Earlier this month, Tiffany Haddish found herself in some hot water after falling asleep behind the wheel of her car on her way home from a Thanksgiving celebration at The Laugh Factory. Officers found her on Beverly Drive, arrested her, and gave her a DUI. While this is the comedian’s second DUI in two years, she’s been open about plans to “get help” moving forward.

“This will never happen again,” she told ET. “I’m going to get some help so I can learn balance and boundaries.” Despite Haddish’s promise, Georgia prosecutors are pushing to enforce some new restrictions on the Haunted Mansion actress, making it more difficult for her to offend again. According to new documents obtained by TMZ, they want Haddish to be barred from using alcohol and drugs.

Georgia Prosecutors Want Haddish To Undergo Weekly Drug Testing

Haddish was arrested in 2022 in Georgia, and was similarly found asleep in her car after smoking marijuana, reportedly. Prosecutors want her to undergo weekly drug tests to ensure that she stays clean while out on bond, though the judge has yet to make a decision. Obviously, the circumstances are pretty serious, but she hasn’t shied away from joking about the incident, even making light of it the very same day of her arrest.

After posting bond, Haddish headed to The Laugh Factory in Long Beach, where she claimed that her “prayers” had finally been answered. Dillon Danis Calls Cap On Logan Paul’s Negative Drug Test

Dillon Danis has once again voiced his belief that Logan Paul used steroids ahead of their boxing match earlier this month. Furthermore, Danis called cap on Paul’s proof that his post-fight test came back clean. “The testing was a joke, literally. Piss test after fight, famously easy to beat. Old man in the room wasn’t even paying attention. You’re a juicehead, and you proved that with the way the testing was done,” Danis wrote on social media in response to a picture of Paul’s letter from VADA.

Drug testing became a large part of the lead-up to the Paul-Danis fight. After numerous claims by Danis that Paul was juicing, both parties agreed to a drug test before the fight. However, Danis claimed he was never tested and Paul’s test letter shows that he was tested the day after the fight. However, thanks to the negative test, there is no evidence other than Danis’ word, that Paul was using before the fight.

Dana White Weighs In On UFC Signing Danis

Meanwhile, Dana White recently weighed in on the possibility of the UFC signing Danis to a fight contract. “I don’t know. I haven’t even thought about that,” White admitted when asked. Danis has been adamant in recent weeks about getting a shot in the UFC following his fight with Logan Paul. He has gone as far as to call out Jon Jones and say the promotion can throw whoever they want at him as a debut.

However, Danis’ appeal to the promotion remains questionable. He is 2-0 in an MMA career with UFC rival Bellator. However, those fights both occurred in 2019 and Danis hasn’t competitively stepped into the Octagon since. Furthermore, his fight with Paul showed that he’s more bark than bite. Especially as the UFC grows, there isn’t as much room for guys who trash-talk seven ways to Sunday but can’t back it up in the ring. The one thing Danis does have going for him is that is a regular training partner of Conor McGregor, whose name holds a lot of weight within the promotion.

Dillon Danis Reiterates Logan Paul Steroid Claims, Paul Says Nina Agdal Will Attend Fight

Dillon Danis has doubled down on claims that Logan Paul uses steroids. “I love you, Mams, but this is the biggest scam. The reason USADA is effective is because of its random testing during camp. Logan Paul wants testing now because he used during camp, and now he’s having a doctor clean his system, anticipating a test might be coming. And WWE tests regularly? Come on, I don’t even need to comment on that 😂,” Danis said on X, formerly Twitter. His comments were in response to assurances about testing from promoter Mams Taylor.

It’s the second time this week that Danis has spoken out about scheduled testing for his fight with Paul. “This is nonsense. Another scam by Logan Paul to pretend he’s clean. Setting a specific day and time for a piss test is the easiest to beat in all of sports, especially for someone like him with experience. It’s why the UFC switched to USADA,” Danis tweeted after initial reports that the fighters would be tested before their bout. As Danis has pointed out, there is little point in drug testing if the fighters know when the drug test is coming. The whole point of anti-doping agencies is to perform testing to hold people accountable. Elite athletes such as Olympians must keep detailed logs of their day-to-day activities. This is so that they can be easily found and contacted for a random drug check.

Nina Agdal Will Attend Fight, Logan Paul Says

Meanwhile, Paul told The Canvas Club podcast that Nina Agdal will attend the fight next month. Furthermore, Paul reiterated that her restraining order against Danis was not a physical order. The pair are allowed to be in close proximity to one another without legal repercussions. The fight is set to go down in Manchester, England on October 14.

All of this comes with the backdrop of Agdal actively suing Danis, hence the restraining order. Agdal has accused Danis of causing her emotional damage and harming her public reputation. This has reportedly occurred through his harassment and posting of explicit images. The aforementioned restraining order, which Danis chose not to protest, prohibits Danis from posting explicit images of Agdal on social media.

Regardless of the allegations brought against her, the 39-year-old has insisted that she had epilepsy medication, and not cocaine, in her possession at the time.

“Stop this nonsense. We’re not going to keep trying to run with this very tired story,” Lee told social media followers after being taken into custody in Miami. “It’s not me, will never be. That drug doesn’t fit my aesthetic at all. STOP IT!!” she added while confirming that she would be taking a drug test. Earlier this week the reality star shared her results with the world, happily declaring that she had no coke in her system via Instagram. “The f**king neighbours done stole the results from the motherf**king drug test,” she noted, explaining why it’s taken so long to see how she did.

Previously, her team claimed that she actually had her friend’s epilepsy medication on her during the arrest, not cocaine. “They chose to handcuff and arrest her on grounds of drug possession, despite the fact that the “drugs” were, in fact, her friend’s epilepsy medication,” they stated. “They seized upon this as an excuse for her arrest when no other valid reason was evident. It’s completely understandable that she felt infuriated by this unjust treatment, especially when she was spending her own hard-earned money.”

Kodak Black Will Enter Drug Treatment Program Following Arrest Warrant

Kodak Black’s legal matters continue to weigh on him. Though he managed to get out of prison in 2021, he continues to deal with a plethora of issues. The rapper’s undoubtedly made some changes in his life, including enrolling in college. However, a judge signed off on an arrest warrant for him last week. The warrant went through the Broward County court, which stated that the rapper should be brought into custody immediately if any sheriff’s deputies encounter him due to a failed drug test. 

The warrant against the rapper stemmed from violating his bail conditions from his oxycodone trafficking case, specifically mandatory drug tests. In a matter of weeks, the agency he was supposed to report to stated that he failed to uphold his end of the bargain. On Feb. 3rd, Kodak Black didn’t report for a mandatory drug test and didn’t submit a sample. A week later on Feb 8th, they said that his sample came back dirty. They claimed they found traces of fentanyl in his tests. Shortly after, footage emerged of the rapper’s arrest. 

Judge Approves Kodak Black’s Drug Treatment

Things worked out for Kodak Black during his appearance in court on Tuesday morning. His attorney argued that a mix-up with Yak’s urine sample likely played a role in the test results. An employee for the lab that obtained the sample admitted there’s a possibility that an error occurred. From there, the judge and prosecution agreed to a hair sample instead to determine whether there were any drugs in Kodak’s system. However, the judge explicitly stated that the employee who took the urine sample shouldn’t conduct the hair sample. 

Ultimately, the judge ruled in favor of Kodak Black’s defense team who requested that he should enter a 30-day drug treatment program. Even more, the judge stated that Kodak could begin the program next week after he performs at Rolling Loud California. Yak, who came to court in a pink and yellow suit, thanked the judge before asking if he could have a Jolly Rancher from the bowl on the bench, which the judge approved. Check the clip above.

Kodak Black Reportedly Wanted In Florida

Kodak Black is reportedly wanted in Florida for failing a drug test and violating his bail conditions. Moreover, TMZ reported that a judge signed off on his arrest warrant on Thursday (February 23). Furthermore, the Florida rapper allegedly failed his drug test, as it reportedly came back positive for traces of fentanyl. According to the reports, he missed a test on February 3 and submitted one on February 8, which apparently came back dirty. Meanwhile, Kodak is on bail for drug charges on testing conditions, and had a weapons conviction commuted by then-President Donald Trump.

Still, these early reports are making their way across social media quickly, so little official details exist surrounding this development. However, at the moment, Yak hasn’t posted anything concerning this alleged “wanted” status on social media. As such, it remains to be seen whether he’ll address the situation in any way, or otherwise try to resolve things quietly. After all, the 25-year-old is known to usually be quite outspoken, as when he recently called out other rappers for fake love.

Kodak Black Wanted In Florida

In addition, Kodak faces a lawsuit alongside Justin Bieber, city officials, and a venue for a 2022 Super Bowl party shooting. Moreover, Yak allegedly instigated the fight, but video shows otherwise and his legal team dismissed the suit. “I have seen a lot of bad complaints in my day,” Yak’s attorney Bradford Cohen told TMZ. “This is the most poorly drafted complaint I have seen in 26 years.
