Alabama Barker’s Body Shamers Addressed By Teen In Scathing TikTok Video

Being in the spotlight is hard enough for the average celebrity. When teenagers are catapulted into fame at a young age, however, it can be severely detrimental to their mental health. 17-year-old Alabama Barker is someone who grew up in the spotlight thanks to her rockstar father. Still, it wasn’t until her later teen years that the world has really gotten to know the blonde beauty. She’s made it known that she plans to pursue a career in the rap industry. The rising star has even been showing off some of her unreleased music with us on TikTok.

Unsurprisingly, Barker’s plans for her future have brought in plenty of backlash. Along with that hate, she’s now also facing body shaming after new paparazzi photos of her and step-mom Kourtney Kardashian walking around together surfaced online. After seeing what critics have been saying, the nepo baby posted a TikTok on Monday (August 21) clapping back. “First of all, let me eat you up because I’m so fat,” her scathing rant cleverly began.

Alabama Barker is Tired of People Discussing Her Body

“I would love to see you guys getting random pictures taken of you when you’re leaving the grocery store, middle of the sentence, with your mouth wide open,” she continued before pointing out that paparazzi often purposely capture unflattering images of their subjects. “I also have a thyroid problem and an autoimmune disease, so that’s one of the main reasons why I have weight gain,” Barker went on, clarifying that she’s only put on five to ten pounds, which is “so normal for a lot of girls.”

The more famous of Alabama’s two parents is obviously Travis Barker, but her mother, Shanna Moakler still makes headlines every now and then. Earlier this month, she spoke out about her teen’s decision to forge a name for herself within the rap industry, calling the move a “natural progression,” among other things. Madison Beer Rips Into “Fan” Following Horrendous Body-Shaming Comments

Madison Beer, a renowned singer and Twitch streamer, recently made headlines when she stood up to a body-shaming troll. The incident sparked a widespread online discussion about fan behavior and the prevalence of body-shaming on social media platforms.

Beer, who has been a social media sensation for years, has amassed over 18 million followers on TikTok and 37 million on Instagram. She ventured into streaming on Twitch in June 2023, attracting a new audience and, unfortunately, some negative comments.

The Body-Shaming Comment

One particular comment, however, pushed Beer to respond. The troll, hiding behind the anonymity of the internet, made a derogatory remark about her weight. He advised her to do cardio because, according to him, men prefer skinny girls. He complimented her face but insisted that men love a thin-waisted girl.

Madison Beer: Her Retort

Unfazed by the body-shaming comment, Madison Beer retorted with a sharp response about the troll’s own appearance. She stated, “I wouldn’t touch you with a ten-foot pole if you paid me a million dollars.” This response went viral, with many applauding Beer for standing up to the body-shamer.

The Fan’s Response

The troll, taken aback by Beer’s response, took to his Instagram stories to express his disappointment. He revealed that he suffers from b*polar disorder and depression, and that Beer’s response had broken his heart. He claimed to have always supported Beer despite not being a fan of her music and accused her of being rude to her fans.

Madison Beer: The Aftermath and Online Debate

The incident has sparked a significant online debate about parasocial relationships with influencers and rampant body-shaming on social media. Critics argue that fans often feel entitled to comment on every aspect of a celebrity’s life, including their physical appearance, without considering the potential harm their words can cause.

This is not the first time Madison Beer has faced body-shaming. She reportedly deleted a video in May after a troll criticized her bikini body. However, her recent response to the body-shaming troll has been hailed as a powerful stand against body-shaming, encouraging more people to speak out against such behaviour.

Conclusion

In a world where body-shaming is rampant, especially on social media platforms, Madison Beer’s response serves as a reminder that everyone, regardless of their public status, deserves respect and should not be subjected to unsolicited comments about their body. It’s a wake-up call for everyone to be more mindful of their words and actions online.

Bebe Rexha To Body-Shamers: “I Know I Got Fat”

Bebe Rexha has issued a plea to the public. She is urging them to refrain from discussing her recent weight gain of 30 pounds. Jorja Smith Trends On Twitter As Fans Shut Down Body-Shaming Comments

26-year-old Jorja Smith is best known for two things – her naturally alluring beauty, and her show-stopping voice. She’s still relatively new to the music industry compared to other R&B darlings, but it was back in 2016 when her Project 11 EP made a serious mark on the industry. Since then, she’s made magic on Lost & Found in 2018, as well as 2021’s Be Right Back. The latter consists of just eight titles, but thankfully Smith has held us over with a string of singles since then.

The most recent to come from the “Let Me Down” songstress is the Nia Archives remix of “Little Things,” which she shared a visual for this past New Music Friday. So far, Smith’s loyal fanbase has been loving the fun track, but that unfortunately hasn’t stopped critics from making comments about her body. The new clip shows that Jorja has put on some weight in recent months, but she wears it well, carrying herself with complete confidence in a white crop top.

Jorja Smith Shares “Little Things (Remix)” Video with Nia Archives

On Monday (June 19), the Walsall native began trending on Twitter as reactions to the “Little Things (Remix)” came pouring in. Thankfully for Smith, the amount of love and praise we’re seeing far outweighs those trying to make her feel ashamed about her changing figure. “Jorja Smith did not ask anyone to make her their sex symbol, and now they’re insulting her because she gained some weight?” one user pointed out. “And they think they’re normal?” they later asked.

“Jorja Smith just released her best song to date but the internet is busy insulting her, what a shame,” someone else wrote, encouraging readers to stream the catchy track. Of course, there have been plenty of thirsty responses too, making it obvious that the recording artist is still an object of desire, no matter what size she is.

Coi Leray Admits To Overreacting In Latto Call-Out

Coi Leray recently ruffled some feathers on Twitter for directly calling out Latto for addressing her body on her latest single. However, her more recent tweets indicate a more reflective and conciliatory stance compared to her initial outburst. Still, she made it clear that she doesn’t want people speaking on her name for clout if they don’t actually have beef. While many are still divided on whether the 777 MC intended to diss Leray with her bars, any reference within the rap world was bound to turn heads. Even with that in mind, it seems the backlash also got the “Players” artist quite tiresome of all the drama.

“Maybe I over reacted idk,” Coi Leray tweeted about Latto. “End of the day. Don’t say my name for clicks and likes. Specially if we don’t speak or communicate. I’m not a big blunt small blunt. Don’t compare me to nada. Mention b***hes you actually beef with. Put it on the floor but leave me out of the bs. There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes. y’all don’t be knowing the half of the s**t that goes on in this s**t. But the main goal is ICON S**T . If it don’t make me rich or better person. Stay away.”

Coi Leray Clarifies Latto Beef

Of course, this exchange is curious because Coi Leray had previously supported Latto amid her complaints of a “Latto hate train.” However, when she heard her track “Put It On Da Floor” and the bars “Smoking on that gas, blunt big as Coi Leray,” she seemed to forget that exchange. “Latto bye,” she reacted on Twitter. “Here you go taking about my body. Please do not come on here and talk about nobody BODY. Lol like seriously . Out of all things . Lmaooo ya blunt my size ? Lmaooo this s**t is never ending.”

Meanwhile, Iggy Azalea recently had to clear up whether she was beefing with Coi, too. When Iggy tweeted about not understanding people’s endless arguments over nothing online, many thought she referred to the Latto beef. However, she quickly shut that down. “I’m talking about the [people] legit arguing online about trivial ass topics that can never have a clear answer and yet are argued about passionately for hours on end,” she wrote. “Anyone who thinks I’m commenting on anything else only furthers my point that this cannot be reality.” Regardless, log back into HNHH for the latest on Coi Leray and Latto.

Coi Leray Puts Latto On Blast For Body-Shaming Her

Coi Leray is steadily climbing the charts these days. Overall, she has reinvented her career thanks to working with EDM artists. For instance, David Guetta has been showing major love to Leray, and it has paid off. However, Leray seemingly still has her fair share of haters. In fact, some of this hate is even coming from her peers, at least so it seems. Last night, Latto dropped her new song “Put It On Da Floor.” Within the song, there were some bars about Coi Leray, that were certainly questionable.

“Smoking on that gas blunt big as Coi Leray/ Bitches like to run they mouth, but I’m the type to run a fade,” Latto raps on the new song. Subsequently, Coi caught wind of these bars, and immediately took to Twitter where she went in on the rapper. “Latto bye [sleeping face emoji] here you go taking about my body,” Coi Leray wrote. “Please do not come on here and talk about nobody BODY. Lol like seriously . Out of all things . Lmaooo ya blunt my size ? Lmaooo this shit is never ending. These bitches wanna be like the n-ggas so bad. Y’all wanna have rap beef SOOOOOO BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD [crying face emojis] … LITTLE MISS PRESSURE.”

Coi Leray Addresses Latto

Overall, these were some very strong words from Leray. Many have commented on her figure in the past, which has always rubbed people the wrong way. Moreover, one can just imagine how Coi feels about it. Although, to have another artist do it, certainly felt persona. Leray even followed up her tweets with one more post in which she let her final thoughts on the matter be known. “If you don’t like me, support me or fwm don’t mention my name. Period,” she said. “Shit don’t make sense. I don’t know none of you bitches in real life. Stay in y’all lane and leave me outta the bullshit. I be minding my business and showing real love offline.”

Latto has yet to respond to Coi Leray and her Twitter tirade. Perhaps this is all just a complete misunderstanding. Regardless, Latto learned a valuable lesson about commenting on people and their bodies. Let us know whose side you are on in this situation, in the comments section below. Additionally, stay tuned to HNHH for more news and updates from around the music world.
