Justyn Ross Allegedly Assaulted Girlfriend And Knifed Her Car Over Cheating Rumors

Court documents have shone more light on why Chiefs wide receiver Justyn Ross was arrested last week. The affidavit states that after Ross reportedly learned of his partner’s infidelity, he allegedly pushed her to the ground and began throwing household objects at her. Furthermore, a number of witnesses claimed they saw Ross “run a small knife” across the exterior of the woman’s Mercedes. However, the document also states that Ross denied the claims. According to him, he only threw her belongings out of the house and did break a laptop, but claimed that it was his property.

Ross was placed on the commissioner’s exempt list on October 27, four days after his arrest and not-guilty plea. Ross had been played sparingly across the start of the 2023 season, appearing in three games for the Chiefs and racking up just 34 yards. He was an undrafted free agent signed in 2022. However, he missed his entire rookie season due to an offseason foot injury. At the trade deadline (October 31), the Chiefs traded for Jets receiver Mecole Hardman Jr. to add some depth at the position.

Moreover, Lil Baby recently spotted a listener at a club who had a tattoo of him across her left arm, and couldn’t help but shout her out. Taking to his Instagram Story, the Atlanta rapper posted a clip of the woman in question, who showed it off proudly and gave him a smile. Considering his complex history with tattoos- which might’ve changed very recently- this is actually a bit of character development for him. After all, the It’s Only Me hitmaker said in 2020 that he purposely does not have any tattoos.

However, around August of this year, everything changed- much to the shock of Lil Baby’s OG fans and people who supported his aesthetic choice. While signing Rylo Rodriguez to a contract in-person, fans spotted what looked like tattoos on his arms in a clip of the occasion. Still, when you look at other pictures of the 4PF leader on social media or other sources online, it’s impossible to spot anything on his arms. As such, it’s strangely unclear what people actually saw at that contract signing, and how far he might be going to conceal them.

Of course, there’s the possibility that the 28-year-old simply doodled something removable on his arms when he signed Rylo. Derontae Bebee Accepts Plea Deal In YSL RICO Case, Six Defendants Remain

Recently, YSL affiliate Derontae Bebee entered a guilty plea on RICO charges. He took a deal that will see him serving out a 15-year sentence, five years behind bars and 10 on probation. He may now be called to testify in the upcoming YSL RICO trial, though prosecutors have indicated that they won’t require him to.

Durante Partridge, Bebee’s attorney, has pushed for a reduced sentence as an opportunity for the 23-year-old to turn his life around. Judge Ural Glanville reminded him of the importance of making the most of the opportunity, and taking accountability for his actions. The YSL RICO trial is scheduled to commence later this month, with only six defendants remaining.

YSL RICO Trial Commences On November 27

Earlier this week, the jury selection process was completed after months of delays, meaning that the YSL RICO trial could finally proceed. Young Thug and his co-defendants’ trial will begin on November 27. Finding suitable jurors has proven to be a tough and lengthy process. The seated jury consists of seven Black women, two white women, two Black men, and one white man. It’s also remained controversial whether or not prosecutors should be allowed to use song lyrics in the trial. It’s admissible in Georgia, however, and Fulton County DA Fani Willis is in full support of it.

“I think if you decide to admit your crimes over a beat, I’m going to use it,” she told reporters. “I’m going to continue to do that; people can continue to be angry about it. I have some legal advice: Don’t confess to crimes on rap lyrics if you do not want them used. Or at least get out of my county.” Prosecutors made several errors when they submitted a list of lyrics they intended to use as evidence last week. Joe Budden Questions City Girls’ Low Sales: “Somebody Was Trying To Hurt Them”

City Girls’ new album RAW just came out recently, and a big point of contention for the community is how low the album’s sales were. Moreover, the project was projected to debut with around 6K album-equivalent unit sales, which is disappointing when compared to similar mainstream acts (they actually debuted with 10K, which isn’t much better). While many clowned the Miami duo for their failure to perform, others believe that there’s something fishy going on here. On The Joe Budden Podcast, the MC and his co-hosts called these sales numbers into question, stating that the system isn’t reflecting their streaming success. Even if they won’t bring RAW up to staggering numbers, this metric is still not fully reflective of the audience they reached according to these commentators.

“I don’t know of an artist that signed with a major that did 6,000,” Ice expressed on the show. He suggested that this projected metric was actually for the pure album sales and not for streaming sales, and that someone leaked these low-skewed numbers to embarrass the City Girls. “I need to have that number confirmed,” Joe Budden added. “It still sounds unbelievable to me. I’m with you as far as how they counted that. Maybe it’s the pure album sales. Somebody was trying to hurt them during their release.”

One of these was that ‘Pac actually took Jada’s virginity, a romantic bond that she’s denied, and both men were pretty clear that this is just speculation and their own wild theories.

Furthermore, Boosie and Vlad spoke on the various claims that the Baltimore native’s made about the West Coast hip-hop icon. These include his alopecia condition, his proposal to her, and a whole lot more. In fact, the “Wipe Em Down” hitmaker confessed that he loved Jada Pinkett Smith- and still does, to a degree, as she still arouses him. “The Internet is undefeated,” he conceded when talking about the variety of memes that propped up as a result of these bombshell statements.

In regard to these theories and the 40-year-old’s own speculation, he had this to say: “The questions be complicated, but the answer is simple.”

Meanwhile, he also has some thoughts on another ‘Pac story these days: the arrest of his alleged murderer, Keefe D. That’s another tale with a lot of conspiracies and differing views on it, one that will hopefully be more clarified in court. At a recent show, Lil Uzi Vert embodied their inner Rod Wave, jumping off a balcony into the crowd below. Uzi had been standing on the ledge in front of the VIP section, getting the crowd hyped. A couple of times, they leaned back and let the VIPs keep them upright. Then, Uzi carefully hopped over the balcony and jumped about five or six feet into the section below, briefly disappearing before bouncing back up and presumably heading for the stage.

Of course, as mentioned, diving from the balcony has become a staple on Rod Wave’s current tour. Wave has opened his show with a controlled balcony dive on at least two occasions, doing the second one in Kentucky with hometown guest Jack Harlow. While many people have criticized Wave for “glorifying suicide”, the musician seems unperturbed and eager to continue performing the stunt.

Meanwhile, Uzi’s team is currently fighting the rapper about their plans to retire. During a recent tour stop in Chicago, Uzi announced that the upcoming Luv is Rage 3 will be their “final album”. “No, relax. It’s okay. After Luv Is Rage 3, I guess I will go on another tour for Luv Is Rage 3. But after that, I wanna try to live a normal life,” Uzi explained. However, aside from saying a post-Luv is Rage 3 tour, they did not specify a retirement date.

However, the announcement was met with opposition from their label and management agency. “Uzi, please don’t retire! Love, your Generation Now family. Love, your Diop Agency family,” read a billboard in Philadelphia’s Fashion District. It’s clear that the financial powers that be aren’t eager to have Uzi retire, especially after their massive year with The Pink Tape and the promise of Barter 16. It remains to be seen if Uzi goes through the retirement plans after Luv is Rage 3 is released.
