Blueface’s Mom, Karlissa Saffold, Announces Plan To Buy Back Souls From The Illuminati

It’s no secret that Blueface’s mother Karlissa Saffold says some wild things online, and today was certainly no exception. Recently, the reality star took to her Instagram Story to reveal what she plans to do when she inevitably becomes rich, and it isn’t exactly what one would expect. Instead of dreaming of things like fancy cars and designer goods, Saffold says she wants to put her money toward a good cause.

“I’m about to get so rich that I buy back them souls from the Illuminati,” she wrote simply. Saffold didn’t provide her followers with many more details than that, so it remains unclear whose souls she plans to rescue, or what she would do with them. For obvious reasons, her claim has confused fans and left them with a few questions.

“How you do that?” one Instagram user asks in the Hollywood Unlocked comments section. She’s expected to star in the show alongside Blac Chyna’s mother Tokyo Toni and Rick Ross’ ex Tia Kemp, which will surely make for some quality entertainment.

Last weekend, CEO of Zeus Lemuel Plummer teased the show with a playful Instagram clip. They’ve yet to confirm an official title or premiere date for the series, but viewers can’t wait to see what they have in store for them. 21 Savage & G Herbo Make Fun Of Lil Bibby’s Gym Attire

21 Savage and G Herbo aren’t typically known to be Internet comedians, but they can always find the humor in some odd posts that they come across. Moreover, Lil Bibby recently posted a picture of him in the gym with a Cuban chain and a watch on, which the two MCs found to be a pretty comical and cumbersome fit. “N***a ain’t never taking off that cuban [crying-laughing emoji],” the Atlanta rapper commented under his Instagram post, whereas the Chicago spitter had this to say: “Bro f**k is you steady wearing big a** chains & pateks to the gym for? Go to the club or sum [crying-laughing emojis].” “gotta wear da s**t somewhere [red drop emoji],” Bibby responded to the “Neph Nem” artist.

However, this is honestly much better press than what Lil Bibby’s been used to these days, especially if you’re a Juice WRLD fan. For example, fans have repeatedly accused him of selling the late Chicago creative’s catalog, claims which he denied, and of overall mismanaging his legacy as an artist after his tragic passing. When calamities like this strike the hip-hop world, it’s always very difficult to know how to move forward. When they strike musicians as beloved, influential, and successful as Juice, the pressure mounts even higher.

Lil Bibby’s Icy Gym IG Post: See Comments For 21 Savage & G Herbo’s Reactions

Meanwhile, beyond teasing Lil Bibby for his gym fit, 21 Savage is somewhat keeping busy in other rap realm happenings, if only in a one-sided manner. Folks might have already forgotten about the recent beef between him and Soulja Boy, one that Soulja was the main instigator in. While the London-born lyricist simply stepped in to defend his frequent collaborator Metro Boomin, the “Crank Dat” hitmaker is still looking for smoke. Who knows if this spat actually evolves into a rivalry?

Elsewhere, Lil Bibby’s fellow Chicagoan G Herbo is trying to make sure his fans understand to draw a line between online clout and personal lives. He recently requested fans to refrain from asking him for a picture when he’s with his kids, which is a very natural and reasonable idea. Maybe Bibby should’ve set those ground rules when it comes to his own social media posts. If he’s at the gym, no ice comments allowed.

Tina Knowles Divulges About Beyonce’s Advice To Blue Ivy On Handling Haters

If you recall the massive hype behind Beyonce’s RENAISSANCE tour, one of the most talked-about details was her daughter Blue Ivy’s dancing performance throughout. Though she got a lot of due praise from fans, others were more critical of it online, which represented some overblown standards and unjustified hate for some die-hards. Now, Blue’s grandmother Tina Knowles spoke out on the matter during a recent interview with Vogue‘s The Run Through podcast. Specifically, she revealed some interesting aspects of the advice that Queen Bey gave her daughter when it comes to dealing with negative attention and a lot of scrutiny.

Furthermore, Tina Knowles began by remarking on how blown away she and Jay-Z were by Blue Ivy’s dancing performance during the “My Power” and “Black Parade” cuts of the RENAISSANCE tour. She called her moves “the best” and recalled how “every night, her dad and me would get on this platform out there and we would just be screaming our heads off, like, with no shame at all.” Of course, some of the negativity towards Blue hampered this otherwise glowing family reception, which must have been somewhat of a blow. Then, Tina Knowles explained what Beyoncé had to say about this experience.

Beyonce, Blue Ivy & Tina Knowles At The 67th NBA All-Star Game

“One of her friends came back and showed her some negative comments and it was a great life lesson,” Tina Knowles said of Blue Ivy and Beyoncé. “Because her mom basically said, ‘Listen, if you let this get you down, then they won. So you should go and work harder. And, you know, just work harder and get your skills together and go out there and blast it.’ So it actually worked in Blue’s favor because she was only supposed to do it one time. But now her mom was, that mama bear was on to it. It was like, she was like, ‘You go out there and kill it,’ and she did. She just grew so much from that experience.”

Meanwhile, Beyoncé had previously revealed during the RENAISSANCE tour documentary that Blue Ivy advocated hard for herself to stay on the show after what was supposed to be just one performance. “She told me she was ready to perform, and I told her no,” the Houston superstar stated. This part of the film also centered around how devastating the negative comments could feel at times. When Sasha Fierce is there to push you forward and see the fruits of your hard work, that’s got to tune the haters out pretty well.

Kendrick Lamar’s “Euphoria” Producer, Cardo, Reflects On Working With Him & Drake

It goes without saying that the release of Kendrick Lamar’s Drake diss “Euphoria” was one of the notable moments of their beef. On it, K-Dot made it clear that he wasn’t messing around, declaring that he hates everything about Drake, from the way he walks to the way he talks, dresses, and more. The chilling track continues to stand out as one of the most effective of their feud, serving as a response to Drake’s “Push Ups” and “Taylor Made Freestyle.”

Now, one of the producers behind “Euphoria,” Cardo, has opened up about his experience working alongside both Kendrick and Drake. During a recent interview with Kids Take Over, he also shared his take on the viral beef. According to him, he’s not surprised that Kendrick challenged Drake and went after him as hard as he did, as he previously knew him as a competitive guy. Moreover, he thinks the lyrical battle was a positive thing for the genre, and has respect for both artists.

Cardo Says He Has Respect For Both Kendrick And Drake

“I respect them both. They’re both somebody I both f*ck with. I’ve made history with both of them. And it’s good for Hip-Hop,” Cardo explained. “Dot is the type of guy that will challenge anybody. He’ll challenge people in a game of hopscotch. He’s a competitive dude.” Clearly, Cardo knows a thing or two, as the track he contributed to ended up making a serious splash. “Euphoria” managed to secure No. 1 spots on both Apple Music and Spotify’s daily U.S. streaming charts.

Of course, the song was arguably outshined by the subsequent release of Kendrick’s DJ Mustard-produced track “Not Like Us,” which is now a fan favorite from the feud. What do you think of Cardo’s recent remarks about working alongside both Kendrick Lamar and Drake? Are you surprised that he said he has respect for both of them? Mase Asks Rich Paul If He Plans To Get LeBron James And Bronny On The Same Team

LeBron James has talked about wanting to play with his son Bronny in the NBA. Bronny is currently going through the draft process. After a turbulent season at USC, the eldest son of LeBron James declared for the NBA draft. Before the draft combine, Brony was not even considered a second-round pick. Now, after showcasing his skills at the NBA Draft Combine, Bronny has shot up draft boards and is now considered a late second-rounder. Additionally, Bronny continued his combined momentum with a fantastic pro day at the Lakers facility. Mase has now asked LeBorn’s long-time agent, Rich Paul if the NBA kingmaker is planning on getting the father and son on the same team.

Rich Paul was on Mase and Cam’ron’s It Is What it Is podcast recently and dropped some gems about the NBA and his relationship with LeBron James. Mase, the investigative podcast host he is, hit Rich Paul with some hard-hitting questions. Mase asked Rich Paul if he is trying to finesse getting LeBron and Bronny on the same NBA roster. All in all, the super agent had an interesting reply.

Mase Asks Rich Paul ABout LeBron and Bronny Playing Together

Rich Paul is proven to be a guy who can make things happen in the NBA. He is probably the most powerful agent in basketball, and his partnership with LeBron James is well-documented. Mase asked straight up how Rich Paul plans to get Bronny and Bron on the same team. Rich Paul promptly answered, “I don’t.” Mase and his co-host Cam’Ron both chuckled at the answer. Paul then described the situation, describing LeBorn and Bronny’s father-son relationship mixed in with their respective NBA journeys. He says you can’t act like nepotism doesn’t exist, but Bronny is being asked to apologize for his father’s success.

Additionally, Paul says LeBron has built a legacy that has now transitioned into business, and that is rare, and to expect Bronny to apologize for his lineage is hypocritical when looking at the history of black Americans. He also explains how they are welcoming what comes with being an athlete, and Bronny can’t run from the criticism. He says that he has to take on and continue to handle the criticism with grace. Paul says that the attention comes with the territory. Overall, Rich Paul had some interesting answers for Mase. Furthermore, he went very in-depth on the podcast, and it’s worth a listen.

Rich The Kid Finally Releases “Band Man” Along With Peso Pluma Collab “Gimme A Second”

Rich The Kid is the midst of pretty big comeback. The Queens, New York rapper is still riding high off being on one of the biggest records of 2024. That of course is “CARNIVAL” off VULTURES 1. For some, the track came and went. But there is no denying that it was being played everywhere at the time of its release. Now, we are gearing up for Rich The Kid to make his solo return possibly sometime this summer with Life’s a Gamble.

Ty Dolla $ign and Kanye West are the executive producers and rumors say there will be a crazy number of features. One of those we know now, as Peso Pluma makes an appearance on “Gimme A Second.” This one of two singles that Rich has put out, with the long-awaited “Band Man” being released in unison.

Listen To “Gimme A Second / Band Man” By Rich The Kid & Peso Pluma

Both tracks do not really stand out from a lyrical perspective, even though Rich has never been seen as a wordsmith. But where both singles shine are production wise, perhaps to no surprise. DJ Durel, “Gimme A Second”, and d.a. got that dope, “Band Man”, both lay down some tight trap instrumentals. Each one has a distinctive vibe and overall carry the tracks. However, we have to give credit to Peso Pluma, as he does bring an animated performance.

What are your thoughts on “Gimme A Second / Band Man” by Rich The Kid and Peso Pluma? Which track do you prefer out of the two and why? Does this get you excited for Life’s a Gamble? Who had the stronger performance on “Gimme A Second?” We would like to hear what you have to say, so be sure to leave your takes in the comments section. Vince Staples Clarifies His Viral Comments On Kendrick Lamar And Drake Beef

If there’s a major story going on in rap music, there’s a good chance Vince Staples has some thoughts about it. The rapper manages to be pretty outspoken despite also being one of the less public figures in the genre. That’s why it’s no suspires that as soon as someone had the chance to ask him about Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s beef, they took it. It’s no surprise that his answer made waves as he seemed surprisingly unconcerned with the high-profile back and forth. “While Taylor Swift is fighting for people to be able to have streaming money, n*ggas on the internet arguing with each other about some rap sh*t. So that’s how I feel about it,” he originally replied.

Now in a new interview he’s explaining why he said that. “It was a live-streamed event, so someone had to be filming the live-streamed event on their computer. And then pages that are dedicated to the city and to people, cut out every question that these children asked about trying to stay alive in this environment that’s had over a hundred shootings in the first four months,” he begins. “So if I say plainly, no one cares about anybody else, then I look crazy. But I’m speaking to children. So my thing is am I supposed to look at a child who just asks those questions and say, ‘Yeah, I want one of these n*ggas to kill each other lyrically’? What the f*ck are we talking about?” Staples concludes. Check out his full interview below.
