This time, Diddy was seen outside one of his Miami mansions on Star Island being cheery with fans passing by.

Diddy Shields Miami Mansion With Umbrellas After Homeland Security Raids

For those who don’t know, two of Diddy’s mansions were raided by Homeland Security earlier this week. The raids were conducted as part of a federal human trafficking investigation. Authorities reportedly found guns, seized multiple phones, and more during the searches. The music mogul and his team have continued to cling to his innocence. They’ve even since accused officials of a gross overuse of military-level force.

Regardless, all eyes have been on Diddy and his residences since the raids, which he doesn’t seem to appreciate. Recently, he and his team even took an unexpected approach to keeping prying eyes away. They shielded the entrance of Diddy’s Star Island home with several umbrellas, which were positioned on and around a Cadillac Escalade in his driveway. It remains unclear whether or not the umbrellas were effective in concealing whatever it was the mogul was looking to hide.

Diddy’s Team Takes Unusual Approach To Privacy

“Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities. [He] will continue to fight every single day to clear his name,” a legal rep for Diddy claimed after the raids. While Diddy may have been able to keep cameras at bay with umbrellas following the highly publicized raids, they did little to keep away nosy neighbors, or their false allegations. This week, for example, Diddy’s neighbor Khaliq Thomas drove through the chaos of the raids and made some outlandish claims to a nearby reporter.

He alleged that the Bad Boy Records founder frequently has busloads of minors dropped off at his home in the middle of the night. Though fans likely aren’t going to have that kind of cash lying around, there is one particular reason why the sale is relevant. The mansion includes Khaled’s famous sneaker room, a 1000 square foot room dedicated to his shoes that he famously rented out as an Air BNB a few years ago. Much of the discussion surrounding DJ Khaled recently has been related to his silence on Palestine. That came just a few weeks after another video of Khaled had fans cracking up. In that clip he’s going on a joyride in a golf cart that gets hilariously interrupted by a cop on a motorcycle. It’s unclear if Khaled was subsequently hit with any kind of fine or ticket for his golf cart driving abilities. However, there are many more reasons to be interested and invested in this property, and all those reasons are lost souls that he wants to honor and pay tribute to. Moreover, the Baton Rouge rapper recently got a mural at his mansion that features the likenesses of four of his friends who passed away. What’s more is that he also revealed plans to add another wall of tributes around his pool, yet it’s a bit unclear if they will depict other deceased loved ones or other gems in his life.

Of course, Boosie Badazz not only wants to pay tribute to those who aren’t around anymore, but also to stamp his name in the game and make sure his legacy lives on. This provoked a recent spat with Ye, who claimed that he invented the popular styles of music of the past 20 years. The 41-year-old took strong issue with this statement, offering himself up as an example of important hip-hop (and music at large) that exists outside of the Yeezy orbit of influence. While some fans debated this point heavily, it’s hard to argue that taking credit for all music of the past two decades is an exaggeratory statement.

Travis Scott & Kylie Jenner Bump Down Their Beverly Hills Mansion’s Price

Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner are still growing their relationship not just as co-parents, but as co-home owners. Moreover, PEOPLE reports that the former couple lowered the asking price of their Beverly Hills mansion as of Thursday (February 29) after struggling to sell the California property. With a new realtor at the helm -– that being celebrity property whiz Josh Altman of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing -– they want a little under $18 million for the pad. It has seven bedrooms and 11 bathrooms (conflicting reports list six and nine or ten units respectively) and boasts 9,100 square feet of living space for a potential owner.

Furthermore, Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner reportedly seek a little under $18 million for the Beverly Hills mansion. They originally listed this property for $21.9 million back in October of 2022 after purchasing it in 2018 for $13.5 million. Six months after they listed the home for sale, they dropped their asking price down to $19.9 million, and now we’re here about a year later. We’ll see whether or not another celebrity’s interested in picking it up, or if it will be some loaded pockets just looking for a nice crib.

As for Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner, there’s still a lot of interest around their dynamic and how they’ve evolved. For example, there was much more conversation around one of Beyoncé’s concerts last year (well… a smidge bit more than usual, anyway) because Kylie and her new flame Timothée Chalamet were at the same show that La Flame was at. This is just more pop culture gossip, but it speaks to how folks still see them as united. Whether that’s as distant co-parents or close friends isn’t for us to witness.

All of this musical success has led him to be able to explore other lanes of business. Just recently, he unveiled Cacti Park. It is a baseball field in West Palm Beach that will play host to MLB Spring Training games. All of that money has most likely allowed Travis Scott to purchase an expensive California mansion.

Scott is always talking about living in the hills in his songs and lives out that fascination in reality. The 31-year-old superstar possesses a massive $23.5 million mansion in Brentwood. It sits stunningly on the side of hill with a gorgeous view of the neighborhood below. However, Scott’s estate could be in some trouble.

According to XXL, there have record-breaking amounts of rainfall in the area with LA getting about eight inches of it in just three days at one point. Wind gusts have also hit about 102 mph according to the AP News. Additionally, over 475 mudslides were reported across the state as well. All of this accumulates into dangerous and weathered conditions for Scott’s mansion on the hill. In the video above you can see the massive crack just feet away from it. Even more rain is expected this week and with the cracks already in about four feet of topsoil, an evacuation could be in order for Travis and the other residents on the same landscape.

6ix9ine Sells Assets Like Car & Mansion To Cover $10 Million Judgement In Assault Case

When 6ix9ine failed to show up in court for an assault lawsuit, he didn’t consider that a default judgement would end up ridding him of his valuables. However, that’s exactly what court documents reportedly obtained by TMZ indicate, as the court appointed a receiver to handle his assets. These include a Rolls-Royce, a mansion in Florida, and many other pricey items that might be sold off or auctioned to pay for the $9.825 judgement by any means necessary. In fact, it seems like this is a pretty limitless proposition, as the docs claim that the receiver can “break any locks necessary to gain access to any real property.”

For those unaware, the rapper– who said he will drop a new album soon– received this lawsuit over two years ago. He accidentally hit Alexis Salaberrios, a dancer for Gold Rush Cabaret in Miami, in the head with a champagne bottle that he threw at a person who called him a rat. After going to the ER and getting stitches, she filed legal action against him and won the judgement back in July. Since 6ix9ine never paid for it, now Salaberrios has clearance to seize these assets despite his legal team initially dismissing this suit.

DJ Khaled Recalls Nearly Losing His Mansion Amid Financial Woes

DJ Khaled says he nearly lost his mansion in Miami in the mid-2010s while investing too much capital into his We The Best company. In doing so, he found himself struggling to make rent payments on the property. He recalled the tough period during a new interview with Rolling Stone.

“I remember I had like a month to come up with this [large] amount of money. I kept saying, ‘There’s no way in the world that we worked this much this far and we don’t have nothing to show for it.’ I changed that right away,” he recalled. “I was like, ‘Yo, if I want a family, I got to get my shit right.’ And I gambled on myself. I always bet on myself from day one. But I tripled down that day.”

Elsewhere in his conversation with the outlet, he discussed his upcoming album, Til Next Time. He says that the name is in reference to a transition he’ll be making into TV and film. “I’m treating it like it’s my last album. But it’s not a goodbye,” he said. “You’re going to start seeing and hearing about all these new things that I’m doing. I’m going to be doing more TV and film. We taking over the TV and film. That’s what Til Next Time is — it’s like, I’m going to give you an incredible album, but also while I’m giving you that incredible album, you’re going to see all these big new moves that I’m doing and new categories that we going to take over.”
