Diddy Investigation: Sex Worker Allegedly Plans To Cooperate With Feds

Diddy was recently arrested in New York City following months of shocking allegations and lawsuits. The Bad Boy Records founder was charged with “racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.” If convicted, he could serve a minimum of 15 years behind bars and a maximum of life in prison. Needless to say, the stakes are high here.

According to sources who recently spoke with TMZ, at least two new people plan to cooperate with authorities amid the investigation. Moreover, they’re allegedly willing to testify in front of the grand jury sometime soon. Their identities have not been revealed. The outlet reports, however, that one of them is a sex worker who was allegedly involved with Diddy in 2014.

Prosecutors Might Interview New Witnesses In Coming Days, TMZ Reports

Rapper Sean Combs attends the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party hosted by Radhika Jones at Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts on March 4, 2018 in Beverly Hills, California.

TMZ says they spoke with this individual, and that they shared plans to be interviewed by federal prosecutors later this month. It remains unclear what kind of information they could allegedly have about Diddy. As for other developments in his legal battle, he appeared in court yesterday for an appeal hearing. He asked to be released on bail for the second time, offering to be tracked by a GPS, have no female visitors outside of family, and more.

His request was denied again, however. “The government has proven the defendant is a danger,” U.S. District Judge Andrew Carter said of the ruling. “The bail package is insufficient even on risk of flight.” What do you think of two new witnesses allegedly planning to cooperate with authorities later this month amid their Diddy investigation? What about one of them also possibly being a sex worker who was allegedly involved with him in 2014? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

WATCH: Shyne Speaks After Diddy’s Arrest: ‘This is Someone Who Destroyed My Life’

Shyne is speaking out after Diddy’s arrest, claiming the currently jailed Bad Boy mogul destroyed his life.

“I was defending him and he turned around and called witnesses to testify against me,” Shyne said. “He pretty much sent me to prison. That is the context by which you must always describe that relationship.

“Let us not lose sight of what they cold heart facts are. This is not someone I vacationed with and enjoyed a great intimate relationship of brotherhood. This is someone who destroyed my life and who I forgave and for the better interest of Belize, because he was in a position at the time to give scholarships and invest, I would not deny the attempt of investment to Belize.”

You can hear it all from Shyne below.

Diddy’s second attempt at securing bond was unsuccessful. At a bond hearing on Wednesday, Sept. 18, Diddy’s attorneys offered additional conditions to his bail that were rejected.

According to prosecutors, Diddy could engage in witness tampering and is believed to be a danger if freed. A different judge denied his bond than his initial hearing.

According to PEOPLE, Diddy is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, which his legal team states are “horrific” conditions and “not fit for pre-trial detention.”

Diddy added to his bail package by giving up access to the Internet along with keeping women entirely away.

A day before, Diddy pleaded not guilty to federal charges but will be held without bond.

Accoridng to Inner City Press, the embattled Bad Boy mogul sat at the defense table in a black shirt with two US Marshals standing behind him.

Diddy’s alleged crimes carry a maximum sentence of life in prison or death, as explained by Assistant US Attorney (AUSA) Emily Johnson. He was considered a flight risk due to his alleged abusive nature to his victims over the years.

The AUSA detailed Diddy set up “freak-offs,” supplying female victims with narcotics in order to continue the events for multiple days. Diddy was also accused of arson and kidnapping, while stating he surrounded himself with firearms, three of which, AR-15s with scrubbed serial numbers, were seized in law enfrocement operations.

Diddy’s incidents at the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles and the recent lawsuit from Dawn Richard were referenced during the arraignment. Also, the AUSA noted Diddy had narcotics described as “pink powder” in his hotel during the arrest.

In response, Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, stated Diddy is “not a perfect person” and detailed the “toxic relationships” as “mutual.”

Diddy’s legal team asked for his release. In a court-submitted letter, Diddy’s team penned, “This letter will walk the Court through a series of actions taken by Mr. Combs over the past six months that prove that he is not a risk of flight or a danger to anyone in the community.”

Diddy and his team offered a bail package of $50 million. The document highlights that Diddy paid off the remaining $18 million of his Star Island Miami home to use it as collateral for bail conditions.

The full indictment against Sean “Diddy” Combs has been made available online, shedding light on the extensive allegations against him following the March 2024 raids of his Miami and Los Angeles homes. According to the indictment, law enforcement officials seized “various Freak Off supplies,” including narcotics and over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.

The indictment describes the “Freak Off” events as “elaborate and produced sex performances” that Combs orchestrated, directed, and participated in, often recording these activities electronically. It also notes that Diddy had IV fluids on hand for recovery from drug use.

Diddy faces serious drug charges, including intent to distribute cocaine, oxycodone, Xanax, CHB, MDMA, and ketamine. Additionally, authorities found three AR-15 rifles with scrubbed serial numbers and a drum magazine in his possession.

The indictment spans from 2008 to the present and includes allegations against Combs’ business associates for illegal activities such as sex trafficking, forced labor, interstate transportation for prostitution, coercion, and other offenses. The document suggests that Combs’ company, initially established for media and entertainment, also facilitated his sexual gratification.

Diddy remains in custody and is scheduled to have his charges read in court on Tuesday. His lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, has vowed to “fight like hell” to secure bail for the music mogul.

Ice Spice Joins Sexyy Red Onstage In New York: Watch

It’s been a huge year for both Ice Spice and Sexyy Red. Ice Spice unleashed her debut studio album Y2K, took part in various high-profile collabs, and more. Sexyy Red dropped her third mixtape, In Sexyy We Trust, and has been making her way across the U.S. on her “Sexyy Red 4 President” tour. Recently, the two artists even decided to link up to give their supporters the best of both worlds.

During Sexyy Red’s recent stop in Ice Spice’s hometown, she brought out the Bronx-born rapper for a performance of “Deli.” Of course, the NYC crowd went wild. She shared a fun clip of the moment on Instagram earlier this week, showing herself sporting her signature hairstyle.

Ice Spice Performs “Deli” At Sexyy Red’s Show

While fans were certainly glad to see Sexyy Red team up with Ice Spice, she’s far from the only special guest to join her on tour so far. Earlier this month, she performed in her own hometown of St. Louis and brought out Lil Durk. Kodak Black has also hopped on the tour, resulting in plenty of onstage antics involving him and the “Pound Town” performer. Unfortunately, however, not all of the headlines surrounding Sexyy’s tour have been positive.

In August, it was reported that she canceled multiple tour stops due to low ticket sales. She later denied this, making it clear that she felt like the false reports were an attempt to sabotage her. “Dis how Dey try to do u wen u go wit an independent promoter n the bigger companies try to sabotage u we not cancelling sht,” she explained at the time. What do you think of Sexyy Red bringing out Ice Spice during her recent performance in New York? Are you hoping for a collab?
