Lil Wayne Claims “Biggest Green Bay Packers Fan” Title Over Justin Timberlake

Lil Wayne is a massive Green Bay Packers fan, and Twitter would do well to remember that before he has to start fighting Justin Timberlake. Moreover, Weezy recently and comically responded to a viral tweet showing the most famous celebrity fans of each NFL team, and J.T. was their pick for the Packers. The New Orleans MC responded by quote-tweeting this list with a picture of him performing at the NFC Divisional Playoff game between the Seattle Seahawks and his favorite team in 2020 in Wisconsin. Maybe these superstars will have to fight over this “most famous fan” title, or they will simply continue to root for their favs together.

Of course, this is a pretty interesting moment to talk about Justin Timberlake, with Lil Wayne or not, due to his recent DWI arrest that took the Internet by storm. “We’ve been together through ups and downs and lefts and rights, and it’s been a tough week, but you’re here, and I’m here and nothing can change this moment right now,” he recently said at a Chicago concert, seemingly addressing the incident. “I know sometimes I’m hard to love, but you keep on loving me and I love you right back. Thank you so much.”

Lil Wayne Claims He’s More Of A Packers Fan Than Justin Timberlake

As for Tunechi, he recently drummed up some controversy of his own thanks to his performance at New Orleans’ Essence Festival over the weekend. While he came out repping Young Money, he didn’t appear alongside his Cash Money brethren like Birdman and a couple of Hot Boys during their reunion… which Lil Wayne’s solo set was technically a part of. Furthermore, it seems like a very complicated situation overall with a lot of conflicting messages throughout. Hopefully it’s more of a logistics and planning issue and not some often tense relations between the collective’s members.

Meanwhile, Lil Wayne doesn’t have to do much to prove his sports fandom. He recently featured on basketball star Flau’jae Johnson’s “Came Out A Beast,” and his thoughts on various athletes and matches always make headlines. We’ll see if F. Baby and Justin Timberlake ever address this debacle, and what will happen to the Green Bay Packers. A divided fanbase certainly can’t be a good omen…

Pop Smoke’s Alleged Killer Thinks He Deserved A More Severe Sentence

One of Pop Smoke’s alleged killers, Blockstar, recently got out of jail following his sentence for his alleged role in the murder. Since then, he drummed up a lot of controversy, or rather, Adam22 and No Jumper did when they hosted him for a controversial interview that many found insensitive and exploitative. But one of the most interesting parts of their conversation was when Blockstar remarked on whether or not he deserved a more strict punishment for being involved in the rapper’s death. His thoughts may surprise you, and his testimony on the matter speaks to what he saw while jailed as a juvenile, although it’s unclear whether or not he served in juvie specifically.

“They right, I did get off too lightly,” Blockstar said of people criticizing his four-year sentence for the murder of Pop Smoke. “But, yeah, that’s how it is in California. Well, I mean, I can’t say what should have happened to me. But honestly, I don’t wish that s**t on nobody. Jail is not nowhere a human being should be. Like, if you ain’t never been and you talking on a situation, you just need to shut up. That s**t is hell. It ain’t nothing, like, to be scared of. But it get like that where… It get like that, but it ain’t nothing you should be scared of, but it’s not nowhere you want to sit for years and months.”

Blockstar Thinks He Deserved More Time For Pop Smoke’s Murder

I’m not sorry about nothing,” Blockstar said of robbing Pop Smoke and being complicit in his murder. “It should’ve never happened, but I ain’t sorry. If I could go back, I’ll go back. But I ain’t sorry. N***as die every day. [Pop Smoke] was rapping about it. All type of s**t So, I ain’t sorry about it. I send my condolences to the family. I wish it never happened. But… I don’t regret nothing.

“Growing up, I just -– my people, my family told me, ‘You ain’t sorry for s**t,’” Blockstar went on about Pop Smoke. “‘Whatever you did, you did it for a reason and stand on it.’ It was a robbery. Nobody sent us. Nobody did none of that. That’s all false information. Nobody [was] intended to get hurt. Nobody… We was just kids being kids -– being kids from the hood. And [there was] too much movement… Movement from everybody. Too much s**t going on. Just too much s**t going on. It wasn’t intentional.”

Foolio’s Loved Ones Dance To Yungeen Ace Diss Track At His Funeral

Last month, Julio Foolio tragically passed away at the age of 26, following a shooting at his birthday party. As fans and peers mourn the unexpected loss, many have become confused, as his Instagram account has been more active than ever. Aside from posting promotional videos, it’s shared posts about voodoo, compared the late rapper to a “demi-God,” and more.

It remains unclear who’s running the account, though some speculate that it’s been hacked. The account shared a Story post yesterday featuring footage from Foolio’s funeral, which was hosted in Jacksonville late last week. It shows his friends and family dancing and singing along to “When I See You,” the performer’s infamous Yungeen Ace diss track.

Foolio’s Instagram Account Suggests Funeral Was A Music Video Shoot

On the track, he raps about Yungeen Ace’s brother and two affiliates getting murdered after a birthday party in 2018. Social media users point out that it’s an odd song choice for a funeral, particularly considering the circumstances that led up to Foolio’s own passing. The account didn’t stop there, however. It went on to suggest that the funeral was actually a music video shoot. “Funeral?? Or the best music video coming soon,” it wrote.

The account also shared an Instagram Story captioned “I’m still standing!!!!” and “When the time is right the truth will come out.” Of course, this has only fueled rumors that he faked his death, which are completely unconfirmed. Either way, the posts have fans calling out whoever’s behind the late artist’s account, and urging them to put things to rest. What do you think of Foolio’s family and friends vibing to his Yungeen Ace diss track at his funeral? What about the late rapper’s IG account suggesting that the funeral was actually a music video shoot? Could Kendrick Lamar Beat Eminem In A Rap Battle? Fans Debate After Drake Beef

Kendrick Lamar’s perceived victory in the Drake beef, capped off with a “Not Like Us” music video, has many fans rearranging their top battle rappers list. Now that Kendrick officially has a lyrical showdown under his belt -– in fact, the biggest since Jay-Z and Nas -– we can compare him to some other mic-killers in the hip-hop world. Of course, there’s one name that people might immediately go to when it comes to technical proficiency, disrespectful disses, and a pretty unchallenged track record, and that’s none other than Detroit’s own Eminem. While most of his opponents aren’t at his level, he does have an impressive history with battle rap and a whole lot of experience.

To be fair, so does Kendrick Lamar when it comes to his previous stints as a battle rapper way earlier in his career. Also, there are plenty of other names to consider in this debate: Pusha T, the aforementioned Esco and Hov, Lupe Fiasco, and legends in their prime like Tupac Shakur and Ice Cube. But Eminem is probably the most popular and prominent example of this. Some fans think that Slim Shady’s experience will get him the upper hand, whereas others posit that K.Dot proved he could go as far as he wanted to with pretty much anyone, and has the strategic approaches to do so.

Eminem Fans Are Doubtful That Kendrick Lamar Could Beat Him In A Rap Battle, And Others Disagree

In fact, there’s a chance (albeit a very, very small one) that we might actually see this hypothetical battle take place one day. We doubt it, though. After all, Eminem and Kendrick Lamar are two Dr. Dre proteges, former collaborators, and 2022 Super Bowl halftime show performers: we know there’s no beef. Yet Marshall Mathers was talking a whole lot of smack about being the best MC on his new single “Tobey.” Many thought that he was dissing Jay-Z, but Royce Da 5’9″ shut this rumor down. If Kendrick and Em are really up to the challenge with these new proclamations on both sides, check out some more fan debates below for what could be the result.

More Fans Debate Slim Shady Versus K.Dot

Meanwhile, we know that Eminem has very high praise for Kendrick Lamar, and vice versa. As such, if they actually do spar lyrically, we know that it wouldn’t be a beef-driven situation, just a “friendly fade.” Still, considering the weight of their diss material and their prowess as artists, it would be an amazing feat to witness and a fantastic display. Maybe they should consider another collaboration and push each other to their limits, instead.

Drake Fuels “Aging” Rumors With New Photo Alongside GloRilla

It’s no secret that Drake’s been through quite a bit in the past few months. Aside from working on new music, moving, and more, he’s also fallen victim to a great deal of ridicule following his viral beef with Kendrick Lamar. Fortunately, he recently popped out for a relaxing evening at Michael Rubin’s annual white party, where he linked up with several fellow artists. Last night, for example, he took to his Instagram Story to share a photo alongside GloRilla.

She’s seen flashing a peace sign while Drizzy just barely cracks a smile. Of course, the photo has only reignited critics’ claims that he looks to have “aged” as of late. The conversation first sparked after Rubin posted photos from the Independence Day bash last week.

“Bro’s been aging like a president,” one critic writes in Akademiks’ comments section. “Bro look kinda defeated,” another says. While it’s up for debate whether or not Drake actually looks any different after the lyrical battle, social media users certainly think so, and can’t blame him. Just as the feud started to die down, Kendrick hosted his highly anticipated Pop Out show in LA, and later unleashed a music video for “Not Like Us.” The video, which features plenty of subtle jabs at the Toronto hitmaker, is already nearing 30 million views on YouTube just a few days after its release.

Drake’s kept a pretty low profile throughout the whole thing aside from some posts on social media. He’s yet to address the chatter about his appearance. What do you think of Drake sharing a new photo from Michael Rubin’s white party alongside GloRilla? What about social media users claiming that his beef with Kendrick Lamar aged him? Share your thoughts in the comments section down below, and keep an eye on HNHH for more updates.

Azealia Banks Encouraged ‘Legal Literacy’ As She Shut Down A Report That She Was Evicted From Her Florida Residence

Azealia Banks‘ online commentary has become more popular than her past musical releases. The “Ice Princess” rapper provided her unwarranted thoughts on everyone from Beyoncé and Kanye West (Ye) to Tyler The Creator and Doechii. Detractors were hoping that after reports that Banks was evicted from her Florida home circulated online that she would take a brief hiatus from social media. But, that surely didn’t happen.

Instead, today (July 6), Banks took to Instagram to refute the paperwork floating around while encouraging others to folks to become legally literate before attempting to shame her. In a series of uploaded to her Instagram Stories, Banks detailed the legal matter with her landlord while posting documents of her own.

“It’s a lie,” she said. “I’ve always paid my rent. I’m not a gazillionaire, but surely Azealia Banks has $8,000.”

In a separate clip, Banks claimed that her landlord’s actions were seemingly an extortion attempt after they filed to manage the payments they received properly. Then Banks turned her attention to The Pop Tingz’s report. Banks rapper proceeded to post a snippet of the platform’s original upload on X (formerly Twitter), with the caption: “You girls really have to understand how to at least read a legal document.”

As of today (July 6), the case is reportedly still being reviewed by the Miami-Dade County clerk’s office.

Cody Rhodes And Metro Boomin Announced WWE Bad Blood Is Coming To Atlanta

cody-metro-top
WWE

WWE announced on Saturday that Bad Blood is returning for the first time since 2004 on October 5 from State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

In its latest collaboration, WWE paired WWE champion Cody Rhodes with producer Metro Boomin to make the announcement. In the promotion the duo team up for an old fashioned stakeout of State Farm Arena, where Metro Boomin asks Rhodes if they’re going to sit there until October, which he replies that’s exactly what they’re going to do. They then question each other on why they’re not doing this in their respective tour buses.

WWE’s last Bad Blood event took place in 2004, when Shawn Michaels squared off with Triple H in a Hell in a Cell match. The event originated in 1997 as Michaels faced off against the Undertaker in a Hell in a Cell match as well.

The Bad Blood show comes as Rhodes has elevated to the very top of the WWE card, earning a champion’s return home assuming he’s still carrying the belt a few months from now. It’s also a good event name to revive with the Bloodline still going strong (and now having an internal battle brewing). The last time WWE hosted a premium live event in Atlanta, Day 1 emanated from Rhodes’ home state in 2022 when Brock Lesnar headlined the show to win the WWE championship in a 5-way match.

Drake Loses A Fan After Getting His Tattoo Covered With A Kendrick Lamar Portrait: Watch

Perhaps the wildest thing about this entire Drake versus Kendrick Lamar beef is just how lopsided it turned out to be. In the early stages of this bloodbath, there were quite a large number of Drizzy fans claiming he had the edge. That was especially the case after his response on “Push Ups” following Lamar’s verse on “Like That”. However, with each missile raining down on the Canadian’s head, it became more and more clear to a lot of people who was ultimately the winner. Unsurprisingly, there are still a few die-hards out there that are crowing The Boy the champion and the Dot is “milking” “Not Like Us”.

But let’s keep it real. The number of people that anticipated the release of its music video was so large. There were assuredly even Drake supporters eager to see what Lamar would do with it. It turned out to be a smashing success, as there are so many layers and callbacks to previous Drake claims. The video is already doing massive numbers, with it currently having 26.1 million views. Perhaps due how much love it is getting, this fan is now coming switching on his Boy by covering up an old tattoo with a Lamar portrait.

In the clip above, the man admittedly had a rough-looking “In My Feelings”-related tattoo on his leg, so maybe it was for the best. He decided to go with the image of Kendrick wearing the diamond crown of thorns, along with the words, “BBL Drizzy”. The final product was definitely an improvement, but fans online have been roasting the former Drake fan over an open flame. Many are calling him a glazer, a d**k rider, and shaming him for getting another man’s face permanently placed on his body. Hopefully, the K-Dot bandwagoner has a valid reason for getting this done (losing a bet?). But that might not even be enough to save him from the backlash. Overall, though, this is still another W for Lamar.

What are your thoughts on this former Drake fan getting a Kendrick Lamar tattoo to cover up the Canadian star’s? Is this the definition of taking fandom too far, why or why not? Have you been able to check out the “Not Like Us” music video yet? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Foolio’s Family Reportedly Held A Private Funeral Ceremony In Jacksonville

Ever since the shocking news that Foolio passed late last month, the headlines surrounding it have been far from positive. While he did get involved in several beefs with his contemporaries, the amount of hate has been undeserved. Fellow rapper Yungeen Ace dished out two diss tracks in rapid succession. Asian Doll also appeared to be extremely unbothered by Foolio’s loss on Twitter. Then, mysteriously, an alleged hacker got a hold of the deceased MC’s Instagram account. It led to various unsettling posts surrounding the fact that Foolio is immortal/a demigod. It did not stop there though, as the troller uploaded promotions, comments under Yungeen Ace’s diss track, and even photos of the rapper’s alleged killer.

We can only imagine how Foolio’s family and friends have been handling this, as they continue to try and move on. Fans have been creeped out over these last couple of weeks about these developments. It is probably safe to say they are echoing his loved one’s emotions. However, the silver lining in all of this is that Foolio can at least be away from the drama.

According to some photos from No Jumper, it appears that his family held a private funeral service for him. Little is known about the details surrounding the burial as of now. However, these images seem to confirm that it did in fact happen. Foolio’s body was placed inside of a custom casket which appears to have a couple of interpolations of some murals of him. It was transported to cemetery via a horse and carriage and another photo shows presumably some close friends getting ready to release doves. Our condolences continue to go out Foolio’s closest people during this time.

What are your thoughts on Foolio reportedly having his funeral ceremony? Has this been one of the oddest situations out any late rapper, why or why not? What else do you think could happen following his burial? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments.
