The two were at sea, and Uzi was living it up on the boat. Although we don’t know exactly where they were, it seems as though they were outside of the United States. Either way, it is a special occasion that we’re sure the couple is never going to forget.
JT is coming off of a pretty moment of her own as she dropped off the album City Cinderella. The album turned out to be a huge success, especially with how she rolled it out. As for Uzi, they are reportedly gearing up to drop Eternal Atake 2. However, it is unclear whether or not that is actually going to happen. 50 Cent recently discussed his long-standing issues with Diddy for a new cover story with The Hollywood Reporter. In doing so, he revealed the moment he was no longer comfortable being around him. When the outlet asked about the intense trolling of the Bad Boy mogul he’s been doing as well as why he avoids so-called Diddy parties, 50 recalled one strange encounter between the two.
“He asked to take me shopping,” 50 remarked. “I thought that was the weirdest sh*t in the world because that might be something that a man says to a woman. And I’m just like, ‘Naw, I’m not f*cking with this weird energy or weird sh*t,’ coming off the way he was just moving. From that, I wasn’t comfortable around him.”

From there, 50 discussed his past relationship with Diddy and clarified that it was more of a work dynamic than a friendship. “It was mostly work. I wouldn’t call it a friendship because there wouldn’t be disappointment between us if we didn’t speak to each other,” he said. “[Diddy’s ex] Jennifer Lopez actually told him he should work with me as songwriter in the beginning. Benzino hasn’t always enjoyed the best relationship with his daughter and rapper Coi Leray. The pair have traded words on social media multiple times, but their issues got to a head in May when she said publicly that she wanted nothing to do with him. Coi’s outburst came after her father defended disgraced and imprisoned R&B legend R. Kelly. This isn’t the first time Coi Leray and Benzino have gone against each other. Their internal problems have played out publicly and seem never-ending. Here’s a history of the father-daughter pair’s turbulent relationship.
Benzino, known for his rap career and co-ownership of Source Magazine, welcomed Coi in May 1997. Her mother remains unidentified and out of the spotlight. Growing up as the only girl among six children, Coi had a mixed experience of privilege and hardship. She described her childhood in an interview with Paper Magazine in 2019, revealing that after Benzino lost his job at Source Magazine and split from her mom, the family struggled financially. In another chat with Vlad TV, she recounted working at 16 and dropping out of school in the 10th grade, which humbled her.
January 2021: The Beginning Of Coi Leray & Benzino’s Feud
Coi and Benzino’s relationship hasn’t always been rocky. He gave her the platform to rise to stardom via his YouTube channel. Coi also previously spoke about how her father’s work ethic inspired her. Despite the praise, she trashed Benzino in her 2021 song, “No More Parties.” Coi rapped, “My daddy let me down, but I promise you, I won’t let up/I wanna say f**k that man but the s**t won’t make me better.”
A displeased Benzino responded via Instagram, lamenting how Coi tarnished his name for a storyline. He also claimed to be there for Coi all her life and said she was raised in a mansion. He said, “Coi had everything she wanted. I was flying Coi to meet every summer, every Spring Break, every—she was in Miami. I got her in a movie… Every Christmas, Thanksgiving, she’s with me.” However, Coi responded to her dad on social media by saying she was embarrassed to be his daughter. Not backing down, Benzino said he found Coi’s comments disrespectful, adding that her words can never be forgiven or forgotten. He also blamed her mom and the industry’s corruptive forces for her behavior.
A month after trading words with her father on social media, Coi offered an olive branch to her dad by tweeting that she loves him forever and always. However, he called her out, saying she was insincere. Father and daughter eventually settled their feud. Benzino shared his love for Coi in another post. He wrote, “I have one daughter on this earth and I love her dearly. All this drama is now over, please respect that and move on.” In another post, he wrote, “Love you more CC and I’m sorry, if you felt wasn’t there when you needed me I should’ve been and I truly apologize, no excuses.”
Coi and Benzino feuded again ahead of the release of her debut album Trendsetter. Coi went on social media and claimed her dad was sending threats to her and her mom because she called him “broke” during an appearance on The Breakfast Club. In November 2023, Coi appeared on Angie Martinez’s IRL Podcast. During the interview, Angie asked her how her dad deals with her success. “At first it was rocky, because I felt like he couldn’t handle my success. I felt like it came from an envious place, which is okay, cause he’s human, and it’s fine,” she said. “He’s one of those people that feel like ‘Yo, I still have a story to tell.’”
Benzino responded to those comments via social media. In a now-deleted Instagram post, he described her words as the most ridiculous thing he had ever heard. Of course, the Atlanta rapper was not happy at all with this, but compared to other combative responses that he’s had for folks, this came across as much more dismissive and mocking. After all, he was laughing the whole thing off by the end, so at least things didn’t get too confrontational.

Elsewhere, Momma Dee also blasted Hunxho for allegedly cheating on Keyshia Cole, and posited that younger men like older women because they have a motherly aspect to them. As such, they can depend on another woman being more mature and doing the everyday stuff while they still enjoy their youthful ignorance. Dee thinks that some men just want older women to take care of them.
Throughout this specific live session, Momma Dee also brought up Scrappy and the wider L&HH: Atlanta universe with her remarks and references. Things have always been pretty contentious in that field, especially between those two and Lil Scrappy’s relationship with Bambi. We wonder if these differing commentaries on Hunxho and Keyshia Cole’s situation will also cause some old wounds to refresh. Either way, that’s drama that seemingly keeps on giving.
Meanwhile, Hunxho and Keyshia Cole are still flaunting each other online and, in Cole’s case, taking a lot of criticism and speculation head-on. We wonder if Momma Dee will get the chance to speak with her friend in a way that doesn’t come across as so gossip-heavy. Tyrese Gibson has accused his ex-wife of fraud. He claims that Norma Mitchell Gibson, his ex-wife, didn’t have their child’s best interests at heart. Tyrese also claims his ex-wife disregarded court orders on several occasions. He alleges that the handling of money for their child was dishonest, resulting in money being owed to him. Tyrese’s dispute with his ex-wife led him to seek assistance from the Los Angeles County Superior Court. On Tuesday, April 30, the singer-actor shared court filings and talked about his legal dispute with his spouse on social media.
On Instagram, Tyrese boldly shared his side of the story, expressing his struggles and his need for justice in the ongoing dispute. He stated, “I’m finally addressing because I have to… I’ve read your comments, so here’s my response. He continued, writing, “The days of me suffering in silence and living in fear are over….. 167 pages filed in the Los Angeles courthouse, 111 Hill Street… No lies and no goofy s###…. Everything in these court docs has real receipts attached….”

Tyrese Gibson said his ex-wife owes almost $25,000 for not covering half of his daughter’s tuition. He seeks to charge his ex-wife with fraud and disobeying court-mandated directions. The actor claimed that his ex-wife had “engaged in transactions using other people’s information and accounts.” He discovered this alleged fraud after recognizing her handwriting in the signature of a tuition check that was allegedly signed by himself.
In addition, Tyrese Gibson reported to the police his ex-wife wrongfully paid $2,134 toward his daughter’s tuition. He believed that his ex-wife went around his back to make the payment that he did not authorize. He alleges she had gotten in touch with the school to approve the payment. The school also declined to pay him back for it after he asked to be compensated. He Wrote on Instagram, “Sadly, when f### s### is done to MEN it doesn’t matter.” He continued, “I got nothing to lose but my peace and sanity… I got it…. was born a man so none of thin these court documents will ever matter….” Overall, the situation is a bad one for Tyrese. Hopefully, he and his ex-wife can work this out for the sake of their child.
Lil Scrappy and Keyshia Cole are going at it online after the former questioned the latter’s relationship with Hunxho. After she heard that he was calling into question the authenticity of their bond and accusing their labels of pushing them together, she blasted him on Twitter. “And what hurts the most is SCRAPPY SAYING THAT S**T!” Cole expressed. “Naw nicca u get paid to (Fake a relationship) like U SAID. Like what are they even talking about. Tryna get clicks. Hopefully this helps.” Turns out that L&HH: Atlanta star didn’t respond with the same energy, instead trolling her by playing her song “Love” on Instagram Live.
“Lord have mercy, can we get a Grammy for this one?” Lil Scrappy remarked to the camera, given that Keyshia Cole actually lost the award for this song back in the day. However, there is a pretty ironic element to all of this discussion that a lot of folks have seemingly missed. Both Scrappy and Hunxho starred in Sexyy Red’s music video with Summer Walker for “I Might,” as the latter acted as Sexyy’s new boo and the former as her ex. As such, maybe they are closer than folks think and there’s actually some truth to this, but for the most part, it seems like folks are just going about the wrong way to react to an unexpected but still legit relationship.
Elsewhere, Scrappy is also dealing with Erica Dixon dating rumors, something that even their daughter Emani chimed into with a new TikTok post. In it, she asks her mom to dance or “go back to her baby daddy,” and then added the following caption to the video in question. “She not dancing hard enough yall… i think she going back,” Emani wrote, much to fans’ gossip-fueled amusement. It seems like Keyshia Cole would still have plenty of ammunition to fire back at him with if they chose to really air out each other’s flings.
Meanwhile, the hit song “Love” is still getting plenty of it today, including a recent cover of it from Puma Curry, Erykah Badu’s daughter. It’s an ironic song to soundtrack all this back and forth, though. We’ll see whether there is any more to talk about here in the near future. After all, Keyshia Cole and Scrappy don’t back down easy, and we all know that there’s a lot of beef in the air right now.

Moreover, he recently quote-tweeted a mirror selfie that she posted on the social media platform, with a very simple and hard to misinterpret message: “Hiii.” When fans pointed out that the Clayton County MC is already (presumably) taken, the Fairfax native wasted no time in doubling down. “Why they ain’t never post each other???” he responded to a fan who pointed this out, whereas when another user told him to “Focus,” he simply said, “I’m focused… on her.”
