Ice-T slammed “weirdos” on social media who have been spreading conspiracy theories about Jamie Foxx’s health. The comments come after the actor suffered a prolonged “medical complication,” throughout the last several months.

Ice-T wrote on Twitter: “People would rather believe that Jamie is now a Clone or Ai, than the man was just seriously sick and damn near died… Cause he doesn’t look EXACTLY the same??? YOU look different after a bad cold! Smh weirdos.” In another post, he added: “‘Why waste time telling the TRUTH… People prefer a Lie or just let them make up their own stories…’ smh.”

His comments come after Foxx finally spoke out on his situation for the first time. While he didn’t elaborate specifically on the nature of the issue, he did give fans an idea of what he was going through. “I went through something that I thought I would never ever go through,” Foxx said in a video post. “I know a lot of people were waiting, you know, wanting to hear updates, but to be honest with you, I just didn’t want you to see me … with tubes running out of me and trying to figure out if I was going to make it through.”

He also shut down rumors about his health: “By being quiet, sometimes things get out of hand. … Some people said I was blind, but as you can see the eyes are working, the eyes are working just fine. Said I was paralyzed, I’m not paralyzed, but I did go through – I went to hell and back.”

Foxx was first admitted to the hospital in April 2023. His daughter, Corinne, provided most of the updates throughout his time undergoing treatment, although the lack of details sparked rumors from fans.

DJ Envy Praises Jamie Foxx For Staying Off Social Media Amid Health Concerns

DJ Envy says that Jamie Foxx is doing the right thing by staying off of social media and keeping his medical concerns private. The Breakfast Club host discussed Foxx’s situation during a brief interview with TMZ in New York City on Tuesday. The comments come after Foxx made his first public appearance in months over the weekend.

“I think Jamie did what he was supposed to do,” Envy said. “I think a lot of times we’re so into social media, we’re so into what people think, and we have to be the first to respond. But, I think Jamie was healing. I mean, he was rehabbing. Whatever happened with Jamie, we don’t know. But, it’s just good to see the brother out. It’s good to see him on the yacht. It’s good to see him enjoying life because the way they made it sound at one time was that it was almost over for Jamie. So, the fact that he’s out and about enjoying life is a great thing.”

Envy went on to discuss Foxx staying off of social media and invited him to come on The Breakfast Club when he’s doing better. He said: “And, I we all need to see how he did that on social media. He didn’t tell nobody anything on social media. He just kind of did his own thing and when he wanted to heal and tell the world, he did. So salute to Jamie. Can’t wait to get him back on The Breakfast Club.”

This comes after the actor was hospitalized for weeks during a health scare, in which the cause has still not been publicly confirmed.

Jamie Foxx Waves To Fans In First Public Appearance Since Hospitalization

Jamie Foxx made his first public appearance in front of fans over the weekend. In a video obtained by TMZ, Foxx can be seen on a boat waving to the camera as he drives by. In the clip, he appears to be in good spirits following his recent hospitalization. It remains unclear exactly what caused Foxx to be in need of medical care.

TMZ says the video was recorded on the Chicago River on Sunday afternoon. It appears that several members of his family are nearby him. Foxx’s daughter, Corinne, has provided updates on his condition in the past, although without going into specifics.

Corrine isn’t the only one to provide updates on Foxx. His costar in They Cloned Tyrone, John Boyega, recently revealed that Foxx is doing “good.” He told ET Canada: “Yeah. He’s all good. He’s all good. So we’re just going to wait for him to reappear when he wants to. You know, privacy and all.”

Fans in the comments section of TMZ’s video on YouTube were happy to see Foxx seeming to be in good health. “I saw this earlier today and I just can’t say how pleased I am that he is doing so well!!! God bless him!!” one commented. Another wrote: “I’m glad he’s doing better now.” Despite the positive news, Foxx has still yet to speak on the matter in any interviews publically. Tameka Foster Starts a Petition to Drain Lake Lanier

Eleven years ago Kile Glover, the son of Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster, was killed in a tragic jet ski accident on Lake Lanier in Georgia. Following several deaths and accidents at the infamous lake, Tameka has launched a petition to have the lake drained.

Kodiyakredd Of Island Boys Suffers Seizure, Brother Flyysoulja Asks For Prayers

Usually when Alex and Franky Venegas (better known as The Island Boys) are in the news, it’s for reasons that make us roll our eyes. This week, however, one of the controversial siblings suffered a serious health scare that left the other an emotional wreck. As HipHopDX reports, Flyysoulja revealed via his Instagram Story on Monday (July 3) that Kodiyakredd suffered from a seizure. At the same time, he asked fans to pray for his brother, causing some to speculate that the issue is life-threatening.

“Redd just had a seizure ,” Alex wrote over a selfie of him sobbing into the camera. “I can’t [right now],” he added. On another slide the Florida-based entertainer wrote, “Pray for him . I love [him].” As reactions to the tragic news continued to pour in, Flyysoulja eventually gave the world a brief update on Kodiyakredd. “He’s okay,” the Island Boy posted yesterday afternoon.

It remains unclear exactly what caused Franky’s health scare. Interestingly, the news comes shortly after the young artist’s arrest footage was leaked. In the viral video, he accused officers of profiling him before they took him into custody on alleged assault charges. His girlfriend told authorities that she was threatening to break up with the Island Boy over his “physically abusive behaviour.” Prior to his arrest, he apparently slapped and pushed her into a swimming pool at their Airbnb in Pompano Beach.

“On my dead daddy you profiling me,” Franky yells in the arrest footage. “I don’t care bro, you’re profiling me. I swear to God…babe he’s profiling me. I’m getting arrested for no reason, dog. What’s the reason? Bro, fam there is no reason I didn’t do nothing, homie,” he further rants. Later on in the clip, we also see Venegas becoming increasingly agitated while waiting for his booking. Justin Combs Hit With Two Misdemeanors In DUI Case

Last month Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Misa Hylton’s 29-year-old Justin Combs, was arrested in Beverly Hills on DUI charges. Misa posted a series of angry posts following his arrest subliminally mentioning Diddy. She wrote, “How do you go from the greatest to ever do it to, to making all your money off of alcohol and suing the damn alcohol company.” Now Justin is facing two misdemeanor charges for drinking and driving.
Radar Online reports:

According to court records, on June 27, a criminal case was filed against Justin Combs. He was hit with 2 misdemeanor charges for driving under the influence and for having a blood alcohol content (BAC) higher than 0.08% or more.

A pretrial hearing date has been set for August 10.
