Roddy Ricch is selling his home in Beverly Hills. He purchased it in 2021 for $5.6 million, and it has been on the market since October 2022. The “The Box” rapper originally asked for $5.9 million for his home, but that has gone down since. Now, Roddy Ricch is asking for $5.75 million.
The home is over 3,000 square feet, with four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Some of the features include a fireplace, wood floors, and glass doors. Also, the main bedroom comes with a private deck. Outside the private abode is a pool, spa, and a seating area to lounge in.
Besides the pool and spa, there’s more land and a basketball court. This property is easy to miss, hidden behind huge palm trees and bushes.
A new video surfaced online of Pete Davidson’s car crash while he was with girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders. Fortunately and miraculously, no one was hurt in the incident, but recent footage shows the aftermath. Moreover, according to officials, Davidson drive fast on Saturday night (March 4), lost control of the vehicle, went on the curb, and totaled a fire hydrant before crashing into a home. In fact, they even asked strangers to take pictures of them as they enjoyed their visit without drumming up much celebrity fanfare. As such, fans reacted with shock at the news of the Beverly Hills crash. While not many details are available from officials, TMZ reported that no drugs or alcohol were a factor in the incident.

While the crash fortunately resulted in no injuries, it’s definitely a scary situation to be in. DaBaby knows his way around a courtroom but he faces a judge more frequently than one would hope. However, it appears that certain infractions of the law continue to haunt him. Per The Blast, a Beverly Hills hotel employee sued DaBaby for an alleged assault during the holidays in 2019. The incident was captured on camera and circulated immediately online before the employee filed a police report and a lawsuit.
The alleged victim now seeks $2M, claiming the rapper inflicted emotional damage and more. The assault occurred at a Marriott Hotel in December 2019, when the alleged victim, Cristofher Pocasangren, asked DaBaby for a selfie. The rapper declined but Pocasangren took a selfie anyways, leading to a heated confrontation. DaBaby asked Pocasangren to delete the photo afterward. He obliged but the rapper allegedly followed him back to the hotel where he assaulted him.

While DaBaby claimed self-defense in that case, he’s also facing another charge named Gary Pager, who also accused the rapper of assaulting him. The incident with Pager took place in North Carolina at a rental property that he owned. In an attempt to enforce “basic rental rules.” he ended up catching a case of the beats. This case was set for April. However, DaBaby’s attorney asked to push it back in order to resolve the other case with Pocasangren. His attorney stated since the information provided in Pager’s suit could potentially incriminate his client.
“If the trial date is not continued, [DaBaby] will not be able to respond to discovery or testify without providing information that could potentially incriminate him in the parallel criminal case. The trial date must be continued to protect [DaBaby’s] Fifth Amendment rights,” the rapper’s attorney wrote in a court filing. “[DaBaby] cannot be called to testify in this matter until after his criminal case has been resolved, which will not be until October 2023, at minimum,” his attorney wrote, referring to Pocasangren’s case. Despite these claims, there have been a few sightings of Ye in recent times. First, the paparazzi spotted him leaving church around Christmas. Then, he was located shopping.
Now, TMZ reports that they spotted Kanye West in Beverly Hills with a mysterious lady. Photographers spotted Ye with the unnamed woman at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills — a hotel that he visits often. Sources say that the two were “comfortable” during their lunch. TMZ notes they spotted Ye and the woman entering the hotel together earlier this week, though the nature of their relationship is still unclear.
Ye’s had a few high-profile relationships in the past year. Following his separation from Kim Kardashian, he began dating Julia Fox briefly before moving on to Chaney Jones. Ye and Jones stayed together for a large chunk of 2022 with Jones later inking “Ye” on her wrist.
Ye’s coming off of a tumultuous year that included his divorce and the loss of his billionaire status. Following his tirade against Adidas and Gap, he lost his Yeezy deal and then, kicked off the 2024 campaign for his presidential run. He made a slew of media appearances alongside alt-right figures like Nick Fuentes and Milo Yiannopoulos. During these appearances, Ye made many insensitive, anti-Semitic remarks that eventually led to brands dropping him and Adidas ending their partnership.

West’s status as “missing” came as a result of his former business manager, Thomas St. John. The alleged disappearance occurred after West’s antisemitic remarks and other erratic behavior.
St. John is currently suing West for $4.5 million in damages after West abruptly ended their partnership. West had reportedly agreed to pay him a monthly retainer of $300,000 to be his business manager and the Chief Marketing Officer of the Donda brand.
His ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, recently spoke about co-parenting with West during an interview with Angie Martinez. On her IRL Podcast, Kardashian admitted that it’s been “really fucking hard.”
“If they don’t know the things that are being said or what’s happening in the world, why would I ever bring that energy to them?” she said. “That’s really heavy grown-up shit that they’re not ready to deal with. That they are not ready to deal with and when they are, we’ll have those conversations.”
In addition to being out with a new girl, West also made a stop at a local church in recent days. However, this only stems from a tweet sharing an image of West on Saturday.
The tweet claimed “eagle-eyed fans of Ye spotted the rapper at church after some time of missing rumors.”
