Cardi B Announces She Has Given Birth To Her Third Child, Just Weeks After Revealing She Was Pregnant

Just over a month ago, Cardi B confirmed that she was pregnant with her third child. It turns out she was pretty far along at the time, as she confirmed today (September 12) that she has given birth.

She revealed the news with a gallery of photos and videos on Instagram. The post shows that Offset and their shared children Kulture and Wave were at the hospital with Cardi.

In the post caption, Cardi confirms she gave birth on September 7 and also writes, “The prettiest lil thing.”

When Cardi announced her pregnancy, she wrote, “With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power! Reminded me that I can have it all! You’ve reminded me that I never have to choose between life, love, and my passion! I love you so much and can not wait for you to witness what you helped me accomplish, what you pushed me to do! It’s so much easier taking life’s twists, turns and test laying down, but you, your brother and your sister have shown me why it’s worth it to push through!”

Offset and Cardi B are heading towards splitsville after the “Enough (Miami)” rapper formally filed for divorce. But with two children together and third on the way estranged couple have been spotted together as to not disrupt their family structure.

However, users online believe that one of the parties have found a new boo. After a photo (viewable here) of Offset attending a New York Fashion Week event posed next to Bad Gyal went viral, people assumed that he was soft launching his new girlfriend. However, yesterday (September 7), Offset denied the rumor by way of a X (formerly Twitter) post.

“I took a pic with Anna Wintour the same way,” he wrote. “I CAME ALONE 🧢.”

Although Bad Gyal, a Spanish singer, model and DJ, attended CFDA’s NYFW ribbon cutting ceremony at Rockefeller Center on September 6 she wasn’t the only women entertainer present. TDE’s multi-hyphenate talent Doechii was also invited as a special guest. In a subtle upload in her Instagram Stories, Bad Gyal seemingly shut down the report posting an image of her, Doechii, and Offset together.

This isn’t the first time Offset came forward to diss dating rumors. In December 2023, Offset slammed Blueface’s claim that he was secretly involved with his ex and son’s mother, reality TV personality and rapper Chrisean Rock.

Offset Pays Tribute To Rich Homie Quan And Explains How Fatherhood Impacted His Music

Offset was one of many superstars in attendance at Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Power Players 2024 event. During a brief interview with Kyle Denis, he let the outlet know that there’s a lot else on his mind apart from his upcoming third child with Cardi B. Specifically, the former Migo spoke on his love of Fashion Week, which city he prefers for it, and which songs pumped him up to attend the Billboard event. However, the most salient and compelling parts of the brief conversation came when he spoke on the impact that fatherhood has had on his musical and artistic endeavors, plus when he paid tribute to the memory of the late Rich Homie Quan.

First, Offset asserted that his experience as a father over the past 15 years or so (Cardi B’s third child will be his sixth) has definitely contributed to his creative process. “You know, it makes you grow up,” he told Billboard‘s Denis. “It makes you pay attention and switch the things that you talk about in your music, you know what I mean? It makes me give a little context to the music now.” Even though he and Cardi are no longer together, their family will surely continue to brighten their lives both in professional and personal ways.

Offset Sends Rich Homie Quan’s Family His Condolences

Then, Offset was asked whether he has anything to say to Rich Homie Quan’s family as they mourn his loss. “I wish you guys some type of prosperity,” he remarked. “Some type of overcoming of it. Shout out to Rich Homie, man. That’s a day one artist right there. We all came up together in the same lab, in the same kitchen, you know what I mean? Trying to make it happen, man. That’s a tragic thing to hip-hop, man. Shout out to Rich Homie Quan, man. RIP to you and bless your family.”

Rich Homie Quan’s loss shocked the rap world, but in its aftermath, some healing could emerge. For example, Quavo and Offset seem to have hashed out their issues after this tragedy, and we hope that the late Atlanta icon’s family and loved ones can heal and honor his legacy in whatever way they see fit. Quavo And Offset Seemingly Revealed They Have Reconciled Following Rich Homie Quan’s Tragic Death

Sadly, Rich Homie Quan died at just 34 years old yesterday (September 5). The heartbreaking passing has hip-hop fans and acts in deep mourning over the mixtape legend.

Now, Rich Homie Quan’s untimely death is bringing the late “Spin” rapper’s former collaborators back together. Yesterday, former Migos members Quavo and Offset revealed that have seemingly ended their tension-fueled feud, as Rich Homie Quan’s passing sparked a conversation between them.

Quavo reflected on the calamities Atlanta’s biggest hip-hop figures have faced (viewable here) in his Instagram Stories. “May God be with us. Never saw this being apart of our journey,” he wrote reflecting on Young Thug’s incarceration and Takeoff’s and Rich Homie Quan’s deaths.

In another upload (captured by The Shade Room), Quavo shared an update regarding the pair’s relationship, writing: “Good convo with my bro.”

At the end of the upload, Quavo tagged Offset as he used his song “Nothing Changed” with the late Takeoff to seal the deal. During the 2023 BET Awards, the pair performed a touching tribute to Takeoff. However, rumors claimed the pair were not in the best place.

Fans even cited several bars Quavo that rapped on his album, Rocket Power, to back the reports.

But in April, Offset silenced the whispers by publicly wishing Quavo a happy birthday, writing: “Happy gday my brother @quavohuncho love you 4L (or for life).”

With Quavo’s recent Instagram Stories post, it is abundantly clear that the two have mended their relationship. Although fans will probably never get another Migos album, at least they can rest assured knowing the surviving members are reunited in another way.

Quavo And Offset Squash Their Beef Following Rich Homie Quan’s Death

Things have been contentious between the living members of Migos. Quavo and Offset had a falling out before the death of third member Takeoff, and their relationship has not improved since. There has been the occasional birthday post, but by and large, the two men do not speak. It appears as though the death of Rich Homie Quan has changed that. The rapper passed at age 34 on September 5, rocking the music world to its core. Quavo posted a tribute to Quan, but more importantly, he took steps to repair things with his brother.

Quavo took to his Instagram Stories to deliver the good news. He posted the Quavo and Takeoff song “Nothing Changed” on his Story, along with the text: “Good convo with my bro.” He even tagged Offset, making it clear that the two men were on the same page. The comment section was flooded with happy fans. Some lamented that it took the passing of a close friend to bring Quavo and Offset together. “They should have did this before Rich Homie died,” one user wrote. Most of the commenters were happy that steps were being taken at all. “Good,” another user wrote. “We need y’all. We done already lost too much of our childhood.”

Quavo Confirmed He Had A Good Convo With Offset

Quavo and Offset have talked about each other in interviews. There’s generally a sense of frustration underpinning their answers, though. Offset made it clear that he didn’t care about fan speculation during his appearance on Million Dollaz Worth of Game. “I don’t feel like I owe it to people to show how much me and bro love each other,” the rapper stated. “We went through something. We don’t have to show you n**gas smiles and faces, so stop doing that.”

Quavo has also taken digs at the rocky public relationship between Offset and Cardi B. He took to Twitter in December to make it clear that he wasn’t condoning the airing out of personal information that Offset was participating in. “Nephew ain’t with the soap opera,” Quavo tweeted. “Long live rocket. Pray for y’all though.” The tension seemed to dissipate slightly in April, when Offset wished Quavo a happy birthday on Instagram. “Happy gday my brother @quavohuncho love you 4L,” he wrote. It’s unclear how much Rich Homie Quan’s death sped up the process, but it looks like the Migos rappers are finally ready to bury the hatchet.

Cardi B has been known to be a high roller, but recent pictures have shown her doing a different type of rolling as recent images surfaced of her in a wheelchair as she celebrated her son Wave’s third birthday at the American Dream Mall in New Jersey over the weekend.

While many fans were initially concerned, worried that the pregnant artist may have been injured or ill, Cardi was quick to note that she only used the wheelchair because her feet were too swollen to walk as she is in her final trimester of her pregnancy with her third child. (The American Dream Mall is also one of the largest malls in the country, covering approximately 3 million square feet.)

Cardi’s choice of transportation wasn’t the only thing that got noticed. She also made a striking impression with her bold fashion choices, donning a quirky white furry bunny hat paired with a white cropped T-shirt, baggy distressed jeans, and pink boots that matched her pink Louis Vuitton bag and long pink hair. The rapper proudly showcased her baby bump as she prepares to welcome her third child with estranged husband Offset, who also attended the party.

An observer noted that Cardi was accompanied by an entourage of 20 to 30 people during the celebration. On Instagram, she shared heartfelt photos with Wave, expressing her joy and initial apprehension about having a boy, given she’s “such a girly girl.” She praised her son for making it easy to embrace the role of a sporty mom and promised to always support him with an Instagram photo that showed her holding her son and a caption that read:

“Happy birthday to my son Wavey man. I was soo happy when I found out I was having a boy I’m such a girly girl. You make it easy tho getting into that sporty mom bag. My baby love his mama so much. I’ll always have your back, front and sides. BIG WAVE.”

Despite their united front at the party, reports indicate that Cardi and Offset are proceeding with their divorce but remain committed to amicable co-parenting. The couple, who also share a six-year-old daughter named Kulture, reunited to celebrate their son’s special day, but have made no indication of reconciliation.

Cardi B and Offset reunited over the weekend to celebrate the birthday of their 3-year-old son, Wave. The two celebrated at the DreamWorks Water Park in New Jersey. You can see images from the celebration below.

Earlier this summer, Cardi B filed for divorce from her husband Offset. According to TMZ, the pending divorce is not associated with anyone cheating and “is a long time in coming.”

Additional notes reveal Cardi and Offset have been growing apart and are “just disconnected from each other.”

An insider close to TMZ highlights a December social media post reading, “You know when you just out grow relationships … I’m tired of protecting peoples feelings … I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST!”

After a year of attempting to stay together, the two have agreed to the “amicable” split with Cardi requesting primary custody of their children.

Earlier this week, Cardi B saw parts of the Internet as praying about the downfall of her marriage, but she isn’t having it. Cardi responded to a Page Six article stating she was “fighting to make payments” on her Georgia mansion to dodge foreclosure.

“LMAOOO You bum bitches wish,” Cardi wrote online. “Me and Offset bought that house in 2019 for 5 million now it’s worth 7.

“Check the Atlanta market. And no, we not selling it… and if I ever sold it I would just sell my part to Offset since he loves Atlanta. Throwing salt on my home? Hating bad.”

Offset Appears To React To Pooh Shiesty Making His Move On Cardi B

Yesterday, Memphis rapper Pooh Shiesty was not going to let anything stop him from shooting his shot with Cardi B. Currently, the “Back in Blood” creator is behind bars, doing time for federal conspiracy charge from January 2022. He is now almost two years into the sentence, with just about three years and two months to go. At various points, the former 1017 signee has popped onto social media, and it almost always causes a stir amongst fans. However, Pooh Shiesty attempting to woo the ex-wife of Offset definitely takes the cake over everything else he’s done online while behind bars.

Cardi B went on Instagram Live the other day and the Southern hip-hop star was ready to risk it all. “I’m 5 mins away baby open the door”. Obviously, she is going through quite a bit right now. Cardi is currently pregnant with her and Offset’s third child, and they are also going through their second divorce. It’s still pretty unclear as to what led to her coming to this decision. However, there are a couple of factors that fans are mulling over.

Offset’s Aimless Rant Amid Cardi B Divorce Leaves Fans Completely Stumped

Just a little over a week ago, Page Six reported that Cardi B was filing for divorce from former Migos rapper Offset for the second time. The on-again, off-again tandem were together for seven years and currently share two children, Kulture and Wave, with a third one on the way. Some were immediately attributing this to Offset allegedly cheating on Cardi during a night out at a casino. He was seen out with an ex who goes by Pretty Redz. However, both of them shut down the allegations with the SET IT OFF MC, saying, “People really need to do the research. I’m at a public place gambling at a casino with a married 8-month pregnant woman wtf I look like being outside publicly cheating SMD!!!”.

While this was certainly a perfectly reasonable assumption from outsiders, Cardi B did not go through with this because of the casino ordeal. Instead, an insider said that it was more so about them simply “grow[ing] apart”. Overall, it seems that Cardi B is dealing with as best as possibly one could. Offset was also appearing unbothered in a recent video, although fans were calling cap.

Following is rough several years, Polo G is ready to tell his story. After multiple delays, seemingly due to his ongoing legal battles, the “We Uh Shoot” rapper’s long-awaited album, Hood Poet, officially has a release date.

This Friday (August 9), the body of work titled after the acronym, he overcame obstacles during pain or emotional trauma, will hit streaming platforms. Today (August 6), Polo G revealed the album’s full tracklist over on Instagram. Although Polo G previously confirmed collaborations with G Herbo, 42 Dugg, Fridayy, GloRilla, Future, and more, now supporter know the name of of each respective track.
