Travis Scott’s Alleged Victim Says Rapper Flipped Him Off Before Punching Him

Travis Scott went into a fit of rage this week following a DJ set in New York City. This week, the rapper got into hot water after an alleged assault on a sound engineer in NYC. According to reports, the rapper unleashed on a man outside of Nebula in New York City and struck the individual in the face. The alleged victim filed a police report but authorities stated that he had no visible injuries. Scott also faces accusations of damaging $12K worth of equipment following the assault on the sound engineer.

Scott has yet to respond to the allegations, though he’s a wanted man in New York City. NYPD said they’re looking for the “SICKO MODE” rapper as a suspect of assault, though there have been conflicting reports surrounding the severity of the incident. Dorian Harrington, who booked Don Toliver’s concert where Scott appeared, told PEOPLE that the reports don’t reflect what he witnessed. “This is a total misunderstanding, and what I saw on stage doesn’t reflect what I read in the news. The music and the night turned out great and everyone left peacefully,” Harrington said.

Travis Scott’s Alleged Victim Speaks Out

Fox5 News caught up with the alleged victim, who was identified as Mark, from a hospital bed. “My neck is f**ked up. My arm is tingling. I have pins and needles going down it,” he said. He explained that things started to go left during Scott’s DJ set, which he described as being too loud and distorted. “[Travis Scott] stuck his middle finger in my face,” Mark recalled. “So I lowered the monitor a little bit so I could talk to him, and that’s when he ran around the speaker and attacked me.”

Scott reportedly went on a rampage afterward where he destroyed $12K worth of equipment, including speakers and a visual screen. However, the rapper’s attorney, Mitchell Schuster, said the whole situation is “a misunderstanding being blown out of proportion by clickbait and misinformation.” He added that he believes Scott will be “cleared of any wrongdoing” following a full investigation. Check out Mark’s interview above.

Tammy Rivera Says RHOA’s Peter Thomas Choked Her Niece

Yesterday (February 28), news surfaced that Peter Thomas was charged in connection to a physical altercation. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was hit with a second-degree assault charge following an alleged altercation at his Bar One restaurant in Baltimore. According to the purported victim, Chanel Williams, she was with two friends at the location in March 2022. Williams testified the group was enjoying themselves before they were invited by a woman to join the VIP area. Thomas, who co-owns the establishment, reportedly went to hug Williams, and she believed he was a tad intoxicated.

Things took a turn when Thomas became upset at something. Williams additionally claimed he turned his fury on her, grabbed her by the neck, and squeezed for approximately 30 seconds. That evening, Williams called the police and, the next day, filed a report against Thomas. Williams’s friend, Cierra Dunlap, told the court she went to dinner with Thomas and had sex with him once. Dunlap also alleged he sent her $2,500.

A Verdict Is Reached

We’re sure Thomas is somewhere celebrating, as it was reported he was found not guilty of the assault. During the hearing, Thomas claimed he wasn’t intoxicated, and Williams was “hysterical.” He denied choking Williams, insisting he “eased her off” of him, causing her to fall back into a chair. Despite his version of events, Tammy Rivera has spoken up because Williams is reportedly her niece.

In a video, Rivera claimed she received several DMs from people asking about Williams. She said she’s kept silent out of privacy for her niece but “doesn’t play when it comes to [her] family.” Rivera also added, “The moral of the story is, my niece didn’t want me to help her. She didn’t want me involved. She didn’t want me to help her with the lawyer, the case, anything.”

Peter Thomas Allegedly Tried To Apologize

Rivera further stated Williams was given a State’s attorney while Thomas hired a high-profile lawyer. “That’s what happened. He put his hands on her. He choked her. She called me outside the restaurant crying hysterically. My niece is not loud, she’s not ghetto, she does not be in no mess. That’s not her world. For her to even call me like that and say that someone—everybody in the club saw it.”

According to the singer, the following day, Thomas called around trying his best to apologize for the allegedly incident. “You did it. Apologize and move on.” Check it out above.

DaBaby’s Alleged Assault Victim Wants $2M Over Beverly Hills Attack: Report

DaBaby knows his way around a courtroom but he faces a judge more frequently than one would hope. However, it appears that certain infractions of the law continue to haunt him. Per The Blast, a Beverly Hills hotel employee sued DaBaby for an alleged assault during the holidays in 2019. The incident was captured on camera and circulated immediately online before the employee filed a police report and a lawsuit.

The alleged victim now seeks $2M, claiming the rapper inflicted emotional damage and more. The assault occurred at a Marriott Hotel in December 2019, when the alleged victim, Cristofher Pocasangren, asked DaBaby for a selfie. The rapper declined but Pocasangren took a selfie anyways, leading to a heated confrontation. DaBaby asked Pocasangren to delete the photo afterward. He obliged but the rapper allegedly followed him back to the hotel where he assaulted him.

What’s Next In The Lawsuit Against DaBaby?

While DaBaby claimed self-defense in that case, he’s also facing another charge named Gary Pager, who also accused the rapper of assaulting him. The incident with Pager took place in North Carolina at a rental property that he owned. In an attempt to enforce “basic rental rules.” he ended up catching a case of the beats. This case was set for April. However, DaBaby’s attorney asked to push it back in order to resolve the other case with Pocasangren. His attorney stated since the information provided in Pager’s suit could potentially incriminate his client.

“If the trial date is not continued, [DaBaby] will not be able to respond to discovery or testify without providing information that could potentially incriminate him in the parallel criminal case. The trial date must be continued to protect [DaBaby’s] Fifth Amendment rights,” the rapper’s attorney wrote in a court filing. “[DaBaby] cannot be called to testify in this matter until after his criminal case has been resolved, which will not be until October 2023, at minimum,” his attorney wrote, referring to Pocasangren’s case.  DaBaby is clearly in a bit of a bind between these two lawsuits. We’ll continue to keep you updated on any further information surrounding the situation.

The Matanzas High School student has been charged with felony aggravated battery with bodily harm, the sheriff’s office said in a press release.

Following the Palm Coast incident on February 21st, the student was taken into custody and brought to the  Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility. He was later turned over to the  state Department of Juvenile Justice, for “becoming violent” while speaking to them after the incident.

according to the news release.

The arrest report describes the teens motives for attack stating that he would “beat her up” every time she took away his game. Joan Naydich has been identified as the employee that underwent the attack, confirmed by her husband Alexander Naydich.

Details of the attack can be deciphered from a surveillance video of the student. The sheriff’s office has released a description of the student saying he stands 6 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs around 270 pounds. He runs toward Naydich and knocks her to the ground. The employee is seen lying motionless as the student punches and kicks her repeatedly before bystanders pull him off of her. Naydich was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

DaBaby Requests Postponement In Civil Trial For Alleged Assault

DaBaby has requested that a Los Angeles judge postpone his upcoming civil trial regarding a 2020 assault. The lawsuit comes from a man who says DaBaby assaulted him for enforcing “basic rental rules” at his North Carolina property. The rapper had been leasing the property at the time. He is also facing criminal charges for the incident.

A hearing in the case had been scheduled for April, but DaBaby’s lawyers argue the court must give the criminal case surrounding the same incident precedent. According to legal documents obtained by RadarOnline, DaBaby’s attorneys say he “cannot be called to testify in this matter until after his criminal case has been resolved, which will not be until October 2023, at minimum.”

The attorneys added that if the judge doesn’t postpone the trial, “[DaBaby] will not be able to respond to discovery or testify without providing information that could potentially incriminate him in the parallel criminal case.” They added that postponing the trial will “protect [DaBaby’s] Fifth Amendment rights.”

As for the alleged assault, Gary Pagar claims it went down as he checked in on his rental property. At the time, he discovered 40 people and a film crew recording a video for DaBaby. He attempted to speak with the rapper to request he stop filming. It was at this point that DaBaby allegedly assaulted Pagar. He claims the group stole “valuable kitchenware,” while leaving behind thousands of dollars in damages. They also never paid the full lease. Further court proceedings regarding the case will continue on October 23.

DaBaby’s latest legal trouble comes after a jury found in favor of the rapper in another alleged assault. A concert promoter named Kenneth Carey claimed DaBaby beat and robbed him. He also accused him of backing out of a deal to host one of his events. Additionally, DaBaby successfully countersued him for invasion of privacy and unauthorized use of name or likeness. The trial took place back in December over the course of five days.
