Tekashi 6ix9ine may have some money problems. The rapper is being forced to sell off assets to cover a nearly $10 million judgment placed against him in 2021 by a stripper who stated 6ix9ine hit her with a champagne bottle at a Florida club.

According to TMZ, a court-mandated representative will handle the rapper’s assets and can “break any locks necessary to gain access to any real property.” The rapper’s Rolls-Royce and Florida mansion are expected to reach the auction block in the matter.

The incident involved Alex Salaberrios who worked at Gold Rush Cabaret in Miami, leading her to the ER with the need of a head wound to be stapled closed. The rapper’s attorney, Lance Lazzaro, states 6ix9ine was not involved. “There are video cameras in the establishment,” Lazzaro said. “It’s an attempt to shake him down. If he is served properly, we will immediately move to have it dismissed.”

Over the weekend, Yailin La Más Viral, the girlfriend of Tekashi 6ix9ine, was arrested after she assaulted and threatened the controversial rapper in videos. TMZ notes the incident happened on Dec. 14 and authorities responded after the woman hitting the rapper and his Bently with a 2×4.

6ix9ine Sells Assets Like Car & Mansion To Cover $10 Million Judgement In Assault Case

When 6ix9ine failed to show up in court for an assault lawsuit, he didn’t consider that a default judgement would end up ridding him of his valuables. However, that’s exactly what court documents reportedly obtained by TMZ indicate, as the court appointed a receiver to handle his assets. These include a Rolls-Royce, a mansion in Florida, and many other pricey items that might be sold off or auctioned to pay for the $9.825 judgement by any means necessary. In fact, it seems like this is a pretty limitless proposition, as the docs claim that the receiver can “break any locks necessary to gain access to any real property.”

For those unaware, the rapper– who said he will drop a new album soon– received this lawsuit over two years ago. He accidentally hit Alexis Salaberrios, a dancer for Gold Rush Cabaret in Miami, in the head with a champagne bottle that he threw at a person who called him a rat. After going to the ER and getting stitches, she filed legal action against him and won the judgement back in July. Since 6ix9ine never paid for it, now Salaberrios has clearance to seize these assets despite his legal team initially dismissing this suit.

Yailín La Más Viral recently faced an arrest and felony assault charges after threatening him with a knife and hitting him with a two-by-four. After being arrested in the Dominican Republic earlier this year, 6ix9ine is spending several months overseas serving out his punishment, though he’s not currently behind bars. As the holiday season approaches, he’s unfortunately stressing over a confrontation with his girlfriend, Yailin La Mas Viral, who accused him of domestic abuse in a scathing rant with receipts earlier this week. The “GOOBA” rapper is denying her allegations and has since uploaded a video of Yailin threatening him at knifepoint, attempting to prove that she might not be as innocent as she wants the public to believe.

“Yailin is not well, she needs help,” 6ix9ine said in his initial response. “Yailin was loved, she was cared for. I’m on probation, I would never lay my hands on a woman, I’m not here to create gossip. Even years after his initial rise and fall in the rap game, 6ix9ine is still a hot topic of conversation around the community. Moreover, New York drill rapper Donz Stacks recently appeared on No Jumper with Adam22 and Skinnyfromthe9 to talk about the rainbow-haired MC, among many other topics. One of the things they discussed was an opportunity that Stacks had to scam him out of some cash, which he said his entourage was a big fan of. However, he didn’t end up doing so, and also spoke on the implications of him working with a “snitch.” Donz stood by his clean record in that regard, and said that people just have to get their bag in more ways than one.

Another 6ix9ine topic that they discussed was his controversial collaboration with Kodak Black. Well, that was controversial for Yak and less so for Tekashi, but still, it’s something that even caused beef to ensue between various rap figures involved. In fact, the No Jumper conversation even points to 6ix9ine’s manager, Wack 100, wanting to sign Donz Stacks. However, despite this initial wish, because of how his client’s relationship with Donz soured, Stacks thinks that he wouldn’t be able to be as warm and welcoming now.

Whether he eventually coughs it up is a question for another time.

As Tekashi waits in the Dominican Republic, where he’s supposed to stay for six months because of other legal trouble, it seems like he’s building up a lot to answer for. Following his arrest in the Domincan Republic, 6ix9ine is unable to leave the country for six months. According to Akademiks, the controversial rapper is currently confined the the country after he jumped two producers in the studio over an altercation with his girlfriend.

6ix9ine is not currenlty in jail, but is unable to return to the United States.

Tekashi 6ix9ine attempted to leave the Dominican Republic but was arrested before boarding his private plane. The rapper was attempting to leave the country after an assault.

According to Felix Porter, a DR-based criminal lawyer, 6ix9ine and his squad assaulted two producers over an incident involving 6ix9ine’s girlfriend. “Trying to leave the country on a private plane, Tekashi 69 turned out to have MIGRATION ALERT,” Portes shared on Instagram, according to Complex. “His trip was aborted. The popular artist is on the run, his whereabouts unknown since there is an arrest warrant issued for beatings and injuries and threats.”

In August, Tekashi 6ix9ine was nabbed by the police for failure to appear. The rapper was entered into Palm Beach County Jail on Wednesday night and released after posting $2,000 bond, according to Page Six.

In July, local authorities advised the rapper not to attend a show in Puerto Rico due to death threats on his life.

Ahead of the show, police could not confirm the seriousness of the threats, and the promoters planned to execute a security plan to protect those involved.

Most recently, 6ix9ine delivered the single “Shaka Laka” with Kodak Black.

We’re used to seeing 6ix9ine land himself in hot water on American soil. For the most part, 2023 has found the New Yorker travelling around the world to engage in his usual antics. Months after falling victim to a brutal beatdown at his gym, 6ix decided to turn the tables during a trip to the Dominican Republic. This proved to his opps that he doesn’t lose every fight he’s involved in. At the time, the “GOOBA” hitmaker and his goons allegedly jumped a group of producers who spent time in the studio with his girl – a move that got him arrested last month.

“First I want to thank God that I am fine,” 6ix shared in a statement at the time. “Thanks to everyone who has me in prayer… I feel so happy seeing you in full support.” The embattled entertainer also promised he would be returning, though yesterday (November 2) we received an update that suggests otherwise. “6ix9ine reveals he’s not allowed to leave the Dominican Republic for six months after he allegedly jumped two producers in the studio for his girlfriend,” a tweet from @mymixtapez alleges.

Being forced to spend six months in another country may sound like hell for an average person. However, 6ix9ine seems to have skyrocketed to celebrity status during his stay in the Dominican Republic. Kodak Black’s collaboration with 6ix9ine from this year remains as controversial as ever, whether from a street cred perspective or an artistic one. Moreover, he recently spoke on Drink Champs about how it came about and how he felt about the backlash to it. While the Florida MC did address a lot with his remarks, it also drew a lot of concern from fans due to his seemingly erratic and volatile behavior. In fact, his industry peers particularly expressed worry about this, as they have more experience with the destructive path that they think he follows. Via an Instagram comment on the post below, which is still up as of writing this article, Ray J called folks to action when it comes to Yak’s health.

However, a lot of people both within and outside of the industry are decidedly less forgiving when it comes to this ordeal. Perhaps that’s an unfair assessment, though, as they really don’t seem to dismiss his struggles but rather his choices without the context that those issues display. For example Meek Mill came through with an Instagram comment of his own in the above post, which didn’t leave much room for sympathy. “I damn near don’t even wanna be labeled a rapper nomore,” the Philly MC shared, presumably concerning Kodak Black’s work with a snitch.

Of course, the Pompano Beach native is not free of critique and accountability, but both that and the need for him to seek counseling and support can be true. As long as the conversation centers around his antics and not his health, then these clout chases will continue because they work. Tekashi 69’s troubles with the law are long from over. After the rapper’s lengthy trial and subsequent jail stint in 2020, he’s been caught up in several legal complications, including one incident that happened more recently.

According to TMZ, Tekashi was allegedly arrested in the Dominican Republic for assaulting two music producers. Local publishers have shared further details regarding the incident. According to Diario Libre, the brawl occurred on Friday, October 13, when the pair had contact with Tekashi’s girlfriend, Yailin. Witnesses claimed that Tekaski, along with about five other men, were seen arriving at the scene. An arrest warrant was filed with Tekashi formally being taken into custody at the Hotel Balcones del Atlántico in Sánchez.

In a video captured by paparazzi, Tekashi can be seen being escorted out of the police vehicle. Despite his infamous colored hair and facial tattoos being covered, the crowd still recognized him, erupting into a full-fledged frenzy.

People on social media chimed in to share their thoughts about Tekashi’s latest brush with the law.

“I know a publicity stunt when I see one,” wrote one person.

“They’re treating six9ine like Michael Jackson,” wrote another.

6ix9ine is back in the news, The rapper was arrested in the Dominican Republic over the weekend on charges of assault, according to criminal lawyer Felix Portes. 6ix9ine whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, was wanted on the Caribbean island in relation to the assault of two music producers. The alleged attack was related to the rapper’s girlfriend, Dominican singer Yailin La Mas Viral. The incident allegedly occurred when the rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, and his associates showed up at a producer’s residence before rushing to leave the scene.

Reports confirmed that authorities apprehended the New York native while he attempted to board a private jet. On Instagram, his legal professional wrote, “Tekashi69 turned out to have MIGRATION ALERT. His trip was aborted. The popular artist is on the run, his whereabouts unknown since there is an arrest warrant issued for beatings, and injuries and threats.”
