Drake’s Father Dennis Graham Says “For All The Dogs” Is Some Of His Best Music

Drake’s For All The Dogs is coming very soon, and we’ve gotten a lot of figures close to him recently sing the album’s praises. Of course, we’d never expect them not to because nobody wants to ruin the hype behind such an anticipated release. What’s more is that, from what we’ve heard and from what people are saying, this is going to be a fantastic effort from the Toronto superstar. For example, Drake’s father Dennis Graham recently took to Instagram to share his brief but promising thoughts on the new project. Even though he’s closer to him than any fan will ever be, he spoke from the perspective of a die-hard of his music regardless of relation.

“I had the pleasure of sitting in my Son’s dressing room and listening to this new album,” Dennis Graham wrote. “I must say that it is some of the best music that I’ve heard him do, and I am sure that every Drake fan throughout the entire world is going to feel this one. Everything about For All The Dogs is what we’ve been waiting for. Congratulations Son I really feel this one, September 22, 2023.”

Drake’s Dad Hypes Up For All The Dogs

What’s more is that Drake himself responded to his father’s commendation online. “Thanks dad [sunglass face emoji] I was so happy you loved it,” The Boy wrote under Dennis Graham’s post. Thanks to some recent expression from Lil Yachty, we have another idea of how good this new era will be. “It has the most, I would say like the most ‘performance’ album he’ll have, as far as like energy,” he remarked on his podcast.

“I think some of the best Drake verses that I ever heard are on this album,” Yachty continued. “Some of the verses I’m just like, ‘Bruh, what’s wrong with you?’ You know what I’m saying? People gonna have a lot to say about some of his topics on this album. And I don’t think he does it on purpose, I think it’s just him- he just has a real… I will say he deals with some controversial things.” On that note, stick around on HNHH for more news and the latest updates on Drake.

Drake Shoots Hoops With Chrome Hearts Owner, His Dad Tells Fan To “Keep F***ing”

A new clip of Drake’s dad, Dennis Graham, has been circulating recently. In the clip, a fan calls out to the father as he exits a vehicle, asking him a strange question. “Do you think I’m pretty enough to have a child one day?” the supporter asks him. “Keep f***ing,” Graham then responds candidly. The awkward interaction has social media users praising him for his straightforward tip.

Drake, on the other hand, was recently spotted shooting hoops with one of the owners of the luxury brand Chrome Hearts. He and Laurie Lynn Stark go head to head in a friendly competition as shown in a new clip. Drake has previously collaborated with the brand to promote his 2021 album, Certified Lover Boy.

Drake’s Dad Gives Some Candid Advice

Drake is currently on his “It’s All A Blur” tour alongside 21 Savage. Recently, he shared some new details of what the two of them have in the works. He’s been teasing his new For All The Dogs LP for some time now, but fans have heard little of 21 Savage’s latest venture. Drake told his crowd at a recent show that “Both albums [are] on the way.” The artist’s claim has fans eagerly-awaiting the two projects, and anticipating more information.

At one of Drake’s other recent tour stops, a fan threw a bra at him during the performance, prompting him to inspect the garment. The well-endowed fan, later confirmed to be Veronica Correia, was then discovered by internet sleuths. The 21-year-old recently told TMZ that she was confident her gesture would get the artist’s attention. “I just knew he was gonna pick it up if I threw it right at his feet. There was no way he was gonna walk by it,” she explained. She also went on to reveal that amid the ordeal, she’s gotten noticed by Playboy, who reportedly reached out to her for a collaboration.

Drake’s Dad Takes A Group Of Ladies To IHOP

Drake’s father Dennis Graham is related to a lot of incredibly famous musicians, not to mention being one himself. As such, it’s often that he enjoys the spoils of wealth in small but still pretty fun ways, even at a regular place like IHOP. Moreover, a video recently came out of Graham apparently on the way to the International House of Pancakes with a large group of girls. However, it’s not entirely clear where they are in the first place before making their way there: maybe a warehouse of some sort? Regardless, it was still quite funny to hear the 68-year-old literally refer to it as “the International House of Pancakes” when asked where he was going.

Furthermore, Drake’s dad comes up every once in a while in the news, mostly when he and the rest of the family link up together. Earlier this year, they both got dapper and had a night out with the OVO mogul’s mother Sandi and his son Adonis, who matched his suit as well. Also, for events like award ceremonies and other big happenings, Dennis Graham is sometimes right there beside his superstar son. Overall, just being a famous person’s father will make pretty much anything you do a tad bit funnier, especially with some company.

Drake’s Dad Hits Up IHOP With An Entourage

On the other hand, Dennis Graham has also usually been an insider into Drake’s music and his career as a whole. For example, when he released “Search & Rescue,” many thought that the woman on the cover was intentionally a Kim Kardashian lookalike, spurring another example of beef with Kanye West. Graham stepped in on Instagram to clear this up. “Drake is not trolling anyone,” he wrote. “It’s just a song, why try and create a Kanye and Drake beef again?”

Even though it doesn’t always happen, it’s always interesting to hear a family member give some insight into an icon’s career. It might not always be true, but it’s almost always a more curious and weighted statement. All we can hope for now is that Dennis Graham had a good time at IHOP, as random as that sounds. For more news and the latest updates on Drake and his father, stick around on HNHH.

“You can be my daddy,” one fan wrote in response with a laughing emoji. Another joked, “Next Logic release be like… ‘I’m a dad ass b*tch/And you’re caught up in the mix/Watch me spread this mix/Peanut butter is the fix.’” A different user remarked that they want another album from the rapper. “Loved the album, but it’s time for some Bobby Tarantino sh*t. We know it ain’t a thing for you to get that out for the Summer even while on tour,” they commented.

Logic released College Park independently back in February. It was his first release as an independent artist since his 10-year stint with Def Jam. When he announced the project, he explained that he was working “from the heart. “I love y’all and I’m making shit from the heart,” Logic told fans. “I’m loving hip-hop. I was not really feeling it for a while. I don’t really mean the music, I just mean the bullshit of the industry. But I realize now more than ever that none of that shit matters. I’ve missed you guys and I’m here and I just want to have fun and I’m so excited for College Park.”

Logic’s College Park tour remains ongoing with stops still left in Washington, DC, New Orleans, Denver, Los Angeles, and more. Juicy J has been serving as a special guest on the tour. Check out Logic’s recent Instagram post here.

Meek Mill Shares A.I. Song By His Dead Father: “WTF”

Meek Mill shared an A.I. song on Twitter, Tuesday, that mimicked his late father for a rap song. The track is titled, “Back From The Grave,” and is credited to Big Robbie, a reference to Meek’s father, Robert Parker. Parker was shot and killed when Meek was just a child.

“Ai wrote a rap about my dad and this what he said WTF,” Meek captioned the song on Twitter. “Delete dis big dawg like seriously,” one fan replied. Another advised, “That’s high key scary. Make sure they can’t keep the rights to his likeness now.” Others labeled the track “weird” and creepy.”

The song features the lyrics, “I died in a shootout, just tryin’ to feed my fam / But death couldn’t stop me, I’m back in the lab / My son Meek Mill, he’s the light of my life / Gotta watch over him, I’m back from the afterlife / I’m Big Robbie and I’m back with a plan / I’m comin’ back to life to see my fam / My soul’s come alive, I’m gonna make it right / Back from the grave, I’m gonna fight the fight.”

Meek previously addressed the death of his father on the song, “Traumatized,” from his 2012 album, Dreams and Nightmares. With the song, Meek threatens Parker’s murderer: “You ripped my family apart and made my momma cry / So when I see you n***a it’s gon’ be a homicide.”

Meek Mill Uses A.I. Technology

The future of A.I. technology and its impact on the music industry is unclear. During Spotify’s quarterly financial call in April, CEO Daniel Ek described it as both “really cool and scary.” He explained: “These are very, very complex issues that don’t have a single straight answer…But we’re in constant discussion with our partners and creators and artists and want to strike a balance between allowing innovation and, of course, protecting artists.”

Tommy Fury’s Dad Claims Jake Paul Owes Him $2 Million

Tommy Fury’s father, John Fury, claims that Jake Paul owes him $2 million following his son’s victory over the YouTuber in their recent fight. John explained the situation in a video shared to social media, this week. He says that the two had a gentleman’s agreement that the losing party would forfeit their earnings from the fight to the other party. John admitted that there is probably not much legal action he can take to get the money from Paul, but he insisted the loser do the right thing.

“Good morning world, Jake Paul and family,” John Fury began the video. “Back home, well rested, heads back on business. Jake, you know what I’m going to do, we had a deal mate, we had a handshake. We said we’d box for free if we got defeated.” From there, he asks him to step up and pay his bill. “Please do not come out with all the contract bullshit,” he adds. “I can hardly read and write.”

Tommy defeated Paul by a split decision (74-75, 76-73, 76-73) back on February 26. The fight marked the first loss for Paul in his boxing career. Tommy continued his undefeated streak, advancing to 9-0. After the fight, Tommy remarked that the win solidified his place as his own fighter absent of his brother, Tyson Fury.

“For the past two years, this is all that has consumed my life. Broken rib. Denied access. Everybody thought I was running scared. Tonight, I made my own legacy. I am Tommy Fury,” Fury said at the time. “All through these past two years, I had a dream and a vision that I would win this fight. And no one believed me. Now I can stand up and everybody can take note. It’s my first main event at 23 years old. I had pressure on my shoulders, and I came through.”

Coi Leray’s Relationship With Her Dad Benzino

Who is Coi Leray’s Dad? At this point, many people know that it’s culture figure Benzino. “Nepo Baby” is one of the latest Internet terms. It comes from the word “nepotism” which basically means giving family members opportunities over others. So a “Nepo Baby” is someone whose fame can be credited to a family member. Calling Coi Leray a “Nepo Baby” is overall inaccurate. Benzino is not exactly a household name for this generation. But, connections, especially in the music industry, still matter.

Many know Benzino as a co-owner of The Source magazine. This magazine specialized in covering the rap world. There’s no telling how many names Benzino had in his Rolodex because of this. The Source has been active since 1998. They have seen many of the changes that have happened in the rap world. Coi Leray’s music is quite different from what they were covering in 2006. She was still able to secure a feature from one of the biggest figures in the rap world.

Coi Leray’s Relationship with her Dad is Complex

Coi Leray and Benzino do not have a perfect relationship. We can only go off of the things both of them have publicly stated. They have both said negative things about each other. Their relationship dynamics connect to the music but also goes beyond it. We have learned about their dynamic through social media and interviews. Each of them has regularly spoken about the other. Some would say Coi Leray speaking on him is what brought this generation’s attention to him. “That’s why I never mentioned his name coming into this industry cause he can’t get over his past and don’t even realize how much he damaging when he does this stuff.” tweeted Coi.

Around when Coi Leray dropped her debut album Trendsetter, Benzino had something to say. But, it wasn’t positive. “You worried about being called broke on the day of my debut album. You ain’t even text me congratulations, you so bitter and evil. Ima pray for you.” tweeted Coi. This was in reference to the fact Benzino apparently lost The Source when Coi was around nine years old. She stated her family was “broke” once this happened. Benzino had a different perspective.

Benzino Almost Ruined One of Coi Leray’s Biggest Songs to Date

Whenever an up-and-coming artist gets a feature from a seasoned one, it’s a big deal. It can connect generations. It can bring new ears to both parties involved. Coi Leray secured a Nicki Minaj feature for their song “Blick Blick”. Benzino almost ruined this. Benzino spoke about Nicki Minaj’s feature before Nicki herself and Coi did. “She got this song with Nicki Minaj that’s gonna be coming out that’s gonna be crazy.” he said in a room on the app Clubhouse.

Initially, Nicki denied she had a verse. Then, later, it was revealed she wanted to pull the verse from the song. “I just felt bad that she was robbed of telling the world in her own way @ her own time. But that’s water under the bridge now. Good vibes all 2022” said Nicki during a Q&A on Twitter. This is perhaps the biggest example of Benzino impacting Coi Leray’s music. He shared information that she did not want to be revealed yet. Fortunately, he did genuinely apologize for his mistake.

Coi Leray Has Sometimes Defended Benzino

Coi Leray and her Dad Benzino have multiple layers to their relationship. While it is not perfect they are still family. Coi knows his behavior not only affects her but others too. This is mainly other people in the music industry. Coi knows he can be difficult and wants people to understand that. In an interview with Vladtv from August 2020 she said “He’s crazy but he’s smart…he’s a business man…everybody’s not perfect.”

Being aware of how someone’s behavior affects others is a part of being in a relationship with them. Sometimes, a person’s behavior in the public eye is people’s only frame of reference for it. We don’t know what happens behind closed doors. “My dad is a great man,” “And I love him regardless of our differences, he’s still my father and I gotta respect him, right?” she said in an interview with The Breakfast Club. The public has mostly seen negative interactions between them but, of course, these are not the only interactions they have.

Coi Leray and Benzino Appear to Have Mended their Relationship

Coi Leray and Benzino are working on their relationship. Since 2022, we have not heard anything about it. This could mean things are being handled away from social media. For the time being, her Dad’s name is not in headlines with hers. Ironically, they were able to work on their relationship because of the situation with the Nicki Minaj feature.

Coi shared that Nicki’s advice helped her strengthen her perspective. “…You have to respect your father…‘Regardless of what you’re going through bro, that’s your dad.” Nicki told Coi. It appears she fully understood this and took it to heart. Growth is important and can truly be beneficial for multiple reasons. Moving forward, people hope Coi and Benzino continue to work on and have a healthy relationship.

Blueface Punches Chrisean Rock’s Dad Back In New “Crazy In Love” Episode

For some, Sunday is a holy day. For others, it’s the time that they catch up on the latest antics from Blueface and Chrisean Rock. Last night (December 18), the couple’s second episode of their Crazy In Love series aired on Zeus. Much like in the premiere earlier this month, plenty of confrontation ensued. Additionally, we see another physical blowout between the 22-year-old’s boyfriend and her father.

Ahead of the latest show’s start, clips began circulating on social media teasing just some of the drama viewers can expect. In one of them, we see the “Thotiana” rapper talking with one of his partner’s older brothers. During their conversation, Rock’s sibling admits that he previously hit his own baby mamas. However, he wants better for his own family and their relationships.

“I done hit them before, but I’m not embracing that,” he tells Blueface. When the recording artist prompts for more info on what led him to put his hands on the women in his life, he quickly explains that they hit him first.

Immediately, the California-born artist claps back “So you did the same shit as me!” From the sounds of things, he doesn’t think Rock’s brother has a right to confront him about domestic violence when his own name isn’t clear either.

The two younger men didn’t come to blows during their chat. Still though, Blueface did get his lick back against his girl’s father. If you tuned into the Crazy In Love premiere, you would have seen him take a punch from the patriarch of Chrisean’s family.

In a clip shared to @theneighborhoodtalk yesterday afternoon, two large men can be seen attempting to restrain the 25-year-old. Plenty of chaos and yelling ensues from others in the area, setting the scene for a typical episode.

After sneaking away from what appears to be his bodyguards, Blueface can be seen running up on someone (who we now know is Rock’s dad) and throwing a punch at them.

Read all about the drama seen on Crazy In Love last week here. Afterward, let us know if you’ve tuned into the Zeus original series in the comments.

You ain’t had nobody, you just had yo mama telling you ‘Yes my baby!’ Mike had a team, n***a! He couldn’t fuck with Mike.”

He continued: “I love you Dad, but you know you can’t fuck with Mike. Mike was fuckin’ you up, your whole life. We be watching Michael Jackson, my dad like, ‘Turn that motherfuckin’ shit off.’ He be listening to it on the low though. That n***a love Mike.”

From there, Gibbs explained that his father’s artistic talents didn’t have an impact on his own goals growing up. Instead, Gibbs says he wanted to play football at Ball State University.

“I definitely didn’t plan on ending up being a fucking rapper,” he explained. “I definitely didn’t see that shit in the cards for me at that age.”

In addition to rapping, Gibbs has also begun adding acting to his résumé. In 2021, he starred in the critically acclaimed film, Down With The King.
