Kodak Black’s Lawyer, Bradford Cohen, Divulges On Their Unique Relationship

Bradford Cohen says that he and Kodak Black’s relationship is unlike any of his other clients. He explained that he’s known the rapper since he was just a kid and how he’s seen him grow over the years during a recent interview with DJ Akademiks. Cohen also revealed that the rapper does far more good behind the scenes than fans know about.

Cohen began by explaining that he and Kodak have a “different attorney-client relationship.” “I’ve known him since he was a kid. I’ve mentored him. I’ve talked to him. I’ve walked him through different things. I just know how he thinks and I know what a good soul he is because I’ve seen him do things that he doesn’t want me talking about, doesn’t want me going to the press about, doesn’t want me getting any fanfare about. That’s why he’s a different type of person. Generally, people do things like, ‘Oh, I want to rehab my image.’ He doesn’t do that. He’ll do things when he doesn’t need to rehab his image.”

“So, it’s a different type of relationship,” Cohen concluded, explaining that he’s always willing to show up for his clients no matter what time of day, but with the rapper, it’s different. In Akademiks’ comments section, fans weren’t buying the praise. “He has done a horrible job of mentoring him,” one joked. Another argued: “Some people like Kodak will never learn sadly, gotta have sum positive influence on the community.”

Kanye West’s First Intro For “LIKE THAT” REMIX Surfaces & It Was Originally A Callback To This “Late Registration” Record

All hip-hop fans know that Kanye West loves to tweak anything he does relentlessly. As we all know, the VULTURES rollout schedule has nowhere near gone according to plan. The trilogy was supposed to have been completed by now in a perfect world. However, we are still being left in the dark on the future plans for this series. Surely, Kanye West jumping into the Kendrick Lamar versus Drake beef with his “LIKE THAT REMIX” threw a wrench in any progress being made. We have reached that conclusion, partially because of a new snippet surfacing on X (formerly Twitter), not too long ago.

A Kanye West fan account, who goes by Donda Times, posted a 20 second audio clip of the original intro to his version of “LIKE THAT”. If you remember, Ye was puffing his chest out and looking to back up his bro, Kendrick. “You know we had to get The Hooligans up here, we gon’ take this p***y n**** out / Yo, Dot, I got you.” That hopped right into his verse, but in this original recording, things sounded a lot different.

Kanye West Modernized The “Celebration” Intro For “LIKE THAT REMIX”

Instead, Ye decided to work in some bars from on his sophomore album Late Registration and rerecord them. “Yeah, you know what this is It’s a celebration, b****es Grab a drink, grab a glass After that, I grab yo’ a**.” Fans were quick to notice those lyrics were the chorus to track 17, “Celebration”. In addition to this, Kanye’s verse does not immediately follow. In fact, Future’s vocals pop up instead. After hearing this evidence, we feel that this intro sounds better and adds some extra charisma to the track.

Rich The Kid Reveals He Is Starting A New Cryptocurrency

Rich The Kid is an artist who is going through a bit of a renaissance right now. Overall, this is mostly due to his inclusion on the Kanye West track “Carnival.” It has subsequently led to renewed interest in his music. In fact, RTK came through with a couple of new songs last Friday, which certainly helped get fans reinvested in the Rich The Kid ethos. An album should be coming soon, and fans are definitely excited. Although as it turns out, he also has some unique new projects on the horizon.

We know this because earlier today, Rich took to his Twitter account to speak on a recent situation that happened on his Twitter account. As he notes, someone hacked him and promoted a cryptocurrency scheme. The scammer drained the funs and scammed fans out of a whole bunch of money. However, to make up for this, Rich The Kid claims that he has a token that will be coming out soon. In fact, he claims that the token will “go the moon,” which is crypto slang for make a lot of money.

It’s so common among Tamar Braxton’s fans to not like her fiancé JR Robinson that even she’s comfortable joking about it. In fact, she started off a recent interview cracking jokes about how fans don’t like him. The entire interview features numerous jokes at Robinson’s expense made by the host but tolerated by Braxton herself. Nicki Minaj will officially be returning to Manchester on June 3rd after she had to cancel Saturday’s concert in the city. She made the announcement in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday following her arrest in Amsterdam over the weekend.

“OK guys, I was JUST RE-ADVISED that we actually CAN NOT do any other date for the make up #gagcityMANCHESTER date besides JUNE 3rd,” Minaj wrote on X. “So JUNE 3rd is the new official date for all ticket holders who originally had tickets to the MAY 25th #Manchester show. I apologize for all the inconvenience this has caused. I really hope you can make the #JUNE3rd show. It’ll be really special. Ticketmaster will contact you to advise officially.”

Authorities detained Minaj for allegedly carrying drugs with her as she attempted to travel to Manchester. She recorded the incident on Instagram Live before later calling it a “sabotage” of her tour. “They’ve been trying to stop me from coming to every show,” she wrote on X. “They took my bags before I could see them. Put it on the plane. Now saying they’re waiting on customs. This is what it looks like when ppl are paid big money to try to sabotage a tour after all else failed. Everything they’ve done is illegal.” She eventually confirmed that she wouldn’t make it to that night’s show but offered to say hello to fans outside of her hotel. Nicki Minaj’s Chaotic Airport Arrest Forced Her Manchester Concert To Be Postponed, But A New Date Has Been Revealed

It was a weekend for Nicki Minaj. On Saturday, May 25, Minaj live-posted her chaotic arrest at an Amsterdam airport during her Pink Friday 2 World Tour. According to The Associated Press, Netherlands police “discovered marijuana in her bags as she was preparing to leave the country.”

Minaj was released later that night, as reported by various reputable outlets, after “sitting in a jail cell for five-to-six hours,” according to Minaj. The debacle forced Minaj to postpone her scheduled May 25 Pink Friday 2 World Tour concert in Manchester, England. (Minaj also had a pre-existing May 30 Manchester show on her tour.)

Minaj was able to perform as scheduled in Birmingham, England, on Sunday, May 26, and she will hit up London’s famed The O2 on May 28, Glasgow on May 29, Manchester on May 30, Paris on June 1, and Amsterdam on June 2, before looping back to make up her May 25 Manchester date on June 3.

21 Savage Got Into A Playful Instagram Live Spat With Metro Boomin Over The Drake And Kendrick Lamar Beef

While the Drake and Kendrick Lamar beef is primarily focused on those two rappers, others, like Metro Boomin, have gotten involved as well. Things have mostly died down in terms of the feud, and now Metro was even joking about it on a recent Instagram Live broadcast from 21 Savage.

21 Savage hopped on Instagram Live over the weekend, and at one point, he added Metro to the broadcast, as HipHopDX notes. However, Metro jokingly called 21 “OVO Savage” in the comments section, also joking, “I JUS KNOW U GOT A OWL TRAMP STAMP.”

After realizing what happened, 21 booted Metro from the broadcast and said, “Oh, you was talking sh*t, b*tch? Get off my Live. […] I’m finna block this n****.” He then quoted Drake’s “Push Ups” and yelled, “Metro, shut your ho-ass up and make some drums, n****.”

21 is of course caught in the middle of the Drake and Kendrick Lamar feud: Metro is on Kendrick’s side, while 21 has a relationship with both Drake and Metro. In a different Live session from earlier this month, 21 said, “Don’t keep coming on to my motherf*cking Live talking about no motherf*cking beef. Metro my brother and Drake my brother. Those n****s going to figure that sh*t out eventually.”

It’s been a difficult year for Diddy, one that’s led many people and brands to cut ties with him entirely. Even for those that have been completely silent or even defenders of the legendary rap figure they recently hit a point of no return. That came earlier this month when CNN leaked a video of hotel security footage. In the clip the rap mogul appears to assault Cassie in full view of the camera, something she first accused him of in a lawsuit last year. In fact, her lawsuit served as the beginning of the recent series of trouble for Diddy.

While many have focused on the social repercussions he’s faced from various members of the music industry he’s collaborated with in the past decades, that isn’t all he’s dealing with. There’s also been a consistent undertone of business connections deteriorating, something he’s once again facing today. According to TMZ one of the major retailers for glasses, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses is severing their ties with him. Diddy Suffers Another Business Loss

The consequences have been coming fast for Diddy in recent weeks. A push had been made recently for his star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame to be removed. But over the weekend an insider alleged that his star can’t actually be removed. Fellow celebrities have reacted to the video and his subsequently maligned apology by unfollowing him on social media. LeBron James and Yung Miami are two of the most relevant celebs to unfollow the rap mogul on Instagram recently. While all of this has been going on he’s still subject to an ongoing investigation by the federal government into allegations of sex trafficking.
