The Power producer even chimed in on the conversation regarding his project. He shared some throwback snapshots from a marketing photoshoot that found him sharing extreme PDA with a beautiful, nearly nude model.

When Curtis Jackson first shared the photo dump, it wasn’t long before followers began calling him out in the comments. Some were under the impression that the woman in the NSFW images was Ciara. This notably sparked outrage on behalf of the performer’s husband, Russell Wilson. As Page Six points out, she and the “I Get Money” rapper dated from 2007 to 2010, leading many to naturally assume that he tapped her to pose with him. However, a rep for Fif has since provided some clarity on the situation to the outlet.

Earlier this year there were engagement rumours surrounding the pair, but they’ve since denied that gossip.

Tory Lanez is currently going to prison for 10 years following his conviction for shooting Megan Thee Stallion. Overall, this is a case that many were paying attention to. Unfortunately, there were quite a few people who tried to doubt Meg and her story. However, with Tory’s conviction, at least a few minds have been changed. As for Lanez, however, he is currently being roasted online for his hubris before and during the trial.

Last night, Lanez decided to speak out on his sentence for the very first time. As you can tell, he isn’t exactly in the mood to apologize. In his eyes, there still isn’t a shooting to apologize for. “I have never let a hard time intimidate me,” Tory started. “I will never never let no jail time eliminate me. Regardless of how they try to spin my words, I have always maintained my innocence and I always will. The court scheduled Tory Lanez’s sentence after a guilty verdict for shooting Megan Thee Stallion for today (August 7). However, for unclear reasons, the court did not finish proceedings and will instead resume tomorrow (Tuesday, August 8). During these proceedings, Megan did not show up in person, but gave a statement for District Attorney Kathy Ta to relay in the hearing. While we already knew a bit of this statement from the initial report, new details emerged that illuminate her thoughts a little more. Moreover, reported Meghann Cuniff shared the key takeaways of this statement on her Twitter page.

“Megan said she struggled with whether to attend in person,” Cuniff wrote. “Her absence should be seen as her preserving her mental well being. 42 Dugg’s Prison Statement: “I Guess ‘Cause I’m Turnt I Gotta Go Through The Worst!!!”

Just a few days ago, fans of 42 Dugg were sad to find out that he’s facing up to five more years in prison. The rapper previously plead guilty to his charges of failure to surrender earlier this month. On Tuesday (March 28), he gave a brief update on his situation via his Instagram Story. “A lot of these n*ggas got get out jail free cards,” he ranted with white text written over a black screen. “I guess ’cause I’m turnt I gotta go through the worst!!!!!”

To conclude his message, Dugg wrote, “Death Before Dishonour, #FREEDEMBOYZ.” It remains unclear exactly who he was referring to getting “get out of jail free cards,” though he’s obviously carrying some resentment over the ongoing situation. On top of his additional time served, the 28-year-old could have to pay a hefty $250K fine, though that won’t be known for sure until a later date.

As XXL reports, Dugg was arrested in March 2020 as a part of a federal gun probe. Later that same year, he was convicted of felony possession of a firearm, and sentenced to six months at a federal West Virginia prison camp. The Detroit native’s sentence was scheduled to begin on April 12, 2022, but he ultimately failed to show up. That May, he was taken into custody by federal agents at an airport in his hometown.

At first, 42 Dugg plead not guilty, claiming sovereign citizenship which would exempt him from complying with federal law. While he surely felt confident in his defence, the court did not, resulting in the “Maybach” hitmaker’s recent plea. Five years being added to his sentence would obviously be the worst-case scenario, but it’s worth noting that the court is recommending six months for his failure to surrender. The next time we’ll see the recording artist in court is on May 10 for his sentencing hearing. 6ix9ine Assault: Police Issue Statement

Authorities in Lake Worth just issued a statement regarding the assault on 6ix9ine that took place on Tuesday (March 21). Moreover, South Florida police posted via Twitter that they seek help in this case and are accepting any information. Given the rapper’s reputation as a snitch, which likely fueled the attack, it became a curious turn of events. Still, it’s no reason to brutally beat the “GUMMO” artist, as is shown in various social media clips surfacing online. Following that, on Wednesday (March 22), the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office addressed the situation.

“Last night, our deputies responded to an incident at LA Fitness (8000 Block of Lantana Rd) in Lake Worth,” the official police statement read. “An altercation occurred between several individuals, leaving [6ix9ine] Daniel Hernandez injured. Hernandez was transported to a local hospital to be treated for non life-threatening injuries.” Moreover, he was locked in a room by gym staff after the incident, who rushed him to safety. “We need your help!” the statement continued. “If you have any information, please contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-458-TIPS or stay anonymous by downloading the PBSO app for Apple or Android.”

Britney Spears asked fans to respect her privacy after police rushed to her home due to prank calls from fans. Moreover, police visited the star singer’s home for a check-in after callers reported “suspicious activity.” While they might’ve referred to her deleting her Instagram account, Spears still said it was too much.

“As everyone knows the police were called to my home based on some prank phone calls,” she wrote on social media. She said she loves and adores her fans, but this instance was an invasion on privacy. “The police never entered my home and when they came to my gate they quickly realized there was no issue and left immediately.

“This felt like I was being gaslit and bullied once the incident made it to the news and being portrayed once again in a poor and unfair light by the media,” she continued. “During this time in my life, I truly hope the public and fans who I care so much about can respect my privacy moving forward. Moreover, TMZ reported that authorities went to her house “out of an abundance of caution”. Also, this news follows a public outing with her husband Sam Ashgari which people witnessed. Furthermore, TMZ alleged that she had a “bizarre meltdown” and “stormed out” afterwards.

03 Greedo Says He’s Free From Jail, But Not Out Yet

03 Greedo just released a statement explaining that, even though he’s out of jail, he’s not quite free yet. While authorities granted him parole and announced his release earlier this year, it seems that there’s still some ground to cover. Moreover, the L.A. MC made an Instagram post explaining the ordeal.

“Yes, I am free from prison but I am still not completely out,” he wrote. “For anyone confused I am in a halfway house for up to 6 months with a five minute phone call a week.”

Although officials locked him up in 2018 after a 2016 arrest, don’t think that he hasn’t kept busy. In fact, just when his parole was announced, he released the Free 03 mixtape to fans’ surprise. Additionally, the 15-track project featured appearances from Drakeo The Ruler, OhGeesy, KenTheMan, and the BlueBucksClan. Also, it was entirely produced by Mike Free.

“Where I am I just want to see my daughter and record music,” he continued. “I wish I could have released alot more music while I was away. So, I have this chip on my shoulder to just go record n drop at least 12 tapes before my major album and I honestly just don’t want to talk to alot of people yet. I got a lot I want to clear in my head first.”

Moreover, the 35-year-old’s relationships in the industry were strong and will last for all time. When his friend Drakeo The Ruler passed last year, Greedo made a tribute post to his “evil twin.” Later on in his recent statement, he talks about his mindset following his ordeal.

“So, if I’m not recording with you or laying with you, I’m not inna rush to talk after damn near 5 years,” he wrote. “Just being honest! Salute to the GeeHive and all my supporters, I love you. Thank u for keeping me alive while I was incarcerated.
