Doechii Claps Back Hard At Azealia Banks, Calls Her “Insufferable”

In a year that’s been absolutely packed full of rap beefs so far, Doechii and Azealia Banks are in the thick of one of the most hostile. When the TDE rapper took to social media earlier this week to ask to ask what her fanbase should be nicknamed, Banks responded “Wannabes.” That led to a clap back from the “What It Is” rapper taking shots at Banks for pivoting from making music to selling soap. A few days later Banks clapped back with an attack on the entire Top Dawg Entertainment label and some pretty blatant colorism in her response.

That was all it took for Doechii to subsequently unleash on her Instagram story. “I use my platform to make money and inspire people. Everyone around me is inspired by me. I’m positive influence. You used to be so respected for your talents and your voice. Now you use your platform to gossip about Black artists and sell Mary Kay products. You’re insufferable,” she began. It was just the first of a series of extensive story posts going in on the rapper. She attacked Banks’ for her weak response in the beef, lack of worthwhile music released recently, and tendency to get into beef and drama constantly. Check out the full response she posted below.

Doechii Absolutely Slams Azealia Banks On Her Instagram Story

She still isn’t done with Banks yet though. “Your brain is fried from meds, you’re damn near immobile from the shots. Don’t hurt yourself. You gossip about BLACK artists to stay relevant and it’s sad. You definitely are an issue just not the icons… you’re one post away from the psych ward. STOP IT!Your diagnosis is wasted talent. I bowed down, I kissed the ring but bitch I’M ME! Hate to do you like this but you not finna bully me out my lane. I’ve done in two years of signing what you couldn’t do in your entire career. YOU’RE WELCOME,” she concludes.

Doechii is fresh off the release of her new single “Alter Ego” with JT. Additionally, she’s expected to release a new full-length album at some point this year. What do you think of Doechii’s response to the newest developments in her Azealia Banks beef? Who do you think will come out on top in the beef when all is said and done? Let us know in the comment section below.

Azealia Banks’ “Bussy Boy” Soap Piques Charlamagne Tha God’s Interest

Queen of controversy, Azealia Banks, is nearly always caught up in some internet beef with her fellow celebrities. Since Beyonce first announced her plans to take over country music, the New Yorker has been on her neck, bashing both the Houston native and her husband, Jay-Z. In recent days, Banks has turned some of her attention toward another female starlet – Doechii – who some think is one of the “212” hitmaker’s “sons,” or someone who takes direct inspiration from their elder’s discography and overall aesthetic.

The drama made its way to The Breakfast Club this week, where hosts Charlamagne Tha God, DJ Envy, and Jess Hilarious broke down what’s been happening. For his part, Tha God took a special interest in one comment from Doechii, teasing Banks for selling “bussy boy” soap online instead of sharing new music. Though he’s a straight, married man, the radio host was still keen to get his hands on some of the rap diva’s $7 hygiene products.

“I just googled it, and I’m about to order two bars just because this is hilarious,” Tha God declared. “I know that’s right,” Hilarious chimed in. “Make that bussy beam, boy. Helps with irritation from friction due to anal sex, hemorrhoids, jock itch, and bacterial overload,” he read the product description out loud. Scent options include Boyberry Blue and Georgia Peach. “This is so funny, it says for that glazed donut hole effect,” Charlamagne laughed at the NSFW marketing.

Even though she and Doechii have been in the news for their social media spat, Azealia Banks still has more energy to pour into feuding with other artists. Earlier this week, British pop singer Lily Allen felt the rap diva’s wrath after the former shared some negative thoughts about Beyonce’s COWBOY CARTER LP. Banks has made it known that her feelings about the genre-bending project are similar, but still, she doesn’t think that Allen is the right person to offer criticism to a Black woman. Read more about that at the link below, and check back later for more hip-hop/pop culture news updates.

Doechii Is Done Biting Her Tongue With Azealia Banks As She Roasts Her After A Diss

Doechii 2024 iHeartRadio Music Awards

Taylor Swift has the Swifties, Beyoncé has the Beyhive, and BTS has its Army: Many of the world’s biggest music artists have nicknames for their fan bases, and Doechii decided to get that situation squared away for herself. However, Azealia Banks entered the chat to ruin the fun, but Doechii clapped back.

In an Instagram post from April 5, Doechii asked her followers, “ok y’all… what should our fandom name be?” Days later, on April 9, Banks commented, “Definitely should call them the ‘wannabe’s.’

Doechii didn’t take that lying down, responding, “the first time you came for me I let it slide outta respect for my elders. It’s not my fault you sellin bussy soap and I’m sellin platinum records. Leave me alone PLEASE.”

As for the name Doechii and her fans settled on, the rapper wrote in a follow-up post, “based on the results of yesterdays poll… Swamp takes it fair n square [clapping emoji] but you’ll still be my chiichii’s from time to time, and I’ll always have a special place in my heart for my gaytors.”

Doechii, meanwhile, is fresh off fostering a healthier relationship with a hip-hop peer, by linking up with City Girls’ JT on their recent collaboration, “Alter Ego.”

Azealia Banks Suggested That Tyler The Creator And Lil Nas X Become A ‘Power Couple’ And At Least One Of Them Seemed Into It

Azealia Banks is mainly known for her incendiary takes on everything from Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter cover to Nicki Minaj’s feud with Megan Thee Stallion, but her latest hot take to go viral is slightly more… romantic(?). While criticizing Tyler The Creator and Lil Nas X for their romantic interests (ah, there it is), she made a suggestion that one seems open to and the other just seems confused by.

“I really think Tyler The Creator and Lil Nas X should get over their obsession with broke white bussy and become a power couple,” she wrote on Instagram. In a caption, she elaborated, “No more white Taco Bell-eating Caucasian twinkery, guys,” which is, admittedly, one hell of a roast. She also took the opportunity to accuse Lil Nas X of jocking her style (ONE hit 14 years ago, has anyone ever seen such a run of semi-relevance behind less?), offer some suggestions for new collaborators, and make vague allusions to the allegations against Diddy — who again, has also not had a serious hit in like a decade. Someone buy this woman a Delorean and the 1.21 gigawatts of electricity it’d take for her to catch up to 2024.

In any event, Tyler seemed amused by her matchmaking attempt, writing, “lmfao what the hell” in response. Nas took things a step further, joking(?), “azealia banks is right! Me and tyler SHOULD f*ck!”

I am sure that there are those in the stan community who would love nothing less than to see her unhinged shipping fantasy come true. Meanwhile, those of us who have business of our own to mind (and lord, how I wish mine did NOT include writing about this nonsense for clicks) will continue to do so while Banks worries about everybody else.

Of Course, Azealia Banks Has Thoughts About Beyoncé’s ‘Cowboy Carter’ Cover: ‘Literal Pick-Me Stuff’

Sigh. Here we go again. After Beyoncé shared the cover of her upcoming album Cowboy Carter, fans were rightfully fascinated by its symbolism and the events that apparently inspired it. But, of course, there was one commenter who had further thoughts — and didn’t hold back on sharing them.

Azealia Banks, who previously called Beyoncé’s new singles “16 Carriages” and “Texas Hold ‘Em” a “big-time musical grift” (lol, girl, knock it off), went all the way in on the Cowboy Carter cover, deriding it for a lack of creativity. The covers features a beauty-queen Beyoncé sitting side-saddle on a white stallion, clad in a red, white, and blue Nudie suit with a sash bearing the album’s title holding an American flag. Here it is:

Beyonce Cowboy Carter album cover artwork

Banks declares herself “ashamed at how u switch from baobab trees and black parade to this literal pick-me stuff.” She doesn’t exactly explain what any of that means across no fewer than four Instagram Story slides. Side note: Just those four clock in at a full 900 words — if sis could pitch to an outlet, she could be getting paid to be a hater instead of just doing it for free (however unlikely it’d be that any editor would want to put up with her shenanigans).

There’s a lot to parse here, but it seemingly boils down to Banks’ view that Beyoncé, with all her culture-shifting power, could have yanked the visual aspects of country music closer to an aesthetic like that of her diaspora-dabbling Black Is King imagery. To be clear, Banks called that aesthetic hypocritical at the time, as well. She also picks on Beyoncé (inaccurately) for deigning to collaborate or share her platform with exclusively white artists — which… just, no. No. If you’re going to lie, do it convincingly. You can read the rant in full below.

I’ll take a shot at extracting some meaning from the bloviating above… Azealia Banks is still looking for someone to blame that she tanked her own career with all that mean-girl energy, and enjoys the attention she gets from flaming other artists who are more successful than her. Well, here you go, Azealia. Take it to the bank.

Jay-Z & Beyonce Under Fire For “COWBOY CARTER” Rollout, Azealia Banks Shares Lengthy Rant

It’s no secret that power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce aren’t one of Azealia Banks’ favourite duos. Now that the latter is gearing up to unveil Act II of her RENAISSANCE album series, the “212” hitmaker is making it known that she’s not supporting Bey exploring genres outside her usual repertoire. “Wow, we didn’t even try to put even a little effort into a more artistic title?” Banks asked on her Instagram Story. “Sis, I live for Whiteyonce Donatella Bianca Bardot DOWN, but I’m kind of ashamed at how [you] switch from Baobab trees and Black Parade to this literal pick me stuff.”

The New Yorker then called the “Halo” artist out for previously supporting the embattled Dixie Chicks, “who would never do the same for [her].” According to Banks, Bey too often shares her “platform with White women who are so jealous of [her] but have such a long history of sabotaging other Black women’s careers.” In particular, the infamous social media troll is taking issue with the “White woman cosplay” we’ve seen the Houston native in lately, such as her platinum blonde hair and themed outfits.

Azealia Banks Shares Her Thoughts on Act II

As for Beyonce’s husband, Banks had a message for him too. “Ugh, I’m so saddened by Jay-Z and his over strategizing everything [Bey does] to the point where it’s clearly his influence and not the real Bianca Bardot… Someone tell Jay-Z his strategies are corny and Beyonce has better ideas… We would like to see her outside without him and his pound puppy dreadlocks breathing all over herrrrrrr.”

If you’re still curious to know more about Beyonce’s COWBOY CARTER, even after Azealia Banks’ loud hate train, the mother of three gave us a few interesting details via IG earlier this week. She didn’t unveil her list of collaborators yet, but Bey did promise that she has upcoming songs with fellow artists who have earned her deepest respects. Rappers Who Support Donald Trump: Weezy, Kodak & More

In a landscape often associated with progressive ideologies and social activism, the alignment of rap music with hard-right conservatives can seem like a paradox. Yet, the diversity of thought within the hip hop community defies simplistic categorization. Despite the prevailing sentiment that former president Donald Trump is a purported abhorrent racist, there exists a cohort of rappers who openly express their support for him.

While some rappers support Donald Trump due to personal experience with his administration, some others do so out of a desire to engage with a controversial counter-culture movement. Whatever the reasoning, it is clear that hip hop’s political spectrum is far from monolithic, serving as a microcosm of the broader societal tapestry where divergent viewpoints coexist and collide. Here are seven prominent rappers who have expressed their support for the two-time popular vote loser.

7. Azealia Banks

Azealia Banks has remained one of the most controversial figures in hip hop for many years, frequently engaging in public feuds and beefs with other music industry veterans on social media and at private venues. Apparently, Banks is also a known Trump supporter, dating back to comments made during the 2016 election. The singer-songwriter is quoted as saying, “I think Trump is the only one who truly has the balls to bust up big business.”

The notable female rapper reaffirmed her support of Trump during a November 2023 interview, stating, “He’s just f*k*ing funnyyyy. He’s been through how many bankruptcies? How many wives? How many television shows? Seriously, nothing can take him down?”

6. Waka Flocka Flame

Waka Flocka Flame is best known for making anthemic bangers like “Hard in da Paint” and “No Hands.” The rapper has also made a number of pro-Trump comments over the years, with many fans praying that the Atlanta native is joking. In 2020, Waka Flocka claimed Trump was a better commander-in-chief than Obama and has continued to tweet in support of the controversial 45th POTUS ever since. Waka Flocka Flame even received a Lifetime Achievement Award from Trump in 2021, solidifying their bizarre relationship.

5. Benny The Butcher

Benny The Butcher recently came out in support of Donald Trump, although he offered very little reasoning as to why the twice-impeached former head of state would receive his blessing. In August 2023, Benny took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce, “I’m votin Trump 2024,” prompting a slurry of arguments from passionate Griselda fans in the replies. Benny The Butcher refused to provide any specific policy reasons why he has joined other rappers in support of Trump over the incumbent president Biden. However, he did disavow previous lyrics he rapped, which maligned Trump as a poor leader.

4. Sexyy Red

Further, Sexyy Red supports Trump and has even suggested that many people in her neighborhood do as well. Red provided some insight into why the former president has her support during a recent episode of comedian Theo Von’s This Past Weekend podcast. During her interview, she stated, “I like Trump. They support him in the hood. At first, I don’t think people was f**king with him. They thought he was racist, saying little s**t against women. But once he started getting Black people out of jail and giving people that free money. Awe, baby, we love Trump. We need him back in office.”

This sentiment echoes Trump’s recent rhetoric, as the former one-term president falsely suggested that his polling numbers were growing within the Black community as his arrests and indictments stacked up. The actual polling data fails to reflect the alleged support, but if Sexxy Red is correct, there may be a silent undercurrent of Trump supporters from the hood.

3. Lil Wayne

Lil Wayne was one of the many incarcerated individuals to receive eleventh-hour pardons from Donald Trump as the former commander-in-chief concluded his term in office. Once Wayne was freed from prison, he joined Trump on stage and offered the former president his loyalty, and has even gone on to shout him out in several tracks. While many other rappers on this list believe in Trump due to a poor understanding of politics, Wayne has a personal stake in the former president’s administration, as no other politician has offered the New Orleans native such clemency.

The Lil Wayne song “Tuxedo,” which dropped in September of 2023, offered lyrics such as “I ain’t Aaron Rodgers ’cause I’m still on that pack, n****. Still got twelve on my motherf****n’ back, n****. Came home from jail, they was tryna send me back, n****. I just called my n**** Donald Trump and that was that, n****.”

2. Kodak Black

Like Lil Wayne, Kodak Black was pardoned by Trump during the latter’s final days in the Oval Office. Since then, Kodak has supported the former president and even accused his political enemies of manufacturing turmoil to justify persecuting him. During an April 2023 Instagram Live, Kodak stated, “I feel like these people are on some other s**t. They are trying to get Trump out the way cause Trump a stand-up n***a… Trump is a real n***a. He’s a soldier… Y’all get off Trump, man.”

These comments from the rapper specifically followed Trump’s April arrest on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, resulting in the now-infamous Trump mugshot. The image of Trump’s mugshot has been shared and utilized by both Trump supporters and Trump critics.

1. Lil Pump

Lil Pump has supported Trump since the former president unsuccessfully sought reelection in 2020. During the campaign, the “Gucci Gang” rapper joined Trump on stage and hollered his signature catchphrase, “esskeetit,” to a crowd of very confused MAGA Republicans. Since then, Pump has continued to post pro-Trump messages and photos on his social media, including a recent image which shows that the rapper actually got Trump’s wrinkly visage tattooed on his upper thigh. Obviously, Pump’s support of the controversial politician goes significantly deeper than any other artist on this list, as the 23-year-old has branded himself for life.

Azealia Banks Slams Beyoncé’s Venture Into Country Music Calling It A ‘Big Time Musical Grift’ Among Other Things

In Beyoncé’s Super LVIII commercial, she set out to crash the internet, and that she did. Immediately following the ad’s airing, she unveiled two new singles, “16 Carriages” and “Texas Hold ‘Em.”

The releases kicked off her country era, slated to be heard throughout her upcoming album, Renaissance: Act II. But before the Beyhive could dust off their daisy dukes, Azealia Banks is rattling off her opinion on the creative venture.

On February 12, Banks took to her Instagram Stories to slam Beyoncé’s country records and new direction.

“I love you down, but them r&b runs over the Leslie feist back beats is giving Pickmesha,” she wrote. “Nothing country about it. You’re setting yourself up to be ridiculed again. There’s a theatrical element to country music. Them [country] critics are not just going to accept an ugly blond wig and bullying from Jay-Z. It’s giving big-time musical grift.”

Banks even looped in former R&B singer turned country music star K. Michelle (now known as Puddin) into the conversation. “Yes, Black girls can make country music, but you’re just really not hitting the button,” she said. “K. Michelle, this is your turn to really execute. It’s no shade, but K. Michelle truly understands the assignment.”

After Beyoncé dropped her latest songs, users online also began tagging K. Michelle to get her thoughts on the major shift. K. Michelle is completely on board. “Y’all been mentioning me all night,” she wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “I’m just happy to be spoken about in my genre. I love Bey and will be supporting her like I always do. ❤❤

Azealia Banks Defends Nicki Minaj Following Kanye West’s ‘No Body’ Verse Clearance Request Rant

After her iHeartRadio Jingle Ball performance on December 14 in Atlanta, Georgia, Nicki Minaj is laser-focused on all things Pink Friday 2. That means leaving behind anything that will siphon off promotional attention from it, including older collaborations. Unfortunately, that means her leaked viral verse for Kanye West’s song “New Body” might never see the light of day.

After Nicki apparently refused to clear her verse, which was set to appear on West’s forthcoming joint album Vultures with Ty Dolla Sign, he went on a rant against her. Now, Azealia Banks has inserted herself into the mix to take up for Nicki’s artistic decision.

On Saturday, December 16, in a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter), Banks tore into West. “Okay. Now I’m really pissed the f*ck off,” she wrote. “Regardless of how I feel about [Pink Friday 2], did fat, smelly loser Kanye West really just try to step all over Nicki’s release? Did I hear correctly when he tried to take credit for supporting her career.”

She continued, “Did he forget that Lil Wayne and Young Money [Records] supported her, believed in her, and shared their money, time, and resources with her to launch a female rapper to international icon status? Has Kanye ever successfully launched any artist he hasn’t sabotaged out of jealousy?”

Banks’ opinions on other artists tend to divide users online, but most fans support this take.

Diplo’s Legal Troubles Continue As Accuser Claims Revenge Porn Involvement

Azealia Banks, Diplo

Diplo, the American producer, and DJ, finds himself in hot water once again as he faces a new lawsuit. New accusations of revenge porn have recently emerged amid sexual assault allegations.

New Allegations Emerge

In the ongoing legal saga between Diplo and Shelly Auguste, new accusations of revenge porn have emerged.

Previously, Shelly Auguste is a familiar name as Diplo recently sued the woman, as he accused her of threatening to release revenge porn and repeatedly contacted his child’s mother and other family members. Auguste, who first filed a restraining order against Diplo in 2020, claims that the producer solicited nude photos from her when she was 17 years old and allegedly gave her a sexually transmitted disease.

An ‘Obsessed Fan’?

In October 2023, she claimed that the megaproducer hired a private investigator after the two argued; she stated:

“The private investigator stated to me that he knew my address, he knew my parents address, he knew my place of work as well as my parents place to work,” Take that as you may but most people will take that as a threat.”

Diplo has consistently denied these allegations, as he claimed she was an “obsessed fan,” in 2021.

Revenge Porn Allegations

Adding fuel to the fire, Auguste now alleges that Diplo distributed revenge porn involving her. In a police report, she accuses him of intentionally sharing explicit images of her to humiliate and intimidate her, as well as discourage other women from coming forward.

The civil trial regarding these claims is scheduled for April 2024. Diplo’s lawyer, Bryan J. Freedman, told Pitchfork:

“For more than three years, Shelly Auguste has been orchestrating an ongoing smear campaign against Wes – and this is just more of the same. Now Ms. Auguste is at it yet again. But Wes will defend himself, and, just as he has done every time Ms. Auguste has defamed, harassed, and attacked him and his family, he will win.”

This recent lawsuit comes amidst a backdrop of previous sexual abuse allegations against Diplo. Rapper Azealia Banks, among others, has accused him of coercing her into engaging in sexual activities for the sake of music production.

Azealia Banks Exposes Diplo: Disturbing Allegations Of Sexual Abuse Come To Light

In a shocking Instagram video, rapper Azealia Banks recently opened up about her alleged abusive relationship with Diplo. The “212” artist revealed disturbing details about the treatment she endured as a young artist, shedding light on the producer’s problematic history with young women.

‘He Took This Polaroid Photo Of Me’

On Tuesday, Nov. 15, Azealia Banks took to her Instagram to dish out on producer, Diplo.

Recounting her experiences, Banks stated that Diplo would coerce her into engaging in sexual activities in exchange for beats. She stated:

“I was very confused when I was called by VIBE Magazine and being told that i was going to be on a cover with Diplo. And I was just like why I am on a cover with Diplo, I don’t even have any Diplo songs. Do any of us even know any Diplo records? No, do you know the types of terrible f*cking things Diplo used to do to me when I was 17 and broke. Like if you guys just knew the degrading sh*t that n*gga would like do to me, just kind of gas me and coerce me to have sex with him to get beats from him. I would have sex with him and he would be like I’ll send you some beats. I need everyone to stop running with that narrative of Diplo found me, Diplo did not find me, I was discovered on MySpace by a guy named 77KLASH.”

Azealia continued:

“He [Diplo] took this polaroid photo of me. Which I guess then, when you’re like 18, you think it’s like cool, sentimental things. That picture has kind of been floating around of my stuff, from state to state, and you know I am very spiritual person, I don’t believe in throwing pictures of myself out. I looked at the photo the other day and like I can just see all of the sadness in that little girl’s eyes. I was just really fucking sad, because I just felt like what the fuck just happened. This n*gga just kind of f*cked me, and then ran out the door. Nobody from XL was there to just interject. I’m sorry but record labels, when you sign these kids and they’re like 16,17,18 – there’s another set of responsibility that you have to take on, yes, absolutely. You cannot just leave them out there like that.”

Diplo’s Controversial Past With Photos

Azealia Banks is not the only individual to speak out against Diplo. The producer has faced previous sexual abuse allegations involving other young women.

In one case, he sued a woman named Shelly Auguste, accusing her of threatening to release revenge porn and repeatedly contacting his child’s mother and other family members.

According to Daily Mail,  Auguste claimed that Diplo contacted her when she was 17 years old, solicited nude photos of her, and allegedly gave her a sexually transmitted disease. Following this, she alleged that after she moved to Los Angeles, Diplo coerced her into sex by sending unsolicited graphic photos of himself in sexual situations.

Diplo Speaks Out

Furthermore, the popular producer was said to have recorded a video of their sexual encounter despite her telling him she didn’t want that and tried to “coax her into a threesome with a girl she believes was underaged at the time.”

According to TMZ, Diplo stated:

“I will keep this story easy to read because I know the internet has a short attention span, and it was my goal to never address a stalker. I will refer to her as ‘SA’ (and you can find anything easily online) she was an obsessed fan of mine, and after I relinquished all contact with her, it appears that her only purpose in life has been to disrupt my work, my business, harass me and my close friends and attack me and threaten my family”’ his post began.

Then, in 2021, another woman, who remains unnamed, filed a lawsuit against the producer, claiming that he coerced her into performing oral sex and recorded the encounter without her consent. The woman alleged that Diplo invited her to his personal room, pressured her for sex, and isolated her from her male friend, whom Diplo’s security team allegedly assaulted when he refused to leave without her.

‘I’m An Adult. I’m Not Being Groomed’

Amidst these allegations, in 2020, Diplo’s relationship with influencer Quenlin Blackwell was questioned.

The two denied any inappropriate behavior, describing their relationship as strictly platonic. Blackwell addressed the rumors of being groomed by Diplo, stating:

“I’m an adult. I’m not being groomed. Platonic relationships exist. I’ve been living here for over a year,” she wrote. “I’d rather break both of my legs and be forced to walk than pursue Diplo romantically and he’d rather choke.”

At the time, she was 19 years old, and Diplo was 41 years old.

M.I.A. Speaks Her Piece

M.I.A., a prominent artist and previous associate of Diplo, has also spoken about her negative experiences with the producer and how he would belittle her successes and became enraged when she signed with a major label. The “Paper Planes” artist stated in a 2015 interview:

“By the time that was happening to me, I was with Diplo and he basically just like shat on every good thing that was happening to me, and I just didn’t enjoy it because if I was on a cover of a magazine he’ll be like, ‘What do you want to do, like be on the dentist waiting room table? Like, is that what a magazine is for? It’s corny. Like, don’t do magazines.’ She continued with that Diplo “literally smashed my hotel room and broke all the furniture because he was so angry I got picked up by a major label and it was the corniest thing in the world that could possibly happen.”

L.A. Reid Under Fire

These revelations of abuse within the music industry highlight a broader issue surrounding power dynamics and the mistreatment of many in the industry. L.A. Reid, former CEO of Arista Records, has recently come under fire as allegations of sexual abuse from former executive Drew Dixon have emerged.
