Coi Leray Admits To Overreacting In Latto Call-Out

Coi Leray recently ruffled some feathers on Twitter for directly calling out Latto for addressing her body on her latest single. However, her more recent tweets indicate a more reflective and conciliatory stance compared to her initial outburst. Still, she made it clear that she doesn’t want people speaking on her name for clout if they don’t actually have beef. While many are still divided on whether the 777 MC intended to diss Leray with her bars, any reference within the rap world was bound to turn heads. Even with that in mind, it seems the backlash also got the “Players” artist quite tiresome of all the drama.

“Maybe I over reacted idk,” Coi Leray tweeted about Latto. “End of the day. Don’t say my name for clicks and likes. Specially if we don’t speak or communicate. I’m not a big blunt small blunt. Don’t compare me to nada. Mention b***hes you actually beef with. Put it on the floor but leave me out of the bs. There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes. y’all don’t be knowing the half of the s**t that goes on in this s**t. But the main goal is ICON S**T . If it don’t make me rich or better person. Stay away.”

Of course, this exchange is curious because Coi Leray had previously supported Latto amid her complaints of a “Latto hate train.” However, when she heard her track “Put It On Da Floor” and the bars “Smoking on that gas, blunt big as Coi Leray,” she seemed to forget that exchange. “Latto bye,” she reacted on Twitter. “Here you go taking about my body. Please do not come on here and talk about nobody BODY. Lol like seriously . Out of all things . Lmaooo ya blunt my size ? Lmaooo this s**t is never ending.”

Meanwhile, Iggy Azalea recently had to clear up whether she was beefing with Coi, too. When Iggy tweeted about not understanding people’s endless arguments over nothing online, many thought she referred to the Latto beef. However, she quickly shut that down. “I’m talking about the [people] legit arguing online about trivial ass topics that can never have a clear answer and yet are argued about passionately for hours on end,” she wrote. “Anyone who thinks I’m commenting on anything else only furthers my point that this cannot be reality.” Regardless, log back into HNHH for the latest on Coi Leray and Latto.
