Kylie Jenner Shares Side-By-Side Comparison Of Aire & Stormi

Kylie Jenner shared a new video of her and Travis Scott’s latest child, Aire, on social media, this week. In the clip, Jenner dances with her 1-year-old as Stephen Sanchez’s “Until I Found You” plays in the background. In further posts on her Instagram Story, Jenner posted side-by-side photos of Aire and Stormi. The pictures were originally posted next to one another by a fan account.

Jenner gave birth to her second child back in February 2022. She waited over a month before showing him on social media. Additionally, she and Scott waited until just last month to finally revealed his name. They had originally called him Wolf, but confirmed that they would be changing his name.

Kylie’s Video With Aire

Jenner explained their dilemma during an appearance on The Late Late Show With James Cordon in September. She revealed that they figured the perfect name would come to them as soon as they saw Aire, but it simply didn’t happen. “We haven’t officially legally changed the name. His name is still Wolf. His passport’s Wolf, but that isn’t gonna be his name. We’re just waiting,” Jenner said. She elaborated during an episode of The Kardashians: “I thought it would just come to us when we saw him and it didn’t, and 24 hours before we had to register him, Khloé [Kardashian] said, ‘What about Wolf?’ and I liked the ‘W W’ so we just put Wolf Webster in the moment and right after I signed the birth certificate, I thought, ‘What did I just do?’”

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott began dating back in April 2017. They welcomed their first child, Stormi, in February 2018. They broke up just one year later. In the time since, they’ve been on and off again as a couple. According to the NY Post, things are currently on rocky ground between the two. A source tells them, “Kylie is very focused on her kids and her business. She is not a big partier, Travis is the opposite. He likes to party. They definitely have different focuses. They always did.” However, they clarified that “this is probably not the end” of Jenner and Scott’s complicated relationship.

Fans Are Split On Kylie Jenner And Travis Scott Throwing An ‘Astroworld’-Themed Birthday Party For Their Son

Travis Scott might be slowly returning from his self-imposed exile to headline festivals again this year, but fans don’t seem apt to let him forget about the disaster at his own Astroworld Festival which prompted him to go on hiatus in the first place.

Case in point: Travis and Kylie Jenner have come under fire for the decorations for their one-year-old son Aire’s birthday day, which were inspired by the massive inflatable head from the festival. The festival’s decorations were, of course, inspired by Travis’ third studio album, also called Astroworld and named after a defunct theme park in his hometown, Houston.

As he told GQ in 2017, “They tore down AstroWorld to build more apartment space… We want it back. We want the building back. That’s why I’m doing it. It took the fun out of the city.”

Observers on social media are calling out the Astroworld-themed celebration for “mocking” the victims of the doomed 2021 festival, during which a crowd crush caused 10 deaths and hundreds of injuries. Travis is still facing a massive wrongful death/injury lawsuit combining over 1,000 cases, and some survivors have criticized his efforts to make amends.

However, some fans are defending the couple, pointing out that they’ve used similar theming for their six-year-old daughter Stormi’s parties in the past and arguing that the decorations are a reference to the album, not the festival.

Kylie Jenner & Travis Scott Face Backlash For Kids’ Astroworld Birthday Party

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott recently celebrated their children’s birthdays, but faced some backlash as well. Moreover, the birthday parties for Stormi, 5, and Aire, 1, featured an inflatable blow-up head much like the iconography for Astroworld. Of course, Travis’s reimagining of the closed Six Flags Houston theme park spanned an album, merch, and a festival as well. However, given the tragedy that occurred at the festival’s last incarnation, many believe these decorations are in poor taste. Ten people lost their lives at Astroworld, and it continues to loom over the ex-couple.

Still, Kylie’s birthday posts for her children touched and charmed many. After all, people just learned Aire’s name recently, so there’s fresh baby fever at play. For Aire, she penned his first birthday message from his mother. “AIRE, she wrote. “my son, my moon, my stars. best year of my life with you. you complete us my angel. mommy loves you. happy 1st birthday. may God always bless you.” Meanwhile, she shared an equally sweet message for her firstborn, Stormi Webster. “i gave you the gift of life and life gave me the gift of you,” the makeup mogul expressed. “the most special girl. this little face. i will miss it as it keeps changing. 5 years of loving you and forever more to go. i will always be there for you storm girl.”

However, these birthday celebrations came under fire from people who still remember what happened at Astroworld. Moreover, Kylie shared some pictures and videos of their joint party, and users quickly noticed the inflatable Astroworld head. Of course, it’s not the first time this sort of backlash came against the couple for their branding. Stormi’s previous birthday celebrations also featured the inflatable, although Kylie disposed it four months after the tragedy. Furthermore, according to Page Six, this party was unicorn-themed, but the iconography is still hard to swallow.

LisaRaye McCoy Doubles Down That Kylie Jenner Copied Her Style

We witnessed several stars turn heads at Paris Fashion Week, but few had the effect of Kylie Jenner. The reality mogul appeared at the Schiaparelli show wearing the designer’s original gown adorned with a faux fur lion’s head on one shoulder. The look even received approval from PETA, but LisaRaye McCoy took to Instagram to point out that she wore the style first—sort of. The actress did wear a white gown with a small tiger’s head on one shoulder for Da Brat’s birthday party. She penned a caption saying Jenner copied her style.

More recently, while on Cocktails with Queens, McCoy doubled down on her sentiment. She faced backlash from people who pointed out that Jenner wasn’t responsible for designing the gown. It didn’t sway McCoy at all as she defended her position.

“I meant it, but I meant it absolutely in a good way, ’cause I think, you know, when you’re creative, and you see something else that reminds you of what you’ve done—of course, her head was bigger than my tiger head. And of course, it was in a different color, but same idea. For the designer or her deciding to wear it, but it waslike, bravo! Great minds think alike.”

“We did it first. I’m not the first-first,” McCoy recognized as she brought up Coming to America. The actress questioned if the designer was also inspired by the classic Eddie Murphy comedy. Still, people in the comment section rebelled against McCoy’s latest declaration.

Imitation is the highest form of flattery, or so they say, and LisaRaye McCoy is claiming Kylie Jenner copied her look. Jenner recently made a show-stopping appearance at the Schiaparelli runway show for Paris Fashion Week. The mogul wore Schiaparelli gown complete with a faux fur lion’s head—a look that was also featured in the show.

Jenner captured the attention of the world as her appearances often do. McCoy also acknowledged the display while also paying homage to a similar style she previously showcased at an event.

Although Jenner’s attire was criticized, PETA came forward to express their support of the reality star’s faux fur gown. They have often called out the Kardashian-Jenners for wearing real fur, but this time, they had nothing but praise.

“These fabulously innovative three-dimensional animal heads show that where there’s a will, there’s a way,” the company wrote. “We encourage everyone to stick with 100% cruelty-free designs that showcase human ingenuity and prevent animal suffering.”

Kylie Jenner Reacts To TikTok Poking Fun At Her & Travis Scott’s Son’s Name: Video

No matter what Kylie Jenner does, due to her A-list celebrity status, she frequently falls victim to online criticism. Whether for her on-again-off-again relationship with Travis Scott, exuberant wealth, or her fashion choices, the 25-year-old is no stranger to having social media rip into her.

The talk of the town lately has been the new name bestowed upon the socialite’s youngest child with the rapper. Shortly after his birth, the couple chose Wolf Webster thanks to a recommendation from big sister Khloé Kardashian.

“We didn’t really have a name. I just thought it was going to come to us when we saw him and it didn’t,” Jenner previously told the world on The Late Late Show with James Corden. “Twenty-four hours before we had to sign the birth certificate, or else they just register him without a name and he doesn’t get a social security number.”

The mother of two went on, “I  like the WW, so we just put Wolf Webster in that moment. Right after I signed the birth certificate, I was like, “What did I just do?” It’s a part of his story but his name has changed.”

For several months, fans were kept in the dark regarding the infant’s new title. Just a few days ago, however, Jenner broke the internet. At the time she unveiled her baby’s name – Aire – and adorable face all at once.

It’s undoubtedly one of the more unique options out there. The world has been having a field day poking fun at how it came to be. In one TikTok, a creator plays both Kylie and Travis as they decide on their son’s name.

Using the opening narration from Avatar: The Last Airbender, they list off the four elements in character as the makeup mogul. When she gets to “air,” the Utopia rapper jumps to his feet, signalling an interest.

The comedic clip has since earned over 2M likes and countless comments – including one from Jenner. Beneath the clip, she dropped off two crying laughing emojis. This lets the world know she’s laughing at their antics along with them.

[WATCH] Kylie Jenner Dragged For Wearing Givenchy Noose Necklace

Screen Shot 2023 01 25 at 7.35.39 AM

Yikes! Kylie Jenner upset social media when she showed up wearing a noose necklace to Paris Fashion Week.

The 25-year-old entrpreneur made headlines on Monday for wearing a stuffed lion’s head to the Schiaparelli Haute Couture Spring Summer 2023 runway show.

Now Kylie is back again causing an uproar for wearing a noose necklace after attending the fashion show on Monday.

Paparazzi photos caught Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s star wearing what appeared to be a white gold or platinum noose around her neck.

According to Radar Online, the noose-inspired necklace first appeared in Givenchy’s 2022 spring collection in October 2021.

Social media users accused Kyle of endorsing an item that would is offensive to Black people.

One reddit user wrote: “This woman has black children. This is so disgusting. It’s not ok to just say ‘she probably doesn’t know’ — she needs to know, even if you took out the racial history of a noose, there’s the suicidal side of it. It’s wrong in so many ways.”

Kylie Jenner’s Givenchy Noose Necklace Earns Her Significant Backlash

Unfortunately for the Kardashian-Jenner family, it often feels as though they can’t go a day without being criticized. Seeing as they have a large family, most of whom specifically choose to spend their time in the public eye, it’s not exactly surprising. After so much criticism in past years, though, you’d think they’d stop repeating the same mistakes. Most recently, the youngest sister, Kylie Jenner, is facing significant backlash for some of her Paris Fashion Week outfit choices.

Firstly, the internet has been having a field day with the makeup mogul’s animalistic outfit for the Schiaparelli couture show. While sitting front row – alongside an equally as eye-catching Doja Cat – she donned a curve-hugging black dress, complete with a lifesize, realistic lion’s head on her torso.

While the materials used to create the majestic creature Jenner wore were faux, haters are still upset over her apparent promotion of wearing animals. However, PETA has made it known that they’re in support of her jungle-friendly fit, even publicly praising the socialite and brand for their creative work.

After obviously causing controversy at Schiaparelli, the California native stirred the pot with Givenchy. From afar, her outfit looks relatively normal, consisting of a bright blue dress and mid-length pink sparkly boots. Up close, though, you can see that the accessory worn around her neck actually doubles as a noose.

As Page Six notes, the controversial piece made its debut in the French brand’s Spring 2022 collection. It appeared on the runway in October 2021, at which time social media heavily criticized it.

Upon seeing new photos of the 25-year-old in Paris, outraged Twitter users have been speaking out. “@givenchy & @KylieJenner yall support slavery? Because why would Givenchy create a noose necklace understanding the atrocities of slavery globally?” one user pondered.

“And, why would you, Kylie, wear a damn noose necklace and you have a HALF BLACK DAUGHTER & SON?! True racists,” they added.

Another person openly asked, “This woman has no shame at all. Is she picking her outfits on purpose knowing very well they will create controversy?”

Tyga Says Kardashians Aren’t Bad People, Explains Why Their World Is “Different”

His controversial relationship with Kylie Jenner took over pop culture all those years ago, but these days, Tyga has separated himself from the Kardashian-Jenners. He and Kylie Jenner’s romance has been widely documented, and he revisited those days with the famous family during his appearance on Hotboxin’ with Mike Tyson.

DJ Whoo Kid questioned if Tyga was happy that his name wasn’t included in conversations about the speculated “Kardashian Curse.” Mike Tyson jumped in to ask Tyga, “Those people are not bad people, are they?”

Tyga was careful with his answer.

“They’re not bad people. I think—the problem is, though, you gotta understand. It’s like, if you come from a different world, their world is different. Say, if they want to become artists and come to our world, they wouldn’t last. You know what I’m saying? It would be critical.”

“So, imagine going to their world as a rapper or somebody else. Or like, a different…,” Tyga continued before being interrupted by Tyson. The boxing legend wanted Tyga to explain what the Kardashian-Jenner world is like.

“It’s gossip. It’s different. So, coming from—me, I’m not a person that, I don’t like to be filmed all day. I don’t like to put everything, what I’m doing [out there]… In their world, it may not be good for you.”

Tyga reportedly met Kylie in 2011 at a party for Kendall Jenner’s 16th birthday. In 2014, he accompanied his then-fiancée Blac Chyna to Kylie’s 17th birthday party—an event that Chyna was reportedly hosting. Days later, he called off the engagement and denied it had anything to do with the teen.

However, the following year, Tyga gifted the newly 18-year-old reality star a $320K Ferrari. The couple called it quits officially in 2017.

Kylie Jenner’s Lion Head Dress Raises Controversy

FnJobanWIAMytSK

On Monday, Kylie Jenner attended the Schiaparelli’s couture runway in Paris. She arrived in a black velvet strapless gown decorated with the life-size head of a lion — a pre-release from the label’s Spring-Summer 2023 couture collection that debuted moments later.

The faux lion head featuring a manicured mane, brings hyper-realism to the next level. The design covered Jenner’s entire torso and was completed with a pair of black Schiaparelli sling-backs with golden embossed toes.

Jenner’s outfit was spotted on the runway as she cozied up in her seat rocking the outfit. The collection featured more hyper-realistic animal ensembles. Show notes report, the collection was inspired by Dante’s “Inferno” and the nine circles of hell. This is a metaphor for the uncertainty and creative torment all artists experience, wrote creative director Daniel Roseberry.

http cdn.cnn .com cnnnext dam assets 230123113120 02 kylie jenner schiaparelli lion headdress restricted

Roseberry reimagined the leopard, the lion and the she-wolf in the collection by drawing literally from the three beasts that appear in the 14th century poem– representing lust, pride and avarice respectively.

Naomi Campbell carried a boxy, black faux fur coat with a wolf’s head on the left shoulder down the runway, while Canadian model Shalom Harlow wore a strapless snow leopard tube dress with a feline head emerging through the bust.

The animal pieces were constructed entirely by hand from resin and man-made materials. Although Schiaparelli specified the pieces are “faux-taxidermy,” the close proximity to trophy hunting turned certain social media users off.

Roseberry believes in the power of art and the conversations it sparks. He said, if the clothes are instilling fear then they’re doing their job. “Inferno, Purgatorio, Paradiso: One cannot exist without the other,” he concluded in the show notes. “It is a reminder there is no such thing as heaven without hell; there is no joy without sorrow; there is no ecstasy of creation without the torture of doubt.”

Roseberry further stated, “It’s not costume. It’s not wearable art, even. This is not like a couturier dressing women up like dolls. It’s more speaking about that feminine energy.” Still, despite the outstanding execution of design heightened by a deeply intentional exposition, the show is arguably being overshadowed by critics.
