Loaded Lux Isn’t Dead, T-Rex Confirms After Death Rumors Go Viral

Despite a false rumor that spread like wildfire on Twitter after a Monday night report (March 18), Loaded Lux did not pass away like fans thought. For those unaware, fake news emerged on Monday evening that someone had murdered him, which led many fans to take to social media to express their shock, grief, and condolences. Fortunately, though, those close to the “Ain’t Gon’ Hold Ya” battle rapper were quick to dispel these rumors come Tuesday morning (March 19), although it was by the time he had become a Top Ten trending topic on Twitter. Chayna Ashley, for example, spoke to fellow Dot Mob member T-Rex, who is also his close friend.

“Lux is good! Just confirmed with Rex,” she revealed on Twitter on Monday night. T-Rex also took to Instagram to confirm this, sharing a “note” with his friends that “Bro is Good we just spoke” and that “Load still loading.” Another Loaded Lux affiliate, Un Kasa, also confirmed that his Harlem partner was alive. However, Kasa shed light on some dark context behind this rumor, as it was actually a family member of Lux who had been killed. As such, the DJ Premier collaborator is probably in a process of grief right now, and it must be odd, difficult, and heavy to reckon with rumors of your own passing on top of that.

Un Kasa Speaks On Loaded Lux Death Rumors: Watch

Elsewhere, though, Loaded Lux made headlines recently for a more curious, unexpected, but nonetheless compelling interaction. For those unaware, he appeared on Chad “Ochocino” Johnson and Shannon Sharpe’s show Nightcap to call out the former’s criticisms of Ultimate Rap League stars (URL) and to confront him about his own pen skills. Ochocino actually went on URL afterwards and faced off against DNA and Charlie Clips, and people seemed to appreciate this crossover and appreciation. Maybe he will need to be a more frequent guest on URL, and vice versa for Lux on Nightcap.

Meanwhile, the “K.I.L.L.A.S.” MC will probably comment on Ocho’s performance again, and might open the door for more pop culture recognitions of battle rap. Our prayers and condolences go out to him, his loves one, and those of his fallen family member. Hopefully brighter days are ahead. For more news and updates on Loaded Lux, come back to HNHH.

Jay-Z Album In 2024 Isn’t Coming, Roc Nation Suggests In Clarifying Tweet

Unfortunately, it looks like the rumors sparked by director Hidji World that Jay-Z is coming out with a new album in 2024 were just that: rumors. Moreover, the Roc Nation Twitter account recently responded to coverage of these teases with the disappointing phrase “That’s news to us.” Of course, this could just be some cheeky misdirection, but it’s most likely a legitimate effort to quell any announcements or excitement. However, even getting this direct response to this is quite telling, because there are always rumors about when he’s going to drop something. As such, this door isn’t fully closed yet, although it’s getting hard to see the light in between the crack.

Furthermore, this is what Hov himself had to say to Gayle King about the idea of coming out with a new album. “I already [used the word ‘retirement’], I can’t do that ever again,” Jay-Z remarked. “I’ll say I wanna make music, but it has to be something important. I don’t wanna just make a bunch of tunes. That’s not gonna serve me. It won’t feed me, first of all. I have to be saying something important. It has to mean something, you know? It has to mean something to a larger society.”

Roc Nation Debunks Jay-Z Album Rumors

Not only that, but this is far from the only rumor of a new Jay-Z album to sprout in recent months. Again, it appears to be the only one that Roc Nation directly responded to, so take that as you wish. Regardless, another speculative streak began when a special case went up for auction from his “The Book Of HOV” exhibit at the Brooklyn Public Library. In this case, there are thirteen slots for each of the 54-year-old’s album, and a fourteenth one which is empty.

Was this just a design decision or legitimate confirmation that the New York MC has one more in the tank? Perhaps we’ll never know, and we’d bet that we certainly won’t know in the near future. But within every hip-hop fan is a dream that their favorite rapper will pick the mic up again somehow, and that’s important to believe in, no matter how delusional. What do you think will happen? Let us know in the comments down below and stay posted on HNHH for the latest news on Jay-Z.

Young Thug Suicide Vest Theory Disproved After Rapper’s Court Appearance

Young Thug and YSL’s RICO trial is back underway following a break after someone stabbed a codefendant. Moreover, folks are buzzing around the rumor mill right now based on his appearance during a recent hearing that elicited concern from many online. For those unaware, Thugger appeared to wear a wire of sorts during the court session on Tuesday (January 2), which many assumed could be an electrical shock device or a suicide vest. This caused many to call his mental health to attention, although it seems like fans expressed worry over something relatively harmless. Furthermore, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution‘s Jozesef Papp took to Twitter the following day (Wednesday, January 3) to clarify the situation.

“Confirmed that Young Thug was wearing a heating pad under his sweater,” Papp tweeted. “The courtroom doesn’t feel that cold today but I wonder if it was yesterday. #YSL.” In fact, it’s actually a bit ironic that people started to make a fuss over what he wore to his trial proceedings. For example, the Atlanta trap pioneer recently plugged an in-progress apparel brand on social media while still behind bars. As such, we wonder what other moves he’s making outside of his legal trouble, and whether he’ll rep a piece or two in court.

Young Thug Wore A Heating Device To Court, Reporter Confirms

Elsewhere, other rap figures like Ralo are chiming in on this YSL trial. “Young Thug [trial] weak as f**k,” he expressed on social media. “I can’t even believe they giving Jeff ah hard time like that for them weak a** charges. They might [as] well just let him go. I feel like they just trying blame him for s**t n***as around him was doing. That s**t l*me!!! Man ain’t no way Shawty just got on that stand against his childhood friend. I rather die ah thousand deaths before I do some s**t like that.”

Meanwhile, another rapper to give his take– and a fellow Atlanta native– was JID, who expressed frustration with the prosecution’s poorly organized case. Of course, he wants to see Jeffery as free as anyone else, but everything has to be fair. So far, we can’t confidently say that the YSL trial has been that so far, something that the prosecution hopefully fixes moving forward. DJ Quik Debunks Story About Him Having A Third Child

DJ Quik (or so we believed) recently made many rap fans jerk their heads around when he alleged that he had a secret third child. Moreover, the G-funk legend seemingly took to Facebook to share a story of how he got into contact with his daughter Alcinina. Not only that, but the post even remarked on how he feels regret over certain decisions he made as a father and family man in his life. However, the shock of this news was quickly replaced by another shock: turns out this was all fake. The West Coast rapper appeared to go back on his word by denying these claims on social media, and further digging yielded an answer.

First, reports from HipHopDX suggest that DJ Quik reached out to them first to debunk these rumors. “Hey peoples, that Paternity story is false, I don’t have Facebook,” he reportedly messaged the publication on Monday (August 28). In addition, the Compton native also took to his Instagram Story to make this publicly known to his followers on the social media account he actually has. “Ay. So, someone is doing a hit job on Ya Boy on Facebook,” Quik wrote.

DJ Quik Clears Up Fake Third Child Confession

Many were bamboozled by the third child claim because of how honest and heartfelt it came off. “I wanted to take a moment to address something that’s been on my mind lately,” DJ Quik’s impersonator wrote. “I wasn’t going to say anything publicly, but I believe in transparency and honesty. It’s true- I not only have two kids, but I also have three beautiful children. Recently, I had a deep conversation with my daughter, Alcinina, about the past and the feelings of abandonment she experienced. It was a tough conversation, but we talked it out, and I want to make it clear that I love all of my kids deeply.

“My goal now is to be the best father I can be for all of my children,” the fake post continued. “They are my world, and I will do everything in my power to support and nurture them. Family means everything to me, and I cherish the opportunity to grow and learn from my experiences as a father.” For more news and the latest updates on DJ Quik, stay logged into HNHH.

Model Accused Of Being Pregnant With Lil Meech’s Child Squashes Rumors

Lil Meech and Summer Walker are no strangers to controversy when it comes to their relationship. Last month, rumors swirled about Lil Meech allegedly cheating on Walker with a woman who was pictured wearing his chain. The situation got ugly, with the alleged other woman, Meech, and Walker all weighing in on social media. DMs were leaked and shots were fired, but ultimately, the couple stuck things out. The pair just recently attended the 2023 BET Awards, where they appeared to be doing just fine.

Today, however, screenshots that reportedly portrayed DMs between Walker and another woman hit the internet. In the DMs, the woman claiming to be model Tiffany Fadhel appears to tell Walker that Lil Meech has been cheating on her. “Hey girl, I just wanted to come to you woman to woman before I go to the blogs,” the person posing as Walker wrote. “Me and Meech have been seeing each other [for] the past four months and now I am pregnant. He blocked me on social media so I can’t even reach him and he changed his phone number. So maybe you can relay the message since he decided to ghost me.”

Model Says She Doesn’t Even Know Lil Meech

The DMs show Walker allegedly responding by asking the person for Meech’s phone number in order to prove their claims. Lil Meech immediately refuted accusations that he cheated on Walker, even threatening to get the model’s job involved if she didn’t stop discussing them. Now, the model in question has taken to social media to squash the rumors. According to Fadhel, the account appearing to be messaging Walker in the screenshots is the fake account of someone posing as her. It’s unclear whether Walker actually exchanged messages with the account, or if the screenshots themselves were also fake.

“THAT IS A FAKE PAGE OF ME! IT CAN BE A WHOLE N***A BEHIND THAT PAGE,” Fadhel wrote in an Instagram comment. She continued, “IM NOT PREGNANT I DON’T KNOW MEECH NEVER SPOKE TO HIM! THE PAGE MAKING THESE ALLEGATIONS IS A FAKE PAGE.”
