Lil Wayne & 2 Chainz Sit Front Row At Balenciaga As Celebs Face Backlash For Supporting Embattled Brand

Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz have been everywhere together lately. From the rollout of their long-awaited ColleGrove 2 LP to this weekend’s Balenciaga runway, we’ve been seeing (and hearing) plenty of the pair, and we’re certainly not mad about it. On Saturday (December 2), an abundance of our favourite stars were in Los Angeles for the Fall 24 runway presentation, including Sexyy Red, Kim Kardashian, Teyana Taylor, Salma Hayek, and Tracee Ellis Ross. Holding things down for the gentleman in the vicinity were the “Bandz A Make Her Dance” collaborators, who had the opportunity to sit in the front row.

From their prestigious spot, Chainz and Weezy were able to cheer on Cardi B as she made her runway debut. While seeing new fashion is always exciting, many social media users were shocked to see Balenciaga getting so much public support after being cancelled for endangering children just months ago. The brand released a campaign photographing underage people holding BDSM-clad teddy bears, much to the public’s shock and disgust. In the time afterward, it seemed as though the foreign company was done for good, but obviously, the opposite is true. As per usual, people have plenty to say about this, and they’re not holding back.

Balenciaga’s Runway Presentation Brings Out Big Names

“‘Protect our children,’ also catch me wearing this new Balenciaga drip,” one Instagram user wrote under @theshaderoom’s post. “These celebrities don’t stand on s**t, especially when it comes to luxury brands.” Another brought Diddy’s name into the chat, writing, “Black people will cancel Sean John but will support white labels that hate them.

Saucy Santana Clears Up BBL Comments

Saucy Santana’s recent comments during a dating show segment seemed to contradict his inclusive artistry. Moreover, he remarked on how they were bringing him girls that didn’t have a BBL or makeup on, and that he was dissatisfied with this. It prompted a wave of backlash and criticism, especially given the positivity and message attached to his art and persona. As such, the City Girls collaborator went on TikTok to address the issue and clarify his stance. “I think when it comes down to being a bad b***h, to me, I like super glam girls,” he expressed. “Barbies. I remember growing up as a kid, and I would get shooed out the room.

“Because I would want to sit and watch all of the women get ready and do they makeup and put on they blush and they heels and they best clothes,” Saucy Santana recalled. I remember being in high school, me and my friends and my cousins, I would make them dress up. We would walk to the park by the projects. They’d have on six-inch heels and I would be over living for them. I just always loved Barbie doll girls. Hot, heavy, glam girls. That’s just my preference. That don’t make nobody else less than or natural girls not that, it’s just a preference. I think now with me being a rapper and just society and Instagram, I wouldn’t say BBL is the standard. I would say that we see it a lot. A lot of the girls I’m around have BBLs, I went and got a BBL.

“I just think it’s raw,” Saucy Santana continued. “Anybody know me know I go in the strip club and make it flood because I love bad b***hes. I love lashes, weave, body done, small waist, stripper heels, white toes, I just love bad b***hes. It don’t take away from natural girls. My first girlfriend I was in love with, natural. No fillers, no body done, done had kids and some more s**t, I still love her. I feel like I just always praise girls. You can go into comments, you can go look at the people that I share. You can go to most women when I meet women, I always compliment them and tell them that they pretty, natural or not. I feel like, for me, it’s just a preference, but it’s not to say that everybody else is not a baddie.

“Flo Milli natural, she a baddie,” he concluded. “Lizzo natural, she a baddie. Lola Brooke natural, she a baddie. Coi Leray natural, she a baddie. It’s so many girls– Chlöe and Halle, they baddies, they natural. You can be a baddie in your own skin, in your own state. I just have a preference; I love bad b***hes with BBLs and long weave and weave and makeup and hot, heavy glam. I just like Barbie doll girls, but I think that all girls are beautiful. And it’s really no shade, not for me at the end of the day. I’m not everybody cup of tea, and I go to sleep at night okay with that.” For more on Saucy Santana, keep checking in with HNHH.

Foxy Brown Faces Backlash For Diddy Comments Following Cassie’s Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Foxy Brown is coming under fire on social media for her recent comments on Diddy following Cassie’s lawsuit against the Bad Boy mogul. The rapper shared a screenshot of a text conversation between herself and a man named, “Darryl Brown,” on her Instagram Story, Friday, which appears insensitive.

“You are thankful, I’m thankful I’m so glad you didn’t get caught up in that Ditty [sic] s*** when he tried to sign you, God bless you and Baby C,” the man wrote to her. Brown responded: “Dead ass though, Diddy gave me Ms. For ME it was the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. [fire emojis] DEF JAM X BAD BOY COLLABO SUPER CHECKMATE.”

Cassie filed her lawsuit against Diddy, earlier this month, accusing him of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. The two agreed on a settlement less than 24 hours later. Despite Diddy ending that legal action, two more victims have come forward with lawsuits of their own against him. His spokesperson denied both allegations in a statement provided to HipHopDX. They wrote: “These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit. The New York Legislature surely did not intend or expect the Adult Survivors Act to be exploited by scammers. The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these bogus allegations.”

Sexyy Red Sparks Controversy With Prison-Themed Music Video

A new clip of Sexyy Red filming an upcoming music video has gotten fans talking, but unfortunately, it’s for all the wrong reasons. In the clip, the St. Louis native is seen on a prison-themed set, surrounded by extras dressed up as inmates. “Free my n***a,” she repeats in the song, potentially referring to the father of her child who’s famously behind bars.

Social media users have been critical of the message of the video. Many note how it seemingly makes light of a serious subject. Several users are also taking issue with the fact that it could work to perpetuate negative stereotypes of African Americans. Sexyy Red’s no stranger to controversy, but some think she crossed the line with this track, and are finding it difficult to support.

Sexyy Red Accused Of Perpetuating Negative Stereotypes

“I was rocking with her but this has gone too far,” one Instagram commenter says. “I wish they free him already,” another writes, “I’m ready for her to rap about something else.” There are some users coming to Sexyy Red’s defense, claiming that the track and accompanying video align with her brand, so people shouldn’t be surprised. “Let that girl do her and mind her business,” one fan says. “Money is to be made pregnant or not.”

This isn’t the only hot water Sexyy Red’s found herself in lately, however. Earlier this month, a ballet instructor shared a TikTok detailing her experience working with 5-year-old students. She called attention to the fact that they were requesting to hear Sexyy Red’s explicit music in class, demanding that parents do better. The rapper responded, advising the instructor to allow the children to listen to her if they want, and telling her to “stfu.” She went on to say, “Ima make some kidz bop songs for yall fr,” but her response earned her some backlash regardless. What do you think of Sexyy Red filming a music video on a prison set? Do you think she deserves the backlash she’s getting, or are social media users overreacting? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Sexyy Red Responds After Facing Heat For Pushing A Ballet Teacher To Play Her Music To 5-Year-Olds

Sexyy Red’s music is certainly not everyone’s vibe. You can appreciate the fact that she is honest about what she creates. However, on the flip side, once you become a popular figure you have to realize that your actions are under a microscope and have a ripple effect on impressionable people. That is certainly what is going on here. There is an extremely viral video going around TikTok that first hit the platform on November 20. A ballet instructor posted a nine-minute video explaining her frustrations about her kids vehemently arguing with her during their sessions.

The 22-year-old was brought to tears after all of the disrespect she has taken lately at her job. Even when she thinks that the parents will understand, they even retaliate and get defensive. The students are five years old and the teacher detailed how they asked her to play “SkeeYee” and “Pound Town” by Sexyy Red. She also highlighted that they never follow instructions, are throwing things at each other, and even twerking.

How Does This Make Sexyy Red Look?

Sexyy initially responded to the teacher telling her to continue to play her music and “stfu” (shut the f*** up). According to AllHipHop, fans were very thrown off by the rapper’s comments about the video. Because of all of this, Red tweeted, “Ima make some kidz bop songs for yall fr.” Even though she had a change of heart, it still could put her in a bad spot. Especially with a child on the way, it does not look too good to push her messages in her music to the younger generation.

What are your initial thoughts on this latest video of this ballet instructor ranting about her kids misbehaving and asking to listen to Sexyy Red? How does this make the rapper look? How much of it falls on her and how much of this falls on the parents? We would like to hear what you have to say about all of this. With that in mind, be sure to leave all of your hottest takes in the comments section below. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest breaking news around Sexyy Red, as well as everything else going on around the music world.

Diddy Allegations Inspire Slim Thug To Propose “Limit” On Victims Suing Their Alleged Abusers

Slim Thug has argued that there should be a limit on how long after an alleged abuse a victim can sue their alleged abuser. His proposal, which is already partially covered by things such as a statute of limitations, comes after Cassie’s wide-ranging allegations against Diddy. Cassie has come forward with a host of claims against Diddy, ranging from rape to physical abuse to controlling behavior. Less than 24 hours after the story broke, it had been reported that Cassie and Diddy had reached an “amicable settlement”.

However, fans have absolutely taken Thug to town over his comments. Many people noted how hard it is for victims to ever come forward, especially when their abuser is in a major celebrity or in a prominent position of power. Furthermore, many people noted that someone who got their cousin pregnant is in no position to speak on abuse victims coming forward. “These men say this type of sh!$ until it’s their sister, wife, mother and daughters then they want answers TF ! They’ve ignored how much our women are dying after speaking out and trying to leave. There is no expiration date in recovering from abuse and trauma of that magnitude!” one person argued.

Slim Thug Doubles Down

However, Thug then later once again took to Instagram to respond to the backlash to his previous comments. “Listen, she got her bag and that’s that. But I’m just saying – this doesn’t sound like a victim/abuser situation to me. This sounds like a ‘I need my bag’ sort of situation. All you who really was abused and had it hard…I has sympathy for you. But you should call the police and shouldn’t wait. If you were really were abused, you should seek real justice for that.”

Understandably, people once more took issue with Thug’s comments. “He was probably an abuser. That’s what is sounds like. Hopefully his victims will come forward too Allegedly,” one person commented on Instagram.

Kai Cenat Defends 7-Day Prison Stream Against “Glorification” Backlash

Kai Cenat has passionately defended his recent weeklong jail livestream after many critics argued that he had glorified prison life. “Y’all n-ggas just going off the clips you saw. But were you there when we brought in the baddest kids in the community and sat down and spoke to them? What about the thousand times I said ‘hey this is bad, I don’t wanna be here’? Or me waking up at 6am shivering, back hurt, eating wack-ass food, saying this is why you don’t want to be here,” Cenat argued on a recent stream.

The issue for many people is that any good that Cenat did with the stream was undercut by the goofiness that went down over the stream’s runtime. Cenat had a myriad of famous guests. However, many of them seemingly didn’t get Cenat’s memo that it was meant to be a teaching moment. Chrisean Rock was rizzing chat, NLE Choppa was making rape jokes every chance he got, and a guy ran into a wall after a fake brawl. While his intentions may have been noble, Cenat’s execution clearly prioritized entertainment over any sort of moral lesson.

However, in more positive news, Cenat recently unveiled a new back tattoo. The new ink pays homage to his New York City origins. The piece includes two references to his AMP content house. “Any Means Possible” is written across his shoulder blades and the AMP logo on his lower back. However, the rest of the piece is all New York. The Statue of Liberty can be prominently seen, as can a New York subway car. Furthermore, there is a large street sign labeled The Bronx with a pair of Tims hanging from it.

Cenat’s identity is firmly linked to his origins in New York. A New Yorker through and through, the streamer has a deep love for the city. However, the city hasn’t always loved him back. Earlier this year, Cenat was arrested for causing a small riot in Union Square. The incident came about as a result of Cenat announcing an impromptu meetup and giveaway without clearing it with law enforcement or city officials.

Travis Kelce Deletes Old Tweets After Backlash

Travis Kelce has deleted a number of old social media posts made around 2010 and 2011. The move came after Kelce received backlash over their sentiment. Many Taylor Swift fans found a new love for Kelce over his error-ridden posts about squirrels and Chipotle. However, several of Kelce’s posts were less wholesome in nature. Of the posts deleted, many expressed a visceral disdain for fat women. Others appeared to express homophobic sentiments. Kelce has not released a statement about the deleted tweets.

However, the disappearance of the tweets was perceived as validation by some vocal minority groups within the Taylor Swift fandom. Whether it was the Gaylors or those, like Dave Portnoy, who simply don’t like Kelce, the tweets were proof that Kelce was a bad person and doesn’t deserve Swift. Despite this, others have lamented the deleting of some of the less egregious tweets.

Kelce And Swift’s Parents Expected To Meet Next Week

However, not only will this week’s Monday Night Football game see Travis Kelce face off against his brother, but his parents are also expected to meet the parents of Taylor Swift. While plans aren’t fully confirmed, Andrea and Scott Swift are expected to share a luxury box with Donna and Ed Kelce, according to ET. Taylor’s father is reportedly a massive Eagles fan, although Travis claims to have converted him to the Chiefs fandom. This reportedly happened when he meet Swift and her father for dinner in Buenos Aires last weekend.

This claim, made on the Kelce Brothers’ podcast, New Heights, prompted Jason to shoot Scott Swift a DM. “What are we doing, Scott? You’re gonna let this man’s devilish good looks and relationship with your daughter sway you from a lifetime of fandom, Scott? Ridiculous,” Jason’s message to Swift read. However, it’s unclear if Taylor herself will be in attendance. She is due to perform in Rio de Janeiro for the three nights preceding the game. However, much like Kelce did to come see her in Argentina, she might pull a marathon trip to make the game.

Khloe Kardashian Seemingly Responds To “Blackfishing” Scandal

Amid the countless celebrity Halloween looks we’ve seen this year, Khloe Kardashian’s costume was among one of the most controversial. The reality star dressed up as a Bratz doll, sporting a mini dress, a pair of chunky boots, and some extra long hair. Her fit wasn’t what managed to raise eyebrows however, as critics immediately took note of Khloe’s skin tone.

In a variety of photos she shared on Instagram, the mother of two’s complexion appears to have been deepened by makeup or tanning products to make her look Black. “You were Black for Halloween?” one social media user asked under her post. This isn’t the first time someone from the KarJenner clan has been accused of Blackfishing, but nonetheless, it made headlines. Now, Khloe seems to have responded to the allegations in a series of vague Instagram Stories, where she insinuates that critics’ opinions of her are simply a reflection of themselves.

Khloe Kardashian’s Controversial Costume

“You can’t control how others interpret your actions our words,” one of the posts reads. “Everyone perceives things based on their current situations and mindset. Just keep acting with honesty, love and a good heart.” Another urges readers to avoid negativity, choosing inner-peace instead. While it remains unconfirmed whether or not the posts were in direct reference to the Blackfishing scandal, the timing certainly seems to line up.

At the time of writing, Khloe’s Instagram photos of her posing in the costume remain on her page. It appears that the Good American co-founder is standing by her Bratz-inspired look, and choosing not to address the situation directly. While some continue to throw allegations her way, others are coming to her defense. Do you think Khloe Kardashian’s Halloween costume crossed the line, or are critics overreacting? What do you think of her apparent response? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Lil Nas X’s Tampon Halloween Costume Gets Backlash, Has This Bold Response To Haters

Just like every other year, 2023 held plenty of absurdly viral, talked-about, and controversial Halloween costumes in the celebrity world. However, none seemed to garner as much negative or positive attention than Lil Nas X’s choice to dress up as a bloody tampon connected by a string to a huge, fake… well, you know. Moreover, he got a lot of flack for this fit due to its lewd or explicit nature, what many interpreted as a comical treatment of a real health product, or portraying a negative view of women. If you’ve heard the Georgia native’s music in any capacity, you know he’s not about any of that, and he took to Twitter on Wednesday (November 1) to make this clear.

“I been silent for nearly 2 years,” Lil Nas X expressed on the social media platform. Then, he made a bold claim about people not actually being angry about the costume and just overblowing their reaction. “Y’all are not finna pretend to be mad about a tampon costume. Let me at least get new music out first.” Overall, the MONTERO star isn’t buying the backlash coming from prudes, and doesn’t even think he has the space in pop culture right now to warrant such an overreaction.

Lil Nas X Defends His Tampon Costume: Read

In more ways than one, he is quite justified in his defense and emotions, particularly about his silence. It’s been a couple of years of relatively low-key movement for Lil Nas X, mostly comprising of shows, promo opportunities, and popping out for other celebrities. Still, it seems like that might change very soon due to very unfortunate circumstances. After someone called in a bomb threat at his new documentary’s premiere, he hit the studio after feeling inspired by it.

Meanwhile, that claim comes from the film Long Live Montero‘s co-director, Carlos López Estrada. Considering this response to the tampon costume, it shouldn’t be all too surprising of a revelation for fans. Hopefully he can let go of some of the clapbacks and stay silently but defiantly focused on himself, his career, and his own dreams and desires.
