Fat Joe is ready to deliver a new album, announcing The World Changed On Me on Instagram. The cover for the album brings Joe with his late brother Angel. The album will drop on Dec. 13.

In September, Grammy-nominated artist Fat Joe has unveiled his latest single, “Paradise,” featuring DJ Khaled and Anitta, following their electrifying performance at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards. The track samples Stevie B’s freestyle classic “Spring Love” and showcases Anitta’s rare English vocals on the hook, singing, “feels like paradise, ocean water coming down your thighs, can you feel me?!” Meanwhile, Joe delivers a dynamic verse depicting his blissful lifestyle with a female companion.

Alongside the song release, Joe debuted a vibrant music video filmed in uptown Manhattan, featuring scenes on the famous Dyckman Street and a club setting with Joe, Anitta, and Khaled. The video premiered on multiple platforms, including MTV Live, BET Jams, and YouTube, as well as on the Paramount Times Square billboards.

In addition to his VMAs performance, Joe served as a presenter, introducing host Megan Thee Stallion to the stage. “Paradise” marks the second single from his upcoming solo album, his first in 14 years, following August’s release of “Outta Control” featuring Remy Ma.

Recently honored with the Key to the City by New York Mayor Eric Adams, Joe is also set to launch his new STARZ interview series, Fat Joe Talks, offering exclusive insights into the lives of today’s influential figures.

Netflix Announced The Release Date For ‘Rhythm + Flow’ Season 2 With New Judges DJ Khaled, Latto & Ludacris

Netflix’s rap competition show Rhythm + Flow has been teasing its second season for a while (it was originally scheduled for 2021), and while its release date had been a mystery for most of the year, today, the streamer finally announced when fans can catch the rise of the next potential rap superstar: November 20.

The show will return with a new slate of judges — DJ Khaled, Latto, and Ludacris — as well as a new location: Atlanta. Along with the new panel, the newly released trailer for the second season also teases its guest judges, which will include Big Sean, Busta Rhymes, GloRilla, and Remy Ma, as well as a return of the season one winner, D Smoke, who has since carved out a successful indie rap career that included a Grammy nomination and roles on the Paramount+ series Mayor Of Kingstown and the Peacock series Bel Air.

For those unfamiliar with the premise of the show, it’s very similar to other music competition series like American Idol and The X Factor, albeit focused on rappers rather than singers. The winner is awarded a cash prize rather than a record deal; in season one, the prize was $250,000. That’s enough to kickstart a career and promote at least a couple of solid singles.

You can check out the trailer for season two of Rhythm+Flow above.

DJ Khaled Hilariously Defies Gravity By Crowd-Surfing During The UCF Versus Colorado Pre-Show

True sports fans know the party starts long before the whistle is blown. For football fanatics the tailgate is the place to be. Today (September 28), DJ Khaled decided to one-up the University of Central Florida versus Colorado University tailgaters.

As thousands gathered outside of the FBC Mortgage Stadium to ahead of Colorado Buffaloes and UCF Knights showdown, the “Supposed To Be Loved” producer took his level of excitement for the game to new heights. As the Grammy winner discussed the matchup with FOX’s Big Noon Kickoff crew he needed to channel his adrenaline into a hilarious crowd-surf.

In the video (viewable here), the entire host team, which included Tom Brady hyped DJ Khaled up to take the plunge. With the assistance of Mark Ingram II, he dives head first into the onlookers.

Now, DJ Khaled has done come daredevil-like acts in the past including some late night mishaps with a jet ski. However, he’s never done anything quite like this. But the live studio audience were all on board with DJ Khaled’s antics. Just as DJ Khaled upper torso make contact with the fans, they quickly came together to push him over head. Although DJ Khaled’s crowd-surf didn’t last long, he can certainly cross it off of his bucket list.

Fat Joe, Anitta & DJ Khaled Travel To “Paradise” On New Single: Stream

Fat Joe, DJ Khaled, and Anitta have joined forces to craft another part banger and throw it back to the 2000s as a result. Moreover, “Paradise” is a lavish and fun-loving piece of bling-era rap with bouncy and funky drums and bass, watery key chords, and shrill synthesizers. It’s exactly what you might expect to blast in a club setting or from a car driving by a busy street, and follows previous singles like “Outta Control” that have kept Joey Crack quite busy this year.

As for Fat Joe’s collaborators, DJ Khaled recently linked up with Westside Gunn for a new track together, so he’s been keeping busy as well. Anitta also continues to be a dominant force in the worlds of global pop, even if some label issues continue to persist. But all in all, the three musicians sound right at home on “Paradise,” whether it’s Khaled’s radio-friendly ad-libs or Anitta’s smooth chorus.

Beyond delivering some sharp bars here and there on this song, Fat Joe is also giving out takes on this whole Super Bowl halftime show controversy that we probably don’t have to explain to you. As this track aims to prove, he knows a thing or two about big parties. If you haven’t heard “Paradise” yet, find it on your preferred streaming service or check the music video out on YouTube below. Down there, you can also find some standout bars and the comments section for you to drop your thoughts on the cut. As always, come back to HNHH for the latest rap drops around the clock.

DJ Khaled’s Decked Out Ice Cream Freezer Goes Viral Leading To A Barrage Of Jokes

There might not be another figure in the hip-hop genre that generates more memes than DJ Khaled. You have the unforgettable quotes like, “You played yourself”, “you smart, you loyal”, and of course, “another one”. Also, you cannot forget the countless videos such as the one where he crashes the golf cart and says, “life is like Roblox”. As of recent, though, he might have another one on deck. Across all social media platforms, a video of DJ Khaled’s ice cream freezer is going insanely viral. In fact, according to AllHipHop one repost of it has over 12 million views and counting.

In the clip, Khaled opens up his freezer, which reveals a stash that is almost as big as a small ice cream shop’s. It features tubs of Breyers, pints of Haagen Dazs, Ben & Jerry’s, Jeni’s, as well as dozens of other frozen treats. Before choosing his sweet snack, Khaled calls his son over, Asahd, to help him make a decision. He eventually selects an Oreo popsicle and before the video ends, someone holding the camera hands him a box of Fat Boy ice cream sandwiches (coincidence or staged?).

DJ Khaled Has A Thing For Ice Cream

This has obviously led to a torrential onslaught of fat jokes and jabs, which you see above and below. However, there were also some reactors continuing to point out that Khaled continues to be silent amidst the ongoing Gaza feud. “Whilst his people are literally starving to death he posts this video of his fridge full of ice cream and chocolate”. “He’s not put out 1 video, speaking and showing support and solidarity with his own people. DJ Khaled is a disgrace!”. While some took the time to make fun of Khaled’s diet, others are fed up with the millionaire not making any contributions to the conflict.

Even More Jabs

What are your thoughts on DJ Khaled’s ice cream stash? Is this one of the funniest videos you have seen this year? What is your favorite ice cream treat and flavor? Out of all of the jokes made about this clip, whose did you find the funniest? We would like to hear what you have to say, so leave your thoughts in the comments. Additionally, always keep it locked in with HNHH for all of the latest news surrounding DJ Khaled. Finally, stay with us for everything else going on in the music world.

Westside Gunn & DJ Khaled Song Used At TNA Wrestling Event

Westside Gunn is a lifelong fan of professional wrestling. He often appears in the front row when WWE or All Elite Wrestling are in New York. He played fellow Buffalo native Daniel Garcia to the ring before a match in September 2022. The Griselda trio of he, Benny The Butcher, and Conway The Machine are famous for their sports references. He and Conway refer to themselves as Hall & Nash, referencing The Outsiders, the tag team of Kevin Nash and the late Scott Hall. Gunn even has a mixtape called Fourth Rope, with every track named after a wrestler or something related to wrestling.

On Saturday, TNA Wrestling held their Slammiversary event. The yearly show was the 20th in the Slammiversary series, while the company celebrated its 22nd year of existence. TNA used Westside Gunn’s single “Chocolate Face” as the theme song for the event. “Chocolate Face” features DJ Khaled and is the lead release for Gunn’s next album, Flygod Is An Awesome God 3. Gunn previously attended TNA’s No Surrender event in February.

Westside Gunn & DJ Khaled

Professional wrestling and hip-hop have long overlapped. Wrestlers have had rap songs as entrance music for years. Wale hosts his yearly WaleMania event during WWE’s WrestleMania weekend, where wrestlers and rappers come together to party and tell stories. All Elite Wrestling has multiple hip-hop inspired albums about different wrestlers on the roster. Action Bronson competed in a match a couple of years ago. Westside Gunn providing music for TNA Wrestling is not surprising, especially considering his own love of the wrestling business.

Flygod Is An Awesome God 3 arrives this fall. The usually prolific Westside Gunn has been surprisingly quiet this year, with no new music over halfway through 2024. Conway The Machine and Benny The Butcher have both released new albums already, leaving Gunn as the last of the trio to come out with something fresh. Gunn recently teased a mixtape to hold fans over until he’s ready to drop his next work. His collaboration with TNA is the latest work Gunn has done with a wrestling promotion, and it probably won’t be long until fans see him in a different promotion.
