Paul Pierce has decided to weigh in on the hottest topic in hip hop. Pierce recently shared his opinion on the Drake and Kendrick Lamar feud that has taken the internet by storm. Pirce shared videos of himself listening to “Taylor Made Freestyle, “the latest diss from Drake. The diss track uses AI to use the voice of the late great West Coast icons Tupac Shakur and Snoop Dogg. Paul Pirce is from Los Angeles, hailing from Inglewood, so he is West Coast through and through. That didn’t stop him from vibing to Drake’s new diss.

Pierce took in the bars from Drizzy and sounded the alarm for Kendrick Lamar. The beef between the two rap juggernauts doesn’t look like it’s going to stop any time soon. “Taylor Made Freestyle” is Drake’s second diss launched at Kendrick Lamar following his first response, “Push Ups.” The world is anticipating a response from Lamar, who is bidding his time. Fans like Pierce are getting a little frustrated waiting for a response, as evidenced by his Instagram post.

Paul Pierce Victim Of L.A. Home Invasion, $100K In Cash & Valuable Watches Stolen

Paul Pierce was supposed to have an exciting week. Overall, this is because he was tapped to be on Undisputed with Skip Bayless. He had his first appearance this week, and so far, the reviews have been solid. However, he unfortunately has to deal with some personal headaches amidst all of the positive career updates. According to TMZ, this is because Pierce had his home broken into over the weekend. In fact, this happened in Los Angeles on Friday night, while Pierce was away from his home.

As the report explains, the perpetrators were able to make off with about $100K in cash. Moreover, they took a safe with them, and some valuable watches. This is a whole lot of money, and it could very well be lost forever. However, the police are currently working on an investigation. They are looking at any kind of surveillance footage they can get their hands on. Considering this news, it should go without saying that no one has been arrested. At this stage, they are still trying to make sense of it all.

They had solid chemistry and every single episode of Undisputed was entertaining. However, Bayless ruined it and Sharpe decided to go elsewhere. Now, Sharpe and Stephen A. Smith have teamed up for monster ratings on First Take. Furthermore, Shannon has been doing huge numbers on YouTube with Club Shay Shay.

As for Undisputed, the show has been doing horrific numbers since Shannon left. Skip and his no-hosts haven’t been able to find their footing, and FS1 is scrambling. In fact, according to The New York Post, the show is looking to add an NBA legend into the mix. Yes, that’s right folks, Paul Pierce is going to be on Undisputed, or at least that is what the reports say. Pierce was great on ESPN and he is someone whose hot takes get people riled up. Simply put, he has the potential to be a ratings saver.

If the reports are indeed true, then Skip Bayless and FS1 are in luck. The NBA playoffs are coming up next month, and that is a huge time to capitalize on interest around the NBA. However, there is no telling if this would even work. Fans have already seen Undisputed without Sharpe, and by and large, they don’t like it. If this strategy does not work out for them, then Undisputed might have to say goodbye. As for Bayless, who knows what this means for his career?

Lil Duval has responded to users criticizing Paul Pierce for flirting with Rubi Rose on Twitter over the weekend. Rose had posted a photo of herself in a pair of boy shorts with a caption that read, “Wake up to a bad b*tch.” In the replies, Pierce admitted that he has a “crush” on Rose. While plenty of fans trolled the former NBA champion for the post, the model responded: “Text me then 4046899173 [rose emoji].” Users were unhappy with the age gap between the 46-year-old Pierce and the 26-year-old Rose.

In responding to the posts, Duval compared the situation to that of Yung Miami and Diddy. “Women prove how hypocritical they are everyday on here. How yall mad at Paul Pierce for shooting his shot at Rubi Rose. But praise young Miami and Diddy?” In another post, he added: “How you can say you want a man that teach u something but not like older men? [laughing emojis] Y’all really just be talking.”

Rubi Rose dropped her phone number on social media in response to former NBA star Paul Pierce. Pierce had originally tweeted “my crush” after seeing Rose link up with N3on at a recent event. In response, Rose quote-tweeted Pierce’s tweet with one of her “Text me then 4046899173 .” As mentioned, this comes just a few days after Rose joined a N3on livestream, sparking rumors that Rose is rizzing up the streamer amid his relationship drama.

Of course, Paul got a lot of hate for shooting his shot at Rose. “Bro older than his jerseys about “my crush”. “Damn my guy u ugly as hell,” Pierce shot back alongside a bunch of emojis. Pierce has garnered a bit of a reputation for being a wild card but all this came out of left field. However, will something happen between the two? We’ll have to wait and see. Rubi Rose Shows Out At Hawks Game

Meanwhile, Rose also showed out at an Atlanta Hawks game this week. Rose looked ready to play in a pair of denim shorts, although the cowboy boots may have made it a little hard to dunk. She had fun with the flirty photoshoot, blowing some kisses and turning around to flaunt her figure. “I just want a n-gga i can ball with,” she captioned her post of the event. The Hawks eventually won out 129-120. At the time of writing, the Hawks are 4-2 while the Wizards are 1-5 to begin the season.

Someone else who got wrapped up in Rose’s appearance was Wizards player Jordan Poole. The Wizards were the Hawks’ opponents for the game that Rose attended. Much attention was paid to Poole throwing an off-the-backboard alley-oop to Kyle Kuzma…despite it being the third quarter and the Wizards were down 20. Dwyane Wade Brushes Off Latest Paul Pierce Beef

In a recent appearance on It Is What It Is, Paul Pierce took aim at his longtime rival, Dwyane Wade. “My skills went unappreciated because I didn’t get to play with a lot of great players,” Pierce told Cam’ron and Ma$e when discussing the lack of consistent success in his long NBA career. Furthermore, Pierce said that if his “Big Three” with Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen had come together sooner, he would have multiple NBA rings. This of course was widely taken as a knock against Wade and the implication that Wade’s success came from his partnership with LeBron and Chris Bosh.

It’s hard to put up a 1-to-1 comparison of the two players, namely because they didn’t play the same position. However, Wade is widely considered the better play. He put up better points and assists per game as well as being the better shooter. Of course, Pierce had a three-point shot that Wade didn’t. However, at the end of the day, they are both Hall of Fame players with iconic careers. Wade just happens to have more rings than Pierce. Furthermore, instead of re-igniting a mostly dormant beef, Wade just found Pierce’s new comments kind of amusing.

Wade Takes A Playful Jab At Pierce

“Rent’s expensive in America and I’m living rent-free,” Wade told The Dan Le Batard Show. “This is why I love the media. It’s documented. I don’t need to say anything, everything is documented. I’ll just let y’all talk about all that, it sounds better from y’all anyway. I’m done playing the game of basketball, I’m not comparing myself to someone who’s playing the game or not playing the game. That’s not my challenge anymore…I went and got my Avengers. And everybody was mad that I got to play with different guys.”

Of course, Paul Pierce isn’t the only person who has been talking a little bit of trash about Wade. Fellow 2023 Hall of Famer Dirk Nowitzki also opened up about Wade in a recent interview. “I wouldn’t say we’re friends,” the Mavs icon said. “I think there’s a mutual sense of respect for each other’s career and obviously were cordial. There’s no bad blood, obviously, anymore. We all moved on, things were said on both sides or done that neither side liked, but that’s part of competition at the highest level.”

For instance, he has said that he is a better hooper than Dwyane Wade. This is one of the many statements that has gotten him into trouble. Moreover, his infamous Instagram Live antics ultimately got him fired from ESPN. Now, however, he seems to be doing quite well for himself over at Showtime where he talks basketball with Kevin Garnett.

If you are a big fan of Paul Pierce, then you probably follow him on social media. If you are a big hater of Paul Pierce, then you also probably follow him on social media. Overall, he is someone who is easy to troll as he is constantly clapping back at people. It truly does not matter how many followers you have. If Pierce sees an opportunity to troll you, he is going to do it. On Sunday night, that is exactly what took place on Twitter, now called X.

One person responded to Pierce, saying “[he] went from comparing himself to DWade to obese Twitter users.” Subsequently, Pierce clapped back yet again, this time saying, “y’all got the most to say dummy.” Needless to say, it was yet another classic Pierce moment on social media.

At this point, it would probably be best for him to ignore the haters. After all, they haven’t done anything significant enough to earn a response. Paul Pierce Doesn’t Believe Dame Lillard Gets The Miami Heat A Ring

Damian Lillard formally requested a trade on July 2, citing the Miami Heat as his preferred destination. However, with Lillard not holding a no-trade clause, the Blazers have been steadfast in seeking the best deal for the team. This has been a problem for the Heat, who haven’t been wowing the Blazers with their Tyler Herro-centric offers. Meanwhile, Lillard’s agent has reportedly been contacting prospective Lillard suitors and telling them to back off. Reportedly, Aaron Gordon has told teams that they would get an “unhappy” version of Lillard if he was sent to a team other than the Heat.

According to Aaron Fentress of Oregon Live, “The Blazers, according to NBA sources, are seeking in the neighborhood of four first-round picks and two quality players.” This sounds like an equitable package for what they would be giving up in Lillard. Fentress more recently reported that the Portland Trail Blazers and Miami Heat are “pretty close” to finalizing a deal that would send Damian Lillard to South Beach. According to Aaron J. Fentress, Miami has offered three first-round picks, guard Tyler Herro, salary filler, and potentially a young player. However, Paul Pierce isn’t buying the hype.

Paul Pierce Says Lillard Heat Are A First-Round Team

“You put them three together [Butler, Adebayo, Lillard], they won’t make it out the first round,” Pierce declared on the Blue Wire Podcast. “You gotta understand how they got to the championship this year. A lot of this had to do with they depth. A lot of this had to do with they depth and a lot of guys playing way above they pay grade. Caleb, Anthony, these guys were averaging 20 points on Boston. We ain’t seen them do that. Duncan Robinson…To get Dame, they gone. You gonna have to gut that team out. They lost Vincent, Strus, A’ight, what’d Strus do? He was killer. Vincent? 20. Caleb? 20.” Pierce’s cohosts were completely taken by Pierce’s assertions…except he’s completely right. Sure, maybe “first round” is a little over the top, but he’s right.

We know that if the Heat acquire Dame, Tyler Herro is gone. That’s 20 ppg off the board. At least one young player gone as well, that’s another 5 to 10 ppg off the board. All this in a conference with Milwaukee, Boston, Philadelphia, etc. Yes, Miami wants Dame and Dame wants Miami. But Dame wants to win in Miami. Is Lillard minus whatever depth you give up for him really going to win you a championship over Denver, Phoenix, Golden State, or the Lakers? So sure, Paul Pierce is being a little dramatic, but he is absolutely right that a Big Three with no depth cannot win a title.

Stephen A. Smith Berates Paul Pierce For Recent Behavior

Stephen A. Smith is someone who can be extremely blunt with his opinions. Overall, he has never cared who he may offend with his commentary. Consequently, there are some people out there who straight up don’t like him. However, there are plenty of others who appreciate his approach to sports journalism. At the end of the day, he and Skip Bayless are pioneers of the industry, and it has been a pleasure to watch them anger people for over a decade.

That said, Stephen A. now has his very own show where he speaks on whatever he wants. Recently, he decided to comment on the recent antics enacted by Paul Pierce. This past week, he appeared drunk on a livestream with Kevin Garnett. He derailed the stream and while some thought it was funny, Smith felt like it was a bad sign. In fact, he went off on Pierce, claiming that this behavior has dated back to his dismissal from ESPN. Overall, Stephen A. believes this behavior is simply beneath Pierce, and he should strive to do better.

“Things started to go off the rails quickly because fans noticed that Paul Pierce was apparently drunk, or at least his behavior seemed to be that of an individual who was drunk, slurring his speech, and all of this other stuff,” Stephen said. “There’s certain stuff that you just can’t do, not when you’re working in corporate America, damn sure. Not when you’re working for Disney [which owns ESPN]. Don’t act like you didn’t know what the moral clause is. You looked like you had a lot of strippers in your house. You have some weed going on everywhere in, alcohol and all of this other stuff.”
