Last night, Elon Musk came under fire for a creepy response he had to Taylor Swift. Overall, this stemmed from Swift’s ringing endorsement of Kamala Harris for President of the United States. After watching the debate between Harris and Donald Trump, Swift took to Instagram where she revealed her plans for the election. She also addressed the AI Trump support memes, which she believes are extremely scary and deceiving. Below, you can read what she had to say about the current Vice President and her running mate, Tim Walz.

“I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election. I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them,” Swift wrote. “I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos. I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades.”

Following this endorsement, Musk took to Twitter where he said “Fine, Taylor, you win … I will give you a child and guard your cats with my life.” Overall, many found this to be an extremely odd and creepy message. Musk has been known to be a bit of a creep in the past, but this is just beyond weird, even for him. If we were Taylor Swift, a restraining order might be something worth considering.

Boosie Badazz is as unpredictable as they come. Few rappers have been as mercurial and intense, especially when it comes to trash talking. He has been one of the genre’s finest crash out artists for two decades. The reason Boosie Badazz made headlines on September 4, though, was because he did the complete opposite. The rapper took time out of ragging on fellow rapper Ralo to praise Twitter owner Elon Musk. He tagged the controversial Tesla CEO, and detailed the ways in which he loves using the app.

Boosie Badazz seems to love the new version of Twitter (aka X) for a specific reason. You may think it’s because it allows him to pop off on any rapper he sees fit. In reality, it’s because of all the nudity and sex content on the app. We aren’t projecting on to Boosie Badazz, either. The rapper made it pretty clear in his tweet. “Twitter will have you j*cking off all day,” he wrote. @elonmusk u doing your thang with this app n making a lot of people n this world happy.” This is not an interaction anybody had on their 2024 bingo board, yet here we are.

This is a far cry from what Boosie Badazz said during his 2023 appearance on Drink Champs. The rapper told N.O.R.E. and company that social media “f*cked up” the culture. “It made more avenues for money,” he noted. “But it f*cked up everything. Marriages, everything.” Boosie Badazz noted that apps like X or Twitter, and Instagram, made relationships inherently easier to abuse in terms of cheating. He isn’t wrong, but it does take on a different tone when you take into account his praise for Twitter and Elon Musk’s changes.

Boosie has been pretty active on Twitter over the last 24 hours. The rapper spent most the day of September 4 absolutely laying into Ralo over comments the latter made about touring. Ralo said he didn’t want to be a touring rapper in his 40s, and cited Boosie Badazz as a prime example. Boosie then went ballistic, and claimed Ralo never made good music in the first place. He also derided the rapper for failing to mature once he got out of prison.

Moreover, a new document went public on Wednesday (August 21) that detailed the nearly 100 investors that helped Elon Musk turn Twitter into X with his $44 billion purchase of the platform in 2022. However, it’s unclear how much he invested in the social media site. Also, the public doesn’t know who currently holds shares in the company.

Diddy aside, Elon Musk is instead dealing with the harsh political climate of today’s Twitter, and Plies has a theory as to what his solution may be. “I Can See Elon Shutting Down Twitter When Trump Continues To Fall Behind In The Polls,” he tweeted. “He Brought Twitter To Influence The Election. An Before He Accepts A Trump Loss I Believe He’ll Shut It All Down!!!!!” Many others share a similar sentiment (however unlikely), but we can’t really say much about it until Election Day rolls around in the United States.

Meanwhile, 50 Cent recently reacted to a bizarre Diddy story about a cartel member suing him for refusing to traffic minors. It’s a strange claim, especially since many wondered whether or not this would constitute as self-snitching. Regardless, it’s one of a lot of obstacles in his way, a process that has been wild to witness on Elon Musk’s platform. According to a newly unsealed list of the platform’s shareholders which was first unveiled by The Washington Post, troubled Bad Boy founder Diddy was one of the investors who helped Elon Musk turn Twitter into X after he purchased it for $44B in 2022.

The document, which went public today(August 22), lists almost 100 entities as part-owners, with Diddy listed under the name ‘Sean Combs Capital, LLC’ alongside other notable names such as Bill Ackman, Saudi Prince Al Waleed bin Talal Al Saud and Twitter founder Jack Dorsey.

How much Diddy invested into isn’t clear and names of current company shareholders are not known to the public.

The full revealing comes after U.S. District Judge Susan Illston initially granted a motion filed by independent tech journalist Jacob Silverman.

Silverman stated he was seeking transparency in the best interest of the public. Former Twitter employees have alleged in court the company violated their arbitration agreements by not paying certain fees after Musk took over, forcing the company to file for the sealed list.

Donald Trump Believes Illegal Immigration Saved His Life

Last night, Donald Trump and Elon Musk joined forces for a Twitter Spaces conversation that lasted hours. Overall, the two spoke on various different topics, specifically as it pertains to the United States and the upcoming election. A hot topic of debate throughout all of this involved none other than illegal immigration. Trump believes that the United States needs to secure its border and stop people from coming in.

He has blamed Kamala Harris for the border situation and is not letting up on the gas. Ironically enough, Trump is also crediting illegal immigration for saving his life. Last month, there was an assassination attempt on the former President. Before the shot, he turned his head to the side which caused the bullet to graze his ear instead of his head. Trump had turned his head so he could address a graphic that was discussing illegal immigration. Put two and two together, and you get the former President’s assertion.

Many online found this to be an eye-roll-inducing comment and it is easy to see why. However, his base has been loving this. Don Lemon and Elon Musk’s working relationship certainly soured quickly after their interview for their media partnership on Twitter went less than stellar. After the former’s show on the social media platform was swiftly canceled after just this one episode, it seems like he wants to seek even more retribution for this breakdown. Moreover, the journalist reportedly filed a lawsuit against the tech tycoon on Thursday (August 1), according to supposed court documents reportedly obtained by TMZ. Specifically, Lemon claims that Musk refused to honor his promise to pay him for this partnership after they fell out following their interview.

Furthermore, Don Lemon specifically claims that Elon Musk verbally promised to pay him $1.5 million a year for making content for Twitter, given that he needed a boost in advertisers after a dip in revenue. He also alleges that Musk promised him a share of the advertising revenue generated by the posts, as well as other monetary incentives corresponding to his growth and popularity on the social media platform. As such, Don believes that the Tesla magnate is breaking the law by walking back on this arrangement, although he admitted that there isn’t a written contract in place concerning these terms.

Still, Don Lemon maintains that Elon Musk gave him his confident assurance about this payment structure and other aspects via a phone call. In fact, he also claimed that Musk promised to continue to support him financially even if he didn’t like the content that he brought to the table. Don’s first project with Twitter was the Elon interview, and his responses to drug use and politics questions made the writing on the wall clear. But he claims that he had already been pressured to announce this partnership at the CES Vegas tech conference and risked losing it if he didn’t go to the conference along with Twitter’s CEO Linda Yaccarino.

“X’s executives used Don to prop up their advertising sales pitch, then canceled their partnership and dragged Don’s name through the mud,” Don Lemon’s lawyer Carney Shegerian remarked concerning the lawsuit alleging fraud, negligent misrepresentation, name and likeness misappropriation, breach of contract, and other accusations for which he seeks unspecified damages. “His approach was basically just ‘CNN, but on social media,’ which doesn’t work, as evidenced by the fact that CNN is dying,” Elon Musk had written of Lemon. “And, instead of it being the real Don Lemon, it was really just Jeff Zucker talking through Don, so lacked authenticity. All this said, Lemon/Zucker are of course welcome to build their viewership on this platform along with everyone else.”

Having said all of that, it appears as though Elon Musk is ready to help Trump get elected later this year.

According to AlJazeera, Musk is set to give the America PAC $45 million every single month from now until the election. That means that Musk could be giving upwards of $180 million. Considering how much Musk is worth, it isn’t all that much money. However, it will certainly go a long way towards Trump’s campaign. Based on the initial report, it would appear as though this money is set to go towards canvassing efforts as well as get-out-to-vote campaigns in battleground states.
