Quando Rondo Pleads Not Guilty To New Federal Drug Charges

Over the weekend, Quando Rondo was arrested by the FBI in Savannah. It’s the most recent in a long series of legal troubles for the rapper and it could prove to be the most serious. He was hit with a large indictment of more than a dozen charges. Included in the indictment are counts of conspiracy to possess and distribute controlled substances. There are also charges related to illegal possession of a firearm. Rondo and others are accused of conspiring to distribute cocaine, fentanyl, methamphetamine, and marijuana.

Earlier today, Rondo appeared in court to be read his charges and give his official plea. Unsurprisingly, he pleaded not guilty to the charges. That was the only major development while he was in court today but he’s expected to be back soon. He’ll return to court later this week for a bond hearing in an attempt to get released from police custody. It’s unclear whether he will be granted the opportunity for release given his troubled history with the law and the major implications of the allegations. Check out the full story of his plea in court today below.

Quando Rondo Pleas Not Guilty

These new legal developments follow an already hectic year for Rondo. He was already indicted once this year and accused of being the leader of a gang. He was also accused of propping up a conspiracy to sell marijuana in order to buy hydrocodone pills. Rondo later accused someone in his circle of snitching and claims that’s what led to his eventual indictment. He was granted bond for the case in June and an attempt by the prosecution to revoke it was shot down in July.

Later in July, Rondo got into a serious car accident. There was speculation that he was under the influence and was even given Narcan after exhibiting the early symptoms of an overdose. As a result of his ongoing legal trouble, he was nearly banned from his hometown. It wasn’t until last month that he finally learned that he wouldn’t be banned after a judge declined the ruling. What do you think of Quando Rondo pleading not guilty after being arrested for drug trafficking? Let us know in the comment section below.

Quando Rondo Federal Drug Charges

This is far from the only legal trouble Rondo has dealt with this year. Just last month, a Georgia judge had to weigh whether or not to ban Rondo from his own home town. That spawned from an arrest all the way back in June that saw Rondo facing even more drug charges. Thankfully for him he ultimately wasn’t banned from his hometown, though he was eventually arrested by the FBI while there.

The very next month, Rondo was involved in a high speed car crash. He was arrested after the crash as observations were made that he could be under the influence. He was even administered Narcan after displaying the first symptoms of a potential overdose. A judge ultimately granted him his release, but only under the conditions that he didn’t drive or use drugs while out. Kodak Black Pleads Not Guilty To Drug Charges

Koda Black has entered a plea of not guilty to a litany of charges filed against him in Florida this week. Black is accused of cocaine possession, evidence tampering, and the improper stopping of a vehicle. Black was released on bond after paying a bail of at least $5000. Furthermore, Black has reportedly requested a trial by jury. It’s unclear when Black will be expected back in court. However, he remains free for the moment.

The Florida rapper was arrested earlier this week after police officers found Black’s car illegally parked by the side of the road in Plantation. After noting “burnt weed” and “alcohol” in the car, officers reportedly witnessed white powder “falling from Black’s mouth”. This powder was later determined to be cocaine. It is believed that Black had attempted to eat the cocaine in order to conceal it from the cops. Furthermore, Black is now on pre-trial release. He may not leave Broward County and must speak with his Pretrial Services Officer twice a week. Additionally, Black is prohibited from consuming alcohol or illegal substances before his trial begins.

Furthermore, fans have continued to express their disappointment of the path Black has gone down. “Kodak gets the blessing of the century by randomly getting pardoned by the president and then he just keeps getting in trouble,” one HNHH commenter wrote of the situation. Kodak Black Attempted To Swallow Mouthful Of Cocaine, Arrest Report Reveals

Earlier today, it was reported that Kodak Black was arrested in Plantation, FL, and charged with possession of cocaine. He was also charged with tampering with physical evidence and improper stop/stand/park. He’s scheduled to appear before a Florida judge in court later today. Details surrounding the arrest were previously unclear, however, now his arrest report has shed more light on what took place.

In the report, obtained by XXL, it’s revealed that officers caught the rapper swallowing a mouthful of cocaine during a traffic stop. Apparently, his Bentley was parked and blocking part of the road when an officer approached. The officer quickly realized that Kodak was asleep behind the wheel, and noticed the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle. He also claims that a styrofoam cup, allegedly containing alcohol, was in the car.

Kodak Black Arrested And Charged With Cocaine Possession

The officer claims to have asked Kodak Black if there were any drugs in the vehicle, to which he responded, “weed.” Another cop went to run the rapper’s license when he saw white powder falling out of Kodak’s mouth. Kodak claimed it was Percocet, however, subsequent testing confirmed that it was cocaine. News of Kodak’s arrest follows weeks of rumors that he’s struggling with substance abuse issues, which arose after he appeared on Drink Champs in October. His unusual behavior during the interview sparked concern, leading to countless fans and peers speaking out and urging him to get help. The rapper has since denied having a problem.

The news also follows Kodak Black’s November filing for his previous drug possession case to be thrown out. He was reportedly caught with 31 oxycodone tablets in 2022, however, he argues that they were just Tylenol. His lawyer, Bradford Cohen, accuses the Broward Sheriff’s Office of being involved in a “coordinated takedown” of the rapper. What do you think of Kodak Black reportedly swallowing a mouthful of cocaine ahead of his arrest? Are you surprised? Bianca Censori’s Family Described As “Australian Mob Royalty” With Drug & Murder Charges: Report

After being married to one of the most recognizable women on the planet for several years, Kanye West seems to be enjoying his union with Bianca Censori. The pair exchanged vows earlier this year. Aside from her presence in his life, little is known about the Australian-born beauty. She and the father of four obviously share the same passion for fashion and exploring the world. They’ve been photographed travelling through Japan and Italy this summer.

Amid their adventures, DailyMail has shared a report giving some insight into Censori’s family. They’ve specifically been described as “Australian mob royalty.” Her father, Elia “Leo” Censori was convicted of heroin possession in 1982 and received a five-year sentence. Her uncle, Eris, has been called “Melbourne’s Al Capone.” He was notably sentenced to death in Western Australia on murder charges. Ultimately, though, the fatal penalty was abolished in the area in 1984, granting him life imprisonment instead.

The family’s eldest brother, Edmondo, or “Eddie,” has faced convictions in Victoria for acts of violence, theft, and threats, DailyMail claims. Bianca’s father’s former wife, Faye Glascott previously told the press about his illegal gambling exploits, but his current partner, Alexandra, refused to speak with the media when approached earlier this week. It’s unclear exactly how close Censori is to her seemingly dangerous relatives, though she and Ye did have plans to travel down under and visit them earlier on in their marriage.

As further information about Bianca Censori’s life before fame comes to light, concerned social media users have been looking out for the architect. Based on the revealing outfits she’s been wearing out in public lately, some are convinced that Kanye West has convinced her to become someone other than her true self. Quando Rondo Granted $100K Bond

Authorities indicted Quando Rondo earlier this month on gang and drug-related charges alongside 18 other individuals. Moreover, the 49-count indictment alleges that the rapper has a large hand in managing the Rollin’ 60s gang in Georgia, along with several other crimes involving substances. Although this spelled out nasty news for the MC, it seems like he did his best efforts to comply promptly and respectfully in regards to his arrest warrant. In the short time in between his arrest and the public hearing more details, not much was known apart from the arrest on drug charges. Now, the case began significant development in the courtroom, and some of those proved to be positive for Rondo.

Furthermore, the Recovery artist sought bond following his incarceration, which authorities deferred for the time being. However, new reports from WSB-TV indicate that the court eventually granted him bond at $100K. Not only that, but his cooperation regarding his quick arrest after a warrant actually helped him out in this regard. “The court finds it significant that the defendant surrendered himself for arrest the day after he learned of the warrant for his arrest,” the judge reportedly stated. In addition, Quando Rondo must give up his passports, refuse contact with codefendants, and attend every court hearing.

Quando Rondo Gets Bond

Regardless, the rhymer still faces multiple challenges in the courtroom. One of those came from prosecutors who alleged that he told his peers to “get their guns” when they saw his enemies at a movie theater. Surely more alleged details will surface as the potential case keeps developing, whether they paint Quando Rondo in a good or bad light. What’s more is that his defense team used his strong label connections and musical career to argue for his freedom.

He’s got the support of one of the greatest record labels in this country,” attorney Jonah Pine said of his label, Atlantic Records, per WTOC. “The same record label as Led Zeppelin and Ray Charles, that’s his label. They’ve provided a letter to us, it’s very heartfelt and talks about his career.” While we wait for updates, check back in with HNHH for the latest news on Quando Rondo.

Quando Rondo Remains In Jail As Judge Defers Bond Ruling

Quando Rondo will remain in jail for the time being after the judge in his drug case chose to defer ruling on whether he should receive bond. The decision not to a make decision came after Rondo’s first day in court. During the hearing, Rondo’s attorney compared him to Led Zepplin and Ray Charles. “He’s got the support of one of the greatest record labels in this country. The same record label as Led Zepplin and Ray Charles, that’s his label,” Rondo’s defense attorney Jonah Pine told the court. “They’ve provided a letter to us, it’s very heartfelt and talks about his career.”

Furthermore, Pine pushed back against Rondo wearing an ankle monitor if he was granted bond. Pine’s argument was that Rondo’s career would make it difficult to wear an ankle monitor without violating its terms. However, state attorney Christian Stolfe argued that “The Rollin’ 60s are currently one of the largest and most violent street gangs in Savannah. That man is a leader of it. That is a dangerous community.”

Judge Defers Bond Decision

However, the day ended in a stalemate as Judge Tammy Stokes chose to defer her bond ruling for the time being. Judge Stokes said she didn’t want to rush the decision. Additionally, she said she was “taking all of the information presented by both sides and thinking it over.” That means that Rondo will remain in jail for the time being until Stokes comes a decision. A timeline for the decision has not yet been set.
