Akbar V recently took to social media to accuse Cardi B of dissing her on her track with Offset, “Jealousy.” In the song Cardi raps, “Been to Atlanta, but b*tches ain’t brave.” Apparently, the self-proclaimed “Queen of Atlanta” believes the lyrics could be referring to her. “Ain’t no b*tch gonna act like my city no punk,” she says in a clip, “even if you wasn’t talking about me, b*tch.” Akbar V continues, claiming that if anyone disses someone from Atlanta, they’re dissing her too. “Ain’t no b*tch from Atlanta no punk. We very brave in Atlanta.”

Akbar V also Tweeted, “Them pr stunts got you begging for clicks, we don’t throw mics we throw up our fists #yougetit.” She appears to be referring to a recent incident which saw Cardi B hurling a microphone into a crowd after someone threw a drink at her. According to reports, Cardi is now even listed as a suspect in a battery report to Las Vegas police. Recently, the infamous microphone also went up for auction on eBay, with the current bid at $99,900.00. The listing claims that the proceeds will go to charity.

It’s unclear whether or not Cardi B was actually throwing a jab at Akbar V in “Jealousy,” however, they have had beef in the past. During a recent performance, Lil Uzi Vert revealed that they may not be putting out music for much longer. “I might retire this year,” they told the crowd. Though fans would certainly disappointed not to hear more from the hitmaker, this isn’t the first time they’ve hinted at retirement. They “retired” in 2019, before making a return in 2020 with Eternal Atake. Later that year, they took to Twitter to tell followers they’re releasing two more albums before they’re “out.” Uzi made that claim the same day they released Pluto × Baby Pluto alongside Future. Since then, Uzi dropped their Red & White EP in 2022 as well as their new album, Pink Tape.

Following months of teasing, Uzi finally released Pink Tape at the end of last month. The LP includes various high-profile features from Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Don Toliver, and more. The album’s been quite the success, debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and quickly becoming the first rap album of the year to reach the top of the charts.

Lately, 6ix9ine has been beefing with Puerto Rican rapper Anuel AA. Recently, 6ix9ine took to social media to share a clip that he says shows an altercation they got into. Anuel AA then posted cap emojis on his Instagram Story, claiming that he’s lying. The clip is circulating after the artists took jabs at each other on social media last week. Anuel AA reportedly called 6ix9ine a pedophile, referring to a previous plea deal he took in a case involving a minor. He pled guilty to “using a child in a sexual performance” back in 2015.
