Earlier this week, GloRilla’s lucky streak came to a screeching halt when the femcee was arrested and booked for driving under the influence. Reportedly, the femcee was pulled over for making an illegal U-turn at a red light in Georgia. Upon approaching her, however, an officer could smell marijuana and alcohol coming from her car. Now, bodycam footage of her arrest has made its way online, showing her doing various field sobriety tests.
In the first video, GloRilla is seen chatting with an officer through her window, repeatedly telling her that she’s “cool” when asked about how many drinks she’d had that night. She then asked the officer whether or not she knew who she was, which she didn’t. At one point in the video, she told the officer she had a gun in the backseat of her car registered under her name, though it wasn’t listed in the police report.

After exiting the vehicle, GloRilla inquired about her rights as they pertained to refusing a breathalyzer test. They told her that she had the right to refuse, and the female officer pointed out that GloRilla’s breast was exposed, which she then fixed. Eventually, she agreed to some field sobriety tests, which she’s seen doing in the footage. While Glo appeared to do pretty well, officers clearly weren’t convinced, as she was taken into custody.

GloRilla was pulled over at 4 a.m. after making a U-Turn at a red light. According to TMZ, GloRilla’s car carried an odor of marijuana and alcohol. The “Yeah Glo” rapper admitted she drank before operating the car, took a full field sobriety test, and did not pass. She did not participate in a breathalyzer test.
Additionally, law enforcement noted that her breast was exposed in the traffic stop. She was unaware before they alerted her.

GloRilla likes to have fun. Her biggest hits, “Wanna Be” and “Blessed,” are about dispatching the haters and living life to the fullest. Unfortunately, the “Blessed” rapper appeared to have too much fun during a recent stop in Gwinnett Country, Georgia. TMZ reported that GloRilla was arrested on Tuesday, April 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence. She was also charged with an unrelated traffic charge and possessing an open alcoholic beverage container.

The officer who filled out the arrest sheet stated that the rapper’s car smelled of alcohol and marijuana, but she refused to divulge how much she’d had of either. She then insisted that she was fine to drive, which led the officer to administer a field sobriety test. GloRilla failed each part of the test, per TMZ, and refused to take a breathalyzer afterwards. It was during said refusal that the arresting officer claimed that GloRilla suffered a wardrobe malfunction. Her breast slipped out of her dress, which she was unaware of until she was explicitly told.

GloRilla was taken into custody around 6:12 AM ET, and subsequently released on bond. This is not the first time she’s run into trouble with the law. She admitted to serving jail time over an unspecified crime during an appearance on Cornbread TV. GloRilla neglected to reveal the details of the crime. She did, however, shoot down the rumor that she served three years in prison for stealing boxes of cereal from KMart. The rumor became so popular that the rapper actually mocked fans on X (formerly Twitter) for believing it.
“You hoes really sat y’all ass up there & believed I went to jail for 3 years for stealing cereal,” she tweeted in 2023. “Dats why you ho*s hearts be in y’all a*s today because y’all believe whatever a n***a tell you,” she wrote. “Dats da reason you N***as be taking care of kids dats not y’all’s till they 12 because you believe whatever a ho [sic] tell you!”
GloRilla has yet to publicly address her DUI charges.
Don Toliver was arrested for driving under the influence near the San Fernando Valley, on Tuesday morning, according to a report from the California Highway Patrol cited by TMZ. Officers say there were clear signs of impairment and that they gave him a citation on the scene rather than bring him to the station. Law enforcement sources for the outlet say police turned him over to another party who was present and sober. He was also fully cooperative throughout the incident. Further details are unavailable.
The arrest comes less than a month after Toliver and his partner, Kali Uchis, welcomed their first child together. In a joint post on Instagram sharing the news, the couple wrote: “You are everything we could have hoped for & more. Thank you God for our beautiful healthy baby boy, & thank you all for the Good energy along the way. May our home & your homes forever be blessed with peace, happiness & health.”

Despite the pregnancy, fans can still expect new music from the couple. Toliver confirmed he’s got an album in store for the summer during a recent Instagram post. “Album This Summer. It’s mine. HardStone Psycho,” he wrote.
Uchis also said she’ll be hard at work on new music during an interview with ABC News in January. “I think just being a working woman in general is hard,” she said. “There’s so much pregnancy discrimination. I don’t want to be a stereotype of like, ‘Oh, I’m just gonna stop working now.’ It’s just reminding myself like I don’t owe it to anybody. Marshawn Lynch has accepted a plea deal in his Las Vegas DUI case just hours before his trial was set to begin. Lynch’s misdemeanor DUI will be reduced to misdemeanor reckless driving. However, he must complete community service, DUI school, pays a fine, and completes a year of probation. “Mr. Lynch has not been convicted of any offense at this time. He has agreed to complete certain requirements which will result in this case being closed as a reckless driving traffic offense,” Lynch’s lawyers said in a statement.
Lynch was arrested in August 2022 after being found asleep at the wheel of his Shelby GT500. Officers said that Lynch was “uncooperative” and he was arrested on suspicion of DUI amongst other charges. Previously, Lynch’s lawyers had argued that the DUI be charged should be dismissed as his vehicle was parked and stationary at the time of his arrest.

However, it’s not the only trouble Lynch has found himself in as of late. In January, a Seahawks fan accused Lynch of breaking his phone outside a Seattle bar. Jose Lozano claimed that Lynch damaged his phone after taking issue with Lozano trying to take a photo with him. According to Lozano, who made his claims to TMZ, he approached Lynch for a photo outside Xtadium after being denied a photo inside. This point, Lynch reportedly yelled “Y’all motherf-ckers are weird.” He then knocked Lozano’s phone out of his hand, ending the video of the interaction Lozano had been taking. Lozano then claims that Lynch grabbed his phone and damaged the screen before leaving.
It’s unclear why Lozano had been filming Lynch outside the bar when he claims that he only wanted a picture. It’s possible that Lozano was attempting to antagonize the former Seahawks star by approaching him after being directly told that Lynch didn’t want to take pictures. However, Lozano also TMZ that he doesn’t intend to press charges as he’s a fan of Lynch. Despite this, Lozano did express a wish that Lynch hadn’t “been so rude”. Lynch previously knocked the phone out of the hands of a man at LAX in 2017 after the man tried to take pictures of him.
Rising star Quando Rondo has recently found himself entangled in legal troubles once again. Over the years, the Savannah rapper has garnered significant attention for being involved in multiple legal issues. His series of legal challenges have also cast a shadow over his promising career. Quando Rondo was recently arrested for a DUI, but this pales in comparison to his other controversies. Most infamously, he was linked to the murder of King Von in 2020. This negative publicity has led some fans to question their support for Rondo. However, others have continued to rally behind him, believing in his innocence.
Born Tyquian Terrel Bowman, he first gained widespread popularity with his breakout single “I Remember,” featuring Lil Baby in 2018. Since then, he has built a dedicated fan base and collaborated with prominent artists in the industry. But as aforementioned, he’s been making headlines more for his troubles with the law. Here, we’ll delve into the several legal issues surrounding Quando Rondo.
On March 15, 2019, Complex reported an incident involving Quando Rondo and Youngboy NBA. A lawsuit had been filed against them by YoungBoy’s former tour manager and DJ, Carl Capers, alleging assault, battery, and emotional distress. According to the lawsuit, on December 21, 2018, during a concert in Florence, South Carolina, the two artists got into an argument with a fervent fan. Capers asserted that he, YoungBoy, Quando, and their entourage were taken backstage by venue management after the confrontation escalated.
Capers further claimed that, while backstage, he was assaulted by Rondo and YoungBoy. He contended that Rondo, without provocation, initiated the incident by attempting to force him back onstage to quell the fan disturbance for the safety of their team. While Capers refused, he alleged that both Quando Rondo and YoungBoy immediately assaulted him, causing him to sustain a cracked tooth, bloody face, and injuries to his reputation.
One of the most significant incidents involving Quando Rondo was the highly publicized altercation that took place in November 2020. The rapper was linked to a violent confrontation outside a nightclub in Atlanta. The rift eventually led to a shoot-out that resulted in the tragic death of King Von. The incident sparked a heated debate about the circumstances surrounding the altercation, and raised questions about self-defense, as Quando Rondo claimed that he and his entourage were acting in self-defense during the confrontation.
According to TMZ’s report on the matter, Quando had been taking a nap outside the nightclub. Soon after, he woke up to the sight of King Von and his entourage approaching him and his associates angrily. Video footage captured the moment Von threw punches at Quando Rondo before the subsequent gunfight ensued.
Following King Von’s death, Quando chose to remain silent regarding the incident until two weeks later when he revealed his track “End of Story.” Through the song, he spoke on the shooting, addressed his role in the event, and once more asserted that he acted in self-defense. Notably, he expressed solidarity with his friend Timothy Leeks, also known as Lul Timm, who faced charges related to the murder of King Von.
In June 2023, Quando Rondo faced trouble with the law when he was apprehended in Chatham County, Georgia. He was charged in connection to drug sales and gang activity. Prosecutors asserted that he was implicated in the sale of marijuana. Despite these charges, Rondo secured his release on a $100,000 bond a few days after representatives from Atlantic Records had appeared in court.
A few weeks after his release on bond, however, he was involved in a car crash and displayed symptoms of a possible overdose. In response, prosecutors filed a motion seeking to revoke Rondo’s bond. Nevertheless, the motion was rejected. He was, however, barred from driving, until the conclusion of his trial on the drug and gang charges. Several months following his release on bond, the rapper found himself in FBI custody facing federal drug charges, even though he was already on bond for state drug charges.
On February 6, 2024, Quando Rondo was arrested and taken into custody in Georgia. The charges were for driving under the influence and reckless driving. Moreover, this arrest is linked to the aforementioned 2023 car accident involving the rapper. Unsurprisingly, Quando Rondo has been released once again, this time on a $4,600 bond. Hopefully, this will mark the end of his encounters with the law.
Mo’Nique’s Club Shay Shay interview finally dropped today, and expectedly, some of her comments have already stirred the pot. She responded to Tiffany Haddish, for one, who threw a bit of shade her way in 2018. When asked about her take on Mo’Nique calling for a Netflix boycott because she was allegedly lowballed, Haddish made a questionable comment to GQ about her husband, Sidney Hicks.

According to Mo’Nique, however, Haddish might be better off with someone like Hicks. She brought up Haddish’s DUIs and her child grooming allegations during the interview, noting how she herself hasn’t dealt with anything similar. “When I saw that – it’s like Tiffany, if you had a husband like mine – you may not have two DUIs,” she explained. “If you had a husband like mine – you may not be caught up in what looks like you could have been grooming a child.”

Quando Rondo has been going through a bevy of legal issues over the course of the last few months. However, it appears as though things have gotten worse for the artist recently. In a new report from WOTC, it was revealed that he was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence. Interestingly enough, this was not for a recent offense. Instead, it was an arrest made in connection with an alleged incident that took place back on July 19th in Chatham County. All of this information was confirmed by Jonah Pine, the rapper’s attorney.
The details of the incident are pretty grim as the rapper was allegedly speeding in his car. Subsequently, he crashed into someone else, and when first responders showed up to the scene, Quando Rondo appeared to be going through what seemed like an overdose. He was consequently given Narcan and was able to recover. Now, he could face some very serious charges which only add to his growing list of legal problems.

Rondo had been hit with drug and gang charges prior to the car crash. Furthermore, in December, he was hit with Federal charges surrounding conspiracy to distribute a plethora of drugs. While Rondo was able to secure bond stemming from these charges, his freedom now remains at risk thanks to this DUI arrest. Only time will tell whether or not he will get out of jail, this time around.

She was released only hours later, and back onstage doing stand-up in record time, despite facing two misdemeanor DUI charges. “I prayed to God to send me a man with a job, preferably in uniform. God answered my prayers,” she joked onstage that same evening.
Luckily for her, however, those misdemeanor charges have since been dropped. The Haunted Mansion actress appeared in court in LA today where she accepted a plea deal. As part of the agreement, Haddish was convicted of reckless driving and pleaded no contest to the traffic violation, according to TMZ.

This means that Haddish won’t be spending more time behind bars any time soon, though her Georgia DUI case is still up in the air. “Ms. Haddish has agreed to a simple vehicle code violation – not driving under the influence, which has been dismissed — and looks forward to this being behind her,” her attorney Alex Spiro says. Following her arrest, Haddish shared plans to “get some help” in order to avoid something similar happening again in the future.
“This will never happen again,” she told ET in November. “I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries.” It’s unclear what exactly Haddish has in mind in terms of help. In May of 2023, DaniLeigh was arrested for a DUI hit-and-run near Miami Beach. The performer was reportedly seen speeding and swerving in and out of lanes and eventually struck someone riding on a motorized scooter. She dragged the individual for almost a block before witnesses alerted a nearby police officer, who pulled her over and conducted various field sobriety tests.
Unfortunately, she didn’t pass and blew almost twice the legal limit. An empty bottle of vodka was also found in the back of her vehicle by an officer on the scene. Her victim received treatment at a local hospital, where he was diagnosed with a kidney laceration and a spinal fracture. She was handed multiple felony charges including driving under the influence, DUI damage to property, and causing bodily injury. Shortly after her arrest, she was released on a $1K bond.
Now, the 29-year-old learned her fate. According to The Neighborhood Talk, she appeared in court today where she was handed her sentence. Reportedly, she’s been ordered to five years of probation. Luckily for her, DaniLeigh won’t be spending any more time behind bars. That doesn’t mean, however, that her consequences end there. Her victim has also filed a civil lawsuit against her, which is still pending.
This isn’t the only legal trouble DaniLeigh has found herself involved in as of late, either. The father of her daughter, DaBaby, was hit with a second lawsuit earlier this month stemming from his 2022 bowling alley fight with her brother, Brandon Bills.
