The Game’s New Project “Time” Is Now Available For Pre-Save

The Game has been making plenty of headlines lately, though most of them have surrounded his beef with Rick Ross and other controversial antics. Now, however, the hitmaker is gearing up to unleash a new mixtape. He took to Instagram to share the news earlier today, confirming that Time will drop this Thursday at midnight.

He unveiled the cover art alongside the release date, also adding a pre-save link for fans looking to get in first. “An STB x Game mixtape vibe for those who need new music. #Time available now on all platforms,” he captioned the post. Of course, followers have now flooded his comments section with big reactions to the exciting announcement. “Let’s go it’s game time,” one supporter writes. “Let’s Go Game!” another says.

The Game has yet to unveil an official tracklist for the project at the time of writing, though he did tag Woodboy Gee, Stunna 4 Vegas, and more in his post, hinting that they may be featured on the project. Time will follow the release of various collaborative singles, as well as his scathing Rick Ross diss track, “Freeway’s Revenge.” It arrived as a result of Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s viral lyrical battle, in which Rick Ross sided with K-Dot. The Game sided with Drizzy, on the other hand, which ultimately created some tension.

Rick Ross has yet to respond to The Game’s diss, instead laughing it off in a short Instagram video. The “How We Do” rapper alleges that Ross actually had a response prepared, however, and simply decided not to drop it out of fear. Kanye West’s $2 Million Ranch Has Been Completely Abandoned

Back in 2018, Kanye West spent more than $2 million on a ranch in Calabasas, California. The 300 acre property features a primary residence, two guest houses, and tons of natural land. The property has been used for a variety of things over the years, even once serving as the primary residence for Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. The property has been used to host Sunday Service performances and served as the headquarters of West’s Donda Academy at different times in the years since.

West even briefly used the property as a residence again following his divorce from Kim Kardashian. But in the three years since then it seems to have been completely abandoned. New pictures shared by Page Six show the state of complete deterioration it’s been left to. The roof of the house appears to be deteriorating and there’s a massive hole in the front of the house that’s filled with debrief. Maintenance also hasn’t been kept up on the natural land included in the property. Photos show most of it is now completely unkept and overgrown. Unsurprisingly, the story reminded Kanye fans of another one from earlier this year. West is currently still trying to sell a Malibu mansion he purchased in 2021 and having a lot of trouble doing it. That’s because he stripped down the entire property of essentials like windows and electricity. He put it up for sale last year and has had to drop the asking price twice since then, but still isn’t getting any takers. It’s unclear just how low he’ll need to go in order to sell the property.

Melyssa Ford Fires Back At Cam’ron After Freestyle Diss

Melyssa Ford has fired back at Cam’ron, who dissed her during his recent freestyle on It Is What It Is. While Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards was the primary target of the bars, Ford caught some ire as well, following their recent feud. In response to the move, she wrote on Twitter: “A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth even gets out of bed and puts its pants on. That [ninja emoji] is lying. I didn’t call anyone to deal with that bullsh**. And he’s still talking about it 6 months later. It’s giving…”

In the replies, fans shared supportive messages and advised her not to let Cam’s words get to her. “He just needed something to rhyme with the scheme so Kevin Liles, he made it work. Ignore him,” one user wrote. Another added: “Leave it alone Mel…you know how he goes and you don’t have any one that’s going to step about it. Sometimes you just let it ride. That was days ago, don’t amplify something that has died down with someone who is already looking for a reason to use his platform to embarrass you.”

Ford has been feuding with Cam since December of 2023 when she implied the Dipset rapper may have had sex with an underage sex worker back in the 1990s. Cam took issue with the remarks which prompted an apology from Ford. Despite that, Cam continued to go after her in the ensuing weeks. Eventually, he rocked a pair of jeans with a woman appearing to be Ford pictured with her mouth open over his crotch.

Soulja Boy is someone whose popularity came about in the mid-2000s. However, he is still relatively young all things considered. He blew up in music when he was a teenager and in the eyes of some, he is an oldhead. There are kids who probably have never heard “Crank Dat.” Overall, it is a sad reality, especially with some parents refusing to put their kids onto the music they listened to. Older artists are feeling this, including Method Man, who performed at Summer Jam over the weekend.

After experiencing a lackadaisical crowd, Method Man spoke out about the generational divide in hip-hop and how he could never do Summer Jam again. It was an honest take from the hip-hop legend, who clearly felt disrespected. Well, TMZ recently caught with Soulja Boy, and they asked for his thoughts on the fiasco. As you will hear down below, Soulja wants legends like Meth to get their proper respect. He also empathizes with how the pioneer was feeling.

“I don’t think he mean that,” Soulja Boy explained. “He probably just in his feelings or something. He probably gonna perform at a future event, but shout out to him. I don’t know. That’s New York though. Everybody supposed to know who he is. I don’t know. That’s crazy. I didn’t even know that. There probably be a lot of young people in the audience.” Soulja makes a good point. At the end of the day, Method Man is a legend and he should get his respect.

4batz Leaves Fans Puzzled After Announcing Solo Tour “Thank U, Jada”

A lot of music fans are still not rocking with how quickly 4batz burst onto the scene. The Dallas, Texas native with the high-pitched, nasally singing voice is now one of the hottest names in the industry due to one song. One of the promotional singles for his debut EP, “act ii: date @ 8”, churned stomachs and turned a lot of heads as well. His sticky melody and the dreamy production caught the ears of big fish in hip-hop, namely Drake. He would — in Drizzy fashion — hop on another rising star’s track, tacking on some vocals for the song’s remix. Now, because of this rapid growth, 4batz in now going to head off solo on his first tour.

According to Uproxx, the 20-year-old phenom will kick off the Thank U, Jada extravaganza on July 29 in Chicago, Illinois. He will also hit major cities such as Brooklyn, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Los Angeles, as well his hometown of Dallas, and Austin as well. Touring will wrap up on August 10 in Oakland. Tickets will go on sale June 7 (this Friday), along with a presale beginning the day before at 10 a.m. local time. Hilariously, he is giving her even more publicity by naming the headlining tour after her. One fan acknowledged this, even saying that he was going too far by giving her clout. “Umm u giving Jada too much recognition”. Speaking of reactions, some were scratching their heads as to why 4batz is even doing this to begin with. Of course, most of the arguments against doing it this early deal with his low number of songs, alluding to his “industry plant” label. “Tour for 5 songs?,” one user comments. “I fw batz but bro only got like 8 songs out ”, another adds. They considered a myriad of different criteria like chart success, quality of their albums, impact on the culture, touring success, and more. That led them to a top 10 list of artists any rap fan should be plenty familiar with. Flo Milli, JT, Latto, GloRilla, and Cardi B make up the bottom half of the list. Ice Spice, Doja Cat, and Megan Thee Stallion cracked the top five. Coming in at number two, behind only Nicki Mianj, is Sexyy Red.

That’s no surprise as she had an absolutely massive breakout year in 2023. On the back of her Hood Hottest Princess mixtape and numerous high-profile collaborations that followed, Red became a superstar. She followed it up with a new mixtape last month that debuted in the top 20 of the Billboard 200 this week. On Sexyy Red’s new mixtape In Sexyy We Trust she once again collabs with Drake. The pair first teamed up last year on “Rich Baby Daddy” from Drake’s album For All The Dogs. Their new collaboration is called “U My Everything” and hilarious sees Drake rapping over the viral “BBL Drizzy” beat. Subsequently the track debuted at number 44 on the Hot 100 this week.

Meanwhile, if you just want to cop tickets with everyone else, you will be able to do so as of June 7th. Overall, there are very few details regarding the show right now. However, as you can imagine, there is a lot of excitement around it. Kendrick is coming off of a huge win against Drake, and the fans want to hear from him.

Young Thug Trial: Prosecutors Reveal Whether Or Not YFN Lucci Will Testify

Yesterday was the 84th day of Young Thug’s ongoing YSL RICO trial and saw the judge question whether or not another famous rapper would be taking the stand. In a clip from the courtroom, he asks the prosecution if YFN Lucci will testify. This prompted her to confirm that he won’t. “At this juncture, we do not believe he will be testifying,” she explained. Lucci is still on the state’s witness list, however, though he previously refused to testify.

“Any party can announce, for example, that Abraham Lincoln is on their witness list, but those words alone are meaningless,” his attorney Drew Findling told TMZ in late 2022. “So, to be 100 percent clear, Rayshawn Bennett (YFN Lucci) will not be a witness in the YSL case.” He also took to Instagram from prison to double down last year. “Even in a earthquake we wouldnt break n***a know we solid #Free650,“ he wrote at the time.

YFN Lucci was first looked at as a potential witness after Young Thug was accused of ordering a hit on him. In 2022, Lucci was stabbed while behind bars, and two YSL affiliates were allegedly behind it. He’s not the only fellow artist whose testimony has been up in the air either. Back in April, Lil Wayne was removed from prosecutors’ long list of potential witnesses. The following month, they tried to introduce clips of Weezy talking about Young Thug as evidence, but the judge refused to accept them unless Lil Wayne testified.

Fans were also curious whether or not Gunna would be taking the stand, particularly amid “snitching” allegations. The state confirmed in April that he will not be testifying. It followed in the footsteps of “Like That” which kicked the beef off back in March. The last time we heard from him musically speaking was in 2022, when he made some beats for Vince Staples, Ty Dolla $ign and Lil Durk, as well as Quavo and Takeoff. In terms of albums, the California-born beat maker has not added anything since 2019’s Perfect Ten. That third LP boasted mega hits such as “Ballin’” with Roddy Ricch, “Pure Water” with the Migos, and “Baguettes in the Face” featuring NAV, Playboi Carti, and A Boogie Wit da Hoodie. However, things are going to be a whole different in 2024 for Mustard, as he will be dropping Faith Of A Mustard Seed very soon.

This news is hot off the presses, as an accompanying trailer has only been out for about an hour. According to HipHopNMore, the title was inspired by the Bible verse from Matthew 17:20. It essentially means that no matter how small an act of kindness you do for someone, the impacts can still be massive. This fourth studio album is obviously coming right off the heels of his explosive team-up with Kendrick Lamar. “Not Like Us” has become one of the biggest songs of the year overall for many reasons.
