Ye’s Donda Academy Accuser Allegedly Still Has A Daughter In The School’s Choir

The month of April started off with some wild claims from a new lawsuit filed against Ye, formerly Kanye West, and his Donda Academy school. It’s hardly the first time anybody has taken him to court over the controversial Academy. Last year bizarre details emerged from a lawsuit about the school. They claimed it had open skylights and no windows because the rapper reportedly didn’t like glass. West was also hit with lawsuits relating to racial discrimination and wrongful termination. Those have both come up repeatedly from the school.

The newest lawsuit features some of the most bizarre claims yet. Included in the lawsuit are claims that he threatened to shave children’s heads and lock them in cages at the school. Almost as audacious is some of what West reportedly said to students and faculty. The lawsuit cites an antisemitic rant he went on following Adidas cutting ties with him for his public antisemitic comments. It also details conspiracies he reportedly pushed about gay people and population control. The suit itself is over discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. But recently Page Six uncovered some interesting information relating to the family of the man who filed the suit.

New information uncovered from the Academy’s attendance records revealed that the man who filed the lawsuit has a daughter who is still participating in the Donda Choir. Records show that she’s continued to attend even as the lawsuit was filed last week. In their report, Page Six even goes as far as to say that he’s made “no attempt” to have his daughter removed from the choir. The news immediately had some of the rapper’s biggest followers trying to poke holes in the lawsuit’s credibility online.

Tiffany Haddish’s DUI Sparks Concern Amongst Comedian’s Friends

Friends of comedian Tiffany Haddish have expressed concern for her well-being after it was reported that she had been arrested for a DUI on Thanksgiving. “As soon as I heard it, I said ‘goddamn, I’m glad she’s okay. But it seems weird to me. You would think that someone would have a driver in that situation. This is tough because there’s nothing anybody’s gonna say to take away that this is her second offense. The way people look at drinking and driving. Hopefully there’s a lesson to be learned. If people want to be critical, I say f-ck that — you don’t know what a person is going through. You don’t know what’s troubling a person,” one of Haddish’s friends told The New York Post.

However, as mentioned by the friend, this is not Haddish’s first run-in with law enforcement. In January 2022, Haddish was arrested for a DUI in Peachtree City, Georgia. In an eerily similar series of events to her Thanksgiving arrest, Haddish was reportedly asleep at the wheel of her car. This week, it was announced that prosecutors in Georgia were pushing for Haddish to be subject to weekly drug testing while she remains out on bond.

Furthermore, Haddish herself has once more spoken about the incident. “I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries. This will never happen again,” Haddish said this week. It was a very different attitude to the one she showed the day after Thanksgiving. Despite having only been out of jail for a few hours, Haddish took to the stage in Long Beach to joke about the incident. Haddish joked that her “prayers for a man in uniform” had “been answered”. It’s a line that Haddish has used previously, namely when addressing her 2022 DUI on The Tonight Show.

Elsewhere, fans and friends remain concerned about the comedian, especially as more details about her fateful Thanksgiving emerged. Fans discovered a video posted by Haddish hours before her arrest. The video, posted to Haddish’s Instagram, shows the comedian explaining to her fans what is going on. “I’m in Inglewood trying to go to the Habesha party. Trying to get my East African on. I’ve been partying with the white people. Now I’m trying to party with my East Africans, and they won’t let me in the club.” It’s unclear why Haddish was being denied entry to the club. However, she was eventually let in. After gaining entry, Haddish immediately asks “where’s the bar” before the video ends.

Third Lawsuit Against Diddy Has Rapper Looking Gloomy At Miami Home

New photos published by Page Six appear to show Diddy looking downcast and lost in thought at his Miami home. We’re not permitted to post the images directly on HotNewHipHop. The images were captured over the Thanksgiving weekend, which he appeared to spend with three of his children, his mother, and the mother of one of his daughters. Furthermore, the images were published just a few days after the Bad Boy Records founder was hit with a third sexual assault lawsuit filed under New York’s Adult Survivor Act.

In the suit, the anonymous woman claims she went on a date with Diddy in 1991 while attending Syracuse. However, she alleges that Diddy drugged her during dinner, before filming them while he raped her. Furthermore, she claims that she was later made aware that the video of the assault had been shown to and viewed by multiple people. The wave of allegations against Diddy has come after his former long-time partner Cassie released a series of horrific allegations against him in her own suit.

Foxy Brown Voices Support For Diddy

However, not everyone is against Diddy. Foxy Brown has seemingly spoken in defense of Diddy amid the myriad of lawsuits. Brown shared a picture of a text conversation to her Instagram, in which a man named “Darryl Brown” expressed relief that Foxy “didn’t get caught up in that Diddy sh-t”. However, Brown’s response backed the rapper over his accusers. “Dead a– tho, Diddy gave me M’s. For ME, it was the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. DEF JAM X BAD BOY COLLABO. SUPER CHECKMATE,” Brown was seen writing in response.

Brown was featured on Diddy’s 2015 track “Friend” and appears to enjoy a close relationship with him. She is just the most recent person to speak up in defense of Diddy. 50 Cent, who initially came out against Puffy, made a social media post in which he appeared to at least offer some compassion to the producer. “Damn I hope he alright if you cool with him check on him. All joke a side this is a lot,” Fif wrote.

Cassie Appears Carefee In 1st Public Sighting Since Diddy Settlement

Cassie appeared to be in good spirits in the first public photographs taken since settling her recent bombshell lawsuit against Diddy. Page Six published the pictures, which show her walking around her hometown of New London, Connecticut on Monday afternoon. She’s rocking a gray sweatshirt, with matching sweatpants and sneakers. For the walk, she brought along her 3-year-old daughter Frankie.

The pictures come after the outlet also caught Diddy for the first time since the lawsuit, earlier this week. The Bad Boy mogul appeared in much worse shape, looking stressed and hiding his face in his hands.

Cassie filed the lawsuit against Diddy, last week, accusing him of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. Less than 24 hours later, the two settled. “I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,” Cassie wrote in a statement afterward. “I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.” In his own statement, Diddy added: “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.”

Regardless of the settlement, Diddy’s lawyer, Ben Brafman, says his client is not guilty. He wrote: “Just so we’re clear, a decision to settle a lawsuit, especially in 2023, is in no way an admission of wrongdoing. Mr. Combs‘ decision to settle the lawsuit does not in any way undermine his flat-out denial of the claims. Diddy Looks Distraught In New Pics After Settling Cassie Lawsuit

Diddy appears stressed out in new photos obtained by Page Six, following his recent lawsuit settlement with Cassie. Paparazzi captured the Bad Boy mogul hiding his face in his hands and pacing around his estate in Miami anxiously on Saturday. Wearing a T-shirt and sweatpants, he sat alongside his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram. At one point, Diddy laid down on a couch after Khorram showed him something on her cellphone.

Cassie sued Diddy for physical, sexual, and mental abuse, last week, but the two reached a settlement just one day later. “I have decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control,” Cassie wrote in a statement. “I want to thank my family, fans and lawyers for their unwavering support.” In his own statement, Diddy added: “We have decided to resolve this matter amicably. I wish Cassie and her family all the best. Love.”

Taylor Swift And Travis Kelce Got Handsy Backstage At SNL

Over the weekend, Saturday Night Live returned for its first new show since the end of the Writer’s strike. The show was a pretty major affair featuring the return of former cast member Pete Davidson as host for the first time. It also featured one of the breakout stars in all of music this year Ice Spice making her debut as a performer on the show. Spice brought one of her friends along as well. During the VMAs last month, Taylor Swift took home a number of awards and was sitting next to Ice Spice all night. The pair collaborated on a remix of Swift’s song “Karma” earlier this year.

Taylor was present for Spice’s debut on SNL, even introducing the singer herself. Swift’s new boyfriend Travis Kelce was there as well, making a surprise appearance during a skit about the singer. Now, a source opened up to Page Six about their behavior backstage during the show. More specifically that “they couldn’t keep their hands off of each other.” While another source described them as “touchy-feely” they were also described as “cute and very supportive of each other.” Read the full statements below.

Taylor Swift was also present at Kelce’s most recent football game. She’s made a habit of attending the games and the cameras are always able to find her celebrating when Travis catches passes. She was present on Thursday to see the Chiefs beat the division-rival Broncos on Thursday Night Football.

Taylor also recently dropped her massively successful Eras Tour concert film. The movie broke box office records in its first weekend and had a star-studded premiere that featured an appearance from Beyonce. That came to light recently when Page Six revealed that the mega-star had been binging 90 Day Fiancé to help pass the time during her two recent pregnancies. They spoke to one of the stars of the show, Yara Zaya about how she found out that RiRi was watching her show. “She DM’d me back in February 2021 when she was pregnant with her first baby. She told me she loved my storyline, and loves to watch the show,” Zaya told the publication.

Zaya then expanded on how surprised she was to hear back from Rihanna. “I always loved her. I reached out to her first, but had no idea that she would ever reply back to me.” Page Six also notes that the two now follow each other on Instagram. Usher Will Bring “Tasteful” Strip Club Aesthetic To Super Bowl Performance

There’s a full on Usher renaissance going on in 2023. The rapper has scored his biggest hit in a few years with “Good Good.” The song features contributions from 21 Savage and Summer Walker and has been climbing up the charts for weeks. It will serve as one of the singles from the R&B legend’s upcoming new album, which is slated to release in February of next year. The announcement of the new project is big news for fans, but it was secondary to even bigger news.

Usher was officially confirmed as the headlining performer for the upcoming 2024 Super Bowl halftime show. He’s following up a highly-anticipated show from Rihanna last year and a massive collaboration between Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, and more the year before. The show will take place on the same day his new album is released, February 11, 2024. He’s had high praise for the opportunity to take the stage during the big game. In an interview released with the announcement he called it the “honor of a lifetime.”

Now a new report from Page Six is elaborating on the singer’s vision for his halftime show. The singer has been using stripper poles and accompanying dancers during his Las Vegas residency for months and they’ve received rave reviews. A source they spoke to claimed that he was planning on bringing that with him to the Super Bowl albeit with the dancers “dressed in a tasteful manner.”

Usher is clearly taking his Super Bowl responsibilities pretty seriously. “This is a moment that I’ve waited my entire life for and I am not coming to disappoint,” he said in an interview about the performance. There’s also been speculation that following the performance, he could take off on a massive world tour. Jamie Foxx Spotted Running Errands In Wake Of Antisemitism Controversy

Jamie Foxx has been spotted for the second time since his antisemitic controversy last weekend. After posting “They killed this dude named Jesus…What do you think they’ll do to you???! #fakefriends #fakelove,” on Instagram, Foxx was accused of antisemitism. Many saw the post as anti-Semitic as it, unintentionally or not, invoked the notion of Jewish Decide. Furthermore, Jewish Decide is the belief that the Jewish people are collectively responsible for the death of Jesus. Additionally, in the early history of Christianity, the idea was used as justification for pogroms and other acts of violence and persecution against the Jews.

Foxx apologized for the comments the following day. “I want to apologize to the Jewish community and everyone who was offended by my post. I now know my choice of words may have caused offense and I’m sorry. That was never my intent. To clarify, I was betrayed by a fake friend and that’s what I meant by “they” not anything more. I only have love in my heart for everyone. I love and support the Jewish community. My deepest apologies to anyone who was offended . Nothing but love always, Jamie Foxx ,” the actor wrote on August 5.

After a pickleball outing earlier this week, paparazzi caught another glimpse of the actor. Foxx, dressed in a black AMIRI sweater, black sweatpants, and white sneakers, was spotted with his ex, Kristin Grannis. Grannis is the mother of Foxx’s youngest daughter Annalise. In stark contrast to Foxx’s all-black outfit, Grannis was dressed in all orange. According to the images published by outlets such as Page Six, Foxx appeared to be delivering some items from CVS.

All of this comes amid Foxx’s continued recovery from an unspecified medical emergency that he suffered in April. Foxx was hospitalized after reportedly collapsing on the set of his upcoming Netflix film, Back In Action. As with a number of other mysterious collapses in recent months, Foxx’s hospitalization led to a wave of unsubstantiated conspiracies linking his collapse to the COVID-19 vaccine. At this time, neither Foxx nor his family have chosen to make the details of Foxx’s health scare public.
