However, nothing can match the downfall of Twitter, which is now known as X. Ever since Elon Musk purchased the platform, it has gone down the drain. The user experience is truly awful, and it is full of edge lords.

Perhaps the worst part about Twitter right now, is the sheer abundance of ridiculous bots. These bots are pornographic in nature, as they are constantly promoting OnlyFans pages. Ultimately, the spam has gotten a bit overbearing, and user of the app have had enough. This is especially true when you consider how Musk had made it a part of his mandate to get rid of such bots. Instead, the problem has only gotten worse. Recently, Big Sean took to Twitter to lament this fact.

“Its hornier than pornhub on here, sheesh. Damn near gotta be dolo just to open dis b*tch up… this is NOT one them tweets to drop no freaky shit under either,” Big Sean wrote. Funny enough, the rapper ended up restricting who could reply to the tweet. Otherwise, it would have been a disaster in the replies. It just speaks to how Twitter is failing right now, and artists as well as the average person, are taking notice.

In the Video, the Oscar-winning actor Morgan Freeman endorsed the billionaire businessman. Freeman shared that he was a big supporter and was excited about all the promises Musk made. Those promises and hopes were eight years ago, but they still count. Musk was so enthralled by the clip that he reposted it on X (formally known as Twitter).

A rediscovered 2016 video clip showed Freeman endorsing Musk’s ideas for the future. He confessed that he enjoys taking short breaks from movie sets to check the price of Tesla’s shares, showing that he genuinely follows Musk’s pursuits. Musk is currently searching for any credibility he can, and this clip of Morgan Freeman from 2016 is serving its purpose. Freeman said in a 2016 interview, “I’m a huge fan of Elon Musk’s…I think he’s got the most incredibly forward thinking ideas about where we can go technologically.” Additionally, Freeman said, “What he’s done, nobody else has ever done. He’s landed a rocket ship so it’s reusable, do you know what a feat that is? Now we’re taking off, we’re going to be going to Mars delivering stuff to people who are going to be settling there, just like they settled the Old West, and bringing those ships back and landing them and reloading them.” Freeman was truly keeping up with everything Musk.

Tesla Recalls All Cybertrucks: What We Know

Despite only being on the road for a handful of months, the Tesla Cybertruck is currently experiencing a recall mandate. Tesla officially launched the trucks to the public in November 2023, teasing them as the future of the automotive industry and specifically championed by Tesla CEO Elon Musk. Despite Musk’s overt pushing for the Cybertruck, users across the web have maligned the vehicles for their angular style, which many have likened to a low-resolution texture pulled straight from a Playstation 2 video game.

Today, there are roughly 4,000 of these Tesla Cybertrucks currently on the road, and the recall impacts each and every one of them. Without any further preamble, let’s examine the situation with these T-1000 robots on wheels and uncover the truth about the nature of this total recall.

The Recall Centers On The Accelerator

If you or someone you know is a Tesla Cybertruck driver, it’s advisable to follow up on this recall as soon as possible, as it may pose a serious safety issue. News reports have revealed that the accelerator pedal can sometimes stick in place when drivers press down on it, making it difficult or impossible to come to a safe yield or full stop.

Per the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, this issue is caused by soap used in the pad lubricant, which inadvertently causes the gas pedal to become jammed. In an official recall order, the NHTSA wrote, “An unapproved change introduced lubricant (soap) to aid in the component assembly of the pad onto the accelerator pedal. Residual lubricant reduced the retention of the pad to the pedal.”

Tesla Is Under Fire

Obviously, this recall is a serious issue that impacts the public safety of everyone within the vicinity of a Tesla Cybertruck. Furthermore, Tesla’s recent months have seen several financial and personnel issues, with the company just announcing plans to lay off over 10 percent of its global workforce. Tesla has not yet issued an official statement regarding the situation with the Cybertruck recall, though safety regulators have directly blamed the company. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, Austin assembly workers used wholly unauthorized soap in the Cybertruck pads.

Tesla explained their announcement of laying off droves of employees as a reaction to dwindling sales in the electric car market. As a dominant force in this market in the past years, Tesla’s low sales figures were quite surprising to many consumers. The electric car company is famously tight-lipped about their total units sold. With only 4,000 Cybertrucks on the road, this puts Tesla behind its competitors, such as Ford, who have managed to move over 7,500 F-150 Lightning electric trucks during the first quarter of the year alone.

The Recall Requires Immediate Action

Due to the nature of Tesla’s tech-forward vehicles, most Tesla recalls in the past have been fixable with quick and easy techniques, including software updates through the cloud. Unfortunately, Tesla will clearly require a more hands-on approach for this accelerator recall, meaning owners of the Cybertruck must bring their shiny new vehicles to a Tesla-authorized service center for the repair. Like other safety recalls, this repair comes at no additional charge to the customer.

Nolan Arbaugh, a 29-year-old quadriplegic, appears to control a remote digital touchscreen in order to play chess only using his neural impulses. At the very least, the footage appears to confirm that Arbaugh is alive and well, unlike the dozens of monkeys that reportedly died testing the implant. However, the footage is yet to be confirmed as genuine.

Furthermore, massive ethical issues surrounding Neuralink remain. While Arbaugh’s success, if confirmed, is great news for the industry, Musk is not the person many want leading the research breakthrough. Neuralink has been surprisingly covert for a Musk-owned company. However, many people believe that this is in order to mask transparency in hopes of increasing volunteer sign-ups. Neuralink is currently targeting those with severe, life-altering disabilities for human trials. Furthermore, there is no set timeline for a wider release of Neuralink.

ICYMI Don Lemon released his electrifying one-hour interview with Tesla and X (Twitter) honcho Elon Musk, which got testy. The former CNN Tonight journalist, who was let go last year by the network, claimed that his interview with Musk claimed that it bothered the tech mogul so much that Musk chose to cancel the launch of Lemon’s planned show on X, named The Don Lemon Show that the two had been preparing for the platform formerly known as Twitter.

Okay, get this. Lemon pulled no punches on who was going to be his new boss; where he asked Musk about when he allegedly smoked weed on The Joe Rogan Experience and even asked about the Tesla founder’s ketamine prescription.

“It’s pretty private to ask somebody about a medical prescription,” Musk fired back. “There are times when I have a negative chemical state in my brain, like depression, I guess. Depression that’s not linked to any negative news, and ketamine is helpful for getting one out of a negative frame of mind. I’m not a doctor, but if someone has depression issues, I suggest they talk to their doctor about ketamine versus SSRIs.” Then Lemon asked if Musk ever abused ketamine, which Musk denied. He said he took a small amount of ketamine about every other week.

Then, things got hot during the last part of the interview. Lemon asked Musk about advertisers leaving X because they now want their content close to a perception of hate speech that was not being moderated. Lemon asked, “Why is that not a form of free speech? They are free to advertise where they want.” Musk responded, “Whereas the other platforms will censor on behalf of other advertisers, the X platform will not.” Lemon asked, “So you said, ‘If they kill the company, it’s them’ — but doesn’t the buck stop with you?”

“Choose your questions carefully – there’s five minutes left,” Musk responded.

Anyway you slice it, the interview was dicey for two people who were supposed to be on track to launch a show together on X. Later in a statement posted to X, Lemon said the interview put an end to any future professional collaborations, where he stated, “Elon Musk has canceled the partnership I had with X, which they announced as part of their public commitment to amplifying more diverse voices on their platform. He informed me of his decision hours after an interview I conducted with him on Friday. That interview will remain the premiere episode of ‘The Don Lemon Show’ on Monday, March 18.”

Elon Musk is no longer part of the Open AI Company. In a blog post, the company revealed that Musk left after they refused to merge with Tesla.

According to HypeBeast, Mustk is a co-founder and early backer of OpenAI but is now suing them.

The company decided to launch a for-profit brand within the company, which Musk wanted to merge with Tesla. Co-founders Sam Altman and Greg Brockman refused.

“In late 2017, we and Elon decided the next step for the mission was to create a for-profit entity,” the blog says. “Elon wanted majority equity, initial board control, and to be CEO. In the middle of these discussions, he withheld funding.”

When the trailer for GTA 6 dropped a day early, Elon Musk revealed that it’s not a game series that he plays. “Tried, but didn’t like doing crime. GTA5 required shooting police officers in the opening scene. Just couldn’t do it,” Musk tweeted in reply to another user saying they didn’t play the games. The response was widely mocked on the platform, with many people saying that Elon Musk was “a Drake type”.

However, Musk’s indifference to the series didn’t stop his beloved X from debasing themselves at the feet of the game’s developer, Rockstar. Rockstar was forced to release their trailer a day earlier due to an internal leak. However, X CEO Linda Yaccarino quickly made a post suggesting that Rockstar should directly upload the trailer to X to increase visibility. Rockstar would later do this, albeit with a boilerplate caption added. Despite this, fans were largely underwhelmed by the trailer. It was definitely more of a game reveal. The brief trailer showed off the vibes of the game’s Miami-esque setting and a vague release date of 2025.

Since his tumultuous takeover, Elon Musk has handed over many of his responsibilities at Twitter/X to other tech experts. Kanye West and Elon Musk share a lot in common as two rich creatives with eclectic tendencies and a whole lot of hate online. Comparisons between them have been very common, and they have a pretty interesting bond that is sometimes friendly and occasionally competitive. Recently, Ye let out a tweet asking the tech tycoon “where [his] rocket ship” is at, a reference to his lyric on his new Vultures cut, “CARNIVAL.” In response, Mr. Musk made a cheeky Nicki Minaj reference, tagging her in the tweet as well. After all, as she reminded us so many years ago during her radio heyday, she has a special connection to space travel.

“Starships were meant to fly [get it, Barbz?] and our next one launches in about 3 weeks,” Elon Musk responded to Kanye West. “But I recommend waiting for a few more test flights before hopping on board. @NICKIMINAJ.” As such, this made for a pretty comical crossover moment on social media, and we’ve yet to see whether the Trinidadian MC will hop on a rocket ship, too. We know that Ye probably will when he gets the chance, and that’s one of many notable bars on “CARNIVAL,” albeit for very different and much less “cancelable” reasons.
