcing us to pay,” Akon’s account tweeted. “FYI, I ain’t paying shit for something we helped build.” However, the singer claimed that his account was hacked. Today, after a sweeping removal of all unpaid blue checks, many rappers have tweeted out their opinions on the matter. What do you think about the outrage? Is it justified or are celebrities just throwing a fit because they no longer feel special? Let us know in the comments!

Chief Keef Threatened By Baby Mama’s Boyfriend

Chief Keef’s baby mama drama just took a threatening turn thanks to an IG Live session from Slim Danger, who he shares a child with. Moreover, Danger (real name Aaron Clark, took to the social media platform side by side with her new boyfriend, rapper Shams Sudden. Not only did she boldly state “F**k Chief Keef,” but she added that the entire state of California and Louisiana are looking for him. Then, she said that Shams would be more than willing and able to catch some hands with Sosa. “Man, I’ll smack the f**k out Chief Keef,” the rapper claimed towards the end of the clip. “F**k a Chief Keef, n***a.”

Unfortunately for the “Mailbox” MC, a few people seem to be jumping down his throat these days. For example, Benzino recently stated that he doesn’t want his daughter Coi Leray dating a rapper like the Chicago pioneer. “If my daughter brought home Chief Keef, my life is f***ed,” the music industry figure stated during a podcast interview. “And Chief Keef is one of my favorite young artists. ‘I’m a Gorilla in a zoo’ and all that, but I don’t want my daughter with Chief Keef.”

Chief Keef Receives Threats From Baby Mama And Her New Flame

However, given his incredible influence, impact, and the staying power of his catalog, plenty of people still ride for the 27-year-old with more passion and dedication than any hater could muster. In fact, they don’t even bat an eye at law enforcement and proudly rep Sosa. Recently, a clip went viral of a man reciting lyrics from 2014’s “Earned It” as he got arrested. “‘But I’m bonding right out, I ain’t broke,’” the fan rapped with vigor. “‘N***as ain’t getting no money, it ain’t a joke.’ And I’m out on bond! F**k you talkin’ ’bout?”

Meanwhile, fans are still waiting on Almighty So 2, which was delayed yet again earlier this year. However, collabs and executive production work with the likes of Skrillex and Trippie Redd have certainly held fans over. For someone who already conquered the world and keeps seeing signs of his immense reach across hip-hop, it’s just exciting to see him continue to develop his career. Regardless of his baby mama’s disses, come back to HNHH for the latest news and updates on Chief Keef.
