Ja Rule & 50 Cent Beef: Ja Recalls Allegedly Beating Fif During Fight, Says Feud Is “One-Sided”

Ja Rule might not be able to perform his shows in the U.K. as planned, but that’s not stopping the East Coast icon from talking to some of their most prominent media figures. On Tuesday (March 5), Ja appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored, at which time the controversial had plenty of burning questions about another popular New Yorker, 50 Cent. When asked who would win in a fight between him and Fif, the “Always On Time” artist reminded us that he allegedly already knows the answer to that.

“That’s happened already too, Piers. You gotta do your research,” Ja called out Morgan. “I did, Piers,” the rhymer added when asked who came out on top. Afterward, JR referred to his drama with 50 as “one-sided.” He said, “You never see me say anything about him. I just mind my business, do my business… I don’t do the back and forth.” Instead of taking the British interviewer up on his opportunity to send a message out to Curtis Jackson, Ja simply said that he wishes him well. Ja Rule Speaks with Piers Morgan

In his 2014 book, Ja says he once beat Fif up with a bat during the peak of their 2000 feud. “50 tried to swing on me, but I dipped, then I hit him with the baby Louisville Slugger. Bam! I dropped the bat, I pulled the shirt over his head. I started catching him left, right, uppercut,” he claimed.

In other news, 50 Cent has some legal drama with Young Buck to deal with as winter comes to a close. The former G-Unit rapper is attempting to evade the $250K that Fif claims he’s owed with help from his attorneys, but we’re not sure who will come out on top when all is said and done. Rick Ross is no stranger to being unflinchingly himself. That’s the case in a bizarre new video where he steps through an elegantly decorated staircase in an outfit that doesn’t quite meet the scene. He’s sporting some brand new looking white sneakers and a fancy chain, neither of which seem out of the usual. But what did grab the attention of fans is the furry jacket he’s wearing without a shirt underneath. In the comments of a repost of the video plenty of fans cracked jokes at the rappers expense.

“They not censoring Yitties online no more ?” one of the top comments on the post reads. “put a shirt on zigga” another agrees. Others took aim at Ross having his legs out while looking like he hasn’t been putting in the work at the gym recently. “That dude skip all legs days” another one of the top comments suggests. Late last month, Rick Ross dropped a VIP experience to his yearly car show that got fan’s attention. The package offers a stay at his mansion during the show amid a variety of other amenities. The crisis was serious enough that he spent an extended stay in the hospital and required months of recovery. In discussions about the crisis once he recovered he described it in near-death terms. He even claimed that he once saw “the tunnel” during a particularly rough point in his health scare.

Over the weekend, he accepted an award from the African American Film Critics Association. During his speech for getting the Producer’s Award, he reminded everyone just how entertaining he can be. First, he promised to eventually tell his entire story and reveal what happened to him. He clarified that he was going to do it when he’s ready and do it his own way. “My warrants are getting cleaned up. I’ve been paying off fees and getting rid of s**t, talking to certain people to help my situation out,” Rock assured viewers. “Because you know, I have my son. The old me would’ve just turned myself in and dealt with it from inside to outside the jail cell,” she added while welling up with emotion. “Right now I gotta play it cautious because, you know, I don’t plan on being in jail while my son is growing.”

I was in one of the most iconic girl groups and no one recognizes me,” she adds. Afterward, a man conveniently calls out her name, generating an excited reaction, only for Williams to realize he was talking to his dog.

On the topic of Destiny’s Child, earlier this year, nearly all the historic girl group’s members were able to pose for a picture together for the first time. Farrah Franklin was absent, making the moment slightly less than perfect, but still, seeing how much the other five women have grown into themselves over the decades is sweet to see. Jamie Foxx spent much of 2023 out of the public eye as he dealt with an unspecified health crisis. He was reportedly on set working on a project when something pretty serious happened. As a result, he was hospitalized and needed extended recovery time in the following months. He’s already popped up in a few places in 2024 looking like his normal self again. His most recent appearance came African American Film Critics Association Awards over the weekend where he accepted the “Producer’s Award.”

During his acceptance speech, he reminded the crowd just how sharp he can be with one hilarious quip after another. “I’m emotional. I get emotional to even music that I’m not supposed to be emotional to. I was listening to Sexyy Red like, ‘Skee Yee,’” Foxx joked at the start of his speech. He went on to reveal that he has a plan for revealing exactly what happened to him last year. “Now look, everybody wants to know what happened, and I’m going to tell you what happened, but I’m going to do it in my way. I’m going to do it in a funny way. It’s gonna be on the stage. We’re going to go back to the stand-up roots, but I’ll tell you in my way. In the past few months celebrity private jet usage has come under a bit of scrutiny. That’s primarily because of the massive amounts of pollution caused by consistently taking private jet flights. Much of that scrutiny has been focused on by far the biggest polluter among celebs, Taylor Swift. But this time it was Drake volunteering himself to join the private jet discussion, though he’s probably hoping to avoid comments about pollution.

Drizzy took to Instagram earlier today to share a pretty scary video. He was allowed into the cockpit of his private jet where he filmed the pilot and co-pilot making a pretty impressive landing despite no visibility whatsoever. The video gives fans the rare view of what it looks like landing a plane and in this particular instance, the windows are completely blocked out by fog. “There’s a couple landings I love on Air Drake but tbh the low visibility is the most exciting it makes your heart drop a bit…lucky I got the best putting this sh*t wheels down” he captioned the video. Drake Takes Fans Into The Cockpit Of His Private Jet

Last month, Drake dropped the music video for his song “Rich Baby Daddy.” The track originally dropped on his album For All The Dogs last year and features both SZA and Sexyy Red. It’s still lingering on the Hot 100 months later and the video was framed around Red recently giving birth to her second child.
